Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

TOOKS (@ltookey1) reported@EE broadband down about 6 times over the last 3 days. Poor service. Has meant no internet and not able to watch TV as your TV service runs through Broadband! Not a happy household
