@EE I contacted your customer service 4 hours ago and was advised I’d be called back within 10 minutes, I’m still waiting? I’ve tried to call back however I can’t get through due to wait times. Awful service

@UswitchUK @EE That’s funny, been trying to get hold of @EE customer service all day and still can’t get through and now it’s stopped ringing all together. Absolute shambles

@EE What security reasons? Its not her address? If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?

@EE @M_Davieswrites You say it’s because you have a growing network, if you’re networks growing then it could be assumed you have more customers and more income into the business. We have been told now to ask for pay rises this year because it will fuel inflation yet we have a multi million (2/3)

Some join the church. Others train as singers. It seems my life's vocation is to upgrade my @EE data plan. Day 2: I have been asked to email the letter @EE sent me to the @EE customer representative.

@djkinrade @EE Check out the Forbes list. Every billionaire has seen a HUGE rise in personal wealth since Covid struck. But of course all these companies “must” increase consumer prices to stay afloat. Poor them 🙄

@EE are your #Phones down? Trying to call 150 (and the alternative numbers and nothing connects) also appears the contact function on the website isn’t working/available

@EE Putting up prices by a whopping 9% when there is a cost of living crisis happening is really not the way to hang onto loyal customers. I can't imagine I'll be the only one counting the days until my contract ends so I can move provider, and I've been with EE for years.
