  @EE I’ve just found out my 86 year old dad signed up to a 3GB sim only contract and is paying £17 a month, he will be charged £301 to get out of this contract. This sounds criminal, who do I contact to raise a complaint?

  @EE with ur group profits of over 10 billion it’s unacceptable to have to wait 20 minutes to speak for help and then get cut off and for ur website not to work

  @EE Hi I am no longer experiencing issues with connectivity but have been within 5 or so miles of my home since posting the above where I do not tend to experience such issues.
