@leestoker1984 @JesscaLea @EE All services down in my area for a 4th day. I’m also working from home and it’s impossible without any phone or internet connection. EE have told me it’ll be fixed by 4pm today...we shall see.

@EE I’ve been having issues with my 4G all day, my bills are all paid for up to date but I seem to be cut off? I’m also NHS staff with free data so I don’t see an issue my end. Can you advise please?

Some companies get a lot of stick for poor service, being greedy or not supporting people through this pandemic. BUT a lot of companies are actually stepping up, @EE and @bt_uk being just one. EE have also given all NHS workers free data during this whole pandemic too

@EE I sign up for alerts last time in ps5 stock but never got a email to say they was in stock and obviously I’ve registered my interest again will I actually get a email and when do you think they will be online to order??

After the awful customer service I had from @EE at the start of the original lockdown it’s a pleasure cancelling 2 of the 4 contracts I’ve got. I Will cancel the other 2 as soon as I can. 13 years loyal custom gone because they wouldn’t help with a simple request back last March.

@EE I can’t call out - I’ve tried your chat on tech support issues and you say it’s n/ a doe all of your menu options aside from business but it doesn’t connect. I can’t use my phone and I’m working from home I’m lockdown HELP.

@leestoker1984 @EE Especially when we're more reliant than ever on the internet, working from home, unable to see people in person.. to blatantly lie to people rather than managing expectations is awful and unethical @EE
