    @EE Please see this thread. I've had another 40 minutes on the phone with 150 and, again, no help at all!

    @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

    @LeilaniDowding @EE There will be something for those communities they can’t legally leave a house without a connection I’ve just moved my elderly parents over to digital home phone there are backup lines for pendant alarms. The copper landline wiring is poor these days it’s just moving with the tec

    @EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

    @EE Hi, I’d like to cancel my EE line contract & I’ve finished already my 2 year contract. However, I’m outside the UK & I’d like to know how to proceed with the cancellation. Thanks in advance.

    @EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

    @EE don’t but EE they won’t sort you out things.Poor network worst service.I been calling them but nothing have changed
