    @its_llew @EE No idea. Its doing my head in. Not sure what the app being updated has to do with me not being able to get into the site either. Have reinstalled app a number of times and it appears to accept my login, however with the pin enabled or fingerprint used, all I get is the error.

    @WhiteRoomFloral @EE Same issue for me. No phone for 3 days on a new contract as well. Believe a tower is down by me but not helpful when you rely on the phone for work

    @EE hiya I have been asked to provide proof of purchase for an insurance claim with my IMEI number. I did this online and have my first bill and my order confirmation but nothing with my IMEI number on it. Please can you help?

    @EE just moved into the centre of Milton Keynes and I get 1 bar of reception, I was here on Thursday and had full signal. Your status checker says there's an issue in MK9, but doesn't elaborate at all - not sure whether it's referring to the same issue. Is there an outage in MK?

    @EE Hi, when will signal be restored? We had a power cut for 24hrs over the weekend and had no phone. I assumed I’d have signal by now. I’d really like an update please.
