Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

Cameron (@MasterlyAmateur) reported@EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.
