The @EE website is awful. Also having been a customer for 20 years, my upgrade options (when they load) are awful… guess it’s time to change

@EE Called 150 which led to the text service. Note there are replies to my post on isitdown and others have had engineers out who find no physical problem

@EE have consistently been raising reports about poor signals and even had a dropped phone call from a member of your team to sort this out, and didn’t get a call back. WiFi calling isn’t enough and your website gives the wrong picture too. Please advise

@EE Hello! my Vodafone contract is up and I am looking for a new mobile phone service, if I use my current iPhone, do I need to unlock it from the VF network or does the pac code do this? Thanks
