    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

    @EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, luckily after an hour we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb without any network cover :) awful
