Missing your product? Given wrong advice when sold something at a @EE store. This is a common occurrence recently and ee seem to not want to solve any of the issues. It goes as far as people like @Nomme1992 ordering something and not getting the device in the box on arrival.

@EE @EE a Dm saying call customer service is patronising and insinuates that I’ve not been there already; your responsibility should be to loyal customers and I won’t let this go until you’ve correct not just my issue but that of all other effected parties!

Poor from @EE. Signed up 2 wks ago for Full Fibre Busiest Home. Devices arrived last week, but no info about OpenReach engineer supposedly arriving to install tmw. Called EE who said “order wasn’t processed properly” so it needed to be cancelled. Alternative internet providers?

@EE what a disgraceful service you have provided me. Ordered broadband 7 weeks ago and still nothing, now got an email saying it could be another 12 weeks to get full fibre installed 😡. Also told full fibre is my only option for broadband at my property.

@EE I have been on your messaging service for well over an hour being passed from one “EE Guide who’ll be able to help” to another. Current waiting time since last message is 24 minutes. This is an issue of your making that I am trying to sort. Any chance of any servic please??

Kmt @EE the flipping worst company. Misold a broadband and TV package and since I’ve changed to fibre one the broadband keeps cutting out.
