    @EE Want to review my broadband package. When I try online it won't let me find out what's available. When I try to identify myself its says there's a problem your end, long queues on the phone no.s & the one for existing customers won't let me through cos don't have an ee mobile

    Have my first 4G watch but @ee seem to be the WORST provider for support. Unless you buy it direct you have to buy a WHOLE NEW CONTRACT???

    @lewis_goodall Lewis, this morning I tweeted wondering if it would be possible to somehow pass my unused monthly data on to families who need connectivity for online learning. I added @EE and various others to my tweets, now response. Perhaps you can help?

    Trying to buy a new business phone from EE is like pulling teeth ,30 mins on hold being shunted around @EE your customer support and website are useless.

    @EE looking for some advise for my in laws - father in law's phone is reporting SIM as unregistered, but when they call customer support to get it reregistered, it requires his phone number, and doesn't recognise it so doesn't put them through to anyone. Any suggestions?
