@darrengrimes_ @EE Poor you, GBNews not paying for it now and the contract you bought into was a bit beyond your means, with a company that lies about its service area, tough luck mate .... cry more

  • amberpugh_ amber pugh (@amberpugh_) reported

@EE I’ve had an email to say my plan is going up another £7.85 a month? even though it went up £5.65 last year without me being notified? this is a £13.50 increase in 2 years? that’s not inflation that’s a joke. It’s gone from £40 to £63.50.. had nothing but problems with EE

@OpenreachHelp I called @EE and they’re trying to an engineer now 🙁 someone tried to turn up on Tuesday when I said I couldn’t make it so I think it’s a problem with how your two systems communicate with each other. My husband took time off to be there for this appointment 😭

  • donotcallmemike Michael (@donotcallmemike) reported

  • Sam_WardMUFC Sam Ward (@Sam_WardMUFC) reported

@EE Hi, since about 4am this morning our home broadband has been flashing aqua, tried all the help steps and it's still flashing. We have inclement weather here but the phone has a dialing tone.

  • Nathaniel_Chas Nathaniel (@Nathaniel_Chas) reported

@EE I entered a contract with you and you have now broken that agreement without providing me with anything in return. My understanding is that I can cancel the contract within 30 day’s notice of the price increase is that correct?

  • iancharris Ian (@iancharris) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Think yourself lucky. @bt_uk sent me a lovely letter where the envelope said "Important news regarding the improvement to our service". The only improvements to my phone, broadband and tv deal with them was them charging me £ 13.53 extra a month.

  • Generali11 Generali (@Generali11) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE That’s what inflation looks like mate. I remember when it was just normal. You got an annual pay rise no matter how good or bad at your job you were because otherwise you couldn’t afford the bus fare.

  • Mr35440576 o (@Mr35440576) reported

@EE @Jimbomarshall1 Right, so, you are “protecting vulnerable customers suffering from financial hardship” by adding your own 3.9% hike on top of CPI. Will this price hike include a monthly shipment of whatever ******** is being smoked at EE?
