    @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

    @EE made a complaint about not being able to access my account over 2 weeks ago. Promised IR would sort and also promised to escalate the matter. Heard nothing and still can’t access account. This has been going on since you swapped us from BT Looking for a new supplier 😡

    @EE Apparently police in our area looking at guy impersonating a member of your team. I have camera image which willing to dm. A a business customer I find this extremely worrying and cold calling damaging for your brand! This is happening in Whitstable, Kent

    @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:

    @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.

    @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?
