@EE hi there I was due to get £20 of two monthly bills but they haven’t taken 20 of this months bill when I was told there would be due to a extra charge to my account and the trouble with that?

@EE is the only company I know of who consistently has issues with logging in. The app never works and every time I login ‘your information is not recognised’. Without fail, I have to reset my password EVERY time I try and access my account and I don’t even have the app

@EE Hi, my TV has a Chromecast built in so it should be fine to cast from BT Sport app, as it has been before. The message that popped up suggested BT's stopped supporting that, & I had to use their Android TV app, which then asked for a BT login that I don't have as an EE customer.
