    @EE supposed works on the Rother levels last on the 22. July to which you notified me. You haven’t updated me as to why, nearly 36hrs later we have no phone signal at all. Zero!

    @fletch_gb @EE @SimonWardMusic I was with EE for nearly two decades as I’m generally very loyal. Moved to O2 almost on a whim (EE gave me no loyalty discounts of any kind anyway despite paying them thousands over the years) so had nothing to lose. Much better service and perks.
