@EE could you please help me, I've just made a call to my brother in Ukraine and it is now blocked. I logged into my account and it says £16.67 for the call to a Ukraine mobile but the limit is £10. If I remove the limit will those calls be taken off my bill?

been with t-mobile and then @ee for 35 years. Called you to say that I wasn't happy that you were going to increase price. Was asked if I wanted my pac number? Didn't even try to see if he could keep me as a customer.

@EE I'm a very disgruntled customer. On Wed and Thursday you offered me an early upgrade with the fee waivered. I log back in on Friday to upgrade and the fee is back. Not a happy customer. Looking elsewhere for when I can cancel my contract as I can get a contract cheaper.

@EE So I don't need to do anything? I had to update the address I on my account, after I'd completed the upgrade as it was old info. Will that be an issue?

@EE I’ve been trying to call Customer Services all day. I get “the system is busy” and it’s cuts off. Not even an option to wait. Please advise??
