@EE I have contacted you on several occasions about a £100 e-gift card I was meant to get when I got my wife her new phone in November, it’s now February and I have been passed from pillar to post and still nothing, what are you going to do with issue

  • chaosofcold Ah Damn (@chaosofcold) reported

@EE raising their prices 14% means I’ll be in the market for a new network! Who do people recommend? #EE

  • waynemckayPara Wayne Mckay (@waynemckayPara) reported

@EE I won’t be in minimum contract and I won’t be staying. Another long term customer lost. Thanks for your response.

  • JoshuaTAllerton Joshua Allerton (@JoshuaTAllerton) reported

@EE How much profit has EE made on the previous 3 years? How much profit are you making of each new customer? This is a decision from EE to grab as much cash from customers as possible. There's no attempt from the business to absorb some of the costs. 100% greed.

  • edevans2 ed (@edevans2) reported

@EE So there’s no 30 day period I can cancel without a fee after you put the price up 15% is what you’re saying?

  • abetts2022 Andy Betts (@abetts2022) reported

@EE So you're increasing investment in the network and CSR to the vulnerablen by 14.4%? What would this figure have been if it were not for astronomical inflation and how would you have afforded this otherwise?

  • heretopre The Great 🇰🇪 (@heretopre) reported

@EE Last year it was 3.9% this year its an extra 10% ontop of the 3.9%, who ever is pulling your pants down over at your suppliers needs to have a word kmt

  • ZionistWolf Karl (@ZionistWolf) reported

14.4% increase @EE just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Extra £40 a year for same service 🙄

  • bushboy31 Simon Bush (@bushboy31) reported

@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

  • Allans1969 Allan (@Allans1969) reported

@RichardJMurphy I had similar so voted by taking my contracts elsewhere. Over 20 years with them and this is how they treat customers. Only after I requested pac codes for the 4 lines did they take an interest. Nope too late, had enough of being treated with contempt @EE
