    @EE hello, I usually have a lovely chat with the online team. However I am very annoyed because the online chat women was extremely rude to me. I have been patient with EE had my bill is always incorrect and this had now made me very angry. I can’t do an online chat now either!

    @EE I just paid the bill, I’m annoyed and it took 3 calls to “rectify” the issue but the fact I was charge for the bill reissue after customer service got my name wrong is WILD ,
