    @EE @EilidhMcNaught take is you’re selective with the customers you reply to and ignore the ones who’ve been needing help since November. I would recommend nobody buy a phone locked to EE because you seem to do what you can to stop them unlocking the handset.

    @EE All night last night. I tried calling but for nearly 1 hour all I got was "Server unreachable". I turned flight mode on and off on my phone and finally got through but it was pointless. I was basically told there wasn't an issue and they're sending a cube engineer later today.

    Would love to know why @EE signal is so **** where I live, 4G and 5G I never have more than 2 bars and facetimes/videos calls constantly have to reconnect and always freeze with how bad the signal is. Even normal calls are always fuzzy and break up when I’m at home

    @EE Any tips on how to stop getting spam messages claiming their EE and saying there’s an issue with billing payment.... getting at least 2/3 every other day 😩

    @EE OK great thanks I have a Huawei p30 pro at the mo so know they are good phones I'm just unsure if I want to get the next one because of the loss of Google services if I don't like the s21 it's gonna be difficult as I've never had an iPhone before
