    @OniSuika @EE How many people do you think you’ll be turning off of EE that aren’t already in the replies looking to complain to people that can’t help? You think people will see that you’re having an issue, that’s logged are any less likely to be put off than those claiming overcharging?

    @EE It's been over 10 hours and no assistance has been provided to solve this problem. I am unable to book my airport taxi. This is a breach of contract and it is unacceptable

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

    @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.

    @EE Any chance Someone can contact me about dpd collecting my phone for repair , I organised it last week , Still no text , Been a customer with ee since it was one2one , Wow what a way to treat a long standing cuatomer

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved
