Tomorrow I move my 7 personal devices and 74 work devices from @EE to O2. 23 years as a customer and your Executive team and CEO should be ashamed of how I have been treated. Still, onwards and upwards and good riddance!

@EE I have not received any notification, by email or post, of any price rise you're imposing on my contract. Before you ask, yes, my contact details are correct. Don't regulations stipulate that you have 30 days to notify a customer on this rise?

@foreverbluetoo @EE All mobile phone companies will I crease a customer's monthly cosy each April. This is caused by the consumer price index rate published in January each year. What I do find is wrong, is the additional % that they add on!

@EE @officialnucky So when CPI reduces next year, can we all expect lower bills, or will you just keep the extra money as additional profit? I’ve been a customer since 1995 and will be leaving as soon as my contract allows. Blatant profiteering and corporate waffle

Fairplay the @btsport app is garbage. I got superfast bt fibre and still every week have issues replaying events. Updated everything multiple times. How hard can it be to get a tidy service for something you pay for .. @EE

@EE yeah, i've done that and the app is fully up to date. it still keeps saying theres an issue showing my remaining data on the homepage. it's not a big issue, but it'd be nice to have it fixed.

@EE patronising and invasive! Asking me how much I earn - being told that I couldn't be offered any phone contract without EE knowing my income!! I've been with EE for over 10 years and I have never felt so insulted! How dare you EE!!

@EE I sent a DM on Friday regarding proposed price increases and would appreciate it if I could speak to someone soon because this higher monthly cost is starting to worry me and I want to reach a solution. Thank you.
