    @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

    @SpeedyTyping @EE That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer and giving them chances to resolve it. 💙 I hope EE listens and puts this right quickly. What outcome would make you feel fairly treated?

    @EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

    Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?

    Ever since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.

    @EE what’s going on in Bury St Edmunds with your network- your mast behind FarmFoods at IP32 7be has no transmission equipment on it for some reason creating a not spot in a busy town. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

    @EE called for broadband deals and 20 mins still on the call with the advisor unable to get into the system wasting my time! Been a customer for over 20 years!

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online
