    Epic fail for @ThreeUK in West Cumbria. Sat with family after lunch and only the phone on @EE got the alert #emergencyalert

    My phone that is with @EE got the emergency test alert. My 2 (old) phones that are with @VodafoneUK didnt.... you keep being you Vodafone. By that, I mean by being absolute trash.

    @EE Stupidly, after goodness knows what Apple update, roaming isn’t under mobile data, but now under ‘sims’ and then the correct sim. All working now, thankyou for you help!

    @EE The last I time Called today I was told by one of your advisors who was constantly chewing gum in my ear to go and treat my self to an Italian meal or a sandwich WTF is the the mentally of your customer service if that’s what you. All it. Sort this out !!!

    @BradChuck @GOVUK @EE I didn't get it, had signal, 5G, phone is on the latest update. Other half didn't get it either on iD mobile which is 3. 🤔
