    @Dominating215 @EE We're paying £X amount of money for a none existent service. I think a small refund for this day and other days of outage would be acceptable and appreciated

    @EE Well I’m having to hotspot to message you since I can’t get through to customer services either. Can you fix your signal asap. I’m on E. We pay for a service and right now it’s not a very good one.

    @EE Hi Alex unfortunately my job keeps me out on the road so having no data is really inconvenient for me, I understand that there's a problem but it affect my business

    Hey @EE... no Internet service at all in Leeds (4G/3G/2G/potato powered...) and I can't log in to my account on the app or online? Any chance of letting us know what's going on? From a search it looks like I'm not the only one having issues?!
