@EE Have you tried sorting out Leatherhead. No signal for 3 miles

  • pullenuk Matthew Pullen (@pullenuk) reported

@stevedudley_ @EE @BT Even funnier (not) when I was a customer they claimed I could get full strength on everything, when I was calling from Vodafone phone to cancel the contract. Three years later and it still the case. So vodafone gets my money, not EE or BT.

  • pauln1984 Paul (@pauln1984) reported

@EE no service in my area for 16 hours now and I can’t contact you to set my handset up for WiFi calls. How am I supposed to find out when service will be restored? All I get on your website it that there is a known issue in my area.

  • DanielHopkins18 Daniel Hopkins (@DanielHopkins18) reported

@EE Any chance of fixing your signal is Pontypridd! Completely gone

  • purplebuzz1 Roz (@purplebuzz1) reported

@EE are there any mobile network issues today, have really bad signal all day, calls dropping in and out where normally have 4 bars! Not a phone issue either

  • thisnorthernboy Rob Turpin (@thisnorthernboy) reported

@EE What's wrong with mobile and data in TW12? It's been awful for weeks now. Voice calls drop out frequently. Hardly ever a decent data signal.

  • Shannen_____ Shannen 💕 (@Shannen_____) reported

@EE hi, I got an email that someone had tried to sign up using my email address, but I am in the US and definitely have never had service with EE

  • sim_in_norfolk Simon H (@sim_in_norfolk) reported

@EE How about getting a decent signal to my house. Which coincidentally is just opposite a beach.

  • Zane_Mackenzie Zane (@Zane_Mackenzie) reported

@RidgeRacer12 @EE I would of was on a contract 😕 They promise the world then fail to act.

  • boydy_g Graeme (@boydy_g) reported

@ChrisHobster @EE I have a 6m external aerial up to get any signal. The joke is that EE have a “fair usage” policy for unlimited data that work on the city people it for those that have 4G as only broadband are curtailed. When I said that was the case they offered homebroadband. At 1 Mbps!
