    Hey @EE can I ask what’s the best number to call your customer service team when calling from another network as I have just joined EE in the last few weeks & have limited signal at my home address & yes I currently have an contract with @VodafoneUK as well 👍

    @MrTelecoms @EE 24 month contract costs £18 a month for 25gb data and unlimited calls & text. Affordable and signals not too bad in the areas I mostly travel. I would swap to WorldMobile for the personal data protection and simswap insurance. I would definitely stake to phone plan also.

    @EE I'm trying to connect via a HotSpot and the connection keeps dropping. I tried a different way via the website and it says my details do not exist. I assure you I do. Are there any known issues in N8?

    I don’t know why @EE hires all the rude staff just now I collected my phone from EE STRATFORD LONDON Employees were rude and they made a mistake & they are like it’s done now what’s wrong with that things and charging extra this is worst customer service @westfieldlondon

    @EE Why is your website so crap just get an error when I try load billing or my profile page 99% of the time (don’t recommend I try the app that sucks too)

    @EE Turned it on and off and even off WiFi it's not working today, so I don't think the problems fixed. It seems to be intermittent. I'll ring up when I get chance but I didn't have this problem before your issues started on Thursday

    @EE Hi my mum is having trouble with her phone she can't get into her phone as need a password which she don't have or never had a password on her phone. She can't phone or message out but can receive, she went to the neath store which weren't helpful only said to keep trying passwor
