@EE I applied for the product, @YodelOnline lost the parcel, I filled in a disclaimer form but @SamsungUk refuse to process it. This is after I’ve spent weeks webchatting and emailing both companies to resolve the issue, I’ve had zero support with this from either parties.

@EE you promote Samsung products but the customer service I’ve received from @samsung and @yodel has been terrible. I’ve never received my promotional product promised with my Samsung galaxy s21 and 2 year contract, as promised. Please help me? Regretting my purchase from you.

@EE I’ve been fobbed off constantly from both company’s, I’ve wasted so much time chasing with zero effort or responsibility taken from anyone. I’ve had all the stress and feel like I’m the one having a terrible experience for their mistakes and poor customer service :(

@garethwynhughes @EE M8ne has been horrendous the last week. Keep having text messages about the Llynipia mast. Surely we can claim some kind of compensation for paying hefty monthly bills and not getting the desired service.
