    @EE The signal issues are still ongoing, had no further updates since the last text. Customer services advised on Friday that the engineer was waiting for access.

    Morning @EE, having a minor crisis and of course I need to gift some data to help resolve it. Typically just as I need it your data gifting service seems to be down today. Please can you help. I tried 150 to no avail.

    @EE Please help me. As of last night, I have zero signal and am currently relying on wifi. I changed SIM plan two days ago and has been fine, now I cannot make/receive any calls even at home. I need my phone for work.

    @EE Just look at your poor coverage in the G83 area especially. No need for diagnostics. It's poor and been that way for a couple of years. Awful service.
