    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

    @EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

    @EE I’ve been trying to contact you for 2 days, when I finally got a very slow responding chat they agreed to raise a complaint…what is this text about? I SHOULD NOT have to get in touch again to keep my complaint open.

    Anyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

    @EE I've already told you I don't subscribe to the EE mobile service. So could you explain to me please why you think that my phone has an EE SIM card inside it?

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
