    @EE please help.. I closed an account down for my dad (who is unable to deal with as I have POA).. you sent me an email to pay the final bill but the phone number you give is not relevant (round round and round) ... Help as I cant pay what is due

    @EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????

    @EE Twice now I’ve done this and the call gets cut off, due to poor phone signal, which I’ve told you about. I’ve reported what’s wrong so please just look into it.

    @TweetForTheMany @bt_uk @EE I switched away from Virgin because of connectivity issues. Hope yours is better.

    Truely awful customer service yet again from @EE - they just fail in their customer service over and over again.

    @Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.
