    @EE why is when there has been a litany of issues with a new phone order when you ask to speak to a manager. None of your managers are willing to talk? Britain’s best network is either a complete lie. People please avoid EE their structure is built not to care.

    @EE atrocious service EE. My fault I I lost phone. Reported it lost. Told new sim in 1-2 days. 2 days later told 5 more days. Advised to get SIM from shop. This one was deactivated after 1 day. Because it wasn’t the one posted. Now told to wait. But I have to leave on trip. Angry

    @EE Yup I have Jo. Bit of a **** show to be honest. I feel if I don't phone and chase up it won't progress or I won't get any updates. Almost a write off this afternoon work wise. Maybe I need to go to a coffee shop on Monday?

    @EE Yes, I think so, thank you. I appreciate you reaching out. I got a text message to say the network issue had finally been sorted out thankfully. Although it had taken @ee over 5 days to sort it. It was highly inconvenient though, would EE refund my account for non service?

    @EE 4g down yet again at BA120QL, This is getting ridiculous, we switched to unlimited mobile data because the fibre has been getting worse lately and now the 4g is down as well. Service has been shockingly poor since we returned to ee!¡!!!!!

    @EE I did DM earlier. Been on the phone to support 3 times. Finally got 5g back on my mobile. Land line broadband still out. This is bad...
