    Terrible service from @EE who say they can’t refund me for June despite me having had no service and calling them in June to report it. They said I should have called in May ahead of their billing cycle?! And local area fault is still ongoing after 3 months.

    @EE I keep getting this notification on my mobile: 'No mobile data service - Temporarily turned off by your operator'. Is there an issue? As my phone internet then goes down...

    @EE @rootmetrics 👏👏👏👏But maybe you could sort out the issues with your phone network today. I am working in Bournemouth and can't phone my wife in Belfast nor can she phone me. Same with my Daughter and son.

    @EE Hi, every day without fail, at 13:00-13:01, my broadband connection drops out. Very frustrating when on a call. Do you do some maintenance at this time? Any ideas? Thanks
