    @EE we are in the USA and having roaming abroad package. Both our phones are no longer making or accepting calls. (Worked perfectly for first few weeks here) Can’t even call customer services. Any ideas?

    @EE I can not make calls, I can not send sms. I receive voice mails and I receive sms. Please help .. I would want to be able to make calls and send sms as well. Am not in Uk now and am missing so many business calls. My number is 07949056030
