@Adzymo @EE Ring up and (very politely) speak to their customer service team. They’ll offer you £30 ‘shortfall in service compensation’. That’s the max they’re allowed to offer you. Please don’t be rude to them, if they could compensate you entirely they would - it’s EE’s fault, not theirs.
