@EE They don’t help, they ask me for the postcode of affected area and comeback with “we’ve checked and coverage is strong in that area” sometimes I have 2 bars but video is spinning and I can’t open anything. I am tired!

@EE Terrible. The Mobile service has been down for a qlweek now in my street what an earth is going on. As soon a I go a few streets away it works fine. This is terrible haven't been able to make or recive calls for a week.

@EE Just had the call from your repair company, £500 to fix a software issue, what a joke, this company will lose EE customers, you need to look at them and maybe use someone else.

@EE hi, is it true that EE does not guarantee its services ? That when we sign a contract for services, EE adds a clause that says the service is not guaranteed at home?

@EE trouble with Android app V5.75.0 not remembering my login. Each session it asks again for login & PW details, set up PIN, default view, set up biometric login. Try next session, use bio login and have to start from scratch again. What's happening, please?
