    @EE 1/2 I have been a loyal EE customer for over 20 years but yesterday a call from your customer service team shattered that loyalty - but to be honest after what he said to me, you probably don’t care if we find another provider anyway.

    @EE So disappointed with EE customer service. Had an online quote which was not honoured leading to a very disappointed teenage daughter. 3 customers lost tonight.

    @EE no service in Falkirk, FK1, town center, any reason. Fluctuating between zero and 1 bar and no 4G or even 3G.

    @EE what do you need to do to talk to someone. App is ****. Online chat is ****.. yet you swarmed over me like flies around a **** when I mentioned upgrade. Funny that as it appears that is the only time people you actually connect to someone. #badservice

    @EE why are my upgrade deals so bad? I've been a customer for years yet there seems to be no incentive to be loyal. I also have BT fibre and apparently that should lead to better deals but it's still cheaper to leave. Is there something I am missing?

    @EE hopefully you can help me. My aunties phone is directing her to the website to pick up mms. We have contacted customer service and inputted the apn for internet and mms but still happening?

    @5DSoul @EE Well I’d think they’d want to issue a new number to that person. If it were me, I’d say I made a police report. That will scare them into taking this matter seriously!
