@OpenreachHelp @EE told us it was down to you rescheduling with no reason. And regardless of reason for this delay- 9 engineers and 3 months later it’s totally unacceptable.

Appauled at the service and lack of communication by @EE. Waited 2 months for a phone for it to be “lost” to be promised a replacement next day and call to find out they actually have no stock 😡😡 would not recommend

@EE I've been locked out of MY account with a PASSWORD I USE and set up. For some reason the websites saved a completely different password that comes from my PAYMENT details. You've get till the end of the day to sort this **** out or i'm off the Plusnet.
