    @EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?

    @EE broadband down about 6 times over the last 3 days. Poor service. Has meant no internet and not able to watch TV as your TV service runs through Broadband! Not a happy household

    After 30 years with @EE t mobile and mercury decided to jump ship as the best deal they could offer was double the price of another provider. Guess it dont pay to be a loyal customer any more

    @EE I have already called 150 which is part of my complaint! I have emailed it to complaints. I would think at this stage EE should contact me

    @EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and I’m not sure I’m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isn’t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

    @EE your new customer service method is rubbish, i call, i get a text message browse some bloody site, to get another text message I WANT TO TALK TO A BLOODY HUMAN not do this ridiculous rigamaroll.... Absolutely poor design choices...

    @EE If I'd known about these charges, I would NOT have bothered with the upgrade!! Absolutely shocking!! An extra £40+ on top of an already extortionate service!!

    Anyone else having issues with @EE Wi-fi my Internet has been off for over 2 hours having to use
