@EE How long does a number change usually take? My PAC code lead to an error message, but according to my previous network the code has been processed on your end. My number hasn't changed since yesterday, though.

Now we’re being sent collections letters for a unit that we’ve been unable to return, the money isn’t the problem, it’s the principle and the only reason I’m sharing this on Twitter is because there’s nobody to talk to @EE!

@EE it’s great that your helping people who cannot help themselves but it’s a shame you can’t offer decent deals to customers who have been with you for years. I’m saving £17 per month by moving to another network as your pricing is so high, even for loyal customers.

@EE hi, getting pretty bored of having no signal and having to rely on WiFi calling, which is also dodgy as my WiFi is with you and that's not been performing well.... Who can I talk to about this?

  • CD_Strickland

@EE struggled to get a signal all day in TD8 area....

@EE you sent me an email saying there's a problem with my payments but if I don't sort it you will cut me off but iam on pay as you go

If you need a network for business may I suggest NOT @EE struggling thorough a pandemic and wasting my precious time going in circles with CS for days instead of serving my own customers.

@karleburford @EE Seems more ridiculous to me that I am probably at a higher elevation than you, and have much less in the way of building structure, surrounding me, Of course that may have no bearing on the signal reaching me🤔

@bri66thomp @EE Yep is very poor in St Andrews.
