@EE Re: the Gower Peninsula data connection. Lots of visitors there at the weekend. The network doesn’t appear to be able to handle the capacity. Mobile data at an unusable rate. Is it the masses of people attending to use the network? , if so any plans to improve the capacity?

Thankful for the babes at @EE giving me an extra 20gb of data this month for being a loyal customer (from 60gb to 80gb) but my room is basement level so I get 1 bar… I’ve used 71gb so far - 9gb for the rest of the week 😩 a pain that I work in social media so NEED the internet

@EE Hi LB - thanks for your reply. Am I right in saying that once the 24-month contract has ended and it ‘rolls on’ it is ‘rolling on’ on a month-by-month basis until the customer stops the rolling monthly contract or enters a new 24-month contract?

@EE @SamsungMobile cont.. told EE as a possible week spot on the phone even a design fault, but they wouldn't replace the phone. Only had it a short while. Then the same happened to my husbands phone, never dropped it, yet camera cover cracked over the back lense. Cont.....

@EE Good morning Helen. The service has returned now so I’m assuming it was just a minor issue. Someone else I know in the area is with Vodaphone and they had no service too. Thanks anyway!

@EE Shockingly the message I sent you via DM hasn't been acknowledged or replied to. Almost like you just wanted to divert a customer from posting publically.
