Clodagh Beckham (@clodaghkeane) reported@EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I donโt think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

Not very good really!
