    @EE you need to really sort out your customer service advisors and train them to give the correct information I will be sending back my phone and leaving this network. Over 10yrs being a customer and today I have lost all loyalty to this shambles of a network

    @EE I am pleased for this tweet. Thank you. However, You failed stage one yourselves and I point out I not been unhappy with a resolution, because we never got to that, it was deadlocked out of spite/Malice by Richard. Therefore The Ombudsman can't take on until u complete stage 1

    @EE what on earth is going on with your MOBILE coverage, I'm less than a mile from a mast and rarely get over 1 bar.. I am SUPPOSED to get 5G, I have never seen it, been going on for around 4 months now, I cant wait to have the money to buy myself out of my contract!!!!!!!!!

    @EE @EEHelpdesk @madebygoogle Yesterday a wonder woman at EE Social Media named Tracy.B called, she was taking responisblity of my issue and would work to get it resolved. We talked through options avaible and arranged a call at 09:30 today while I was in the EEstore. 3 of 7

    Hi @EE why don't you text people when the mobile internet is down in there area so I'm not stood at the bus stop trying to load my ticket to no avail because mobile internet is down. How exactly are you supposed to check?

    @EE You would think so, but actually it has to go to the ombudsman service because that way you can still charge me for no service. Merry Shitmas I am fuming 🤬🤬 Can't even get into Paypal or Emails because I can't access my texts. 🤬🤬Missed out on a home. All because EE error 🤬🤬
