@EE just found out that you charge PAYG customers to ring customer services. This is disgusting behaviour from what supposedly is “the uk’s best network”.

@mouthwaite @EE Its been awful for ages, I moved house and had their broadband, it never worked at the new address and it took months to actually cancel and get money back from non existing Internet. I use virgin mobile never had issues for 5 years.

@mouthwaite @EE EE are a disgrace off a company wouldn't replace my daughters when hers broke. Then charged her £357 to cancel contract even tho it wasn't working

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE Your comprehension skills are lacking, at no point on her post did she say she expected to be treated better than anyone. Asking for decent customer service does not make her privileged. Your good experience doesn't extend to others. Grow up!

day 27 until @EE @bt_uk @virginmedia realise that I cannot get fibre optic broadband in my area because it is not installed and wish for them to install it, as opposed to there employees reading and just sending links on if I'm available for fibre in my area. #slow
