    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

    Third time in a week there’s been an issue with signal at home. Where is not working they “fix” it and then it doesn’t work again. Rubbish paying for a service I can’t use @EE

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE

    @EE I’m trying to get through to your “thinking of leaving” because I’m having trouble with internet in every other room except the room the hub is in but I keep getting disconnected

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @EE can I get your customer service email address? I have already called to cancel my account but I just got a new bill but I can’t check it online or on the app because my profile (using the same email address mindU) is not linked to my account 🫠🫠🫠
