    @EE absolutely disgusting service this weekend. Paid next day delivery..DPD tried to deliver phone to wrong address but no delivery text or note left. Can’t get hold of DPD now as advised by EE and charged £6 plus for the call when I do ring this !!!!

    @EE I’ve been trying to log into my account and it says the details i have entered are incorrect, i don’t believe they are. I keep requesting a password reset link but i don’t appear to receive any email. Please can you help?

    @EE A little dissatisfied with your service this morning. My #4GEE mobile broadband router will not factory reset and apparently it needs to go away for repair. No mention of replacing it so I can continue to work from home; only been told that it will take 3 weeks to repair.

    @EE @PatDutt26551284 My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get her £5 extra on first top up
