The signal with @EE has been an absolute joke the last few days, no signal with my phone or with my wifi. Can barely make contact with family I now won’t see for Christmas and all they offer is money off the next bill. What a joke!

@EE What’s the difference between where I am now and our apartment both share the same TW1 postcode yet I get zero 5G signal in our block and outside yet here I am now on a full 5G signal and I am barely 1/2 a mile from our apartment. Barnaby

@EE Yes, but it was a shambles. Got given a tracking number through chat function. Was then told it had been delivered in Durham on the 17th... I live in Scotland! It arrived today and I’m relieved but let down by poor service
