    Fairly sure no one at @EE knows how to convert an old T-Mobile contract into a new EE one. Told to go to the shop to collect a sim and the contracts not even been processed and suck with no one able to fix it. Bloody shambles.

    @EE 8 days so far it's taken with no fix in sight, honestly have no idea how a digital process can take so long or that EE find that acceptable

    @EE I be leaving ee after paying off my contracts they are just a let down been speaking to them everyday and just get told the same thing

    And here was me thinking @EE have been all friendly and helpful in recent days... Their Twitter team has been grand, in fairness, but everything else atrocious. I miss buying phones in person at @CPWTweets, they never screwed me over once. Might be time to find a new network...

    @EE I'm currently sitting at a desk watching my phone signal go from full strength 4G to no signal at all within seconds and back to 4G again, what is going on with the coverage in the nr14 area? Specifically Loddon?
