Received a response about my complaint for crazy call charges (when I was told they were free) to call @ThreeUK last night for an updat, I had to wait an hour to speak to them to be told the same as 2 months ago, “there was nothing they could do”! Really glad moved to @EE

Every two years I have the same issue with @EE -Upgrades due -Deals are more expensive than other networks -Back and forth until they eventually match the deal. Can you guys not just save the headache and start actually offering the best deal from the get go..?

@EE Try fixing my account so I can finally get a working SIM. Avoid this company guys they don't care about new customers. 2 weeks ago I ordered a SIM only deal. There is an apparent issue with my account. Still no resolution despite several comms from me 2 them. AVOID

@EE Thanks - my 4Gee router is really letting me down and I'm not at all happy with it. Its speed is very slow unless it's the middle of the night (too many customers on one mast?) and it's simply been out of action this past few days

@EE I keep losing my signal and 4/5g in my home. I've been with you for years and never had this issue. Recently switched the s21 but ot was ok until a couple of weeks ago. Any advice?

The worst experience that i ever had with a company . This is a company which doesnt respect anything and scams you into things that they dont ask you. My contract was renewed without my permision and now they are asking me for money to terminate it . @EE
