If you’re having problems accessing our website please make sure you are not using Vodaphone as they still continue to block us. EE customers can access the website with no issues. @EE @VodafoneUK

@EE I am trying to cancel my rolling monthly contract as I now live abroad and I don’t have my old phone or SIM card with me. How can I cancel my contract from abroad without having the sim/number active anymore . I can’t do it from my account online as it needs an OTP to the no.

@EE please can you bring back the option to disable 5G! 4G has been terrible since you disabled this feature. I did report that I couldn't load 5G in my area twice for you to tell me nothing is wrong. Either bring it back or let me leave!

@EE hi all I updated to the latest version iOS 16.4 and since then your app isn’t working. I have uninstalled it reinstalled it still nothing, turned mobile off and on the same, also running your latest version. Not that impressed to be honest, is there an issue?

@EE Hello ee for some reason my phone has been saying no service since yesterday and I can’t call customer service for help cause there is no service I’ve tried to take my sim in and out airplane mode and even turned it off nothing is working @EE pls dm it’s not letting me dm @EE
