  One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

  @EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.
