To be fair, @EE, I just spoke to a really helpful call handler who fixed the problem we had in the first place. My 81 year old father still can't access his account though.

  • JoanneA47102663 Joanne Foley Anderson (@JoanneA47102663) reported

@sbrownphoto @EE O2 not much better, I’m in a dispute with them, contract up for renewal but hearing bad reports about all networks

  • HobbitsWife Hobbits Wife 💙 (hobbitswife@fosstodon.org) (@HobbitsWife) reported

@Pazza_81 @EE I nearly got caught with this too! If you allow the help to find you a phone it comes up with £13pm for 5GB SIM only. I got suspicious as it appeared as 3 months only on the main screen. The helper doesn’t show the ‘deal’ & is misleading the sale. I almost clicked buy too.

Also doesn’t help with my typical @EE one bar 4g service tho I have two lines god knows why I can’t use internet in my place at all - EE when you fixing the service it’s been dead since lockdown in 2020??

  • TownendAlysia Alysiat (@TownendAlysia) reported

@EE C'mon get your act together, no Internet all day now, your website says no issues another website says totally different!

@EE you probably are aware of scam calls but 08431223500 has just offered me unlimited calls and texts for £5 a month, as a loyal EE customer. I’ve never been an EE customer and strangely they hung up when after playing along and then calling it out as a scam.

  • danihickeyy Dani (@danihickeyy) reported

@EE customer service used to be unreal. Now it’s WILD the way they talk to paying customers 🤯🤯🤯

  • WeekendWitch Renée Wallen (@WeekendWitch) reported

Has the @EE network gone down? No wifi….

  • jackbremer Jack “ductus longitudinalis epoophori” Bremer (@jackbremer) reported

PAC codes to take number away from network should be right there in the website, not a half hour wait to ask a human nicely Yes, you, @EE (and no, I'm not sliding into your DMs)
