@EE Can you tell me why my 4GEE router speeds are so bad lately? Speed tests showing 400Kbps?! This is virtually unusable. Explain to me please how you can call this the "fastest" 4G in the UK. This is 2022 not 1999 dial-up days.

@EE I’m on unlimited data, which I’ve been told before is capped at “around” 600gb a month as personal use. I’ve seen some others with similar issues using iPhone hotspots, and a possible fix is to connect the phone over USB, which seems to be working (getting about 200Mb/100Mb 😳)

@EE Now over 13 hours without service. Same on Monday and Tuesday but no word from Customer Services on how much longer we are supposed to put up with this. You may have the best 5G network but your customer care is definitely GPRS #EE
