    @Bradley0316 @EE That's not my problem. My problem is that my phone's not charging. I'm trying to make an insurance claim, but they say you can only do that, by phoning them! Ludicrous

    @Irajaw85 @Freddo32 @EE By all accounts there is an issue with all uk roaming in Canada. It is related to the Canadian networks and nothing to do with the roaming provisioned by the home network.

    @Six2Split @EE And it's your bad luck that you need to phone them when they're currently getting way more calls due to the network going down. I hope you get it sorted soon

    @EE 4G has been down for a week in my area. Still is, though your website insists all is fine. It is clearly not. No internet at home. Hours spent on hold & you can't tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Making it very difficult to not move suppliers right now...

    @EE Madness was unable to use internet date for nearly a day knowing I have unlimited data and pay 99.36 a month I should be due compensation for the loss of service
