@EE if someone buys one of the earphones in your online store, and finds it doesn’t fit at all or it’s broken, but has already opened the packaging. Can this still be retuned even though the packaging is not unopened?

@PozzaMozza @Starlink @EE It’s a great product. We were lucky enough the builder that built the house put in a spare 4” pipe underground from the garage to the front gate. We did have EE out last month finally and they put the fiber in from the garage down the pipe to the gate but couldn’t connect it up as they didn’t have the correct connectors (you cat make it up). Now waiting another 6 weeks for them to maybe try again. I would have happily stuck with SL but EE are offering 1700mb for almost the same monthly price and hopefully once it’s actually up and running it’ll will have been worth the wait. The Mini can go back to being occasionally use when we go camping etc.

@EE @EE because I have received mixed messages when I call the support team and they say they don’t accept returns after the original packaging of the earphones has been opened for health and safety reasons.

@EE Already reached out, after an hour on the phone, received a text advising the “complaint” was closed. Mast is not fixed, no predicted date other than “ if you’re out of service for over 7 days” I’m entitled to credit. Not chasing a freebie, I want EE to fix issue PERMANENTLY

@EE I’m trying to gauge how many other people are having constant problems like me with the inferior service you are providing. My original complaint from September/October still has not been resolved

@EE What if the issue is that item does not fit? For example with the earphones. If you purchase it and then keeps falling off. Can the item be returned if this is requested the same day it’s received
