    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    @EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE

    @EE Twice now I’ve done this and the call gets cut off, due to poor phone signal, which I’ve told you about. I’ve reported what’s wrong so please just look into it.

    @EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????
