    @WoodUksparky137 @EE EE, a premium priced network, for the lowest possible service. The annual price increases are the only consistent aspect of EE

    @GreenVapinGiant @EE How stupid can you be? Not everyone has the money to buy the phone outright so the pay more to get it with a sim. Basic economics.

    @chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol
