    @EE hi, my landlines been down for a week. My mobile connection is rubbish so can't hardly stay connected to deal with the 150 call in which I am in the queue but it's cutting out the whole time

    @EE what is going on . 2nd time in 6 months there’s been a problem with the credit department. How can my credit limit drop . Is it because I’ve lowered my monthly payments and not up graded

    @EE cont... Off taken, to absolutely zero communication from EE other than my original order confirmation. This simply is not good enough & a very poor first impression. I'm now out of pocket due to days taken off work & still without a phone or any information. Tempted to cancel
