    Today is the day that I can give @ee my notice to leave their mobile phone service and use my new iPhone 13 on a much cheaper network without being ripped off anymore

    @John__Robinson @EE Spoke to technical support yesterday evening and they said they are working on resolving the issue. Someone on the ee forum said they now can't activate their pixel 4XL either. Their best advise at the moment is to head into a store and get transferred back to physical SIM...

    @EE : the EE app won't load this morning, getting a message 'there seems to be a problem' 'Try closing the app and coming back later'. Error A4.58.

    The best network, i don't think so. Can hardly read a tweet in #Chester city centre. @EE taking my money under false pretenses. Their network appears to be getting worse. I guess they are trying to force me onto 3G.

    @EE morning! Got my iPhone SE 2020 back in January and it was only turn on, reset or anything. How can I get it fixed? No water damage... Didn’t drop it... thanks!

    As the @EE failure to provide critical infrastructure connectivity continues into day 12, it in fact gets worse. Signal latency now at carrier pigeon level, we’ve lost all ability to work on zoom or teams, Sky Q is down, streaming is down 1/2

    @EE still no reply. 🙄 Reading all comments and reviews it looks like the problem with the app is quite common amongst customers. Reinstalled the app and the same problem continues. The error message as seen above comes straight up when trying to login. 👎
