Also i know i'm being hacked using this device. My battery goes dim and then brightens up. Found out on YouTube 2 days ago.

Julie Colley (@mangohair) reported@EE disappointed that despite being a customer for over 20 years, I’m given an ultimatum when deciding on a new deal. I should be able to have time to consider and call back for the same deal not told I can’t have the deal offered then unless I take it there and then.
