    @EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????

    @EE Your broadband app doesn't work and there are features that can only be done on the app - help please!

    @Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    @EE you filthy horrible company. I was happy with BT and when I tried to tell you I don't want to be with EE and canceled my contract, you put a £2000 bill on me? ... Awful. Good luck. @bt_uk .

    @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.
