After being with @EE for over 10+ years two contact lines and home broadband, I was just informed by a advisor that I should cancel my contract and get a better network somewhere else if I want a better network in leeds #worstserviceever #terriblecostumerservice

@EE I’ve had genuinely no bars of signal now for over a month. I received numerous texts about ‘work in the area’ and rung to check as well, but even with the work now being finished I cannot make or receive calls, or use any 4G data anywhere in my house?

@EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.
