    @Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

    @EE your signal is absolutely shite, charge a fortune meant to be UKs NO 1 .. yet I’m in a capital city sitting with 1 bar on 5G floating to 4G .. absolute shambles of a comapny
