@EE When you discontinue your femtocell service, you are going to lose at least one customer from your @Plusnet arm. I have relied on my femtocell for 12 years as there is no usable signal without walking a hundred yards from my house.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of help that my partner has recieved, regarding the fraudulant purchases of @MicrosoftStore products using a phone number on her @EE account to pay for them. I want the origin of these transactions to be investigated @MicrosoftStore please.

@EE Hi, is there any issues with your online insurance claim portal at the moment? I have damage cover, have just damaged my phone but keep getting an EE error message when hitting the final submit button. Can i go in store to sort?

@EE Given that your average home broadband router has a 192.168.1.x address with a /24 subnet, most broadband will support up to 254 devices, so 100 devices is not really a selling point. Not saying performance would be any good…but it is do-able

@EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.
