    @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

    @EE third time in a month I havenโ€™t received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Canโ€™t imagine how you would treat someone who hasnโ€™t had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!

    @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

    @EE cant wait for my contract to be up with tesco. Switching to ee as it'll be cheaper amd has a shop like 10 minutes away if I have issues #EEForTheWin

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay ยฃ122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want ยฃ179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.
