    @EE Hello, please can you help. My DD is debited on or around the 12th as per my bill & the app which says I have paid this month. However the DD still hasn't been taken from my account. Is there an issue with DDs this week?The DD instruction is live on my bank account.Thank you.

    Morning @EE Just a query, my home broadband & phone line with NowTV 12 month contract ends on 3rd June, I currently pay £18 a month for entry level broadband & anytime calls, £33 after that. So I don't loose service if I want to change to you when should I contact you by ?
