@EE is it possible to cancel my contract without calling 150? I'm overseas and plan to be for the foreseeable future but currently ill & lost my voice + can't afford the phone call anyway. (Don't worry, I'm not ending my contract early... 16 months late actually!) Thanks! 📱❌

  • JitanEDM JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported

@tjeffwilson @Hyperoptic @EE It’s sounding more and more like I should chargeback on charge and cancel direct debit payments and switch to another provider asap.

  • pauledgcott Paul Atkins💙 Part of The Left #FBPE #PATH (@pauledgcott) reported

@EE Glad you find it amusing, we don't, this is an on going issue, I can't remember how many visits we have to "fix the issue" a new router too but the drop outs still occur. It has to be your network our neighbors suffer too. Just get us FTTP!

  • 23Broughy Thomas Brough (@23Broughy) reported

@EE Can you help me please I've hard hardly any network for the last two days and I'm struggling to use my phone. Are you having technical issues? I can't even get two bars of connection

  • mptickner Mark P Tickner (@mptickner) reported

@EE Nick, You have a reported issue at the postcode above. No DM is needed, you simply need to raise a ticket with ops to field test the 4g cell site. That's it, anymore is simply wasting both our time.

@EE what speeds should I expect from your 5g network ?

  • x_paigeey Paige Wilson ✨ (@x_paigeey) reported

@EE been waiting over an hour on the message service online to speak to an advisor. Is there anyone here that can help please?

  • marciomilk MarcioMILK (@marciomilk) reported

@EE I accidentally deleted my eSim in EU and I can't get a new one until I'm back in the UK. That's a disgrace. Spoke to many attendants etc. Any possible way of solving this, or should I just go ahead and cancel my plan (I've been a customer since 2017)

  • anthony_simm Anthony Simm (@anthony_simm) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Thanks. It was Marie, I went in with what I thought was a faulty iPhone (annual upgrade from EE) but Marie whittled it down to my leads. Super helpful, even apologising that the fault could not be rectified and spent a good amount of time with me.

@EE highly recommend changing from DPD as your delivery service, they have caused nothing but problems and I still do not have my parcel
