    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE

    @EE I’ve never had any problems with the landline but honestly the past few months in my area, the call signal has been really poor. Sometimes it’s going to SOS. Please sort it out

    @EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

    @EE no mobile network for 2+ days now at/near home - what's going on and when's it being sorted? Not sure what I'm paying for if it isn't mobile network 🤔

    @EE useless customer services no email address, live chat are less than helpful, all you do is keep raising complaints which never get resolved

    @EE Why have you suspended my services when I've paid over £120. Disgusting service. I did a promise to pay after redundancy and you said you wouldn't. I paid tonight and then suddenly you suspended my services..... Shocking!
