Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE

WelshSully (@WelshSully96) reported@DPDCariers I spoke to the team online and on the phone they didn't seem to care less. At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.

Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.
