    @EE Hi my sim does not work abroad and I have a contact. I have three phones out on contact and the other two sims are receiving texts abroad why is my sim not working

    Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

    @EE Everytime I use your site, whether it's on laptop or phone, it's just really slow, pages take ages to load. Last night I was trying to upgrade and no matter how many times I click the Sim only deal pop up to go away, it reappears over what I'm trying to either look at or write.

    @EE It's a standard upgrade. I'm not asking for anything special, just trying to get what I've been told a new customer can have. I was hopeful as a loyal customer I may be offered something even better, although not expecting it - but can't even be put on parity with new customers!

    @EE So a webchat as a potential new customer (instant, although the webchat for upgrades is apparently too busy to respond 🙄) tells me that this is very much compatible with F&F. So that rules out this strange justification for ripping off existing customers...

    What a surprise @ee not working for me again!!! Not even a month since the last time it went down. Worse network ever. This is it now I've had enough. Definitely time to change

    @botrash @EE They're awful to deal with. 15 years I've been with them, I have 5 lines and my bill is roughly £230.00 a month, paid by DD, NEVER late. Come upgrade time it's like getting blood out of a stone. Will definitely be looking at other providers next upgrade time. Good luck fella.

    @EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?
