The Laughing Gooner (@pascalgrimandi) reported@EE @suewillson Its obvious there is a wider issue here with the app.
-
Karim Harbott (@KarimHarbott) reported@EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.
-
Steveo (@SteveA39845825) reported@EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????
-
Handsome Nick (@Nicklo2k) reported@EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.
-
Gordon Murdie (@GordonMurdie) reported@EE Thank you. I have already had a polite conversation. I, as a customer of many decades (and a pensioner), have been advised it's just tough luck and you wish £490 to get me to stop being overcharged. Very disappointed.
-
ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported@EE android app is still down. Website keeps taking you to the app and the app doesn't work. Put your prices up by extortionate amounts and nothing works #ripoff prices.
-
Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported@EE I got it done on the website eventually. The app is still down
-
Iain Murphy (@the_murfmeister) reported@EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
-
The Laughing Gooner (@pascalgrimandi) reported@EE The app is awful. Why won't you just come out and admit you're having major issues with it? I can't even manage my home broadband through it. It worked fine a week ago.
