    @ee I didn’t want anything to change, just to get the upgrade. I have had huge trouble with EE broadband for months and that has been sorted but this might be the final straw. What I don’t get as a company, why would you not refund this, when I’m happy to pay for the add on

    @EE Hiya, I’m waiting for an order to be delivered today, the one hour time slot has passed and the parcel didn’t turn up. Tried to look at the tracking but DPD’s website seems to be down. Any idea what’s going on please?

    @EE The issue with the network is, there is no real signal. I can't even open that page properly when I'm at work....... Because the signal is so poor.
