    Was going to take on a new contract with @EE today. But the phone I was going to get isn't available to me as an existing customer. Great news, looks like I might be buying it elsewhere

    @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

    @EE ever since I've upgraded my phone to the Samsung S21 Ultra, my reception has been awful!! 1, 2 bars max most of the time, constant buffering on an unlimited smart plan? How?

    @EE Shocked to hear I am still being charged my full contract for the 2 weeks it will take to repair a faulty device. Can't access your network or use my phone, but pay full price??? Disgusting customer service
