Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. Not very good really!

Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky
