@EE hi Ee. My girlfriend and myself cannot make any calls or texts. When trying to call it shows "not registered on network" have restarted the phone but no success. Please can you help?

@EE Hi, I did do that but because Find My iPhone is on, they told me to call them so they can complete the claim, the problem is. I have no way of making phone calls or using the device at all. And I've been locked out of my iCloud account, kinda stuck

@EE still no 5G signal.....Why have you turned this off for me? Was I using too much data? Very disappointed with the service I am receiving ! AL97TD ....this is despite your coverage checker showing 5G coverage ! HELP PLEASE

@EE so I have unlimited texts on my VIP bundle, and i use texts and now I’m suspended? How the F**K does that work? Why do I pay to get suspended for using the service?
