    @EE morning we only ever have 2 bars reception and we’re in Croydon not the outer Hebrides! Why is this please? And it’s all the time not just when there’s a service problem. Thanks

    @EE hi when will you have PS5 in stock to add to plan? I work for the NHS and I never have enough time to check stock levels. The last time it was in stock it ran out by the time I checked it! Ridiculous

    @EE Atrocious service over the last 24 hours. My heart goes out to the EE staff replying on Twitter. Not you’re fault for this appalling treatment of customers who rely on EE for their businesses. The cost to the economy must have been in the millions yesterday.

    @ThreeUK @EE your mobile internet is down yet again in NN11 so I can't do the work that I had planned. This is happening almost daily. Can you please provide a refund on my contracts? Thanks
