@EE My BT business broadband went down a week ago. Shouldn't have been an issue as the router has the EE fail safe option. It might work on a mountain but in the middle of Poole it didn't work at all.

@EE @DCMS This posting doesn't come into the remit of DCMS. It's down to the Foreign Office. This smells like the author was Dorries and therefore she's going above her station.

@EE @jakeleopold Absolute robbery here @EE just been on with one of your advisors and they've told me I'll be charged a cancellation fee if I want to leave. So you're going to increase my bill by nearly 10% and there's nothing I can do. That is absolutely shocking service.

@ee 2nd attempt to anytime upgrade to the new Samsung S22 Ultra using the offer presented to me by your own app. Only to be told that the offer was not an option and you are cancelling my order again, why am I being penalised for errors/issues on your app not once but twice.
