    @EE Hey, so since you were unable to fix an error meaning I have no data on holiday where do I invoice for the esim I have to buy?

    It’s bad enough @EE that your coverage is so utterly dire that I can’t make calls in my own house but when situations like my wifi goes down I can’t rely on the phone I pay for to connect me to 4G so I can still do what I need to do in a day.

    @EE please can you help me? I’m paying £80 a month for a phone that I cannot use without wifi in my house and my wifi is down now I’m sat in my garden - the only way I can use my phone!

    Working from home and @virginmedia is gone. Fantastic. Just what I need to end a terrible day. Best part I’m paying £80 a month for a phone on @EE that I can’t use 4G on or get signal unless I go in my garden. What a day.
