    Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further

    @dalli_72 @EE I get 5G but it’s poor. Get 5G then back to 4G then back again. That’s why i think that phone signal in UK is behind US,Canada Europe and Asia

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

    As I am having one of "those" days... a) Why does it take a GP 2 days to issue a prescription when the system was made digitial to "streamline" the service? b) @EE Have you any idea just how frustrating your diagnostic bots are when your issue does not fit a "box"?

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
