    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @Gmcswineyyy @EE This is the worst I've come across for a long while. I am actually quite shocked about how I've been communicated with by their complaints team.

    @EE I had emails telling me to ‘hang fire’ on set up until you’d been in touch. I’ve not had any further communication.

    After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

    @EE hi there need some help please. We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we haven’t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. How do I get another sent to us asap so we can post? Thanks
