    @EE Yeah, sorry it has wasnt CS, it was techbical support who said everything was fine. They have no email where I can forward proof so my word against theirs.

    @EE, your coverage checker is seriously flawed: RH12 3Ex is you claim "You'll get excellent coverage indoors and outdoors on your iPhone 7 Plus." in fact I can get NO SERVICE at all at this location, nor have I been able to do so in last year. You are peddling false information!

    @EE 3 days with SHOCKING service.!? What’s going on? I can’t make abs receive calls and running a business (biz customer) will leave you in a shot if you can’t provide service

    @EE Not if you live in the CT8 area! Still no mobile signal and no date to when it will be fixed. Looking forward to refunds for all the months EE customers like us have been paying for NO SERVICE😥😥😥😥

    .@EE Hi, I had a day off work waiting for my new handset only to be told delivery has been cancelled. I only need it delivered - no help setting it up. Can’t you just do straight forward deliveries? Supposedly there’s only one guy covering my whole local area. Daft.

    @EE's double standard, they don't give a **** about their customers! .. I found a lost iPhone and with the help of Apple I managed to get MEID, SN, IMEI and ICCID numbers. However, EE's customer service refused to help and inform the owner that the phone is still there...
