@EE Why is it that big companies like EE are brilliant at taking your money ASAP but when it comes to fixing any problems you have with their devices they give the most appalling customer service I would be so ashamed if I dealt with a customer the way I have been dealt with EE

  • febstar Febstar (@febstar) reported

@Magicman1980 @EE Not really, showing the difference good men can make if they stand up to things instead of laughing along. Victims of hate or crimes shouldn't be left with the job of fixing the problems someone else has given them. They need support from those who aren't being targeted.

  • chrisbh1000 Chris Halford (@chrisbh1000) reported

@ee your service is terrible. Have you ever tried calling you?

  • 81HorneY Rachel Horne (@81HorneY) reported

@EE I recently bought a £10 roaming add on in may and it’s still active on my account, how do I cancel the add on ? Tia

@EE Oh **** just renewed my contract.

  • IamFordy Fordilini (@IamFordy) reported

This is really poor from @EE.. broadband speed a fifth of what was promised and no engineer for another 10 days. I've been offered unlimited mobile data, but the signal in my area is poor so I'm basically on dial up speeds for the foreseeable with no alternatives🤬

  • dan_fuzz Dan Fuzz 🟠🌤 🥦🍺 (@dan_fuzz) reported

@EE Signal issues in TN39 4 DM is being ignored, or your reply isn’t coming though. Tried calling tech support twice, just get stuck on hold, being told every minute or so, that my call is important...

  • malteserlea Theresa (@malteserlea) reported

@EE I got a new phone and now my signal is worse. Still with you guys. Don't get it! Help a girl out!

  • GwenEvaBearLuvs Gwenny Eva: your dude-friendly egalitarian lebbi (@GwenEvaBearLuvs) reported

@EE And I'm telling you—again—men are only responsible for half of it. It's everyone's problem, so yes, EVERYONE should be asked to take accountability. Women commit the majority of DV, half of SA, and virtually ALL false allegations. They are just as much to blame. This is PROVEN.

  • Eirehs84 Sherie (@Eirehs84) reported

@EE I have a contract in my sisters name, and when it runs out, I want to cancel and have an account myself. Can I use the PAC code from my current, and take my number with me, even though it'll be a different name? I need to keep my number.
