sandie wilson-greene (@sandiewg) reported@EE when are you going to fix the pathetic coverage in Edinburgh? Since BT got their grubby paws on EE huge dead spots have appeared. Don’t text me to say I’ve got super 5G when I can’t even get 4 🙄

Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!
-
The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Richard Stokes (@RSSWFC) reported@EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

Sarah Grimshaw (@SarahGrimshaw_x) reported@EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. I’d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.

K🐧🤘🌻🌱🏊♀️🏴🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reportedIs it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?

Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom

Lyse (@Lysey_g) reported@EE ive just had someone knock my door asking me to do a speed test of my Internet. He told me to get my phone to complete this albeit I told him No multiple times. Wendy Beech-Ward (@wendybeechward) reportedJust had a terrible customer service experience with @EE. Shame that a formerly good customer focused company is so now so bad.
