Can anyone tell me why Utility Warehouse’s @EE mobile signal has been severely deteriorating over the last few weeks. Calls continuously dropping and getting a 4G signal to work (even though it shows as good strength) is inconsistent.

So @EE maybe you can explain? Currently have Openreach tech fixing our old copper line as it got damaged when fibre was being installed on street. When I call you I'm told fibre is not yet available. It is, it's installed on posts and 3 of my neighbours now have it. Help please!

Hi @EE should I consider your non reply a ‘yes’ to my assertion that the SIM giving is to get refugees tied into your network? Are you doing anything to assist these people, arriving in UK with nothing, to get connected?
