  @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

  Hey @EE As a longtime customer I’m very unimpressed with yr customer service to my Dad (93) You: - Made him move from BT -> EE - Told me you’d switch his DD over - Failed to do this so he missed 1st payment - Ignored his complaint & request for refund - Charged him a late fee!

  The @EE website and app are the worst ive ever had to deal with. The app no longer logs in, and the website just sits idle. Thank god my contract is at an end.

  @EE The problem is that there’s no one staffing your 150 number; I get diverted to an inadequate virtual assistant with no option to get my issue resolved. I need a human being to help me
