  1 hour 21 minutes and counting on hod to speak someone at @EE just terrible! One of the many reasons I left them!!!! To receive a letter to say I owe you £20 after 3 years of leaving you is a bit stupid don't you think? Rubbish!!!!!

  @dan_o_1989 @EE @SkyUK Problem is Dan, you'll never get the phone. Ordered on the 10th, told I'd get it on the 16th, now delayed until 14th October.

  @EE Thank you for all your help after my mum had a massive stroke her mobile was useless to us locked and could do nothing but your staff have been brilliant and it’s a massive weight off my shoulders trying to sort this out so #Thankyou

  @EE currently traveling from Manchester to London Euston on the train. For most of the journey either NO service or extremely poor! It’s pretty shocking EE that one of the most strategic rail lines in the UK has virtually no mobile service.

  @EE I've been with Orange/EE for 20 years or more. Here in Bedfordshire, I had a strong signal for 3 days. Same chair, same spot. Now nothing. I'm standing on the roof to send this. 4G is vastly better in Nepal. You should be embarrassed. Next year, I'll look elsewhere.

  @EE please fix the signal in Cheadle Hulme (SK8 5AF). It hasn't been working for months and quite a large area of Cheadle Hulme has no reception at all despite bars showing on my phone. I can't send texts nor use the internet. I have tried reporting it online.

  End of @O2 contract gave 30 days notice and now my network is buffering alot. Not as the way it was before . Same problem happened with @EE when i gave them 30days notice 2yrs ago.. why do networks do this when someone moves servies?? Very angry

  @EE @SamsungMobile could you guys advise me please, I'm the owner at a galaxy flip 3 and the screen protector started getting lines where the phone folds, I removed the screen protector and now my actual screen is getting lines down the fold too. What can I do?
