    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

    @toadmeister Should be the case in all places of employment - in particular educational establishments at all levels. Problems with @EE but would not go near their store in Livingston yesterday as draped in progress pride flags. Only British Heart Foundation had similar. Sorry changed

    @EE your service absolutely shocking I’m on your customer care line for the 3rd weekend running,due to poor internet performance. After 30 mins in the queue to be disconnected coz you tech service is now finished !!

    @justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

    @EE awful service… 12 days no broadband… over 8 hours on calls to resolve… hub does not work… can’t speak to anyone with capability .. and now their own tech is down… trying to leave but they can’t get in to accounts … worst service… does @kevinbacon know who he represents
