@EE Hi David, it was an issue in the N5 area in London that lasted ~24h. I switched router off and on many times until I learned this. The internet is now fine thanks. That said we’re going to be switching broadband providers because we’ve had too many issues over the past 2 years

  • EdivaldoAnderso Edivaldo Anderson (@EdivaldoAnderso) reported

Hello @EE I have been trying to call your customer service number since last night, it seems something wrong with the number as it doesn't ring at all, could you help me please?

  • amyt3402 Amy x (@amyt3402) reported

@scienceguru589 @EE Oh don’t get me started on the service, in my mums village where they’re adding so many new houses our phones don’t work so have to use messenger or other WiFi assisted calling. My mum was told to maybe move to one of the new houses to get a better signal

despise @EE with a passion, can’t wait to leave! Worst decision joining them!

  • AleVanHoutteUK Ale Van Houtte (@AleVanHoutteUK) reported

@EE is there an issue going on in Taplow? Data goes on and off... and @SkyUK broadband is already down (and tbh is not good speed), so we are kinda incommunicado from the world.. also we work with internet so imagine what a day we're having...

  • amyt3402 Amy x (@amyt3402) reported

Anyone noticing @EE has suddenly got the worst customer service lately? I’m sorry but been a customer since 2013, 4 contracts costing around £250 a month yet they’re now deciding to refuse NHS discount and giving different answers.

  • dBoi_massive Danny Smith (@dBoi_massive) reported

The irony of having to call @EE to complain and every one of their numbers doesn't dial and cuts me off. Is this a known problem EE?

  • becklaa8 Rebecca 🦋 (@becklaa8) reported

Bloody signal with EE again!! Absolutely nothing! @EE instead of bringing out new things etc you sort out basic signal first! We are in 2022!

  • nrg23900340 nrg (@nrg23900340) reported

@EE My data was increased to 40gb in September without my request at an additional £9per month. I wanted to know why and get a refund that was all. Now I have ended up leaving EE due to your colleagues inability to resolve this simple issue. My account number is 125767135.

  • scienceguru589 person (@scienceguru589) reported

@EE @becklaa8 I agree! I have 5 contracts none of which have been working consistently in my home area since 26th November. More days off than on yet they refuse to let me out of them as they don’t have to provide a working service apparently- it’s in the T &Cs 🙄
