    @EE Hey, that's great but you can't receive texts on the watch number, tech support confirmed that yesterday. And there is nowhere to change it to the actual mobile number

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

    @EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

    Hello there @EE, I transference my number to EE last week and I have received a confirmation that the number transfer has been completed. However, I cannot make a call with my phone for reasons I don’t know. I can’t even call the customer care number 150 from it. I need your help
