-
Ciki Mac (@ciki_mac) reported@virginmedia is quite literally THEEEE worst #broadband service I have ever used π© Wish I could get @EE in my area. They were amazing. Never had any issues when I was with them for two years π
-
Lexx Jonlan (@LexxJonlan) reported@EE And can I also add, I have been happily using Virgin to work like this for the past couple of years, and swapped to EE yesterday since VM switched to vodaphone and their signal here is terrible. All of these issues started with me using my new EE SIM today
-
Gareth Coates π (@GarethECoates) reported@EE I shall have to look into obtaining one... I'd still be out of pocket, but at least my phone might work! The frustration for me is that I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get precisely nowhere, taking an already depleted battery down further.
-
Anthony Ridley (@a_ridley) reported@EE Didnβt work. Signal is still rubbish.
-
Mike Raath (@steenbras) reported@EE Yes I understand that :) My suggestion is that this could be done via your web portal - instantly - without the need for the 1 day delay from ordering to receipt of the pack. You could generate the QR code in the secure environment of the self-service portal.
-
Jo (@JoCornish) reported@EE Your reception is appalling. It doesnβt excuse your bad service to send me a text to tell me I have no service. CM3 is sick and tired of no service. π‘π‘π‘
-
Gareth Coates π (@GarethECoates) reportedAbsolutely shocking service from @EE this morning. My phone is within warranty and not charging; the Tech team want it for 20 days with no temporary handset and suggested I buy a burner phone! Nowhere's open, so they transferred me to Insurance, who want to charge me Β£100 excess!
-
Gareth Coates π (@GarethECoates) reported@EE I'm doing that in another browser tab, Kristen, but this doesn't solve the fundamental problem; it will be 1-3 days before I even get a box to send the phone to Apple in and I can't be without a phone. How would school contact me in an emergency?
-
Gareth Coates π (@GarethECoates) reportedThere is something wrong with the charging port; no obstructions within it, no damage. It just doesn't work properly. Why, @EE, should I be out of pocket? The Tech team offered me account credit for the burner; surely they should cover the policy excess?

Stephen Hall (@Stephenhallll) reported@EE Long standing customer losing all faith. Early Jan my internet speed falls every night. Wife is a teacher and it impacts her classes. 6 engineer visits, 9 calls, official complaint and I'm 2 weeks since anyone got in touch even though I was promised urgent action.
