    @EE @sarkeycockney That's utter ballshit and you know it. You have manually with mouse click, closed the complaint as you think being quiet will make the complaint go away.

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

    @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?
