  @EE @edfen19 The number ends in 150. there’s the clue! it’s an endless loop and @EE know it! its embarrassing. you want to talk to some about an issue (like them not calling you back) then you can’t ask them to do that, you must raise a formal ‘complaint’ DONT WANT TO COMPLAIN JUST TALK! 🤦

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.
