@EE Hi, I brought a flex sim on the promise of my data being tripled and for the past 2 months it has not been tripled. I can go to another network for less and get the amount of data I need if it is not being tripled. Thanks

@EE My first reference number is DKI7799653, it was arranged to connect on 19th May. Your service team informed me suddenly that your system cancelled my service on the afternoon of 18th May, so I was replaced the plan but I still have not been informed when it will be connected

@EE please contact me urgently, I have a sim for data and the bandwidth is fluctuating constantly frim 40mg to 0.7mb which makes it unusable. I am getting passed from pillar to post and need to sort this out. Very disappointing service 😰
