    @EE I just tried ringing you to cancel my contract (mobile broadband) I’m not using and the call was disconnected. Why? And why haven’t I received my BT sport subscription over 24 hours later?

    @DPDgroup_news could learn a thing or 2 from @EE - the customer service difference was unbelievable! Spoke to a lovely woman called Eimear who not only took control of the problem but made me laugh so much I forgot how royally pissed off I was with DPD! #CustomerService
