@EE yet again i have report signal issues and am told there is nothing found. I am on wifi now as the 4g is not working and 3g is at a push. This is a joke now

@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

Log on to My @EE to look at (slightly) early upgrades and the only way to do it is to trade my current phone in? Never mind then. Seem to be the most expensive phone company these days anyway so its probably time for a change.
