@MarinaPurkiss @EE Their customer service is disgraceful, charged me £240 for PlayStation games purchase (I don’t have a PlayStation) said I had to contact PS for a refund, PS couldn’t refund me cause I didn’t have an account.

@EE & @bt_uk OX5 area broadband speeds are crap (0.4mg) it defies you charging us for it! 4 weeks on & @WeAreOpenreach have done FA. Your Operative said it was drain on the internet due to our landline which was stopped years ago & promised a new router- serious compensation time

@TheEnergyKing @EE @MarinaPurkiss I would be extremely surprised if this was a fraud issue. It seems like a CDR rating issue within the EE billing system.

@MarleyBoxer14 @MarinaPurkiss @EE The deposit is because you need it to justify it based on your CC or you have deposit rated services (premium calling et) - if it’s that and you removed the service the deposit would be returned.
