@EE As a long time customer we got used to the constant price increases. So when we was told of another price increase when renewing we just presumed it was like all the rest. 14% is crazy. Hope it's worth losing so many customers over

  • Tripnotized Rich Smith (@Tripnotized) reported

@SPotatoes8 @EE I guess price increase also necessary 2 continue provide current level of service +invest for future. Traffic increasing exponentially, that costs EE, and can't imagine how much electricity is actually used to run a national mobile network. Sadly that's just inflation for you..

  • _RedSilverFox RedSilverFox (@_RedSilverFox) reported

@EE why is it impossible to talk to anyone in customer service? Your new app and digital service is garbage!!!!

  • locketlamu Locket (@locketlamu) reported

@EE @ChildUnholy Could you please itemize all your service improvements and investments together with the costs?? I am afraid this is just corporate bull***t justifying massive profiteering by fat cats. EE company made record billions in profits last year.

@EE can someone please help me get up & running with a one off package I have bought with ee I'm practically dataless now! Many thanks

  • raquelquefois Raquelquefois (@raquelquefois) reported

@mazymixer @Jamesy_boy @EE Most mobile, broadband and tv suppliers doing same. I think you can cancel regardless of contract based on size of rise.

  • Dooshbag36 its all Madness (@Dooshbag36) reported

@GazRich88 I’m the same Gaz, called @EE yesterday and expressed my disappointment about the price rise, so they lost another customer

  • Mm43261255 Mmmmmmm (@Mm43261255) reported

@mazymixer @EE The worst is virgin media. From April they want to put my mum's landline+basic TV cable channels (no broadband or sky) from £26/month to £37. Very unimpressed

  • DarrenMatthews Darren Matthews MBE (@DarrenMatthews) reported

@StueyC1 @EE The problem is that they are doing just what is in the contract we signed. The annual increases are CPI plus around 3-4%.

  • greenjide2002 jgreen (@greenjide2002) reported
