    @EE can't access anything online through 4G, I'm not trying to access social media, I'm trying to work. Any advise as to when this outage will be rectified?

    @EE Adding my name to the ever-growing tally of customers with no service; but with a twist: my phone refuses to receive coverage from my home WI-FI either... That's naughty as it implies you'd throttle my device if i ever removed your sim card.
