@ElstoneGutters @EE Nope, Galaxy user, had months of issues with my 22U. Got a replacement sent out a 23U, They sent the wrong colour and the box is opened. Noe told weeks to correct it. But that doesn't start until the returns people actually phone me back 44 hours and counting.

@EE signal still down after 2 weeks with no end in sight (next update 10th march). Effecting 1000s Apparently due to land owner not allowing access to mast!!!! How can this be the case???? Took over 45 mins to get through to 111 re. my 10 week old due to sign keep dropping 😡

So @EE broadband have said my price is going up by almost 15%, despite having had nothing but problems with the connection not even getting 1mbps at times, I've to pay over £40 a month now due to inflation?? @WhichUK @MartinSLewis

@EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of £20 per month in the interim is going to lose you £130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.

@EE speaking to your customer service team and the advisor has not put me on hold and I can currently hear him cursing me with his supervisor absolutely disgusting. I made it clear to him I just heard everything as you did not put me on hold !!!!!

@bazc1982 @EE @O2 Don’t do it they sent all us current customers Emails to say our bills are going up 14.4%. My contract is going to cost an extra £10 a month rip off and crap service

@EE Submitted a complaint yesterday about upgrade experience. Was also told Weds night if any issues with it going through I would 100% be called back in 24 hours. Never happened. Would appreciate it got looked at asap.
