    @EE I just completed an upgrade and transferred all my data over, i put my old sim in the new phone and I have o signal?

    @EE Absolutely despicable company I added 3 sims to my ac for my elderly mum and in-laws, my Mum has passed away 🥲 it’s taken me 5 months to be able to cancel her no to be told by EE I have to give 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee of £66 she died not changed provider

    @EE waited all morning for an engineer who didn't show up. More lies and wasting of my time - another customer going, never seen worse customer service or more lies passed on by the staff!

    @EE I don't even have a handset - is great to see how my loyalty as a customer from 1998 is thought of. Also promised a call back this afternoon suppose we'll see if that's another lie too, suspect it will turn out to be!

    @EE getting stick and tired of having full 4G yet internet doesn’t work probably or is slower than a snail….might be the uk’s ‘biggest’ network but at the moment certainly not the best…but it’s okay you’ve stuck the prices up too, to then not get my full service 👍

    @EE Yep, few times now….waiting 28 days for them to die down which they did…now they’re rearing their heads again. 3 a day.
