    @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

    @EE why can a new customer get a deal £10 a month cheaper than someone who has been a customer for nearly 5 years? Where is the customer loyalty? I’ve now signed up to @virginmedia #customerlost #customergained

    @MarkyTalk @EE I 100% agree with this, I’ve been with them for a very long time and the service I’m getting for trying to upgrade and get a decent deal is shocking. Prices are sky high @EE

    @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV won’t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    @EE the broadband is down in my area but can’t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isn’t.
