    Hey @EE I've had no broadband for 2 fulls days now due to a network fault. But apparently you can't discount my bill at all? Seems a bit sus really. Not sure why I'm paying for a service I'm not able to use

    I switched my network to @EE on Friday and today while I was switching sims to @EE I see no network and my old sim is invalid. @EE store guys just told it’s a nation wide system outage and they can’t help. Seriously? I have no number as I am now abandoned - worst experience ever.

    @EE I am having massive problems with my network and can't make any calls. Please help! This has been going on for months! Totally useless! I want to have my contract terminated and move on to a provider that will enable me to make calls!!!

    @EE hello I have been calling your clearly understaffed call centre on and off for four days now and have only spoken to one person who unsuccessfully tried to transfer me. After hours of listening to your crap music do you think it’s possible to speak to someone?
