    @EE It was the SIM for my wife’s upgraded phone. Which I have now arranged to be sent out via the call centre. Although, while waiting for this, my wife’s current SIM has now been cancelled leaving her with no signal unless in wifi

    @EE @BeanoOfficial Hi, you have cancelled my SIM for no reason saying that it was system issue. It has been 5 days now without working phone, I can’t make or receive phone calls, don’t have internet in my phone, despite the fact I have freshly renewed pack.

    @EE online portal has been down now for nearly 7 x days. How can a company of this size not have fixed this! Absolute joke 😡😡😡

    Amazing both @EE and @O2 have sent me txts saying they are improving my service. Err wrong. At Balcombe I had 5G with @EE now 3 bars on 4G, and O2 just 3 bars of 4G. Amazing improvement
