@EE hi, mobile calls AND mobile wifi down or very slow on TW11, making homeworking impossible - again. If you can’t fix the phone can you at least fix the wifi? It’s no good telling us to make wifi calls instead when the wifi is also incredibly patchy

@EE @Lee____Cam Hi I have been having issues with my bill and have been trying to sort it out it out for a week I was promised a phone call from the customer complaints team within 24 hours on the 17/2 and after ringing again on the 23/2 after spending an hour on the phone nothing was resolved😡

@EE disappointed that I transferred a number to EE thinking I was getting an offer for a Chromebook only to be told I can't because I missed a button. I used my iPhone to do the transaction and because of a rendering issue Im not eligible?

@EE Ok thanks. If the network in the country am visiting has a 5G network would be able to use it? As thought EE would need to negotiate a 5g roaming with the various operators in other countries and I’ve not seen anything announced to suggest that has happened?

@kuro_furasshu @EE You can cancel without charge as they're increasing above the rate of inflation. Call them and state the above, and that is what you wish to do. If they refuse, tell them you wish to raise a price increase complaint and will be following up with the Ombudsman.
