    @EE Why is it so difficult to maintain an adequate broadband wifi network and be able to manage it through the app?

  • Pbear250424 Heather Whitehead (@Pbear250424) reported

    @EE having horrendous trouble with EE whilst on different islands in the Caribbean, spoken to several robots & a real person yesterday who said "we shouldn't have this problem again" #IFONLY

  • CA_OFFICIAL97 C.A (@CA_OFFICIAL97) reported

    @EE my service is down

  • Goose1167 John (@Goose1167) reported

    @johnnyXscotland @virginmedia I'd love to get 39 as promised by @EE, but we don't get anywhere near that on a consistent basis. Sometimes we don't get anything at all and it's blamed on the amount of people using the network. We will be moving to Starlink in January

  • MortonAlex Alex Morton (@MortonAlex) reported

    @EE being your customer continuing to be a complete nightmare. After being cut off against our will and without notice lots of time spent on the phone trying to get the 4G device to work. It is next to useless.

  • BuckleyKevin Kevin Buckley (@BuckleyKevin) reported

    @EE The last time I spoke with your technical team I was informed that “I would have better service in Winter than Summer as there are less leaves on the trees around my house at that time of year”🤡 Goodbye👋🏻

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Winchburgh, Scotland

    @BuckleyKevin @EE @VodafoneUK Funny how they always try to blame everything else apart from their service. I've had the blame put on my house, my handset, where I work etc etc. Dire.

  • andrew_archer7 Andrew Archer (@andrew_archer7) reported

    @gompstomp78 @EE You won't do if you haven't got a signal, pal.

  • StueyC66 StueyC (@StueyC66) reported

    @ee Why do I have to login each time I open your app? I remained logged in until recently. It's really annoying. 😩

  • jab_1903 Jude B (@jab_1903) reported

    @EE I’ve spent 4hrs speaking to your team and multiple people but no one is able to fix this basic problem
