    @EE Hello, I am currently abroad and not sure when I'll be back yet. I Can't call.I paid my bill as my account said it was closed.I need my number activated again it's an emergency as it's the only UK number I have and I don't have access to call or receive msgs.

    @EE I’ve just had a replacement iPhone and trying to download a replacement esim. States a pin is needed to complete the process but the old phone is now with apple. I have no signal to call you as I have no sim now. Help

    @EE is the mobile data down right now because I have unlimited data and no where near my bill date but my Internet keeps going down and coming back again. Is there work being done at the moment?

    @JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK @EE will let you do it over the phone but then they have to ship you something. It's such an antiquated process for a modern solution.
