    @missradders @EE 🤯 That's ridiculous!! EE offered me a deal, I told them I could get it cheaper elsewhere and they matched it. No issues no fuss it was really straightforward. Can you borrow another sim to check if it is unlocked?

    Amazing both @EE and @O2 have sent me txts saying they are improving my service. Err wrong. At Balcombe I had 5G with @EE now 3 bars on 4G, and O2 just 3 bars of 4G. Amazing improvement

    @EE Thank you for the reply. However, what if a customer is happy with present contract, does not want to upgrade to something (way) more expensive? I do not think you allow this costumer to have any NHS discount.

    @EE I have £25.00 credit on my account and want to top up the data on my mobile Wi-Fi device. It's not proceeding to the data add on page. Is there a problem. ?

    @missradders That's crap. I'm with @EE I pay £8 a month on a month by month basis as I own my phone outright

    @EE Hi Can you tell me when service will return to Southport area as its been nearly a month now and im paying for a service that is supposed be the most reliable. Phone calls go straight through to voice mail and if I try to phone anyone the phone disconnects

    I am on holiday in America using my @EE account on mobile which on international roaming but the reception with very slow with poor connection but 5G Samsung phone is awful over hear,this has killed holiday 👿
