So to sum up my day. @EE Store can't help me as I have a callback scheduled (even though they ain't calling me back) @EE Customer services is a case of on hold and then getting cut off. Repeatedly.

Things on my to-do list this year 1: Cancel my @EE contract and that ends my list. Talk about daylight robbery #EEincrease you should be ashamed ( but you're not!). Absolutely disgusting and the justification is simply poor at best.

@EE Good Evening. I have found a bag on a Train this evening belonging to a "Callum", who is a customer advisor for EE, potentially Folkestone way or Canterbury. Is someone able to help source the owner of this bag. Found on an @Se_Railway train at 1821 at SDW.

@EE increasing my mobile contract by almost £7 per month! Absolute disgrace considering how expensive their plans are now. Less than 12 months left with them after 20 years of being a ‘customer’! Never again. 🤬

@EE @RussCLnD I thought you could cancel your deal if it was increased above a certain amount, is that true? Plus, when inflation drops, as it will, will you reduce our bills? A no from BT EE??

@EE How about I start charging you guys for the Time I am without a Standard service. I returned a Phone and its now going into the 6th day and you not processed it back.
