-
RonReg0807 (@RonReg0807) reported@EE I tried to phone you twice yesterday (12.30pm and 17.00pm). I am not spending 25 minutes and 45 minutes of my life on hold. Why don't you offer a call back service? @Ofcom
-
Sam Gray (@vespasam) reported@EE The bigger concern is why the seal is broken? I thought the item was New? I have never bought a PlayStation product with a broken seal
-
Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately
-
IStreamSandwich - Stephen (@istreamsandwich) reported@Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM
-
Luke (@lukey_jt91) reported@EE I am fed up of losing signal every time I leave the house.
-
PushbackUK (@PimPGA) reported@EE A hand? I called them before and once you mention that you have your own router, they can't help you.
-
mark allen (@mark_allen02) reported@ee our broadband doesn't work, trying to get you to help, get routed to diagnostic bot then told this may incur a charge. Surely this isn't right?
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This ain’t going to work. I’ve tried that number and end up in an automated queue. I provided my contact details to allow EE to contact me. Instead I am doing the chasing over an issue I have shown is not what is claimed. I look forward to hearing from you, please!
