    @EE absolutely discusted with EE. Cancelling mobile services after 30 years loyal service. Last month blocked my line in error. Month before failed to instal copper broadband because of a hardware line issue. Now asking for 36 to confirm my pak code. Goodbye ee. Shocked

    @Ofcom Hi, so I managed to navigate to the page I think the broken link was guiding me to. Basically, @EE won't terminate the contract without charge. They're insisting that the whole contract be paid up - over £1000.. That's not a realistic option. What would the next step be?

    @EE so resorting to hanging up and been rude to customers re outage even when I’m polite and just asking . Refund on this months bill pls .
