    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad

    @EE is the worst mobile network service provider in the UK. So fraudulent with incompetent customer service agents

    Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.

    @EE really poor experience at your Westwood Cross store — faulty repair, multiple visits, and poor service. Formal complaint raised. Can someone look into this?

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and I’m not sure I’m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isn’t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

    @EE your signal is absolutely shite, charge a fortune meant to be UKs NO 1 .. yet I’m in a capital city sitting with 1 bar on 5G floating to 4G .. absolute shambles of a comapny

    @EE how hard can it be to cancel my broadband!? My new provider couldn’t get you to do it. You couldn’t do it when I rang up, I was told I’d be contacted when it could be done, it’s been three days and nothing. This is ridiculous.

    And then the auto dialler calls me straight back with an empty line. Much more of this, @EE and I'll be switching network provider.
