I can sort of understand why energy prices are going up but how can the likes of @EE justify a hike?? Services are always going down, customer service is poor. Guess you’ve gotta pay @kevinbacon his advert fees somehow!!

@EE More over Patrick thinks that this maybe a sim issue. Which I have already brought to your attention a month ago, now to send me a sim card you are going to charge me £1.50 for an issue that is not my fault it is your fault! I am obviously not happy!

@Aldouk @EE No, I left GiffGaff when I bought my Pixel on EE. It's an option to go back though. Leaning towards O2 at the moment who I was with for years. Tbh, the coverage has never been great on EE here on the outskirts of Nottingham. Regularly have no service.

@LexiBellissima @EE Despite my providing his number and it being a known problem, they apparently can’t do anything unless he contacts them directly. I don’t need any access to his account, just need them to fix their own problem. Classic hiding behind “data protection”.

@EE We're trying to contact you to get a uk customer reconnected. hes in South Africa on holiday. wife has covid. They're isolating. We've tried all your options; you say you've phoned this number back but the phone has not rung. All messages you send prevent me replying. Help!
