    @EE been on hold on the phone twice for 15-20 minutes in the past hour for an EE employee to pick-up and instantly hang up. Brutal service, after x5 2 year contracts, makes you want to go elsewhere! @EE

    Hi EE, I’ve purchased iPhone 11 with EE network in 2020. The 2 year contract has ended in Feb 2022 but looks like my phone is still in locked status. I’m currently on vacation in India and facing issues using local sim. Could you please help. @EE

    @O2 Sorry I am unable to DM you The issue is that I have contacted 8 times, listened to all your telephone directions to frustration. Each time, someone either tries to resolve the issue, or fills out a form I simply cannot get access. I've changed my PW 8 times or more. @EE
