    Dear @EE what’s the point of me accepting a contract renewal over the phone if you neither progress it, nor advise me of any issues? I’m making all the calls and getting no real answers here.

    @EE I will be honest, I am sick of calling and get a different excuse. My phone is showing full signal and 5g. Still not working

    @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

    Why is @EE signal so bad at the moment. Every single phone call cuts off. UK’s number 1 my arse.

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.
