@EE your roaming add on costs are daylight robbery. £15 for 7 days when only 2 or 3 years ago you could add on for £7.99 for a month. How do you justify that price increase? My contract is up in 2 months. You’ve just lost a customer of 15 years - TV, Broadband and Mobile

@EE Hi, it seems you actually offer a 12-day pass for £21.50, which wasn't advertised until I got to France. I've purchased that, but the text confirmation says it's only a 7-day pass. I'm trying to check on the app to see which it is, but signal is ropey while I'm still on the train
