@EE why was my last bill £4…….. should it not have been in that price range when my contract with EE ended in February 2022 but you still charged me £78 as if I still had a contract with you which extremely disappointed me and one reason why I’m thinking of changing my network

Dear @EE before you extortionately raise the price of my broadband can you get it working properly first please? I’m not at home during the day but if you send someone round I’ll make sure I’m there. I am not interested in trying to fix it over the telephone.

Find it disgusting that @EE think it’s acceptable to be increasing my monthly contract by £6.18!! At the end of March! I cant justify that so will not be paying it, I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years now but will happily be taking my business elsewhere!
