@EE Service is down in my area and there is no updates or notifications on the website? What’s going on?

  • Sasha_saffron #LapisLazuli (@Sasha_saffron) reported

@EE Yeah Connor, I’ve done all the troubleshooting things with it. It seems the latest update was the issue. It’s down to Apple and I know they do this on purpose.

  • FanMadeMunkVidz FanMadeMunkVideos (@FanMadeMunkVidz) reported

@KyleJones2703 @EE Must be joking constant signal loss , lies from customer support You must either work for ee Or dont know good service network

  • KyronBaxter kyron baxter (@KyronBaxter) reported

@FanMadeMunkVidz @EE Their customer support fell apart since the pandemic hit. Not worth the premiums they charge at all and @EE is extremely dishonest with customers

  • NoisyStandard ColinP (@NoisyStandard) reported

@_Farmergeddon Similar issue in parts of Somerset. @EE say there is 4g coverage in our area, but it’s so patchy as to be unusable for calls. A few years back we had to call the fire brigade because our neighbour’s house was on fire. Without a landline, it would have been nigh on impossible.

@EE @ibemur Hi I have requested numerous times for Ee to contact me regarding my upgrade which I wish to cancel within my legal time frame. Nobody wants to help. Can a manager from the retention team please call me Mr Khan 07854688432 urgently. Thanks

  • jackmcknavy Richard McKinstray (@jackmcknavy) reported

@EE I did and the agent was very helpful, however a near half hour wait for a simple SIM card order is extremely poor.

  • Stonelaughter Tom Kelsall (@Stonelaughter) reported

@EE Can you tell me what's going on in the NG17 area? For three weeks now I've been having texts that there's a problem you're fixing; and at the end of each day it says it's fixed, then same again the next day. Whaddup???

  • its_dooley ItsDooley (@its_dooley) reported

@BBeliefLive @EE Not gonna lie I've never had an issue with them, how did they scam you for 3 years surely you check your account and what not ?

  • locke101 steven locke (@locke101) reported

@EE well after a very rude customer complaints call I have now cancelled my EE broadband. When his stance is it’s not our fault that’s not just not good enough … an apology goes along way to smooth things over
