    @BarclaysUKHelp have struck once again…promised refund of £3800 in august in regards to a mortgage early repayment charge, told in Nov that I won’t be getting in, complaint not upheld as the “call” from august can’t be located @EE can you assist with getting the call log?

    @J68329453 @officialnucky @EE Just tried to open my ee app, getting the same problem, unbelievable they not sorted out this problem, had the same issue back in the summer and had to reinstall it. For a tech company they shouldn't be having regular problems like this.

    @BT @EE is there anything you guys can do to quicken up the time of getting a list of the calls that I made between august and September? I’ve filled in the data request form however it’s quite urgent and can’t really wait 1/2 months, I appreciate your help :)
