@SamsungMobile @EE very unimpressed. My husband bought to galaxy fold phones the originals about 18 months ago, as we are both key workers, myself in the community with vulnerable ppl. My camera housing cracked just in my pocket as never dropped the phone. Cont.....

@EE @SamsungMobile cont.. told EE as a possible week spot on the phone even a design fault, but they wouldn't replace the phone. Only had it a short while. Then the same happened to my husbands phone, never dropped it, yet camera cover cracked over the back lense. Cont.....

@EE how did my mobile connect to a maritime/aircraft/Zone E network on West Runton beach yesterday? I thought maybe a cruise ship was moored offshore but nothing could be seen? Very confused!
