    @EE I’ve been in contact several times with EE about this. Postcode sector is LA2 0. Signal is dreadful, especially considering it covers both a motorway and major arterial road.

    8) forgot to add. This fake #carphonewarehouse knew all the details when they phoned my husband. Contract end date etc. it sounded legit at the time. Didn’t ask for any login details of passcode to EE. @EE but he can see the order in his existing EE account this evening

    @EE Yes. spent hours on phone today& had a thoroughly miserable experience. From upgrades to insurance it has now made me decide to cancel, get an iphone from Argos &switch providers.If you would like to know more details and work with me to seek a better resolution I can inbox you.

    @EE I have been told by EE there is an issue with the local 5G mast. This also means that my so-called Unbreakable Wi-Fi is totally broken.

    @EE we have had a broadband outage for 2 days now… can we have an ETA of when it will be fixed? Your diagnostics bot is saying it should have been fixed an hour ago (after previously missed etas). SE20

    @ThreeUK After being a customer 13 years, today I changed over to a rolling monthly deal in preparation to leave. Not being offered anything for my commitment nor the high roaming charges I'm going to encounter. Loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore. @O2/@EE what can you offer?
