It's unbelievable. My friend is type 1, partially sighted ...etc etc. I could go on. Her phone with @EE is crucial..no real help - just talking. At 9am GMT @EE e sent this text "Your Unlimited Mins, Texts & Data for 3 days will end at 23:59 on 13/02"...she can't use the phone.

@EE You obviously didn’t understand what I tweeted. It’s EE’s rubbish signal strength and lack of coverage in our area of 4G & no 5G signal. I have 4 mobiles (iphone & Samsungs) currently on EE which reiterates the poor signal coverage from EE.

@EE is data gifting down? One of my kids has ran out and it wont let me gift to them but will let me gift to the other 😭 our phone lines have been cut by the gas board so the WiFi is off until @OpenreachHelp send an engineer out next week. Please help before my kids go feral 😭

@virginmedia your fraud department is slow and so far ineffective and uncontactable. I'll compare yours to @EE who have within a week confirmed all is well, I don't owe anything and not to worry. #notgoodenough any chance of a phone call?

Do not, I repeat, do not use @EE recycling service. I sent a perfectly usable mob phone to them, no scratches on at all. They quoted £15 then said £5! I'd rather give it away!. Swizz.

Used to be able to call 150 @EE and now pushed to online. Maybe I’ve already tried that…descended to same level of customer support as sky Tv. #bobbins

@EE your phones are crap..got it for Christmas.. and this is the second time sending for repair.. Not only that but it's gone black and rang 999 three times..wasting there valuable time.. you've had the phone more then me since I've had it it's not good enough!!!
