    @EE So the only telephone number in existence for someone to call is the customer services team, who can't do anything to help me? I've tried calling them, facebook message, email, online chat, and now reactivated twitter to speak to you. I am despairing please help me.

    I’ve paid £500 for another years contract that I knew nothing about - because it is classed as a rolling contract? I was never notified about it coming to an end last year / given options. Is there anything I can do? Any help or advice welcome. @MoneySavingExp @EE

    @lbp__x @MoneySavingExp @EE Laura EE are con artists... I’ve been paying £112 for a phone contract for the past 2 years. That was never my agreement in store but somehow they conned me into it with their sneaky wording and small print. Cancel and change provider as soon as!

    @EE Hello. I need to close the account of a family member who has sadly passed away. Your teams are telling me that I need to transfer the account into my name before I can close it down. Is this correct? I’d just like to close it down please.
