    @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service

    @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is

    @EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village
