@EE ordered a SIM card & it hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried calling customer service but it requires my mobile number to speak to anyone which I have yet if someone can help please. Thank you
@EE @TomRichardson2 Your most expensive network and everytime I try and upgrade you try and put me on a more expensive plan or a smartplan where you can't go to lower plan when you upgrade also early upgrade fees are a disgrace as well as wanted upfront costs for phones

@EE hi I was using my phone today and all of a sudden the phone says no service? The phone isnt blacklisted and the sim doesn’t work in another phone also is pay as you go sim?
@EE Its an absolute disgrace the amount of time you take to refund people once you have the equipment back in your possession. Its about as quick as your network and as quick as your email or Twitter responses. You should spend less on Kevin Bacon and more on staff and training.
Does someone at @EE want to remind me why I pay for internet that drops out whenever I actually want to play a game online. 3 times in a row this evening it drops out and freezes my whole game. Unbelievable how bad this service is.
@EE there is any issue with the network at BR6, its been five days I'm experiencing some issue via 4g, 4g modem, iPhone and android devices. I have an average of 300 ms latency. I can't even watch a YouTube and sometimes not even a music...
@EE Passed 7 weeks I tried countless times to contact you through 'Let's Chat' on your website. I ve been billed twice as much as the initially agreed amount. Even though I am not in my flat !!! I REQUESTED TO CANCEL BEFORE. YOU DON'T LEAVE ME ANY OTHER OPTION THAN CANCELLING MY DD.
@tescomobile Literally never had an issues with @EE or had my prices upped during contract. Been with them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙌🏼🙌🏼
@EE I don't know Olivia, Enjoy customer service said that they cannot deliver tonight. They said they will get me booked in for the 8am to 10am slot tomorrow but the lady said she cannot access the booking system so I am left in limbo. I have 0 confirmation of anything
