    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @EE This is a new customer contract, is the info still the same? Also is there a way to see if I’d be likely to pass a credit check before proceeding with it

    @EE Well the service my partner has just endured was shocking.Oliver was very rude and unprofessional we are just wanting to buy a new phone . We are now on hold waiting to speak to someone else. Customers for years and get treated like paupers.

    This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

    @EE @SerendipityShah Don't forget there is a 14 days cooling off period & starts from the time the service is activated as you cannot judge the service until you have tested it

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE Tried to speak to someone yesterday and he basically said that EE do not guarantee a data and a voice signal at the same time! I said well it’s been fine for years but recently seems to have an issue where ever I can be in the country. Apparently it’s not a problem so I was told

    @EE trying to explore the offer to change before end of March. Tried the app and web just says offer not avail! I can’t call right now so any help please?
