@ee We've had daily network outages in Bourne, Lincolnshire, every day since 15th September with the service status page saying "Our engineers are on site to upgrade the network" - do you know what's going on and how much longer this is likely to continue for?

@EE Shame you’ve made a decision to not honour the lifetime discounts given to ex staff members, yet never told them. So after 22/23 years will likely be moving away from EE now.

@ee are you having delivery issues? I was meant to receive my new phone today, but no information. After a series of screw ups by your teams and 3 hours on the phone last weekend, I guess I’ve been sent to the back of the queue?

@EE shame that you are willing to loose a 10+year customer, spending £200+ a month over £30/40 after speaking with the worst complaints agent… Have never received such poor service from EE, ever!

@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

Why is it when you want to sort something you continously get "things not working right now" from @EE? When are things working?
