@supergaz1982 @EE Thanks , I’m gathering evidence. If ombudsman won’t work to get them to face up to their negligence and poor service this will be part of evidence. I’m going though the same and I’m at the opposite end of the country.

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.
