@EE Your app doesn’t let me login and keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise username/password. I can login to your website with the same credentials without issue. Removed the app and reinstalled it, same issue. App version 4.48.0 on iOS 14.3.

@EE I've been trying to upgrade for many hours now on your website and it isn't working correctly! Online chat is no help at all and i've been on hold or hours trying to speak to someone. I have been a customer for a long time and this is becoming ridiculous.

@EE are saying they aren't having issues with their internet but clearly they are. No internet and no wifi! Nothing is working. Nothing wrong with the handset.

@EE Thank you to your wonderful staff at the Newcastle call centre. The two staff who I spoke to are called Jordan and Claire. Those two were superb, polite and 100% customer friendly on the phone. Here's to another 18 month contract! 💯🏆📞💯🏆 📞 #EE #Newcastle

The @EE call centre in Newcastle just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to a manager, some bloke with a deep northern Irish accent and the word part kept me waiting over 27 minutes absolutely disgraceful people. Customer service is awful!!
