    @GavinWilliamson @EE Tell me it’s not taken all this time to sort broadband out, money shldnt b an issue, pay it. THEN get bk to yr job, mass testing isn’t the only answer to sch safety, VENTILATION cos u know COVID is airborne 🤔 wake up man !

    @EE I’m not sure, I requested a PAC code and used it to transfer my number, which will happen on the 11th. I somewhat understand the bill for my main contract, but I took out a SIM only 4 days ago and then realised it wasn’t what I wanted, and I was told I could cancel free of charge

    @OpenreachHelp @BritishTelecom The accidental heros of this story are @EE . Less than 24 hours of speaking to them on the phone (and they answer < 2 mins ), a 4G Wifi box was here, ready to go. If I had a solid 5G signal here (it's intermittent), I'd go with them in a flash now just to reduce my blood pressure
