    @EE @EE So sad that EE has become so expensive been with them now for well over 15 years and never had a issues now looking to get a new phone and they can’t get anywhere near the 02 price and asking for nearly £140 to end my sim deal so unfortunately I will wait and leave in Jun

    @EE ordered upgrade on 6/1 and says next day delivery. Nothing received still, no way of checking order status online and can’t get through to customer services. Useless.

    @EE your customer support is HORRIBLE!! You can't get through to someone to speak to???? I have sh**t internet and paying for what?? Very weak phone signal too and working from home 🤬🤬🤬

    Hi @EE I’m trying to add an Apple watch to my existing account and i get right through to clicking the I agree button then it just keeps spinning. Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong? Have tried app and desktop. Thanks

    @ee internet is the worst, can’t cope with 2 laptops/phones using it at same time, awful.

    Appalling service from @EE banned from texting 7 days on keep being told 72 more hours! Don't know how may people I've spoken to (lovely all of them) but no one can offer a solution. Ban lifted and still can't text. Who's breaching the contract now? Time to move provider! #crap

    @EE That's all I've been doing, the light keeps flashing orange, switch it off, wait, back on and the same issue, then just leave it and it may come back on randomly after an hour or so, how do we go about getting a replacement, I'll be honest if it's not fixed we will have to leave

    @EE The update yesterday was that @OpenreachHelp were still working to resolve the issue - this being now the 8th day without broadband I'm hoping today's update will be more positive - thanks for checking

    @EE I’m having problems playing internet radio (LBC, BBC Sounds) when connected to EE, my second sim for O2 is fine.

    You are an absolute joke @EE Your website and text service works really well when buying add-ons. When you want to remove one a minute later, both services no longer work.
