    Did anybody else get the government emergency alert at 2am this morning and again at 7am. @EE This was in top of the original one at 7pm a night!

    @EE It doesn’t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then I’ll just cancel. I’ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then it’s not worth me staying with you.

    @EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business

    @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!
