Hey @EE I have lost my broadband again this morning (just before 4am). Is this going to be a regular thing now? Because it sucks! Yes, I have rebooted the router,. No, that did fix the problem.

@alexblaggerz @EE It has been debated by brentwood council also. Been a nightmare. Just checked and still weak signal. Hoping for a March improvement. Residents and business round here have not been happy for a long time.

@EE I have no access to the internet and my broadband is with you - your tracker online seems to think aren't any problems in the area. Please explain how I can get this fixed? I can't see how to go about this on your website and your phonelines aren't open.

@alexblaggerz @EE Just hope it is sorted in March, got away with it a bit cos of lockdown recently but be good to have a signal being out and about in the area.
