@EE That just proves how bonkers it is because we don't have any WiFi and never had WiFi. What do I do to stop it doing it as it does it regularly.

Honestly **** @EE this is now the second time this year they’ve tried to screw me over with my bill. I upgraded my Apple Watch. Paid an upfront fee agreed to monthly fee and now trying to charge me full price for the Watch. So done.

@EE I've had a bill generated for March - April however my contract is due to get terminated on Monday 27th March when my number gets transferred to Vodafone. Will I still get charged for the full month or only for the 3 days I've used the network for?

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE That makes sense. You basically need to use provider with best coverage in your area. 30 miles away somebody no doubt will be on O2 or Virgin not getting signal whilst another family member on EE or Voda etc having no problems. 👍

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE …might be worth trying another network when your contract is up but very often indoor coverage issues are cross network.

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE Do you have home broadband? Most phones support WiFi calling which solves the issue of indoor coverage. I live in a house with thick walls and get zero in the house so have to use that.

@EE I know this isn't helpful because you don't know who he is, but... big thanks to the guy I spoke to on the phone last night, I was having sudden anxiety about an issue and he helped me out right away. Very nice, polite, helpful & efficient.
