    @atishp21 @EE Yeh I often have problems with the data in central manchester, I always assumed its coz of the number of people using their phones at the same time, but still not really acceptable from the "no1 network provider"

    @virginmedia nothing like trying to upsell my account when you have issues with the router that’s over 5 years old and call @SkyHelpTeam or @EE they send out new routers not tell me I have to upgrade my speed im already on 350 meg connection been out on hold now

    @EE have kept us informed at every stage and cannot fault there customer services team there provisioning team and even retentions they did everything they possibly could but not waiting a year to be connected Openreach are saying they can do it but clearly can't

    @EE 7 hours with no service on a new 5GEE router. Going to have to cancel if this keeps up.

    When openreach are an absolute **** show and take 5 months to lay cabling and then get the wrong exchange and that would take 5 days to sort and then get told it wouldn't be fully connected to the house till next summer sorry but cancelling but @EE have been great

    @EE I am confused, am I meant to have signal and am I meant to be able to make phone calls? I can honestly say this Network is a joke. AND when I called to ask why the call agent cut me off! Despicable service

    @EE I just need EE to reopen the investigation with DPD and take my statement, the driver never delivered the parcel. I shouldn’t have to pay £500 for it. Can you help Kelsey?

    Hearing countless people having the same issue with ordering consoles through @EE - was informed today that I'll be definitely getting mine tomorrow. However, still zero confirmation email or anything. Communication is absolutely diabolical at the moment.

    @EE 3rd day in a row with no signal at home, but no reported outage in our area, and it’s not a sim issue, because 2 of us have the same problem.
