    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    @EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?

    @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

    @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.

    @EE @EE genuinely feel like I’m being punked every time I try and resolve a minor issue (caused my your employees) because it’s that insane how hard they seem to be making simple requests

    @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).
