@EE Already tried that, & rebooted the modem. Now been confirmed as a fault, raised with the engineers, and it will take 1 to 4 working days to fix (according to the text). So frustrating, especially when working from home, and not the service I was promised when I switched to EE.

@EE just wondering why it's so difficult to contact you by phone (there's literally no option just to speak to customer services), or fill in the online bereavement form (it won't accept my mum's number as a valid number) to let you know my mum (the account holder) has died. Thanks.

@EE is your internet ok cuz on is it down page it showing it is down in most part of uk I do not have internet for about 3 hour now and thanks to that my days pay is gone cuz of this considering you will not pay me what ******** is happening and when it will be fixed.
