    @EE Husband received shocking service today. Been trying to return a phone since November and sitting with a £400 fee on account just emailed CEO instead as getting absolutely nowhere.

    @EE your customer service rep Bev Ferguson is some you should be proud of! Excellent service from a very lovely person. Gone above and beyond to help today after @OpenreachHelp decided not to send engineer this morning to upgrade broadband line but didn't bother to tell anyone

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @JoeHolmes1994 @i_Jess @EE sometimes EE can intervene and refuse to let Apple service the device, they broke EU law when Apple offered to replace my iPhone X free of charge, EE wouldn't send it to them, even when I offered to cover the postage.
