    @EE is your website down? It said I had to reset my password because of security changes and it won’t let me log in and the reset password email link isn’t arriving

    @EE can’t seem to login to MYEE it keeps telling my details are wrong! - they worked fine up to this morning. Password reset doesn’t work as I never receive the email.

    @EE Hi EE, yes indeed. It’s full outage of my internet. Your team said it’s not EE where the fault originates. Neighbour on BT same issue- BT cabinet root cause. 4 days outage.

    @EE You have cut off a sim card with my phone number for my company, and we are being treated extremely badly in trying to retrieve a pac code to get our number ported !!! How can you help now ???

    Quite a sad day after being a customer with @EE & Orange for 22 years, but poor broadband has forced me to move on, no call to try & persuade or questioning for moving? V.Sad. 6-8mbs has never been great…..& £31pm for it too so bring on the 200MB 🎉🤩
