@EE (I sent of all the power of attorney documents 1 year ago and had them approved by EE) to collect the phones. I was then told by a very rude manager of the Chiswick high road store in London, that I couldn’t collect them as they were too high value [Part 3]

@EE I was misled when trying to upgrade.Told only way to receive my nhs discount was to open a new line.Agent failed to change my old to pay as you go resulting in paying for 3 lines this month.Was told I'd have a call back today at 6pm regarding my complaint,heard nothing back

@EE there is nothing you can do because my problems are like everyone else, the cell towers are going down multiple times a day and night since just before christmas day and i see its happening all over the country according to the "is it down websites"
