@EE ...paper/trees/time/postage costs that you could save and pass the savings onto customers! Not to mention the security issue of post going missing or being intercepted. It's 2021 not 1921!

@EE still no eSIM! Such poor customer service. I haven’t received my eSIM and I have had to send my phone back yesterdayy! Did call you last Tuesday - must be a better way to send an eSIM other than post

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@EE I recently sub’d to EE so that I could swap my nano for an esim, I cant see where to request this on the EE site or in the app, The IVR isnt helpful either. It was mentioned here that once it was all up and running I could simply request the e-sim QR code. Help please, tks
