@EE Help!! Latest update downloaded onto my S20 Ultra and now sim card is not inserted error all the time. Was fine before the update and now i have no phone. Tried restarting, removing sim, wiping it etc but not helped.

@EE Now in our 6th week with no internet, been off since before Christmas. @EE have still done absolutely nothing to resolve. Every deadline missed, every promised callback bar one failed to materialise. Let down at every step. Please avoid EE as a broadband provider, it’s been Hell.
