@EE explain to me how you’ve managed to cancel our broadband without any contact from us, tell us it will be 2 weeks before you can fix the wifi, charge us for the month and then try to make us pay £127 to leave when it is you that have made the mistake somewhere down the line.

@EE So because I have a low credit rating I need to pay EE more money? Like I said £60 a month is a lot of money for nothing, surely EE have a duty of care to help make bills more manageable?

@VodafoneUK terrible service re. replacement phone. Insurance t+c claims a next day replacement! Day 5 and still no phone. Fobbed off with “a system error” and no offer of compensation or expedited delivery! Will be switching to @EE when contract ends
