@EE just called to upgrade our phone contracts. The upgrade team couldn’t have been more helpful. Shame the technical support team were so rude. Tried to apply a credit to our account we received from a store manager and tech team refused to even discuss it. #poorcustomerservice

  • leeputtock Lee Puttock (@leeputtock) reported

@EE No. In the end I used the live chat and the agent on there resolved my issue. Got there in the end after a panic inducing message that was not true. Thanks for checking

  • LeanneS101 Leanne (@LeanneS101) reported

@EE I’m due an upgrade and it shows this on the app and your website but when I try to select the phone, it says ‘it looks like there’s no suitable plans available for this device right now’. That’s for every iPhone. Is there an issue with the site?

@MarcAllera @EE You need to sort your **** out with your BT Broadband, Openreach and Fibre to the Home Team.....been offline for 4 weeks - still not fixed. Utter shambles Marc. Hope you had a very merry Xmas. 😡

  • tyrbiter Brian Morrison 😁 🌸 (@tyrbiter) reported

@leoniedelt @EE They didn't send it, it was injected via a government-mandated emergency messaging facility that all the networks are required to support. It doesn't need to know phone numbers, it uses the IMSI directly as that is what the network uses to contact a phone.

  • paul_uden Paul Uden (@paul_uden) reported

@EE Yes, I've seen. Thanks for your help. I'll keep looking. Might just buy a phone somewhere else and go SIM only with EE.
