    @EE About time you sorted out your web site! It's clearly not working as, despite being eligible, I am unable to upgrade to a SIM-only contract. You obviously didn't win any awards for your web site.

    Looking at going sim only this year with @EE as my phone is still in good condition and the cheapest 5gb is £20. What a rip off. My husband has 6gb with Vodafone for £10. Been a customer for over 10 years and now really considering leaving!

    @EE while travelling EE then switched off my phone in Israel for three months. Someone then spent all the credit on my account that was to last 3years EE complaint but they enabled the hacker to continue. Why? It's my phone line. I've been a customer for over 30years!

    @EE Hi, my problem with my internet has been solved...I had an appointment for the 7/9/22 ...I would like to cancel that appointment ..once somebody replies I can then give the relevant info in the DM's Thank you

    @EE Yeah it happened on all browsers across my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro so I think it’s a hosting issue.

    @EE any issues in Oxfordshire? My home broadband has dropped a number of times over the past few days, am getting frustrated.

    Is @EE in the Ystradgynlais area having problems? Both last night, and Saturday night, the signal disappeared entirely, meaning I could not connect with either the dongle or the phone. Will this continue tonight?

    @EE hi, ordered my upgrade today and got a text saying my friends and family has been removed - can you confirm it will remain otherwise I’ll have to cancel the upgrade.
