    @EE Did the WiFi network go down yesterday in my area ? ME8 / Medway / Kent. It completely disappeared from my device. 4G was OK. I was all set this morning to attempt to reinstall using Keep Me card details when I found it miraculously had reappeared.

    @EE heya I've been having a couple of problems with my smart watch, the main thing being that I can't call/text from my watch without being connected to my phone, despite having a 4g plan on the watch. My old watch was fine but this one just won't do, help pleeeease xx

    @EE But don't have any problems with your new phone unless you have forensically checked every part of it, even if you didn't use it within that 72 hour timescale they give you (but don't tell you about) or they aren't interested regardless whether your an over 20yr customer

    @EE Have BT mobile which piggy backs on EE for phone coverage. Live less than a 10 min walk from a new 5g mast in a very populated area. Can't get more than one bar on a brand new iPhone. EE- you are full of crap.

    @EE Yh costing a fortune and sneaking other costs that customers dont need ik oaying for a bloody landline that im not using and ur customer service is being usless and saying i agreed partislly for something i dont use who would bloody pay for something they dont use.

    @EE Every weekday my phone is mostly unable to make a call, your status page states every day there is either an issue or work being done. this has been happeneing for weeks, how do I find out when the "upgrade" will be complete? Pretty much impossible to work from home.

    @EE My flip broke after 5 months of used just shuts down when you fold it ok half, kind of defeats the point
