    @EE I have looked online, 21 day wait time. Is a big window. None of the shops seem to have stock either, bad coordination by @Apple.

    @the_welder_p32 @EE This is why I had to leave EE, no point having a phone you use at work "OR NOT" when their mast is constantly down. Be careful if you move to another provider, they'll lock your phone to them and blame everyone else for your phone being made redundant.

    @EE I was being assisted via DM but the person stopped responding after their initial message 2 days ago and my answers were not even read... I can't call customer support because I am overseas and I need my number reactivated to do so 😩 Do you have email support??

    I see @kevinbacon can remotely shave a man on a mountainside but @EE have no signal on the Norfolk coast whatsoever so that poor man would still be fully bearded and not even able to call anyone to find out what's happening!
