The service I have received today from @EE and their delivery partner Enjoy has been horrendous. Promised a delivery of a new phone today between 4pm and 6pm, 5 emails and text confirming all is on schedule - no delivery on time, EE fobbed me off to Enjoy. Enjoy can't deliver.

@EE No they never came close at all. It was shocking the manner they spoke on the phone, I am horrified that your staff working from home can give such awful service. Why did they also say if I go via Uswitch, EE will give me less signal and slow down my data? Is this true
