    @WeAreOpenreach & @bt_uk we have been waiting for our broadband to be installed but the date we had was for the 6th then it is the 22nd. Why don’t you work together to provide service for vulnerable people. I am vulnerable. Awaiting surgery. I have fallen twice but I have no network to call or use internet @EE network coverage is not good.

    @EE hi, I have an inclusive extra on my account to use my phone whilst abroad it’s just for the EU, it does say I can change it but doesn’t specify what countries it will include… I’m looking for coverage in Turkey can you help at all please

    @EE used to be such a great company - not anymore. Customer service is non existent- all promises and absolutely diabolical follow up. They do nothing they say they will! Definitely go to other providers if you can!

    @EE please stop using @dpd_uk for your deliveries. They have no customer support, no complaint system, and best of all their drivers wait less than 30 seconds at the door before leaving. Absolute disaster of a company that shouldn't be allowed to operate in the UK in my opinion

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE October 4- fibre line breaks from pole 5- engineer inspects 7- engineer arrives. Can’t fix. Not qualified on “this type of fibre”. 8- tel for update . 9- tel for update. 70m fibre arrived 13- 100% assurance reconnect 14th 14- await update on 15th

    @EE My new boradband should have been activated yesterday. This morning the smart hub plus is STILL just flashing orange. I've tried different cables and sockets, all the same. Not a good start for a new customer
