@EE …mmm…ok thanks. I thought it was all 4G phones. The phone is only 6 years old - does that mean I’m expendable in an emergency if I don’t buy a new one (even though it does everything else I need just fine)?🤔

@EE They have returned but all day yesterday EE and BT were down which is shocking . Surely the size of your company you should have some kind of back up, especially when your broadband goes down you tend to rely on your mobile data as a hotspot.

@EE hi, spoke to someone earlier today, fed up with crap signal in my home, out of contract x2, your chat person said a tkt would be raised for my network/signal issue & id be emailed the details for follow up. Received nothing. What’s the number/IVR options to cancel plse.

@EE My SIM Only plan ended in January and my monthly renewal date is on the 26th of each month. Can I cancel to leave before this date or will there be an additional / monthly charge?
