    @RyanRreevo79 @EE It's to do with my email address - wont recognise either of them. Tried a million times to clear it and start again via customer services. Impossible.

    @SamsungUK I've had my new s22 ultra for a few months. The phone will not update android or UI. I have to connect to my laptop and update via smartswitch. I've spoken with @EE and they have informed me that this is an issue for you to deal with. What's going on?

    @EE Terrible customer service! They booked an engineer inspection two days in a row and no one has ever showed up wasting my days. They then said some higher office would have called me at least to talk over the phone... I am assuming it won't happen since it's night already ???
