Well all of the @EE phones got the emergency alert but the pay as you go O2 did not get an alert!?!

No test signal on our @ThreeUK network (or iPad on Wi-Fi) but my sister got one a min before 3 on @EE

@EE Hi thank you for responding. Steven has been more than helpful, however the experience with other call agents has been nothing short of abysmal. I understand it's not the call handlers fault but the resolution to the issue and for someone to use initiative is not difficult.

@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE Yes it is I have my mobile phone and broadband with you and never app or website will let me pay for my broadband Which is due tomorrow.

@EE paid over £400 to upgrade early plus an additional £9+ for next day delivery only to recieve the wrong device and have to go through the returns process of 7-10 days. Not a happy customer at all.
