Come on @EE. Cannot receive or make calls and no 4G. Cannot receive text messages. If I step out to my local Sainsbury and my wife has some last minute add on’s, she’s blaming me for not picking up my phone. Help me out here. All weekend long and still today

@EE I feel so sad Michael. I rang & got such great customer service. Was told everything is fine, it's sorted. Well guess what. It wasn't and now you've taken all the money I had left for the month because of a mistake EE made!!! Thanks so much for absolutely doing nothing. So mad😠

@EE sorted some broadband out through yourselves last week and was told the hub would arrive Friday and service would start Monday… except the hub arrived Saturday and I’ve just received an email saying my service doesn’t start until tomorrow, up to 11:59pm. What gives?!
