    @EE The problem is that there’s no one staffing your 150 number; I get diverted to an inadequate virtual assistant with no option to get my issue resolved. I need a human being to help me

    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?
