@EE Ok fine, just wish I was told this would happen when I took the contract via phone. I was told about the annual increase which I accepted. A bit more transparency would have been nice especially as I’ve been a loyal customer since the T-mobile days.

@EE I know why you’re doing it, but it never used to be required and if you need extra money... why are you giving new customers lower prices than I’ve been paying so far? This is literal nickel & diming and it does not sit well.

@EE Can you tell me if my mum can keep her number if she switches from @O2 to you. @O2 ignored my tweets after initial response and left my vulnerable mum on her own with no phone! Service is key at the moment. If so, how long will this process take?

@EE I have been checking the EE Admin Hub page, and it goes to 'No Service' then connects after a short time. It happens quite regularly now

@EE All EE CUSTOMERS Please read #trustpilot reviews before you upgrade or take out a contract. 76% of people rate them bad. #EE have stolen £550 from me after telling me all was OK & now refuse to rectify their mistake!

@EE called you on the 12th feb to discuss my plan and wrongly charged and inappropriate plan to what I had agreed. Advised this would be looked into and I would have a call back 19/2/21 at 12 noon. No call or customer service follow up received??
