@EE Now you can only provide me with a 3G signal! This is NOT what I pay you a small fortune for every month!

  • Simon_dttia Simon (@Simon_dttia) reported

@EE @MarcAllera it’s not the service I’d expect but I’m afraid really shows you have significant operational issues both in your inability to expedite delivery when you let your customers down and that of almost every agent I dealt with let me down

@LE19NCC @EE Pay on time then dumb ****.. go get a job instead of sweat typing all day on twitter 🤡

@EE Hi phil, unfortunately it's not my device, it's your network that is activating them after I've turned them off. I don't need any information about the alerts and don't need alerts, i simply want your network to stop changing my device settings without my consent

  • tlj1974 Tara Johnston (@tlj1974) reported

@EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.

  • eclairee eclairee (@eclairee) reported

@EE despite our account being clear, my husband is getting threatening letters from EE accusing him of being in debt, threatening debt collection agencies etc. How do we stop this? You have handled his data inappropriately and we want to raise an official complaint.

  • mepodman podman (@mepodman) reported

@EE I get that 5g phones fall back to 4g if there's no 5g signal, if the 5g is present but weak why do phones still hang onto the 5g and not fall back. Iphone13 and Pixel 6 have the same issue. Can a threshold be set to fallback 4g at?

  • notelkz Matt // elkz 🕹️ (@notelkz) reported

It's now been 10 hours since my last reply from @EE support and the manager who was supposed to call me, hasn't, again.
