    @EE hi, do piggyback networks which use the EE network have exactly the same level of service, or do full EE users take priority at busy times / crowded events etc...?

    @ianeastlondon @EE In my experience, it may take time to get through, particularly as they are working remotely during lockdown, but in terms of service and accurate billing they are way better than all the other providers.

    @EE terrible customer service over the last few days. Obviously you don’t need the custom
