    @EE This is from a while ago, the issue is the fact that I never received communication from EE regarding this, I partly live abroad and I don’t always get letters but EE failed to send emails or text or even calls regarding this now I have to face the punishment which is unfair.

    @EE Tried to cancel the order but there's the phone number to call. Last night I tried to contact via the BSL interpreter service but couldn't get thru. I'm not keen to waste time on hold. I paid for this order but you've made it impossible for me to do anything about it. Not happy.

    Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

    @EE I have been trying to contact you for weeks, with an ongoing problem. I cannot get through to a living soul, and the number I was given by doesn't work. Please dm me so that I can properly explain the problem.
