    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person
