    @EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

    @England @EE Kane's goals aren't the issue, it's the service. If Gordon's crossing stats for club don't translate to the national team, these chats won't change the scoreline.

    @EE So internet sorted - the email advising me to connect arrived this evening (18 hours after broad and went off). But…my home phone is disconnected. It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

    @SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
