    @EE Don't bother with this guys. Any issues with the screen and samsung and your network will fob you off. This is the last @SamsungUK product we will ever buy after 20 years of loyalty. Stuck with a 2k paperweight now.

    @EE Spoke to your 'Customer Service' today after finding a mark on my screen after putting a darker screen picture on my phone that couldn't be seen on the lighter one. Team manager and Executive Complaints not interested. Never had any issues with my screen on any phone before.

    @EE is there a reason why the last few weeks I'm struggling to get my mobile network to load anything? Says I have full bars of 4G or 5G but I'm offline?

    @EE How can I find out what is happening in my area ? The normally good coverage has gone to pot and customer service seem hopeless .

    @DPDUK3 I have been let down, waited in for delivery from @EE and got a message saying they missed me. They had wrong house, promised a call back within the hour, 5 hours ago. Still no call. Could someone get in touch to resolve please

    @EE Naa its a dinosaur,its already obsolete,and the fact your trying to tie people down to a contract on that junk handset is rather disgusting,by the time their contract runs out it will be 4 years older than the current model

    .@EE is really out here taking a double payment, making me contact multiple times until it’s sorted, wait ages for it to be refunded, then having the audacity to now say my bill was never paid because it was refunded. πŸ™ƒ
