    PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.

    @PaulaButlemm8o @EE @EE are awful at customer service. They say all the right things but no action. I can’t wait for my daughter’s contract to end and to move to another provider.

    @EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????

    @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

    Oi @EE why your box telling me there’s a problem with my internet when every other channel works. Trying to watch some a league and your cutting out and blaming the max broadband possible. Sort your eetv out

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.
