    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault

    Dear @EE what’s the point of me accepting a contract renewal over the phone if you neither progress it, nor advise me of any issues? I’m making all the calls and getting no real answers here.

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

    @EE I will be honest, I am sick of calling and get a different excuse. My phone is showing full signal and 5g. Still not working

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
