    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person

    @EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

    @EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phone with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERY FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...

    Brilliant! @bt_uk FTTP N/W - network fault and @EE* 4/5G utterly abysmal at my NR 12 7 location... *Roll on end May when I can say bye-bye!

    @EE I’ve never had any problems with the landline but honestly the past few months in my area, the call signal has been really poor. Sometimes it’s going to SOS. Please sort it out
