  @ThePollitt @EE @ThreeUK are equally sh*t. Offshored call centres really, really don’t help. Can’t help thinking the staff are harvesting personal data even though you have authenticated yourself before being connected to a human.

  I have been longing for today. It’s the end of my 4G broadband contract. I thought about smashing the router, burning it or running it over under my car tyre. Not to lower myself, it’s gone in the humble bin instead. I will never use @EE ever again. 100% atrocious service. Bye.

  @EE nevermind your service does not work in my building at least I had WiFi calling which I was happy about. But even that's down! And your customer service rep is telling me to switch on/off . I missed my doc appt call because of you!

  @EE my father has contract with you for £10/ month. He wants to cancel. You are making it very difficult. He is 86. He didn't get anything from and every time he gets through to someone you keep saying his contract is another 6 months. You are disgusting.
