  @EE why can’t I log into my account as it’s not accepting my login details then it asks for a pin that’s been sent to my phone which I haven’t received & then says not available………..

  If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  @EE I’ve just tried ringing my local garage to book my car in for a service - the mechanic struggled to hear me (one bar of signal strength on 🇬🇧 best network?!) so what’s the issue?

  @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake

  @Darth_VaderNo1 @EE They are not crap down here; they may be up there, but not down here, and I’m talking about ee sim not internet, phone, or whatever else they offer.
