    @mouthwaite @EE Vote with your feet, so to speak. Also, I never get handsets on the drip, buy your phone get a cheap SIM. Treat it as a commodity.

    @wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE We left EE after being with them for years due to terrible service and we were nice to them so it’s nothing to do with being a celebrity or not!!

    @mouthwaite @EE I contacted EE by phone yesterday and was given such good service that I gave them a 9 in each customer survey question afterwards.

    @mouthwaite @EE Haha.. They got you too.. They only want you when you're new business, once your a customer then you fall into the lake of customer indifference. The only other time they take notice of your is when you threaten to leave and ask for your code.
