@bt_uk @EE the stress of this is causing them to get ill. They pay over a hundred a month for BT and EE and this is the shocking service they get. I'm calling again tomorrow, let's hope I can get them some answers. It'll probably be 'an engineer appointment ' & they won't show!

  • AndyHall540 Andy Hall (@AndyHall540) reported

@EE Hi EE. Does your free for bit deal coincide with the pixel 7 pro as I started a contract for one on the 6th dec but was never offered the fitbit. Thanks

  • JayP1979 J P (@JayP1979) reported

@EE You suck. I cancelled an order for a new phone back in August and now you want £70 for something I've never taken delivery of. Your customer service is ***** as they can't access the file because I can't remember what the device was. Dumb.

  • Jessica_pixels Jessica Mitchell (@Jessica_pixels) reported

@EE Good Morning, can I please ask for a customer service email address to contact your team to resolve an account issue? Thanks in advance. J

  • howardgunn Howard (@howardgunn) reported

@EE Hi Sarahjane Sorry, it's difficult to respond when there is no signal. I can only access mobile phone signal or data signal when hopped on home WiFi which is really useful for a MOBILE phone

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

Another day of @EE Completely ignoring me. no resolution seems forthcoming. I am beginning to think I may need to cancel DD to get a bloody answer.

  • wheelzonfire Charlotte Murphy (@wheelzonfire) reported

Is anyone else’s phone signal playing up. Is @EE network down? Everything freezing all the time today.

  • _Blossom_94 🌸Blossom🌸 (@_Blossom_94) reported

@EE I have no mobile data in my new house, is it possible to boost the signal in my area?

  • TommyDownSouth Tommy, #JustStopWokery (@TommyDownSouth) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE @SamsungUK I would suggest it not a good phone to buy. So many problems. Crapola

  • TommyDownSouth Tommy, #JustStopWokery (@TommyDownSouth) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Should still be in warranty but can only suggest when the contract finishes tell them you will be going elsewhere. But in the meantime if it was me I would find a local phone repairer and see how much it would cost to check and repair. Then just chalk it up to bad experience.
