@EE Hi, yesterday I was offered an upgrade deal on your chat for an upgrade by Mara; told it would be saved on my account notes. Later on, went on chat and Kanika couldn't offer it or be more help so escalated to Rahul, who also couldn't help. Then dc me without an answer.. help?

@EE Thru the years all IPhones up to 7. All iPads up to pro. It’s not my end. I Speak to so many who say north bristol around my road EE network is rubbish. It’s common knowledge. No phone network as I type. U Ring someone and they can’t hear their end.
