    Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    @EE Can you explain why I need to pay £100 for technician to come out & sort WiFi extender issue when we already pay expensive broadband package? Truly awful customer service & call handler just cut me off when I asked to speak to manager😡

    @EE I havent got access to any other phones 😫 i cant do it from the EE app either, it's terrible and my WiFi here is crap, too!

    @SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
