    @EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.

    @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.

    Oi @EE why your box telling me there’s a problem with my internet when every other channel works. Trying to watch some a league and your cutting out and blaming the max broadband possible. Sort your eetv out

    Why has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🤬😡

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @EE how do I cancel my broadband? My bill isn’t due until the 27th yet you decide to disconnect my broadband at 10pm, meaning I can’t even call EE. Then you disable my router from even connecting to devices in my home such as a WiFi printer!!! WTAF! 😡

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.
