    @EE why has my landline number been swapped with a stranger? I STILL HAVE NO WI FI and now no number as Val up the road who I have never met called me on her number from my own number. She is elderly, isolating alone and has no contact with anyone now she has lost her number!

    @EE hi, can someone please help with my bill? There’s two items saying ‘add to plan £18’, I have a Fitbit but there isn’t another device that I should be paying extra for aside from this, and I can’t work out what it is, so I’m concerned. Thanks.

    @EE I have a really important sensitive issue surrounding my phone number and my ex husband. He controls the account but I pay for my phone. He’s threatening to have mine and my children’s numbers cut off. How can this be allowed ?!

    @DTAl1928 @VodafoneUK I can’t go on @EE mate, can’t get signal with them in my house 🙈 my work phone is EE and it’s useless.

    @EE I've spent days on and off trying to get my password reset sorted for my account to no avail. Can't live chat or phone in, can I get some help getting into my account online please?

    @DavieTommo84 @VodafoneUK @EE No. It is on the o2 network but it's a lot slower . A way to explain it using EE is on their 4g network...EE have cheaper contracts on their network that are restricted to 60mps. If you pay more you get their proper 4g service which is basically double.speed 4g....

    @DavieTommo84 @VodafoneUK @EE ...UK it was bloody awful, hard to keep a call going! Once I could I got rid of it but they kept charging me for 7 months despite me cancelling it and calling them every time they took another payment. Terrible cutomer service! I promise you though, EE is the one.
