Hi @EE you allowed my top up to go to a deactivated number, I think a refund would of the top up would be appropriate. You never know, I might spend that money on a usable EE top up.

@EE I was expecting my EE parcel today but the driver never arrived to my house and instead of this he posted “I’ve missed the parcel” along with a picture of a wrong house he was trying to deliver lol
