    Worst customer service from @O2 today. Pushy salesperson +++. You would have had a customer buying a new apple watch today but seen as though you call me ‘stupid’ for not upgrading my phone (which is a 3 year contract which *you* provide) at same time I’ll think I’ll go see @EE

    @EE help, I have received my new Samsung Galaxy S22 which is fantastic. However I have not received the packaging needed to return my old 1. I phoned 11/3 and was told would be resent, still not arrived. I only have a limited time before offer expires. How do I send it back?

    I changed from @EE to @TheO2 as frankly was about £15 cheaper a month: I now know why. I live in Bham, hardly the sticks, but I've never any signal, get 3G mostly and yet to see a 5g so far. Not really fit for purpose currently 🙄 don't do it.
