    @EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

    @EE hello my 4GEE Wi-fi mini isn’t connecting to the internet as the EE signal doesn’t seem to be running (I’m in Sunderland) you’re not showing as having an outage? I’m not able to use your wi-fi and connecting here via 4G. Please advise. Thank you

    @EE @wembleystadium **** company & **** customer service. I’ve been complaining since 2020 about internet not working, 3 engineers has attended... still doesn’t work & they still want me to pay to cancel the contract, what a joke!! #THIEVES #SHITCOMPANY

    @EE if all people in customer services were like Ana the world would be a better place. We’ve no idea yet if her proposal will be the solution but my goodness she could not have tried harder to solve the problem.
