    @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

    @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

    Had nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.

    @EE Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, been led on for 2 weeks, had complaints closed without contacting me - different agents saying different things, including mis-information. Please advise your contact details for complaints, telephone, not 'email'
