    @SA_Sharman @EE I keep having this. I turn my phone off and on and after a bit it seems to work again. Check online and no issues and WiFi calling should work but doesn’t when this happens. Strange x

    Dear @EE You are actually ***************. Are you turning the internet off during the day? It has literally just switched off at 8.30am How can it be working fine all evening and then just cut out? This is as dodgy af. Until I got Wi-Fi from you I thought you were amazing.

    @EE Can some explain why "the UK's best network" has such shockingly poor signal for the past couple of weeks? 1 bar, if lucky, of signal and extremely slow mobile internet. No issues in my area either as I've checked that first.

    @EE yet again no signal or service this time for seven days. You apologise and suggest I use WiFi? What if that’s not an option? I’m really disgusted that in total I will have had little to no service for 10 days. The UKs most reliable network?! Hogwash!

    @EE getting ridiculous we have no signal due to issues more than having signal. We was told this would be fixed by now but let down AGAIN

    @EE I’ve been in 3 different parts of the country over the last week where there have been EE network issues that have made my phone unusable. How do I request some sort of refund/compensation for this outage? Currently in central London where the 5G isn’t working! (W2 1BL)

    @EE Please help me. You are not living up to the standards which you advertise (The UK’s most reliable network) this has not been the case for me and I am unable to make calls without problems and at times I’m unable to make calls altogether I want to leave but you won’t let me
