    @EE Can you get it escalated ? I have an o2 sum and willing to terminate EE contract. Immediately and move to 02 who have undercut you anyway

    @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G

    @EE what on earth is going on with the signal lately it’s appalling up and down the country, also for some reason lately i lose all 3/4/5g when on a phone call never used to be like this.(when losing data also lose phone call quality)

    Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…
