Hayley Harrigan (@Harrigan81) reportedI’ve been an @EE customer for years. Winter offer for an upgrade was originally £60 upfront reduced to £0 so I upgraded my daughters phone. You charged me £60, then refunded it, charged me £60 again and now in to get a refund I have to prove to you that was your own discount 🤬

Shawn Hearn (@shearn1986) reported@O2 I’ve reported issues for last year but no update and no enthusiasm to fix it. The attitude I got from engineer last time was “oh well, we will fix it when we fancy”. Beyond a joke when falsely advertising a service not being offered. @EE have proven to be great in the area!

Ash KTS (@AshKTS) reportedWhat a waste of two weeks, multiple phone calls and a trip to the @EE store to get an eSim activated. I don’t recommend anyone get an eSim from @EE. They come across helpful but offer no solution to the problem except try what I’ve already done with the previous agent again 😡
