While @EE Customer services phones + texts my old number (told not to use and imminently being disconnected) via a new number to ask what's wrong. Meanwhile gotta wait another 2 days because @EE is horrendously understaffed and on hold via email, media and phone.

@EE Hi there. Can you tell my why you can’t get in to do an upgrade on the app or website please. Let’s me in the constantly kicks me out. Very infuriating. I’m not able to go in store and I don’t want to call. Didn’t have a problem like this when I upgraded last time.

@EE hi, why am I constantly getting text messages from EE about an outage in my area that lasts 3-4 days then another one saying it’s back up then shortly after another saying there’s another issue?!
