@EE My elderly aunt visited your Staines store for a top-up and was coerced into signing up for a 2 year contract she doesn’t need. When she went back the day after to cancel it because she can’t afford it she was laughed at by the staff members. How do I get this rectified?

@EE are they any issues with the iPhone 13 pro and 5G signal? I’ve been having issues getting 5G when others on the same network on different phones have full 5G signal. I’m reading this seems to be an issue for other iPhone 13 pro users also

@EE Hi my partner was going through an insurance claim with you guys, and everything was coming to a finish, for a replacement to be delivered tomorrow when the line went dead. Your customer phone line shuts at 8, so we can't ring back, how can we find out if it went through? Thx
