  @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

  @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

  Are you looking at Broadband and/or Mobile contract? DON’T go for @EE - in all the years of mobile contracts I have never come across a more USELESS company. I feel so sorry for the staff working for such a greedy, downright disorganised company.
