2/2: Now I am left with a broken phone and no option other than get a new contact (Which I did not want to do as it is expensive) Or just live with it. I've had @EE as my provider and have used @SamsungMobile phones for a while now and have had no issues with service. Ridiculous.

@EE I hope their is sum sort of compensation from @EE its the 2nd time in a matter of weeks the network has been down in my area in Somerset. Both nearly 2 days at a time?

@Sillyshib Yes, unless you are with Virgin or O2. I am with EE but will cancel my contract at the earliest opportunity. Sorry @EE you have lost me as a customer.
