@EE two weeks since you were made aware of a number of overcharged customers since your Jan billing upgrade. Have contacted Ofcom today as you still have not communicated a reason or fix or any reassurance. Do you know what's going on?

Been a loyal customer to @EE for years n years yet get **** upgrade offers in comparison to someone new joining the network 🤯 looks like I need to cancel my contract to re join 🤔 not helpful customer service either pushing a **** deal when I can see I can get better 🤔

@EE add to plan would be great if they actually had stock of anything. £50 deposit for a telly thats never arrived and now £10 for a ps4 thats out of stock...fantastic

@Dermot_McNamara @EE Unbelievable that they'd even think of charging for the divert when their service wasn't working and no-one ever mentioned that there could be a charge! Will be speaking to them about that & the days when I was without any office phone, the list goes on....!

@EE Absolute scum, increasing the cost of people's phone contracts in the middle of a pandemic, just goes to show you're all nothing but money grabbing pricks , disgusting your service is **** 80% of the time aswell, where's the justification
