@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

@EE Contacted EE tech support regarding this mobile mast now not working, that has resulted in a significant reduction in service in #Ormesby Which was a waste of my time as they couldn't grasp the issue raised, just kept going on about general mobile coverage in the area.

@EE needs to be held accountable. Basically if you don’t call us to tell us you don’t want an upgrade we will charge you as though you have.The staff and team leader were very sympathetic however the manager flat out said I don’t think we should give you anything and was rude

@EE Yes I have. It's a never ending moving goal post. Last Thursday, I was told Friday, then Friday I was told Sunday and then on Sunday I was told today. Now I'm being told we don't know

@ee can you tell me why when am talking to someone a get cut off this never happened with Vodafone when a moved to them years ago been back with EE 3 years spam phone calls never happened with Vodafone once this is now becoming a joke all I get now is
