    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE credit where’s it’s due, EE staff, both call centre and online help, sorted me out a treat with my holiday coming up, actually got told that as a loyal customer they’re happy to look after me! #refreshingtohear

    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

    @EE your billing system is a bit broken?? Logged in to an "overdue " alert.. of MINUS 3 pounds, as in im in credit, yet big red note on my account. Paid 3quid, now 6 quid in credit. No biggie, but js letting u know

    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt
