    @EE I bought the phone roughly the end of august- october last year (it was during the lockdown period where stores were open). I have used the phone as normal yet the battery health has went down atleast 8%. Im lucky if ive had the phone even 6 months!

    @EE hi. Had to wipe my phone and tried downloading an esim through your app. It only gets so far, have no service on it so unable to set the sms to activate. Suggestions?

    @EE @EE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR!!!! Why is the customer service so ridiculously poor? Completed 2 upgrade orders online only to have you now try and tell me it's not possible, when I've already paid. Feels like you're trying to scam more money from your customers. Poor show EE!

    My 1st World problems 1. @HeinzUK tins do not stack easily. 2. @DEWALTtough can't make laces to last as long as the workboot. 3. @EE coverage is awful.
