    Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.

    ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)

    @EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

    @sophie_reed98 @EE Like @gigaclear £46 for me a customer of 3 years and new customers £19 for a faster service. Should be illegal

    @EE don’t but EE they won’t sort you out things.Poor network worst service.I been calling them but nothing have changed

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live in the countryside and my phone signal is crap. But you can still ring 999 without a signal as it searches all networks possible to make a connection.

    @EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either
