    @EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.

    @EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village

    @EE for a paying 5G customer I spend a hell of a lot of time on 4G. Don’t you think that’s strange? Do I get rebates on my phone bills for failure to deliver services!

    @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

    @EE I’m trying to get through to your “thinking of leaving” because I’m having trouble with internet in every other room except the room the hub is in but I keep getting disconnected

    @EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE
