@EE I have 3 mobiles linked to an account with instructions that any family member is authorised to access information. Dont know who is to blame but every time they call the instructions cant be found. AWFUL service. Whats the point of being loyal!!!

@EE It would be nice to know how to get through to a human? Because every time I call, I get sent a text about checking the service, confirming there’s an issue and then a different date/time for resolution and the call gets ended.

@EE can't wait. Couple of days and I never have to deal with you again. I hope mlte people see this and jist take as a warning. Steer clear and just get sim only pay as you go. Ignkre these awful deal. Giffgaff awaits! And better connection/network coverage

@EE All you have to do is look at your own web page to see the problem. If I ring to solve your problem I will be in a telephone queue for who knows how long. My time is more important. I sent you a link to a screenshot that shows the problem. Just forward it to the right person.

At this point @EE are really messing with me. I am now at a point where people who ordered their device 3 days after me have received their devices. Whilst mine remains stuck on awaiting confirmation. Now apparently if I want standard price I’ve to cancel and re-order and will go to the back of the queue. They are determined to charge me the pre-order price for a device they failed to provide. It’s simply not on.

@EE can you tell me what you’re doing to restore my broadband please? So far I’ve had estimations of 7pm 2nd October, 17:58 today and 19:07 today for resolution. Which is the correct estimation? And are you on track? I cannot be without my broadband connection until 2nd October.
