@EE I can 100 per cent guarantee EE arnt the no1s best customer service 7 years in a row. I had an absolute shocking service in my time with EE and have never looked back to them since it. Couldn’t get a signal for nearly 3 months and they still wouldn’t accept it was there fault.

@EE no.1 for rip off pricing? dodgy customer service? inaccurate claims about the speeds a regular user will receive? I've been under contract with ee and without question you use the most misleading marketing and deliver an overpriced yet appalling service

@PS5UKStock So having dragged through the entire website...being a current 9yr existing @ee customer registered for ps5 months ago I see one option that just puts me back to the diary and not add.....this is crazy......think ill just wait till this 1st world saga ends.

@EE the mod phone been agreed, I contacted technical team over concerns that I had transferred my info onto this phone,he said he didn’t know what I was talking about,never heard of a mod phone!The 2nd upgraded phone is still stuck in the system somewhere due to a computer glitch!

@Lesley_kr @EE Bloody awful Lesley! Trying to upgrade and I’ve had more different prices which no one will stick to! I’ve been with them for years aswell xx
