Over 35 mins on hold with @ee and counting & still no answer. Used to their internet cutting out nearly EVERY DAY, but this is next level. WIFI down for over an hour & mobile hotspot working for about 5 minutes at a time before cutting out for another 5 constantly.

Quite a sad day after being a customer with @EE & Orange for 22 years, but poor broadband has forced me to move on, no call to try & persuade or questioning for moving? V.Sad. 6-8mbs has never been great…..& £31pm for it too so bring on the 200MB 🎉🤩

@EE You have cut off a sim card with my phone number for my company, and we are being treated extremely badly in trying to retrieve a pac code to get our number ported !!! How can you help now ???

@EE Hi EE, yes indeed. It’s full outage of my internet. Your team said it’s not EE where the fault originates. Neighbour on BT same issue- BT cabinet root cause. 4 days outage.
