    @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @EE You already know about this issue. It’s just taking a very long time to fix and it’s the second time in two weeks.

    @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!

    @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

    @EE can you please tell me why I’ve had Nigerian scammers calling me directly through your X account and harassing me. You need to check your support team account because it’s been hacked , they wanted my WhatsApp details.

    @EE waiting for my new phone which should have been here yesterday but was a problem with your end. It was sent yesterday but I don't have an order number to track it fully. How do I get this please? I got the text from DPD but it's just stuck at Morley Depot.
