    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE They said they cannot help as I don't have access to the settings on the phone. Because it is a new bloody phone and I can't set up with out the working SIM!

    @EE The company must be the worst ever scums when dealing with customer issues. How are they still in business and not shut down , I do not know. A bunch of illiterate, ill advised , ill experienced amateurs, good for nothing.

    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

    @EE please help! Im currently abroad in Asia where my old phone broke and had to buy a new one. My esim won’t transfer across and I have no access to any phone in order to call you. I can’t access banking or any important apps because of this. Please help!

    Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

    @EE I have left EE but I'm still receiving messages regarding any issues or maintenance going on in my area. When I try to opt out, the message fails to send

    @EE absolutely shocking service. I have paid a £100 upgrade any time fee to upgrade my phone, only for the website to crash and the order not go through. I placed the order again through the website, received a confirmation only to be told by your online chat that it hasn’t gone
