    @EE - You've got the cheek to charge me £2 per day for data usage in Europe then not even provide me a service. Phone has spent half the time connected to O2 & the other half without any signal at all Only sending this now as I'm on a train using WiFi. Absolutely scandalous!!!

    Shocking service by @DPDgroup_news. Waited in for a @EE delivery then got a text saying I wasn't in. Driver went to the wrong house in the wrong road. Now needs picking up from a local shop. CS was going to call back but didn't and now it's closed.

    @EE trying to terminate my contract but no one is responding to my messages. I cannot call as moved abroad.

    @EE Bill is now over £10 more that is was when I signed up 15 months ago! How can you do this to people with everything else going up in cost,I will never sign a contact with EE again! Your sales colleagues over the phone failed to mention any of this! Just took my money and ran!

    @EE please advise when the network issues in SA33 are going to be resolved? Several weeks now. Still paying for a service that doesn't work - not acceptable.

    @EE your signal in B771NR has gone from 3 Bars to 1 bar sometimes none. Not happy your service is getting worse and if you don’t fix it I’m off back to @VodafoneUK
