    @EE I received a large charge for a call I did not even make due to hanging up when I was informed of the charge of the call. I appreciate the charge was not yours, but as a customer of yours for over 10 years. Any way you can waive the call charge? It was to Hermes.

    @Lemmo73 @EE Total scam text , if it's from EE it will come thru as from 150, or EE , but never a regular 07xxx number

    @EE our internet struggles to cope with just two people using wifi on phones. The connection is poor for things like WhatsApp, never mind anything more challenging than that. Been like this for a while - please help

    @EE has left us with no internet and no telephone service since @ 19th December. SY12 area. Terrible when one works at home. Come on EE. @Vodaphone has been working fine for my friends in the same area? Letting the service down!!!! #EE #Vodaphone #noservice

    @EE I tried calling back, but ended up on hold for a considerable length of time. Not interested in upgrading online as the deals for existing customers are poor compared to new customer deals
