    @EE The issue has been happening for the past few months, areas where I used to get coverage locally it's now completely gone, I've made several calls since I noticed the issue to find out the cause and nobody has been able to find an answer...

    @EE I was on the customer care chat for over 2 hours today and they wouldn’t remove the fee. They had never processed one of the offers.
