    @EE I have been charged £650 by EE for a phone I returned that was faulty. They DON’T send replacement until had faulty one back.I in T’s & C’s. I have misplaced the tracker number and can’t even cancel the contract. I was without a phone for a week. Will NEVER use them again!

    @EE had no service all day, just checked status on your website and apparently work is being carried out AGAIN and I won’t have service for up to 4 days?? No prior warning to this either!! Absolutely sick of paying for a contract and never having service at home…

    @EE I have just emailed your Customer Services and explained the position, I have now printed the bill off from your site seems it was sent around the 12th but I never got the email saying so like I normally do Thanks, I will pay this on the 11th when I get paid Thanks Keith

    @EE Apologies, JT - we were meant to receive a call from one of your Technical Support team members on Thursday, but it never happened 😔. The problem is still ongoing - we believe the Router Box to be faulty, and are experiencing fluctuating dwnld/upld speeds

    I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

    @nurseange1 @EE @glastonbury I mean what was you expecting with 10,000+ people connecting to the same O2 towers at the same time or EE it is gonna be extremely slow or May not even give you signal.

    @EE Have just tried to remove my spend cap, both via your website and via Text however neither has worked? App/website redirects to page not found. And the text has said you’ll text me when applied but that was over 30 mins ago. I’m in the USA and need data! Help!

    I swear trying to get a pac code of @EE @EEHelpdesk is like asking them for a kidney. A week and still not got one. Technical issues on line and unable to get through on phone and when you do again there's a Technical issue.
