    @EE Yeah sure. Because your service doesn’t work properly you send out an ELECTRONIC sim BY POST, 3 days later it arrives and doesn’t work. So then you say you can send out another or we can travel to a store. So left completely without service. It’s not good enough.

    Should a logged call with @EE at 8am that is clearly a device issue which is under 12 months old take 12 hours and 5 advisors to resolve ?

    @EE I’m getting no signal for internet or calls, what’s going on?!? Trying to work from home and can’t get on anything.

    @EE I’ve been waiting over a day for a response. I’m sick of waiting days for a reply. I have anxiety and waiting makes me more anxious. Your service is diabolical.

    @EE They are absolute ******* ****. Decided to go sim only and as a loyal customer we agreed £6pm for 5GB of data, by 2 CS advisors .. just looked at my account and the bastards gave me 1GB of data charging me ******* £20pm 😡😡😡

    @EE struggling with using my phone at kt20 premier in the 4 g is showing two bars but unable to use and the Wi_Fi here is slow not good when you have to use phone work
