@EE PLEASE explain why it is impossible to cancel a pay as you go sim subscription. We have been trying since November!! Why!!??? We’ve spend hours trying, you can’t get any service, pathetic!

@EE mobile wifi connection has been unstable for the past 2 weeks. We have been reporting it for the past year without any real solution or fix yo the problem around the area. @Ofcom EE is really the worst provider I have ever encountered

@RosemaryJDyson @EE @O2 yeah. I told them what o2 could offer me (and I have since seen better deals advertised by another network) and they could drop my plan by £2.50 a month to lose data, which still came in as more expensive as the other network.....

@Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 That's not a bad plan. I have 2 SIMs because I live in an area with poor coverage. Giffgaff is amazing value if you buy a phone. And I get really cheap mobile coverage with my broadband from EE.

@_captainscience @EE @O2 tempted to leave for a couple of months and try a rival network with a view to being able to go back if I find the alternative is crap....
