  @bionic_KT @EE Hi there, We can only accept permission from the land owner listed on the land registry, however it is down to the land owner to engage with us if they wish. I appreciate this is frustrating, I am very sorry for the delays with your order but unfortunately without (1/2)

  @alwaysMadManC87 @EE Tbf its so irritating that most voicemails dont give the option to cancel etc. When I worked on calls sometimes it goes to vm either without you realising or as you're hanging up or leaving notes yourself

  @EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

  @EE Hello I upgraded my phone yesterday & it is due to be delivered in store today as the colour I wanted wasn't available. I have tried to track it but the order number is invalid according to the website. Please can you help me?

  @EE @mynameisAndyJ @EE I’ve had this emergency alert 12 times now. My partner who has the same iPhone but on Sky mobile has only had it twice, why am I getting it so many times?

  @sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!
