    I had a contract for @EE for 2 years. I tried to end it after the 2 years, and 1 year later I am being chased by a debit collector for bills I never missed and after being wrongly charged by EE for over 6 months. No resulution they offer stands for more than a week. Stay away

    @EE have terrible customer service. Trying to set up a payment plan to pay off a large phone bill made in error and they just keep cutting you off from using your phone and are not willing to help the situation.

    So @bt_uk slogan is "We connect for good" Ironic cause I've been waiting nearly a month for broadband due to them having 'connection problems' to send an engineer out? @EE #awks

    @MarcAllera @EE We’d like to say hello to full fibre but we’re finding it impossible to find out what is going on with our order. All we know is we’re being disconnected 10 November - please please help

    @EE 5G often comes up on my handset but mobile network is slow and sometimes doesn't connect at all im having constant connection issues also calls dropping out etc I've done all the trouble shooting and still having the same issues please can someone sort this out ?

    nice to get calls from folks who apparently @EE gave my details to talk about business tariffs. Especially when they want me to confirm details apparently given to them from network??

    @EE It's not something you can fix. Ultimately the promised 5G is underwhelming. We were told those kinds of issues would be a thing of the past with 5G. They aren't.
