Warszawa 🖤🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@Warszawa2025_) reported@robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄

Marie💙 (@MarieMcglinchey) reported@BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.
