    @EE I swear since you upgraded us to full fibre we've had more buffering and less ability to watch and load simple things like iPlayer. Not a happy customer.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.

    @EE - is there something wrong with the EE app. Going in circles trying to get logged in. I have reinstalled etc and same issue. See others on EE forum having issues too

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!

    Love how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for

    Amen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.
