@EE I have been in touch with them several times (considering I've been out of contract coming up to 3 years - they've never once contacted me!) and they've always been useless, hence why I'm still stuck with an out of date phone and paying extortionate contract costs!

  • _SoozySooz Sooz B (@_SoozySooz) reported

@EE I sincerely doubt you'll be able to, I've already spoken to a member of your customer service team and they've said they can't. So why would I send myself in circles?

  • TheExile01 BC (@TheExile01) reported

@EE Same at the leeds store. Your store finder clearly does not reflect bank holiday changes. That is really poor. And you can’t tell me either. That’s even poorer

  • GaryBizzle Gary Byfield (@GaryBizzle) reported

@EE 2. and how any price rise will affect me. So please don’t keep telling me I was. I’d be more than happy to discuss this over the phone with you. You’re approach to this topic is not what I would call customer service. As I say, happy to discuss over the phone.

  • 90sMoofie ✌🏻Gary/Gawy aka Moofie✌🏻 (@90sMoofie) reported

@VodafoneUK The phone is the least of my concern since you lot can’t even give me a decent, RELIABLE 4G data service. Leaving to go to @EE in November, I’ve been with them before and their data is so much more reliable, no buffering while streaming radio for a start

  • shaun___97 Shaun (@shaun___97) reported

@EE I did try that I'm just not sure what a broken camera lens falls under as it's not a cracked display?

  • mng321 martyn (@mng321) reported

@EE Hi CS thanks for your reply. I know the increase is well advertised I just feel with all the other price rises it was bad timing and EE could have done more to delay or cancel the increase.. I am lucky enough to have had a good pay rise but other of your customers are struggling

  • patchterrier Patch (@patchterrier) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Currently had to hotspot off a neighbour’s @EE Signal.

  • lukepaulgabriel Gabs (@lukepaulgabriel) reported

Hi @EE, is someone about to help with my broadband connection please? Speeds have dropped off and I have sugar filled kids needing their WiFi fix 🤪🤪

  • brind_jake Jake Brind (@brind_jake) reported

@EE £85 a month for what? £85 a month pays a modest electric/gas bill. Half a council tax bill. Or even a very very rare night out. Why ******** would I spend £85 a month on a phone?! Are you actually right now, are you serious.
