@EE ive been trying to pay my overdue phone bill for three days now but nothings working. Been cut off again and I can’t even pay online or using the automated service! Even someone in customer service couldn’t do it.

@MartinSLewis Planned Obsolescence being just that, what will / should phone companies, such as @EE do to reimburse their customers, when they know that customers like me, who have been with them for years start to develop ‘problems’ with their phones at the end..

@EE not to blame for poor show (actually no-show) by @WeAreOpenreach who cancelled appointment to install fibre for reasons known only to themselves. Ah, is this why our communication systems in the UK are, in my view, in such a mess !!?

@EE Hi Tom, I tried doing that but it invites you to enter your mobile number which I tried and it just said it’s not recognised. Im no longer on the network but I’m still getting charged.
