    Anyone who moved their Sky package to EE might want to check their bank statements to make sure they’re not still being billed by both companies for the same service. I just found this out the hard way. No apologies, no conscience, just blamed each other. @EE @skytv

    @EE Hi, how do I escalate a complaint? Parents in law are in their 80’s had their service terminated by you through no fault of their own, a month later and STILL no landline and no one taking responsibility despite being a welfare case. Money also taken

    @EE i have still not received a call from the trust and support team or any other team. is this standard service? ignore your customers for 4 weeks so you can raise their contract price without giving them a chance to change it?

    @EE @bt_uk why can't my mum and dad use their house phone to call and receive calls? You say you're the best, but this is a simple service! They've taken your broadband, but can't get phone calls!

    @EE awful customer service in EE at @_Metrocentre misold a contract on top of an existing contract. Returned to store hours later to return the sim once realised what happened. Was rudely and embarrassing refused. Horrendous experience and hugely et down. Left ex wife in tears
