    @EE My previous experience is the guides can’t help. Openreach are telling me in a year EE say they can’t help. I have provided my contact details to EE and waiting to hear from you.

    Why has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🤬😡

    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

    @EE The bigger concern is why the seal is broken? I thought the item was New? I have never bought a PlayStation product with a broken seal
