    @EE Hi there, my mum is a customer of yours and isn’t receiving my text messages, i’m on 02. My partner is on EE and is receiving my messages just fine, just wondering what I can do about my mums phone? Thanks

    @EE Yes and it works fine. We have already had three different engineers out to fix it. The 1st got the broadband back on, the 2nd got the speed up a bit (not to what we we're getting) but it dropped. The 3rd same but not as high as the 2nd and told us (1/2)

    @mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month

    @EE my house wifi is REALLY poor and my signal on my iPhone is REALLY poor both through yourselves, any chance of someone sorting it out?

    @EE I've ordered a phone online and was asked to call and confirm details. Which isn't very convenient as my old phone is broken, i don't have a landline or a workphone, and I live alone.
