    @EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

    After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.

    @TragedyCalls @LUDENClassics It's a profit driven choice, that will eventually loose @EE custom. Especially given their service domestically is not much better given their much higher cost per month than free to roam rivals

    @EE what an shockingly bad customer service you have. Ive been waiting on a manager to return a call since Monday. Its truly an appalling company.

    @jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.

    @EE Text service - I've already been through the text bot earlier today and eventually someone called me, but the problem has come back but this time the bot isn't playing ; )
