    @SharonOReilly8 O2 have phoned me several times today trying to resolve things I might go back to @ee. I didn’t have one complaint in 16 years.

    @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

    @EE signal issues yet again in KY12 left without phone or 4G WiFi connection. Beginning to become a regular occurrence.

    @EE I am sick of this now, WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY BROADBAND AND TV ON EE APP? I am more than happy to cancel all my services including phones and tablets as well as tv and broadband unless this is dealt with! Oh let me guess we can not help please call?! No! I would like account

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.

    @EE What's happening my broad band is down via you on BT... And your bb tracker is offline. So... Not really sure what you can propose. This is also the third time this week and had a whole day in the weekend out which is in you sla but cmon
