    @EE hi EE please help my partner had her phone replaced through her insurance with you and the new phone has 80% battery life and dies after half a day, you can’t hear her on the phone properly and the screen keeps freezing.

    @EE why is your website so shockingly bad. It’s been like it for years now so about time you sorted it out isn’t it? I’m trying to upgrade, but your site keeps logging me out or crashing. It’s almost as if you don’t want me to spend my money with you?

    @EE hated to be the one to interrupt the mobile game all 5 staff where playing instore to get my contract sorted with a really easy, renew/upgrade of a 2yr contract which the guy who eventually served me had no interest in. What's the point of your stores now?

    @EE What are wait times now? EE has overcharged us, which we would like to sort out Your social media team were not help us....maybe they can find out the wait times right now? 5 minutes & counting 🙄

    @EE is there a problem in Cramlington? Since Saturday my phone is intermittently changing from network available to emergency calls only. Having to use WiFi in the house and no access outside?
