Ok update. @Apple can you help? @EE has told me (two different people) that iPads are not subject to consumer law and they don’t have to replace it because of this. The second person told me that @Apple says consumer law doesn’t apply to iPads Is this true?

@EE Right. So I load up the My EE app on my phone and it says it is being improved. Try and log on and I have to register again. After several tries it finally accepts me. Go away and come back again and I get no access at all. Some improvement! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Due to my new broadband provider not notifying you of the changes.. you aren't refunding me for the last 2 months when I've already left. You said I have to contact the new provider for a refund. Ridiculous policy @EE - I've paid you the money so you should issue me the refund.

@EE spent an entire day in Hyde Park yesterday. Phone said I had signal all day, but all day long, nothing would load. You lot are a sham. You make these bullsh*t tv ads about being the best, but you dont deliver. £90 per month - not worth a penny of it!
