The two films I want to watch I now have to pay for via Amazon. What joke is this in this economy smh. Fix it plz!

The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

Mohamed (@frenchyMo_) reported@EE It’s been a year with no access to my EE app. Every support call ends with promises, then my case gets closed with no fix or follow up. My bill is increasing in April but I’ve had zero info. Really poor service can you resolve this and offer compensation?

Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth
