@EE you don’t half make it difficult to buy a new phone and plan. Despite being an existing happy customer

@MufcGibz @EE @Reece7795 E waste is a massive problem currently, it is another money grab, but atleast there is a good enough reason for it at least in my opinion. Since most people already have the required cables / usb bricks it won't really cause any issues for consumers, unless switching platforms

@EE are you have phone signal problems in the Suffolk area. Been out all day and had no signal or data anywhere I've been. Is this due to the storm?

@EE I have had no mobile signal since Storm Arwen. I know the local transmitter was damaged, and no sign of it being sorted soon. Will there be some discount to my account please?

@emilyblakebs @ThreeUK @EE are a 1000000% better network, slightly more expensive but you really do get what you pay for.

  • Spezzington LifeIsDifficultEnough (@Spezzington) reported

@EE I really couldn't bare to jump through hoops to any customer service. On the contrary, it should be EE contacting me to apologise. EE have the technology to know exactly when hubs are not responding. If EE didn't know then the hub wouldn't come back online. Just deliver.
