Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GardnerLOJ Ursa Major Gardner (@GardnerLOJ) reported

@A_McCrea @Apple @EE My issue is more weighted towards EE selling me a contract and giving me a poor product. A customer of 17 years may be coming to and end

  • kelly19874 summer61 (@kelly19874) reported

@EE Yeah I’ve explained I don’t think I shouldn’t pay because of how long I’ve been with the company but it’s never happened no matter what I’ve upgraded to. It was either a £30 or £50 upfront cost and that’s before paying the bill each month. Expensive

  • CarolannMcKni12 Carol-ann McKnight (@CarolannMcKni12) reported

@EE EE fibre broadband with a landline connection as at the moment I have no landline number so everyone has to call me on my mobile which is seriously expensive for them. But still very interested in the EE broadband as I’m already an EE customer with my iPhone and going to upgrade

  • L81588705 L (@L81588705) reported

@EE Hi, can you confirm if as an existing customer I will be charged abroad or not?

  • MikeMason_CO2 Mike Mason (@MikeMason_CO2) reported

@EE It is a mobile roof mounted aerial rooftop dish in CA18 1RT. EE website has said it will be fixed in 16 hours and has said exactly the same for days. Online chat support was painfully useless

  • AlanCHEETHAM11 Alan CHEETHAM (@AlanCHEETHAM11) reported

@EE No thank you, I was backed into a corner between ee and the ombudsman and had to then accept a lower offer from you ! So bad publicity is the way to go

  • Sarrrrahh Sarah Lawson (@Sarrrrahh) reported

@EE Please can someone help me, I am in Paris and can't use my phone / call for help / website chat isn't working

  • beth_dalgleishx Beth✌️ (@beth_dalgleishx) reported

@EE Unfortunately the above link is still not working & it will not let me delete phone number from account because of two-factor authentication!? I have however updated my preferred payment method to my card rather than number.

  • JoLarcs Jo-Anne Larcombe (@JoLarcs) reported

@EE is there a problem in TR1 as we have a solid red light on our broadband and no internet… have tried restarting

  • sassybadassy15 Jen (@sassybadassy15) reported

@EE I know I'm usually the first to moan when something goes wrong BUT not today. I would like to give thanks to the agent I spoke to this morning, didn't quite catch his name but he has sorted me out with emergency allowance until 27th so I can renew it from this date onwards.
