Can anyone recommend a better broadband than @EE? Speeds meant to be 60-80 Mbps but usually around 15Mbps. Rebooted router. Got 50Mbps but within minutes it's throttled down to 15Mbps again! WTF am I paying for a service I'm NOT getting? Direct ethernet connection too!

@SwanyThaRed @ScotlandNT @EE You watch the game?? They were the two worst players

@EE I got your letter claiming to be increasing prices in line with inflation. I think you got me confused with BoE - it's their fault inflation is as high as it is. Not mine. Once I see the increase, I'll be cancelling. Your internet is **** too - I've got proof. #CallMe

@EE If you could let me know just how sorry you are, similar to how sorry your colleague was when I spoke to him about my issues two weeks ago.. when he pretended to offer me a discount

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE It’s difficult. You enter a fixed term contract on a mobile phone and not a fixed line and therefore your service can and will vary between locations. It’s annoying when you have a poor signal at a location that’s important to you though…

  • lemarksmith Mark Smith (@lemarksmith) reported

Anyone else also had news from @EE that they are raising prices by inflation plus 3.9%, meaning mobile phone bills are increasing by 14.4%? Just imagine the uproar and name calling if ordinary people asked for such rises in pay…oh, hang on…#ripoffbritain

@EE Hi, I've had little to no 5G service since yesterday. In South Manchester, when will this be resolved please?

  • benjamincruise Benjamin Cruise (@benjamincruise) reported

I haven't been able to make any phone calls since Tuesday 21st March @EE this isn't exceptable. You've increased the prices and taken away any phone service!

  • ItsSeanMc4 Sean ∞/21m (@ItsSeanMc4) reported

@EE I spoke with a customer service agent recently about the issues I was having compared to the price I am paying. They said my contract would be reduced on the phone and I'd get a new router. Instead, I got an increase in price letter with the new router. Laughable.
