    @EE Yes still having problems an hour on the phone yesterday someone supposedly calling me back today but they haven’t so I’m now looking for a new provider. Just called several times and the message is “ please call back tomorrow” EE is rubbish.

    @EE my husband ordered phone and contract thurs. Still not arrived. He waited 20 mins to speak to someone but no reply. He’s working and can’t call again. Can you help? It’s not a good start to joining yourselves.

    @EE I upgraded & got my new phone on Saturday but no SIM card. I’m now 2 hours into a queue for an online chat, of course I can’t call because your piece of sh*t phone has no service. Please advise
