    @EE @origionalSaz Also I can’t actually see how much in texts or phone calls I have left. So when my data ran out my texts and calls now say standard charges apply which is stupid because I have 10 days left on my current top up.

    @EE My EE box is continually flashing and I’m not connected to our BT internet in the house because of it! Who do I get to fix or update box?

    @EE my EE account shows I have no minutes or texts allowance plus only 100 mb of data left yet I’ve no used any this month so far? Does EE have a technical issue?

    @EE Hi, I'm seeing several tweets to you at the moment about the app/website showing zero data/calls/text allowances left, I have the same issue, is there a general problem ? (the details must be wrong, as I have unlimited texts, and it still says zero left !)

    @EE I've been a customer since before ee even took over t-mobile, so you can imagine how many years I've been with you...not acceptable to receive the poor service, both instore and sitting on hold forever, on the phone.

    @EE I tried to use the My EE Android app for the first time in ages today. My god it's now awful. The old app was user friendly. The new app is a dog's dinner. Another 1 star review to add to your collection on the Play Store.
