I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.
