@EE Hi - we switched our broadband service to BT back in July, why are you still debiting my bank account for our old internet service over a month later? Your sales rep told us it would be a seamless switchover, which this is not. @CorArdens

@ee service down in area for 1.5 years. No real resolutions offered other draining your day of hours by being passed from one usless line manager to the next. Policies and service discriminatory to neurotypical customers

@EE Hi Can you tell me when service will return to Southport area as its been nearly a month now and im paying for a service that is supposed be the most reliable. Phone calls go straight through to voice mail and if I try to phone anyone the phone disconnects

@EE Thank you for the reply. However, what if a customer is happy with present contract, does not want to upgrade to something (way) more expensive? I do not think you allow this costumer to have any NHS discount.
