Network coverage in Penistone from @EE is still non existent, has been for almost a week. I've reported it numerous times but on the website there are still 'no known issues'. Does that mean the web reporting isn't working?

@EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow

@EE does the phone signal on PAYG improve once you put credit on account? I requested a SIM but it’s barely giving me a signal... 1 bar of 4G became 3G then 1 bar of E?! That’s even worse than current provider so I’m reluctant to transfer number and add credit...

@foxtrotluna @EE I've had similar difficulties with other service providers. Until I politely reminded them that if my deed poll was good enough for HMRC, HMPO and the DVLA - why was that not the case for them?
