    Spent 20 min trying to log into @EE mobile app... Added 5 quid no problem there. But when I want to buy a pack or data add-on IT DOESN'T WORK. Not on the app not on the browser. They just yoinked my money nice :)

    It’s a little bit worrying how hard it is to get through to EE when you’re not already a customer? I’m trying to take out a new contract but it’s so ******* hard as no numbers work or it won’t let me go past first stage as I don’t have EE Number @EE

    @EE disgusting customer service, I have been a customer for 15 years and the service I have just been given is resulting in 4 mobile contracts cancelling and going elsewhere

    @EE Hi sorry for the late reply, I’ve not nope, I did call up and they said the 5g part of the new mast has broken after 2 days and couldn’t give me a time frame when it would be back up and running unfortunately Lewis

    What a **** show @EE is i don’t know how they can call them selfs the UK’s best network when you can’t even speak to someone on the phone without going through 20 different options to add to it they lost my account details.
