    @bobbibalf7 @MattyElliott00 @EE Customer service have been alright with me, they get it wrong every time but once I tell them it’s with the ombudsman they shut up and apologise. EE themselves genuinely are the worst company, procedures that are in place and the mistakes they make are abysmal

    Typical @VodafoneUK telling me I have an upgrade after 12 months promise and pay no upfront cost, then as I’m choosing I have to then pay a flexi fee! **** that! £500 to upgrade a year early! Absolute con! See you in another 12 months...or maybe I’ll join @EE with my nhs discount

    @AngryBritain @EE Sadly and ridiculously, they're all at it. EE, Netflix, Sky, Virgin. Under current situation you'd think they would feel slightly bad but nope....couldnt give a flying could they?

    @EE Hi, my friend doesn’t receive my text messages from my IPhone, she hasn’t blocked me accidentally as I can receive her’s she’s the only one I have this problem with and it’s been going on now for a while, can you suggest anything please?

    @EE it's not so much the 4.5% that i have an issue with (although i do). it's more the fact that this was slipped in hoping that people won't notice. as an aside, how do you know that i'm not financially vulnerable?
