@EE having been a business customer with EE for over 8 years and after recently selling my company and transferring my number to a personal contract you now refuse additional items being added to my contract! No goodwill transfer! No customer relationship quality! Nout!

@zsk re your 5G frustrations; having similar issues - with 4G. I'm with @EE &, back in the summer, ave speed was ~108Mbps. Now I'm lucky if I get ¼ of that (other day it was just 12). In Leics, LE2 ~1mi from the city centre. EE says no probs their end & I still have same📱(S10)🤬

@EE . I’m now making my third call to EE Corporate and I’m a queue to try and activate my new phone. This has been since Tuesday. Incredibly poor level of customer service.

@EE Hi Ashleigh - yes, but EE repair team told me fault couldn’t be investigated due to a crack in the battery compartment which invalidated the warranty (and which couldn’t be seen by the naked eye).. this is when they told me they never repair Google phones anyway…….
