    @EE terrible service. Still listening to your music 30 minutes on hold trying to find out why my upgrade hasn’t kicked in and I’m still being charged my old contract rate….

    @O2 signal has gone terrible lately. Saying I have full 4g yet nothing will load. Pay £60+ per month and don’t get a decent service. Think I will be trying @EE next when my contract is up

    @EE currently sitting on hold since 10:15 am 2hrs 35 mins and you call yourself Britons biggest mobile network this is an absolute joke !
