    @EE So the promised phone call betweem 1pm & 2pm didnt materialise. Proper shoddy customer service. No one at your company in customer service deserves to be described as excellent.

    What the hell is going on with @EE service today? My signal is constantly cutting out and reconnecting, talking like every 30 seconds.

    @EE I’m not ‘having a spot of bother’ as you put it, I’ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we can’t do much on our phones !!

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

    @EE can someone message me re data roaming abroad? I’ve not had signal for 12 days I’m just WiFi hopping so I can’t ring 150 and your dm’s just go to an AI bot

    @O2 signal is absolutely rubbish! New iphone17 pro max New SIM card and it still lets me down!! @EE @vodafone

    Be prepared for my phone call @EE when my husband gets home so I can use his phone to call you. This issue had better be resolved this evening!
