    @EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks
