    @EE This seems and feels like a cash grab. No matter what you say about investing in your network. Especially when your owner made a profit over 7.6 billion pounds. How much of that profit is being invested back in? I can guess zero because shareholders right?

    80 year old neighbour needed help with a Doro mobile phone the girl in the @EE fobbed her off and chased her out of the store. I have spent an hour trying to add her contacts and showing her how to send messages. We need a handbook

    Guess which ****** company promised they'd call me tonight and didn't? No need to guess really, it was @EE Again. The worst customer service provider in the world. Brutal.

    @EE So, you can add a £10 per month increase onto the contract that I agreed specifically for, however to cancel it Will also cost me? Surely you can see this is wrong? My wages aren't going up, so why are you charging more.
