    @EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

    @EE no internet or mobile service since 20/10 - sporadic since August - due to be back available today and more notifications of delay. Exactly what am I paying a family bill of £250 plus for?

    @EE Sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier. The signal strength was poor yesterday in Battle but now I’m back outside the area it’s ok. Nothing for you to do thank you 🙏🏼

    @bt_uk @EE You gave no choice but £7 delivery,didn't say you'd not switch nu to EE for 5 days,withheld info when selling,refused complaint in my words,closed complaint unresolved,left me with phone where forced to use mobile data out of package cos one SIM must stay on. Is it Ofcom I need?

    Is @EE broken today? After clicking "Log in" button I get "You've successfully logged out". In mobile app I see zero allowances for everything. What's going on?
