Hi @EE just looking at new phone deals. Why is it more expensive to buy a new phone as an existing customer? E.g. £43/mo & £30 upfront for iphone SE 128 on 100GB vs only £37/mo and 0 upfront for a new customer. Where is my incentive to stay with you?

Oh how we love @EE and the piss poor broadband they supply. Without broadband for 2 weeks now and no communication to say when it will be fixed 😡🤬

@EE @btsport I pay to have the BT Sport app available to play on a large screen. That would be great if your app didn’t keep on crashing and kicking me off! Sky’s app no issues with. Why is it so hard for yours??????????

@EE no casting icon on my bt sport again. I’m paying £12.50 a month for large screen access. Please can you advise how to fix it?

  • chrislkingy Chris King (@chrislkingy) reported

Ordered something from @EE and got a message to say it’s on its way on the 1st Jan... heard nothing since. Of course can’t get through to anyone on any sort of customer service. Surely one of the top 5 most frustrating companies in the UK
