    @EE I've am unable to use my phone, I can't therefore call 150 to try and get help. I walked to my neighbours house to use her landline only to find you aren't taking calls! What is the problem?

    @Jammy_GB @EE @EE you don't need to look into it. You know your network is down so admit it and refund people for loss of service.
