You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
