@EE I’m trying to upgrade my phone but when I get to the final screen to checkout it just hangs with the timer spinning round. Does it on a browser on my PC and through the app on my phone. Is there an issue ?

  • Willatkinson10 Will Atkinson (@Willatkinson10) reported

@JonStevenson @EE Sums up a whole societal problem. Due to technology (& the marketing ploy of bundling) we are now paying shitloads for stuff we don’t want. At the same time we are making a few fabulously rich. The uber capitalist dream come true. I’m in awe of our idiocy.

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported

@EE I purchased my plan on the basis that it was unlimited. Furthermore, I checked with EE to confirm that there wasn't a fair usage limit. I'm not a business customer, so why should I need to be, just to take advantage of the plan I was sold?

  • JonStevenson Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE for some reason we have no signal/network at home today. We are expecting important calls. Typical.

  • MrLesRobinson Les Robinson (@MrLesRobinson) reported

Between my non working @virginmedia internet connection and @EE's 100% non 4G coverage of the OL4 postcode, im starting to feel cut off from the world. At least if an emergency were to happen I could call the emergency services right? - Yeah thats a big fat nope on that one too.
