@ee @WeAreOpenreach both of you need to get it together. Got a delayed order since December. Now all works have been completed openreach systems won’t allow EE to book a new appointment because of system issues. Been told to wait another week to see if you can book me in #slow

@EE Its looking like a 20% increase in my monthly mobile phone costs using the new system. This highlights a problem with low useage users paying the same as high end users.

@EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.
