    @EE very disappointing to receive stern final reminder for my first bill when it had more or less just arrived thanks to postal strike...and I'd already paid TWICE because Bacs clearly hadn't registered. An unhappy new customer

    Why should I contact @vodafone as I'm @EE customer. @vodafone are saying I should contact my own service provider. They do not deal with third party and I am not there customer.

    @EE Thanks Ashley - I did manage to get through to someone in the end. The issue isn’t resolved because we know it’s a broadband issue - EE tells us it’s not - but our wifi signal keeps dropping which is affecting our smart heating and other things. It’s happening every day.

    @EE After an appalling response from your badly-trained “customer service “ representative - who tried to blame everyone else - I realised that the woman who took the order 1. hadn’t completed it. 2. Had not updated my email address as requested. The hotmail one is now inaccessible.
