@EE I’ve been with EE in various guises for over 30 years non stop but have now decided to leave and take my number me but It’s an absolute nightmare. I will never recommend them to anyone. Beware.

Luke Scudder (@lukescudder) reported
@EE I have and although I’ve spoken to kind, polite and empathetic guides there is still no solution. DPD have admitted that my brand new device was stolen by a self employed driver but nothing has been resolved. A disappointing experience all around to be honest

@EE Your billing team were empathetic, but Sarah from customer care was dismissive and said EE ‘lost money’ on the plan. Texts about changes were vague (should’ve been a letter/email too). £389 over 6 months for 30GB shared data is insane-we’ve now had to escalate to the Ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport @bluekatie25 Hi Maxine I think my girlfriend means your innate ability to provide 0 customer service to paying customers who are being charged for a product or service they are yet to receive despite charging them for it the same reason I left your farcical company and switched to @EE

@EE any idea why the signal is so bad in Birmingham city centre at the moment. Almost unusable

@EE Broadband - been off since Saturday pm and now Tuesday pm - our business depends on reliable signal - no explanation or indication of what is going on. As for language - I cannot tell what any of the call centre are saying - broad, thick unintelligible Asian. Used to be geordie.

@EE Truth is, I can call an automated message that offers no actual help. Great at avoiding actual customer service and cutting costs, who cares about customers eh? they are all peasants anyway......terrible service

Langley Park Mackem (@daveboneherron) reported
@EE Three times it’s been opened and closed as soon I put the phone down, no way to treat customers.

Scammers using the number 01615666218 claiming to be @EE and saying that lines will be disconnected. I’ve never been an EE customer but using words such as official EE technical department.

So we have total internet blackout from @EE .. They used to speak English. Now any calls are routed to an unintelligible Indian/pakistani call centre. I can’t understand a bloody word they say. Thinking of leaving EE after more than 20 years - **** service - and still no internet
