    Hi @EE the itemised usage feature on your website has not been working for months, in fact I don't think it has ever worked. It is impossible to manage our data usage if we can't see what to cut back on. You then hammer us for data add-ons at the end of the month. Please help.

    @EE why is the 4G so bad in Hampton Hill High Street TW12. Its not a one off, been here a few times over last few months, and terrible signal

    @EE It's a rubbish solution though if it happens regularly. Maybe try fixing the App so that it works like every other app on my phone instead? Just a thought

    @EE The app seems to be perpetually 'having a problem' anyway though so I can't check my account at all

    So if you move from @EE to another provider because they are asking for stupid amounts of money ask them first how much a TERMINATION FEE IS NOT AN EARLY UPGRADE FEE IS! one for @MartinSLewis to talk about I think

    @EE It wasn't working yesterday it came up with error, I can see others have had the same problem and tweeted you. But today it works
