    @EE Hi Team EE... we logged a ticket for our Broadband earlier this Evening. The engineer tweaked somethin and it was OK for a while... but still having issues with it dropping frequently. It's currently online, but in at 35.95Mbps, usually nearer 75. Can anyone help?

    @EE And I check on EE coverage network status , it keep said “ we try to fixing the problem in 16 hours etc ,,,, “ until now still have problem …

    @kingstoby1 @KingDreMMA @EE Pretty poor though isnt it really? With the amount of questions etc they get about it. Someone isnt doing their job if they cant get hold of any stock.

    @EE Have you got service issues in the DN35 area? I've been cut off a works conference call and now it won't stay connected long enough to reach my GP. Online service check shows no issues

    @EE 20 years a customer and spend a fortune each month . Just cancelled my upgrade after being lied to by sales staff !! Tried to resolve over the phone but EE do not want to retain me !! So big you no longer care for your customers .... I’m off to look for a bee provider !!!!

    @ee @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp she had to press her emergency button this morning but because you can’t do your job, Eldercare couldn’t communicate with her, and someone had to come out. Get your **** together and care about your elderly, vulnerable customers.
