@nikdoof_ @EE Yeah a number of us have been hit with this today. Apparently I hit a cap which i think is £10,000 despite having roaming in place. They cut me off and left me with no phone service nor data at all.

@LexiBellissima @nikdoof_ @EE Lexi see my response there’s an issue with roam further shocking that EE have not made a customer announcement. I called and had the unblocked as my daughter is in Canada on her own at times.

@nikdoof_ @EE Hi my daughter was blocked and bill under my name over £2500. I eventually got through to the customer service number. Seems like their roam further has has a problem and all use is being charged. This should all get refunded I have also emailed chief executive about the issue

@EE horrific service from EE today. My mum has been told she has a £41,000 phone bill to pay and they have now blocked hers, mine and my dads phone whilst we are all abroad and myself abroad on my own. This needs to be sorted ASAP. I am now in New York without a working phone!!!

@jonjsale @tejsmyth @EE I’m on an eSim so I might go and buy a local PAYG one and pop it in. Mobile phone companies are a shower of ****.

@EE called to upgrade and said I can get much cheaper elsewhere that even use the EE network so would stay with you if can price match but the advisor wasn’t interested. No way of retaining custom if that’s the attitude. I’ll move all 4 contracts on Sat if no resolution given.

@EE left ee today after 20+ years due to the cost of their monthly plans compared to every other network. Sad to say, but loyal customers mean nothing these days. I can imagine many customers doing the same this year.

@EE customers - when was the last time you were able to log in to your account to access your bills? Days ago? Weeks? Months? Never?
