@EE … I pay £95 a month!! … I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days now … I only wanted to merge 2 accounts and upgrade to unlimited data … now I have no phone service at all and because I was cut off as it closed … there’s no one to speak to 🙈

@EE I’m in Prague and have the roaming pass but can’t get any 4G or 5G, just showing an E instead so it’s barely usable. Anyway to fix this?

Been no data service in my area since 1pm yesterday @EE give me a different reason everytime I manage to through no wifi till Monday and @bt_uk sent me a faulty mini hub. I just wanted a chilled weekend with the kids - I am not going to get it am I

@EE Customer service is shocking!! … 2 hrs on phone - cut off by first agent and queuing again to speak to second agent (who couldn’t hear as her children were crying in the background) put on hold again and cut off again - I now have no service at all and office is shut!! Raging 😡

@EE Hi Georgia. So my broadband has been playing up for the whole contract, I’ve had people out to fix it and never sorted it. Always get fobbed off. Customer services aren’t interested. So I’ve given up. Il change my phone and broadband as soon as I can. Cheers
