    @Amy_90_x @EE FFS that is ridiculous 😑😑 You can never be too sure nowadays with all the scam callers 🤬🤬 Tbh i don't get many anymore but I don't answer any calls unless it's a number I have saved in my phone

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @EE I tried to redeem my oneup reqard code for the @marksandspencer voucher but the website to claim has timed out several times. I was really looking forward to the extra treat since today is my birthday :(

    @LeilaniDowding @EE That network will not be maintained. It is dead. Starlink may be a solution worth while looking at.

    @EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

    Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

    @EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
