    @EE Hi, I call and complain about this all the time. My network and 4g data is always going down randomly.

    @EE I have paid for a roaming pass and the phone doesn’t connect in the USA because of an issue your end. Customer service while here is impossible to reach please can you DM me asap. Very disappointed that we’re paying extra to use the data and it’s not connected.

    @KatyFBrand @EE Lpool not London but same. Was on help messaging thing in MyEE app last night and still nowhere. I get signal at work, but not at home 5 miles away. They keep saying restart phone, go to settings, network, SIMs, uncheck connect automatically, connect manually etc but still no.

    @EE Trying to check if my phones unlocked, l but just keep getting an error that something went wrong at your end, try again later. Been trying for a couple of days. Is there an issue with the site and when will it be fixed?
