  • robmelton82 Rob (@robmelton82) reported

@EE Do you have a link to the deal to get a free chromebook for new customers from a rival network?

  • lau_gelston Laura Gelston (@lau_gelston) reported

@EE hi there - I’ve recently left EE and ported my number over to my new provider on 29th Dec but as of the 5th jan it’s still not sorted. They’re telling me to get a new PAC code from you - but I’m no longer an EE customer so how would that work?

  • tim_paver Tim Paver (@tim_paver) reported

@EE I have never in my life had such appalling service. We have wasted 10 working days waiting in for our parcel, spent over 5 hours on the phone to you and STILL have not received my replacement phone!!! So crap!

  • LawrenceLexing Lawrence (@LawrenceLexing) reported

Been with EE for over 5 years now and never had such awful service in all my time. Hopefully I'm not charged this new contract amount until my phone arrives as it looks like the plan has already been applied to my sim card. Also was told - "I dunno" regarding that query too @EE

  • TheBigWilko Chris Wilkinson (@TheBigWilko) reported

@EE, How often does your app work? Every time I try to use it, it seems to be broken. Probably voted 'best for ease of use 5 years in a row', right? 🙄

  • Mid_WifeCrisis Polly James (@Mid_WifeCrisis) reported

@AndrewMackeyUK @EE @LightningFibre Never even heard of them but, yeah, the names in all reviews sounds a bit questionable…

  • moyesie22 Στέφανος Μόις (@moyesie22) reported

@EE That’s annoying as when searching on website it gives the impression that EE use WiFi calling instead of a dedicated app (such as that o2 use) when overseas with no compatible local network.

  • stuinweymouth Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reported

@EE can you help? Changeover today to you from BT. They have turned theirs off and you sent me a text saying activated but I have nothing.

  • katwhysall Kat Whysall (@katwhysall) reported

@EE I'm locked out of my account, I've asked for a forgotten password link to be sent but nothing in half an hour. Trying to log in on the new app I was told to update and it just sends me in circles back to log in page. Plz help.

  • AndrewMackeyUK Andrew Mackey (@AndrewMackeyUK) reported

I'm trying to find a new broadband provider because @EE is proving quite expensive and slow/unreliable connection (despite allegedly having fibre) but EVERY company gets dreadful reviews.... 🙄
