@sammcinnerny @EE I had the same problem when I I couldn’t call Belgium from the uk. Turned out to be an account problem. Had to call 150 and have somebody sort it out

@EE Please help with my packet loss issue. I have done test, ive changed set up and settings. when i had 50mbps i wasnt lagging, i rarely had packet loss i was able to connect to NA servers on 80ping. Now i cant game, i cant watch videos in 1080p without any sort of lag

@ee still cannot login to either of my accounts, can't download invoices, nothing. @ofcom when are you going to do something about this, their website just doesn't work, they can still put their prices up though!

@EE shocking customer service yet again, upgraded this morning which was all fine online, only to get a cryptic text saying that there is an issue and to call 150. Been on hold for ages and given up. Here's an idea,call me and I'll answer!

@EE This pay will lie to you, bit they forgot is you can noe record telephone conversation on mobile, built in settings. Lie after lie. Should have been sent a new hub Nov, should have received 1 Dec, never sent. Saturday guide said a new one would be sent, info on app says not! Lies

@EE hello, tried paying my bill on the app 2 days in a row .. takes my money and says it’s not gone through, then I have to wait for the refund.. never had an issue before so??
