@JonStevenson @EE Sums up a whole societal problem. Due to technology (& the marketing ploy of bundling) we are now paying shitloads for stuff we don’t want. At the same time we are making a few fabulously rich.The uber capitalist dream come true. I’m in awe of our idiocy.

Absolutely appalling experience with @EE trying to simply order a new TV remote. My TV is not working, I don't need to mess about with my box I just need a new remote! Talk about stressful and making things difficult 🤬

@EE He is with you on a personal contract but these have never been used. I think his contract is up in October but circumstances have changed for him and he is worried about not being able to pay the bill each month for his account.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...
