    @EE Our wifi has been cutting out over the past few weeks - the connection is lost & the aqua light flashes until I manually reset it. Please could you advise on what is going on? Do we perhaps need a new box? Disruptive to WFH as phone signal isn't reliable enough to tether. Ta!

    @EE what is happening with broadband. I'm trying to get some work done and it is going down every few minutes. Ehat an absolute disgrace of a service and you have the cheek to charge me more money than my previous contract. Disgusting

    @EE Im a customer of several years wiv multilines and WiFi & feel very ripped off with the deal I just got from you. Staff in store were awesome but u screwed me on the deal. I could have got more at the same price it seems from ur adverts I've seen since. #bad #pointlessLoyalty

    @EE Hi! I am in Lisbon and my data was working the day I arrived and now is no longer working. Data roaming is switched on. Please could I have some support as it's important for me to have the data for work. Thanks

    After hearing @EE is the most expensive mobile network in Europe I am looking elsewhere to renewing my monthly contract next month .
