    @EE customer service is beyond a joke no new phone cos you put the shortened name on the parcel so it doesn't match ID for store pickup bunch of cowboys

    @EE No worries. I have got it sorted. The problem was caused by EE charging their DNS settings, which, when corrected problem solved. As we will have to pay for a technician from the company that manages our network would EE support this with a credit?
