@EE Hi, an update for you. I’ve managed to make a payment but I had to do it on my laptop, it still won’t work from my phone as it won’t take me to the bank’s confirmation page. Don’t know if that helps you pinpoint the problem. Please fix it before I need to top up again in 9 weeks!

@lighty79 @EE Oh you get to pay £100 to send your new one back so they can send you a refurbished one then they fix yours and charge the next mug £100 to do the same ,great eh this is after paying an extra £10 a month for insurance talk about a con

@EE I've ordered a phone online and was asked to call and confirm details. Which isn't very convenient as my old phone is broken, i don't have a landline or a workphone, and I live alone.

@EE Broadband is something many rely on at the moment as we’re all being cautious given the current circumstances and with your network always cutting out we find it hard to get many things done. My partner works from home and without the internet he cannot do his job. [1/2]
