    @EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

    @EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.

    @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

    @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(
