Hi @EE. I have been a PAYG customer for years and as such still T-Mobile SIM. I now need to move to a nano SIM. Can I transfer to a nano and keep all my credit, boosters etc? Thanks.

@EE Well this is what they replied with: As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and not an MNO (Mobile Network Operator), we do not own the network and some features such as texting all shortcode numbers

@EE I’m appalled by the way your retention team has acted today. After requesting a cancellation for a line, your rep then used bullying tactics and hung up the phone This leaves a bad taste for any existing customer, especially those who’ve been with you for nearly a decade

@EE The link ask me to verify. Tells me my password is wrong. Despite just logging in. I change my password. Use that new Password. Told it’s wrong. Try again and now I’m locked out for 15 mins. Great start. constant issues trying to login to EE account
