    @EE Yes she is and has been for the whole time, nearly 3 months now. No seem to hurry openreach. Had an openreach engineer come and tell her it's still the same problem I was 2 months ago when they came last. Why? why is it taking this long. Will be going to ADR.

    @EE Nobody is answering the phones for technical support. It's for a business sim. Just got a new sim for sim only after contract ended, but need to change the phone number. How do I get help with this?

    Very poor customer service by EE over charged on a bill twice, call agent didn’t seem to have a clue what they was doing had me on hold for at least a hour! @EE
