    @christesla @EE I’ve used their roaming loads of times prior to this, so it definitely is. My husband is on EE too & called them before we travelled to enable roaming and purchase the add on. His isn’t working either. Seen lots of other people on here with the same issue too.

    @Buckythelegend @EE Have tried that multiple times. It doesn’t work. Other EE users in Canada are reporting the same thing, so it’s clearly a network fault

    @EE Absolutel rubbish. Just spoke to a technical advisor at EE who told me the issues are ongoing!!!!!

    @EE Yeah right, I live approximately 400 meters away from a 4G tower I use to have full signal I now only have half!!
