    @EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.

    @EE why has my service been restricted for non payment of a bill that was paid days before due as normal. Payment taken from my bank but not updated on the app. Very very unimpressed

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks

    @EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    @EE any known issues with your BB in ML11? Nothing is working, lights on hub are suggesting everything is working and can’t run a test on the app.
