@EE It’s virtually impossible to contact Brightstar over the phone. I have an ongoing trade in issue that’s been going on since November and I just want it sorted. You say to call them, they say to call you. There’s no resolution!

@EE I am in the process of researching head office information and discovered you're owned by BT. Who knew? I realise everyone is working with fewer staff members but there must be someone who has more access/control than a customer service representative?
