@EE Nice easy one to start your day, why is my signal abysmal on 4g full bars? Been so many problems with EE performance off wifi calling in our local. Checker says nothing wrong everytime, but it’s clearly not accurate.

  • CarolBN10 Guinea Pig Lady (@CarolBN10) reported

@EE Hi, can you help? My mum's number was ported to you from BT but when texts are sent they come from the temporary number, not the number she's had for years. Phone calls come from the correct number.

  • rhiannonbarnes_ Rhiannon Barnes (@rhiannonbarnes_) reported

@EE @_D_a_v_e_y Protecting vulnerable customer suffering financial hardship? You mean the majority of the population? who are now even more vulnerable because of your unnecessary price increase. 14% is more then inflation

  • Plasticcpaddy Paddy Joseph (@Plasticcpaddy) reported

**** right off @EE with your 14% price increase! Wankers

  • mattcowburn1 M. J. C (@mattcowburn1) reported

So anyone got any decent mobile network recommendations as @EE are seemingly taking the mick with £100 a month... Shambolic.

  • Ynys_Prydein Cymru (@Ynys_Prydein) reported

@EE The phone signal has been down for 2 days in the SA70 area and without any info regarding what is going on. Please advise. Cheers

  • Emily1989Rose Dr. Emily Rose (@Emily1989Rose) reported

Terrible service from @EE today 4 hours of calls total. Cancelled the wrong number now I’m phoneless and due to go abroad on Fri. Told them consistently I’m disabled and need my phone to be/feel safe. Nice one. Issue ongoing since Nov 2022. A communications company?!

  • RKM_121 Raj. (@RKM_121) reported

@EE So in the space of 3-4 months CPI has gone up by over 14%? Are staff discounts on contracts not taken in to account with price increases? If the CPI goes down in future then, will our bills go down too?

  • FredStreams Freddy (@FredStreams) reported

@TheJammieTV @ThreeUK I just transferred to @EE away from Three. Never going back!

  • andy3196 Andy Mackie (@andy3196) reported

@EE That may have been just until the economic situation improves as I have been a contented customer for over 15 years but these problems mean I probably won't be back.
