DanielleCarty (@Danielle_Rowley) reported@MajorManor @EE Mines the same can hardly get any coverage anywhere. They are slowing loads down in the hopes you upgrade to a higher package
-
ObamaWellington (@ObamaWellington) reported@EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.
-
Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported@EE I keep ringing you - I'm on the phone now - but if this one doesn't work I'm referring this to the ombudsman. This is time wasting harassment.
-
Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

CasualObserver (@Lone_Striker9) reported@PaulDevine70 @EE Happened to me mate, the ongoing signal issues round our way over the last 12 months are beyond a joke!
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.
-
Rob Myers (@RobLMyers) reported@EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.
-
DML (@DMLYONDER) reported@EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years
-
MARV (@marv33067105) reported@astortate @virginmedia @EE Unfortunately most companies are doing this … try speaking to human at Evri!! .. and they the nerve to call this ‘Customer Service’
