Lin (@LinzieM79) reported@EE I’m trying to get through to your “thinking of leaving” because I’m having trouble with internet in every other room except the room the hub is in but I keep getting disconnected
-
The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported@EE city centre and I can barely get a signal. You are a disgrace of a company. Prices go up, service goes down. "Best network" my arse.

Charles Field 🇺🇦 🇹🇼 🇮🇱 (@charles_uk) reported@EE Thanks but I can't call from my mobile as there's no signal and my landline package (which I resent having to pay for but have to have because of the lack of signal) doesn't include calls to 07nnn numbers.
-
Jo D (@JoDonn77) reported@EE @ash2082 I’m having the same issue having landed in Spain in the last hour
-
Real Sol King 🌎 🐂🀄️ (@RealSolKing) reportedDear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars
-
Sir Rapid Rod (@RodRapid1784) reported@EE It's just the signal
-
Bodz84 (@AFCBUDDY85) reported@_Shareen267 Cant comment on Virgin, as its not available in my area. @BT was brilliant, but the prices became ridiculous @EE (basically BT now) customer service is extremely good. Wifi isnt bad. downside, current price is £80+ a month with two boosters. so will see whats available in Sept.

Jack Meadows (@OwnerJMDesigns) reportedHow can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks
-
Dave Boucher (@tallwales) reported@EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village
-
Paul Davis (@GtiJazzBlue) reported@EE Thanks but I can see on my phone that I only get 4G and 23Mbps my question is when will 5G be available? Or do I need to look at swapping providers as I'm out of contract. Been with you since the Orange analogue days - be sad to say bye but service/value is important to me.
