    Hey @EE our 19 yo daughter is in Portugual 1st adult holiday. We have asked for roaming to be activated. Told 24 hrs but 36 hours later still not working. Not ideal as we worry for her safety. Tried chat and useless. Please help us as we worry.

    @EE Pathetic!!! Paying for having no service , hours on the phone with false promises of credits and refunds ( aka lies). Waiting for a manager to call before I pass to Ombudsman. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with! #sortyouractoutEE

    @KennethJMacLean @EE @BarraIsland No, there's no sign of any action actually being taken. The person I spoke to on the phones had the decency to be horrified but couldn't explain why we're being left with a mostly broken mast. The fault number will get you any updates if they exist.

    @MarcAllera instead of complaining to @EE Customer services I’m complaining to you. After being on the phone over 2 1/2 hours and still not resolving my issue you need to employ more staff to answer the phone. Maybe you should pay take a pay cut of the millions you get paid. Poor

    @EE 2 hour wait for chat help? Cheers as per usual service is rubbish and we're paying over the odds for it as usual. How about you sack Kevin Bacon, the overpaid has been? Pass the savings on to customers, yeah?

    Since the @btsport app has been powered by @EE it's been total ****. Resolution is normally terrible, can't even get it to cast today. Useless.

    @EE why is there no benefit to staying a loyal customer. Every time I’m due upgrade it’s cheaper on @O2 £40 less upfront fee!

    @EE I get a poor signal either at work or at home … always have with EE at home … office is in St Katherines Way, London right next to Tower Bridge which I personally find extraordinary…not sure what you can do
