@virginmedia The phone fix was a pointless exercise, my phone works fine it's the signal,ever since you merged it's been like this,every time I tweet or contact yourselves I'm asked to do the same things time and time again. Colleagues on @EE have no problem but @O2 & VM users do.

@EE I am confused, am I meant to have signal and am I meant to be able to make phone calls? I can honestly say this Network is a joke. AND when I called to ask why the call agent cut me off! Despicable service

@EE have kept us informed at every stage and cannot fault there customer services team there provisioning team and even retentions they did everything they possibly could but not waiting a year to be connected Openreach are saying they can do it but clearly can't

@paul_phillips83 @EE You may just need a network refresh pushing through. Give them a call on 0800 956 6000 from a different phone and they can sort. Should sort it for you.

@EE why has your chat function online been down for two weeks? I've had a series of issues and have been on the phone for literal hours. I now can't use my data but I don't have an hour to spend on the phone

@virginmedia nothing like trying to upsell my account when you have issues with the router that’s over 5 years old and call @SkyHelpTeam or @EE they send out new routers not tell me I have to upgrade my speed im already on 350 meg connection been out on hold now
