    Oh FFS. Had my new @SamsungMobile S22+ for one week and it's faulty. Speakers are all crackly and you can hear next to nothing. @EE How do I go about replacing? After a brief google search it seems to be a fairly common problem

    @BeresfordJane @EE So true. I cycled across Cambodia 🇰🇭 about 10 years ago and had seamless mobile phone signal all the way. I work in a hospital and have no signal at all in the area I work and the WiFi is 🩲 too.

    @EE how do I remove the Damage cover from my bill? I wasn't informed it didn't cover loss as well so I'm wasting my money

    @EE Yeah is that a month notice to cancel the contract? Maybe the best network but **** customer service.

    @vendyg2 @EE It’s so discriminatory against those on restricted incomes too who often really rely on mobile phones for work and to manage money issues 😡

    @EE I gave 30 days notice to cancel, was given an out date, went into hospital for 2 months and find you’ve been kept the line open and been charging me £100 approx. pcm. Disgusting!
