@jrbenson @VodafoneUK @EE Has to be said it was a bit of an omission that wasn't there to begin with, and i assumed it was a hardware issue. Good to know it was not!

@EE After being a customer for many years with ee and also paying them a lot of money a month you wouldn’t expect them to lie to on the phone then be told the complete opposite when having to ring back up to resolve the same issue. customer service going down the drain #sortitout

@EE Like I've said. No phone call... You're a complete waste of time. Everytime you promise a phone call back you don't. Don't deserve any customers... Your customer service and treatment of them is appalling

@EE Yes, I’ve contacted both EE and BT so many times. Expecting a call back from BT Sport but hasn’t happened! Any chance of sorting some discount on my bill given that I’m not getting the service I’m paying for?

@jrbenson @VodafoneUK @EE Vodafone (finally) support eSIMs on the iPhone as of November I think it was - I must have been asleep when they launched that. Migrating from physical SIM took a couple of minutes. They’ve also finally got SMS working over UMA.
