@EE ordered my new iPhone 12 last night itwas delivered today, within 12 hours. cannot fault the delivery service at all. However, utterly amazed that the phone comes with a usb-c cable, and no plug. have no way of charging of my new phone, it is completely useless! Disappointed

@EE Thanks for your response. I do already know how to block unwanted calls, and have blocked this number. But shouldn’t EE be doing something to stop these criminals using your network and preying on and frightening vulnerable people with their fraudulent calls? I think you should

@BarbaraRich_law @EE ..and how do you propose they do that? Reducing network abuse is a strategic, multi-telco effort that requires months of planning.

@Ch4rli3Alpha @EE Thanks for your expert insights. At least it can do no harm for EE to be aware of this specific fraudulent use of the network, so they (or any other telco they pass the information on to) can do whatever they can to trace it
