@EE Hi Megan. Whilst I appreciate the response someone has done the same before and always suggested there are no issues what-so-ever. It appears the damage has already been done. I've raised this 3 / 4 times previously to EE and its not been resolved. Instead I've been fobbed off.

In the house move I’ve dealt with a lot of big companies who were unhelpful & obstructive, however today @EE exceeded my expectations. The lady I spoke to was incredibly kind, helpful & wanted to get the matter sorted, which she did. Totally brilliant customer service. Thank you

@EE All cases been closed. The first BT engineer said give it 7-10 days to stabilise, time comes and goes & then it starts having issues again... the second engineer said give it 7-10 days, this has been and gone and then in the last week or so, the same issues again
