    @PawsomeMaps @EE DE56 area and had Service Issues according to your website for 4 days now resulting in one or two bars or signal strength and unable to access the Internet

    @EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

    @bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract
