@EE please make contact regarding leaving my daughter without a new SIM card for new phone and stopping her old phone working! I have spoken to customer services and asked to speak a manager but this didn't happen. Both my daughter and I are vunerable and ned our phones.

@EE Too late now that was in September. I rang to say I could not make calls earlier 2 miles away. Automated message said it would check then disconnected call. Then text me to say you had checked and there was no problem. Why did you think I phoned? Service is rubbish.

@EE Apparently it was a @btsportfootball problem. Lots of people were complaining about it during the Man City game. It resolved itself about 1/2 hour in.
