    @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better

    @EE is there something wrong with EE signal in DH3 area? My signal keeps dropping to no bars in my home where I’ve never had an issue before

    @EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!

    @EE why would your agents book open reach a totally different job to what I needed done then open reach turn up randomly without telling me their are coming then cancel Job so now I have to go through whole process again,and you say are no1 in the UK ????
