@ee better deal if you go onto a business contract. At the time I felt forced into going down that route and a few years down the line I'm still stuck on a business contract rather than a normal service 🤔

@EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed

@EE hi! I upgraded my phone last Friday with the deal of a trade in on my old device. I was told I’d receive a pack to send my old device back in but I still haven’t received it yet and I fear that it will get to the 14 day period and I won’t be able to make my claim. Please help

25 years+ of loyalty to @EE and orange, but customer service during latest iphone13 upgrade a total shambles. No reply to complaints and promised callbacks haven’t happened. Will be voting with my feet and leaving EE asap.
