    @EE you say the issues have been resolved however I have no access to data. Flicking aeroplane mode on and off. Restarted phone and waiting for more than an hour for a call back from technical support. I am supposed to be out playing Pokémon go, which you as a company sponsor

    Between attempting to charge me over £800 for a simple repair (of a phone with a retail price of £850) and their staggeringly bad coverage over the last week suffice to say I'm fully done with @EE after the contract runs out

    @EE hey, contract ends next week - spoken to a member of your team who said if I want to cancel, I have to give 30 days notice, hut I have to wait till contract ends? Is that same if I want to change providers?

    Hey @EE is your broadband down in Glasgow? Seems like mine stopped working a few minutes ago and I can't go on myee to check as neither the app nor the website seem to be working.
