  @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

  @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

  @dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk

  Customer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people £39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .
