@EE I don't get the benefit of features of things I never use but should pay £696 over 24 months with 10GB? I can buy phone for £119 from @O2 get @EE £15 PAYG with 30GB sim which would cost £479 over the two years (£200 cheaper). Why is Pay Monthly so much more expensive again?

Can't use the live chat on @EE website, just refuses to help me. 20 minutes of dreadful songs over the phone while on hold is all I could handle. Going to send an email now, if that doesn't work I'll write to them or maybe send a fax! 🙄 All I want to do is cancel this sim.

@EE sort your lies out! Either the loss of signal is down to planned maintenance as per your advisor on the phone or its a new fault just reported and found according to your text update.!

Yet again, thwarted from running a business successfully by lack of internet @EE signal been lousy all day. Our employees wont be happy if no wages are paid. #fail
