Joining the hoards who seem to have had shite service from @EE and @DPDgroup_news today on iPhone 14 release - NO notifications or contact about my delivery and now can’t get any help from either company about getting my parcel re delivered - unsurprising **** service!

@ThePrizeForce @EE It’s a war of attrition. They want you to give up. Calling ScottishPower took 1h20 to get through, then bounced from one dept to another, each time back in the queue, total 4h30, and then they ignored their own resolution and back to sq1. Their mistakes always favour them🤔

@EE I upgraded to the 14 Pro Max as soon as it went live on the 9th, but due to there been a problem with my upgrade, it got cancelled without me been made aware. I found out Monday when I had to call about something else and the upgrade was put through again. 1/4
