  @ChrisBrightwel1 @EE @MarcAllera Yep they just ignoring all their preorder customers. They refusing to engage in anything to do with phone preorders. Now they are communicating with their ps5 preorder customers. Probably to tell them to keep refreshing a **** delivery tracker that doesn’t work.

  @EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed

  @EE Trying to get my phone to work in Ireland. Keep getting "no network" message. When on WiFi and trying to call "link to WiFi". Nothing is working properly. It's very frustrating!

  @VodafoneUKBiz the worst customer support. 3 days ago I requested assistance in getting my Apple Watch connected to the network and still not resolved. Shameful customer support. I should have stayed with @EE
