Desiign (@Desiign3) reported@EE Hiya, no your signal is fine :) Just your customer service + policies are beyond criminal though. DW EE. We've had to use your 4G service because Virgin's wifi has had constant downtime for months (for everyone) yet deny it :) J

TheMeerkatExpress (@MeerkatExpress) reported@kattyork @EE @ThreeUK 3 are absolutely useless. I’ve had plenty of issues over the last year and have eventually taken them to the ombudsman, I won my case and are going to leave them as soon as my compo has run out!

Joshua Dicken (@JoshuaDicken8) reported@EE Terrible Service - ordered an iPhone 12 pro to be told it will be 28 days til it arrives but was promised before Christmas by 4 different employees. Now it's been 30 days and predicted to come in Jan now which will make it atleast 40 days. Feeling like I've been robbed.
