  @sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.

  @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?

  Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

  @EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE
