@JPWR_1984 It’s terrible I think. I can understand a £3 increase here and there but a £10 a month (or almost £13 in my case) is unacceptable. Am making some calls tomorrow to move providers, I just feel it’s hugely insulting to loyal customers who have been with them years. @EE

@EE When I signed my contract you never told me you would increase your four time in under two years you are ripping people off!

@lrob79 @EE Don't bother. I told ee I wouldn't be able to afford my medication if I have to pay the new increases in broadband and phone bill (I am disabled). They offered me zero help or support. Just told me to contact the ombudsman

@Davidro30935132 @JPWR_1984 @EE You do yes. But I would rather get out of it and pay the one off fee because this for me is more about the principle of being with a provider who think it’s ok to whack on almost £13 a month, just bad I think.

@BobbyBamber @EE Their customer "service" team, obviously armed with scripts that profess deep sorrow at rises, and barrowloads of bullshit that doesn't provide any justification for them, have just wasted an hour of my life. Appalling company.

I imagine @EE will be losing customers en masse today (or ensuring they won't renew phoine contracts) after hiking prices wage above inflation by 14.4%. Their customer service is utterly dreadful too. Absolute garbage.

I am with @EE for my mobile and broadband and have received emails telling me both will increase, by £5.97 and £4.18 a month respectively. That’s quite a hike and disappointing to see after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. Might be time to shop around.

@EE So let's get this straight. The profits you make aren't used for business improvement outside of paying salaries and tax or for supporting customers. Instead you want me and the rest of your customers to pay an extra on top to help you achieve your corporate responsibility. Nice

@EE your 4G signal in Burnley today is truly dog sh1t. Only noticed as my @BT (also EE now) internet has gone down at home. When’s my contract up?

@EE absolutely scandalous call ref. upgrade. Upfront fee of £600-700!!! App shows no upfront fee. UKs best network!!!! You're disgraceful, absolute rip-off merchants. See ya, custom definitely lost after that performance. #shameful
