    @EE Sorry, I didn't make the issue clear. The issue is that I bought a new pack after cancelling the old but it says I'm on the old pack but I cancelled that one. Does it just take a while to cancel or is that not how it works?

    @EE Thanks, Russ. Will stick with PAYG for now. I have 100GB for 20 on o2, EE prices aren't inviting. Many thanks for your good customer service.

    @EE tried to email. Tried the number you sent, but poor customer service on this occasion. Getting 6mg when supposed to get 36. I've updated my details in store, and yet my name is unavailable. Time for a change.

    Is anyone else having problems with their @O2 phone connecting to @EE numbers? Calls just wont connect or its silent... tried it on 3 different ee numbers!?!

    @EE @EhiEhidan I'd stick with O2. I've been with EE for years and plan to leave them as soon as I can...customer service has took a huge nosedive and their offers are not genuine. Shame as I used to find them quite good but I can get better service elsewhere.

    @EE I would never test my speed but good job my son checks as when paying for fibre and only get 6mb surely is unfair?
