    @EE This ain’t going to work. I’ve tried that number and end up in an automated queue. I provided my contact details to allow EE to contact me. Instead I am doing the chasing over an issue I have shown is not what is claimed. I look forward to hearing from you, please!

    @EE How can I cancel my contract before 2 years? I thought EE would be better than 3..but I have problems with phone as well as 4g WiFi 😕🙄😞

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

    @EE your TV service is shite. Just recorded the indy 500 and guess what.. The recording finished before the race ended. Absolutely bollocks I'm paying you for a service you don't deliver. That is theft.
