    @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

    @EE How? Been nothing but problems. Over promised, undelivered, missed dead lines and zero accountability. Theres passangers from the titanic with a better customer satisfaction

    So it looks like after 20 years @EE and I will part ways and I’ll go full fibre with someone else. Not willing to offer me the same deal as a new customer, nor match a competitors offer — some bullshit about their systems not letting them.

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE I am trying to top up my PAYG account but the app keeps saying “something went wrong” when I log in and when it says it’s sending a passcode to my email. I can’t call customer service because my phone has no data
