    @EE I'm stuck in a doom loop with the EE Diagnostics bot trying to get broadband help. It asks me a question, I answer the question, then it starts the whole thing all over again - help!

    @Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

    @England @EE Kane's goals aren't the issue, it's the service. If Gordon's crossing stats for club don't translate to the national team, these chats won't change the scoreline.

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    @EE Engineer between 1 -6pm stayed in for call they just cancelled 5.10pm shocking service

    @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected

    I love it how @Apple are very professional straight away replacing something that is broke, but on the other hand @EE don’t want to know but still want you to pay them tho, what a bad customer service they provide to the public…

    @Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.
