@EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I feel like you've misunderstood the issue, maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm supposed to have 10GB, that's what I pay for on my contract, but EE have only given me 6GB. I upgraded & switched contracts last month. Thanks

So my new @EE broadband still doesn't work even after they texted me and said "it's up and running"... I work from home. In these times where people are working from home it's vital to have access to the Internet. They better get someone out to have a look TODAY

@EE Your insurance phone number keeps hanging up on me, this has happened 3 times. Please can you investigate this so future customers don't suffer the same problem.
