    @emsdoesnothing @EE Its total ****. I have been complaining for months. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡

    @Lewciie @EE And the attitude of "oh well, if you don't like it leave and pay us a leaving fee" is disgusting. Definitely no "customer first" policy with this lot.

    @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

    Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE A 20 minute wait time to speak to a guide is unacceptable in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Why has your customer service gone downhill so much?
