    @EE whats going on?! Ordered the S21 128gb as the 256gb is out of stock. You've taken my money, emailed me to say its on its way and then nothing. Called today to be told its actually out of stock and they "dunno" when it will be in stock again. Offered no resolution what so ever

    @EE hey, I’ve paid my bill on the app on the 31st. The app still says I need to pay my bill, the transaction is still pending in my bank account and I just got a text from you asking if I need help to pay.

    @EE Hello I'm sick of my Internet not working I'm not going to pay for a service that's got speed problems I would like to have an engineer out to sort this or I'm going to find someone else to provide me an Internet service that works

    @EE I have been trying to return a phone that was sent to me in error for a week. I was sent the wrong order! Despite numerous phone calls, I cannot get through and I am not getting even an automated response from your emails. This is terrible customer service. Please sort this!

    @EE hi there - I’ve recently left EE and ported my number over to my new provider on 29th Dec but as of the 5th jan it’s still not sorted. They’re telling me to get a new PAC code from you - but I’m no longer an EE customer so how would that work?

    Been with EE for over 5 years now and never had such awful service in all my time. Hopefully I'm not charged this new contract amount until my phone arrives as it looks like the plan has already been applied to my sim card. Also was told - "I dunno" regarding that query too @EE
