@EE Hi...do the new EU roaming charges only apply to new customers or existing customer upgrades contracted after 7th July? So if I don't upgrade I won't incur this charge?

@EE @Kb19031160 How exactly does this relate to the NHS? I wasn’t actually that bothered about the roaming charge thing because I rarely visit the EU but this lazy and ill thought-out response has made me seriously consider whether I wish to remain a customer of @EE

@EE @MagicBoyUK @EE say "But we face incredible pressures to continue to invest in our network" So they don't want to invest, they face incredible pressures. Never used to be an issue, the partnerships could still be had across the EU/World. This is the companies choice What a poor response
