    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

    @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

    @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

    @EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

    Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?
