    @EE hi,ave purchased the Samsung s20 fe on contract ave been a loyal customer for some years i wasn't given the option to have a galaxy watch included in my deal I bought the phone in the ee shop can u help i can't get in the store till after new year! Can u help me out please!

    @EE hey guys my 4G is down I’ve been on the coverage site and my postcode is in an area which they no they are trying to fix. Any ideas when my 4G will be back up and running ?

    @EE hi, why is my 4g basically never working? i always have 1-2 bars and it’s extremely slow... i pay £88 a month and if i don’t have a secure wifi connection i get very little data that i’m able to use.

    I am guessing I will be getting some sort of compensation for having no phone signal since xmas day until the 4th? Thankfully I have company at home but fear some may not & may be alone with no phone! @EE @bt_uk

    @EE hi, we have no broadband in Shrewsbury. Is this a known problem? We can’t contact anyone by phone😢

    @ee is the worst service ever, internet was fine, they put in new lines across the roads 2 weeks ago... nothing but problems since... rang up, sent someone over.. nothing they can do... now my stream cuts out midstream yet again 4th time in a row. Can't believe this!!!!!

    @EE had no service since Christmas Eve. Can you tell me why and when we will get it back? About the 3rd time in 4 months. We live in the Sedgemoor area of Somerset
