@EE hello, I spoke to one of your team on 20 Dec to cancel PS5 bought online minutes earlier. The call handler advised he’d cancelled it and that I would be refunded £20 deposit paid on PayPal. I have received no email confirmation of cancellation nor deposit refund. Please help.

@EE Your air traffic control advert - what's the big deal? What sort/volume of data is being transmitted over the network? The pilot has eyes on the airfield, and navigation control, so isn't it just an ATC having a chat?

@EE how do I contact you from a non-EE phone line? Been trying to cancel my broadband for days but always get asked to enter my phone number which is unsurprisingly not recognised as an EE number

i've contacted @EE six different times, and there has been each a different story, a different "fix", and nothing has actually been fixed. and today, i think i've got to the bottom of it - they think I'm using someething called Viber.
