@SolarCycles63 @EE Ahh yes. They've been doing that for centuries. This accelerated since WWII with the advent marketing/TV, and now it's in hyperdrive with the coming of the internet. Ironically, the more "educated" we got, the more stupid we got.

Rejoined @EE a couple of weeks ago after 2 years away. Needed to speak to the team twice already and spent way, way too long on hold waiting for an advisor. Never had this with our previous provider. Sort it out please

@EE @rootmetrics Also, 124/340 calls failing on their network within a month isn’t classed as “high”, essentially if over 1/3 of your communications are critical, I’d avoid EE

@EE I upgraded a phone a couple of years ago-it was on the basis it would never go over the monthly amount for use while abroad. My bill has doubled & some for this month, following a trip abroad. Why are your staff misleading customers what are going to do about it???

@EE issues with ee customers using the @chase_uk app. Maybe you should let customers know so the call centre staff at chase don't get abuse.
