@EE Internet is down again. For the 7th time in so many weeks. I'm giving #ee nearly £40 a month. In return I get **** service. Mobile is as bad.

@sydkerrigan2018 @EE Vodafone is cheaper and in some places better then EE and if the signal goes down they will give you money back with ee they don’t do that

@EE is there a known issue with EE network in Edinburgh? My reception / connection has been extremely poor for weeks and in some areas the network connection is now almost non existent.

@MarcAllera as CEO of @EE do u think it’s acceptable a customer is told 24, then 48, then 96 hours to activate a SIM card on an existing account! 7 days now, told another 48 hours, still no resolution in sight! Still paying for the service tho!! @Ofcom should be on this!

@EE Went to your Solihull touchwood store to collect my new phone as part of my upgrade around 12:00pm. Unfortunately your store was closed and shutters were down!! Pretty gutted considering it should have been open until 5:00pm. Rang the store and no answer. Any ideas?
