@EE Hi the App is now working but I have moved house and it won’t update my address details. Same for billing address so that is going to cause a problem come payment day. Still can’t access the website as an alternative. Or add on data.

@ee 7 days without internet, day 5 of bluster from your customer service / technical team, approaching 6 hours on your helpline, promises of call backs not made & responses dried up on DM etc. Do you think this is acceptable or should I try @VodafoneUK ?

@EE I’ve been without internet or a decent phone signal since last Friday. You’ve been saying it will take 16 hours to be fixed since then. Im running out of data on my phone already and I’m still paying you for a service I can’t use? Help please

Hi @EE when I got my upgrade I got told a reruns back would be sent with it .. then I had a massage saying one would be coming then I had another to remind me to send the phone. I still and received a returns pack. Can you help?
