    @marcusprosser74 @EE Where did you get the message? I haven't gotten any response from EE other then when they had an "issue" with my upgrade and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 8 years and utterly disappointed by their upgrade offers. I can get the iPhone 13 pro with @TheO2 and @EE for far cheaper even being a new customer.

    @aaron_f15 @skytv I never get anything like that from my phone and broadband provider @EE. #EE never send crap like what #skytv do. I suppose letters are still better than back in the day when suddenly there was a knock on the door and it was a Joop or Kouros smelling aftershave Sky salesman.

    @EE Trying to change my new EE contract to my old mobile number but it is telling me the PAC code I have is incorrect when it definitely isnt? Any help is appreciated.

    @EE I've called them now. That's the tech support line but I've asked them to open an official complaint all the same. If I get no joy there I'll be opening an official complaint with EE also. Why is the customer doing all the running around here? It's unreal
