    @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider

    @PaulaButlemm8o @EE @EE are awful at customer service. They say all the right things but no action. I can’t wait for my daughter’s contract to end and to move to another provider.

    @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @EE Your complaints process was disgraceful For an agent to open/close a complaint 10 seconds apart without my consent is why we are reporting you to CISAS and ofcom. Being told what turns out to be a poor speed is sufficient enough to work from home is false representation

    @EE please people don't trust BTW and ee even night broadband goes down for upto hours stopping my mums phone line and emergency panic alarm from work and it seems bt don't give a monkeys
