    @EE My full fibre EE service keeps being cut, losing my TV image. Your website and fault finding service is diabolical. Why cannot I discuss with a real person rather than a computer bot?

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

    @EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?

    @EE why can I not get @GBNEWS on my tv apps I pay good money for this service but I’m not getting what I pay for
