    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

    @andrewmacdowall @EE I find @spusu good. Same EE network, but customer service via WhatsApp with a few hours delay. Payment terms much better than EE too.

    @EE Don’t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?

    @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

    Hi @EE some time @SkyUK did work with @SamsungMobile it does not work for something not understand why hope sky fixing errors & problem i hope ?

    .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.
