    @EE Can you explain to me why you are discriminating against existing customers? We have phoned to make the switch to Full Fibre after being messed about and you’re wanting to charge us double & cannot contact a manager either? Absolutely disgusting service.

    @EE I have been calling that number for 4 weeks and it never gets me anywhere, why would this time be any different? Your teams have already acknowledged that I've not been called as promised yet they never fix it

    @EE And if you read my post (Bot) it was a general gripe how bad the signal is here in the UK around the small towns. Yet in the bleakest of areas around Norway, you get a 5G signal.

    @EE number 1 communications provider but impossible to call up and speak to a person. How is that progress. Can do chatbot but doesn't have option of make a complaint

    @EE Thanks for the reply, But not worth the time. I ended up getting a new SIM card on a EE store. Where they said they couldn't help me with the card I bought at Sainsbury's. Which was also disappointing.

    @EE What is the best contact number to discuss getting rid of my new WiFi 7 router. The amount of issues I am having. with devices dropping out is just ridiculous.

    @EE Complete waste of time. You’re a telecommunications company that can’t access accounts online. I’ll be exiting my contract due to lack of service first thing on Monday. Hopeless. @O2 here I come.

    @EE This needs escalating properly, I need a manager/supervisor to contact me personally to resolve this. Someone needs to take some responsibility and sort this out. Please help.
