@tech4adz @EE @SamsungUK EE and Samsung did nothing to help, all each wanted to do was argue with me. Ended up replacing the protector myself with a decent one myself, according to one of the customer services people it doesn't invalidate the warranty. What an absolute shitshow all round though into now.

What is it with awful customer service everywhere? So far this week #Fiit refusing to replace a faulty device. @DPDgroup_news messing up the delivery of new phone by not messaging me they were coming and now refusing to redeliver and @EE just bouncing me back to @DPDgroup_news 🙃

@EE can you stop emailing me about picking up my phone. I have it and told you 3x. Also went into the shop to tell them. This is why I'm leaving and never coming back. Worst company ever

@bt_uk Only get a paltry 22mbps (intermittent) home broadband with no plans for @BT_Openreach to upgrade infrastructure. I get approx 70mbps on my @EE mobile, time for you to offer mobile Internet if the fixed-line is slow and unreliable, especially as BT/EE is the same company.
