    @EE is shining through everything. Do you know if there's anything I can do to fix this because I'm not really wanting to send my mobile away for fixing if it means doing without a phone for 3 or 4 weeks. Thing is, I'm not entirely sure where the box for it is anymore. (03/03)

    @TheRumTraderLSE @EE Hi Rob, long time, had similar problem some time ago 🙄 had to leave EE in the end as so may areas with no service etc. ...maybe catch up one day 👍

    @EE Thanks, no not yet. A update will probably come out to fix it. I was just wanting to see if anyone else experienced this before I call into an apple store.

    I wonder if I can get money back after @EE networks was down the other day. My internet was down on my phone and home wifi .

    Extremely poor customer service for the elderly @EE refused to help a distressed 80 year old after not being able to use his phone. #ee Unreadable not security!

    @EE Well spoke to linzi and she was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough the gent from the executive team is an absolute disgrace Insisted that linzi had covered everything without even hearing me out quite clear he doesn’t like his job or customer and it was probably end of shift
