    @EE your customer service is horrendous. I've had a complaint open for 6 weeks and everyone has been extremely unhelpful.

    @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

    @EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.
