    @O2 @EE appreciate the response...you think I and other customers don't know this or haven't tried it already? The scammers are ahead of you. Spoofing numbers, robocallers etc. As service providers you guys all need to be better and lobby for stricter penalties with government.

    @SkyHelpTeam Interestingly, the neighbours who are @EE broadband customers are having no issues. Maybe this is a sign.

    After being with @EE for over 10+ years two contact lines and home broadband, I was just informed by a advisor that I should cancel my contract and get a better network somewhere else if I want a better network in leeds #worstserviceever #terriblecostumerservice

    Daughter was rude, I took ALL her data, got to hit her where it hurts, best thing about @EE we can share and in this case confiscate data.

    If this is bad for me, with a recognised disability, I'm concerned for anyone else with disabilities trying to understand why extra costs are being incurred on their @EE - impossible when you can't access your own account and no-one will respond.

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.
