Hello @EE, I keep getting scammers phoning me about trying to give me a discount on my account, I'm a former customer of you and it is fun to lead them on but how did they get my number and know I was with you.... been a breech of data somewhere or they incredible lucky at random

@EE Yes it has, you can see on my account all the notes. I’ve been credited twice but now apparently it’s ok to charge a customer full price for a broken service

@EE now consider you upgrading, accepting that you have to go without service in your local area. It’s only Monday to Friday in office hours sir…..no problems @EE I will just put my life to out of office hours. They don’t compensate or care either!

@EE yet again no signal or service this time for seven days. You apologise and suggest I use WiFi? What if that’s not an option? I’m really disgusted that in total I will have had little to no service for 10 days. The UKs most reliable network?! Hogwash!

I must remember NOT to pay my @EE phone bill next week. No customer service response, no network here in the US, even tho I’ve got Euro and US roaming and absolutely **** network provider #badcustomerservice

@OwKxy7 @EE That’s **** mate - get the phone direct from Apple on free Barclays pay over two years and get a sim only. I got an iPhone 13 brand new for the total cost of £45 with the sim only AND they gave me like £130 for my old phone
