@EE I don't even have a handset - is great to see how my loyalty as a customer from 1998 is thought of. Also promised a call back this afternoon suppose we'll see if that's another lie too, suspect it will turn out to be!

@EE Unfortunately Nick that doesn’t help. I’m trying to determine what proportion of my plan is subject to your inflation charges as the cost of the device shouldn’t change. O2 are able to do this, surely EE should too? Being clear to customers etc

@EE Funny how when I log in to find out how to cancel my contract ( which I’m informed will go up £9.45 a month ) the site decides to shut down on me yet go to any other part on that site and it’s fine. Can’t wait for June when I can leave and never come back !!!

@EE Absolutely despicable company I added 3 sims to my ac for my elderly mum and in-laws, my Mum has passed away 🥲 it’s taken me 5 months to be able to cancel her no to be told by EE I have to give 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee of £66 she died not changed provider
