@EE upgraded on the 29th August and still haven’t received Z Fold 3 received my watch but can’t use it either. I’ve been with you guys for at least 13 years. This is shocking service.

@EE Jane from Darlington great service. Obliged to tweet as we only seem to complain not comment on great service. At this time call centre staff can seem unhelpful/tired wanting to just pass you on, it was best customer interaction in a while answering all my multiple queries

@Whittingt12Dick @EE My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Unitask_assist on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.
