@EE @mikejobson Hi. Same issue here in Boston, USA. Almost an hour and a half on the phone twice this morning whilst two different EE operators tried to argue I had spent £430 on data despite having a travel data pass. Got there in the end but not even an apology for their issue.

@EE called to upgrade and said I can get much cheaper elsewhere that even use the EE network so would stay with you if can price match but the advisor wasn’t interested. No way of retaining custom if that’s the attitude. I’ll move all 4 contracts on Sat if no resolution given.

Judging by my experience @ee is not at all a provider I would recommend. We’re into hour 5 of stranding mean whilst overseas with no ability to call even customer services, and not responding to support help. What are you actually playing at?

@sjlw90 @EE Si I was told by customer service that I can still use the phone and all charges will be refunded - it’s actually my daughter in Canada using a sim in my name as I pay. There’s no way EE can tell people not to use their phones! Shocking if you need yeh chief executives email Msg

@Chie_25 @EE @WhatsApp Happens regularly. If poor connection or as stated there is an issue with WhatsApp it will use your network to make the calls. WhatsApp don’t really make this clear. All UK networks offer spend caps of some form to avoid such charges.

@EE TBH i'm sick of dooing that, you just tell me it's a warenty issue and @SamsungUK will sort it, they don't, but you still get paid! I JUST WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS!
