    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

    @Strudle2807 @EE @NOW That's an interesting comment, since I swapped to EE I've had excellent service and none of the pixilated issues I used to get.

    @EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Steer clear of @EE twice sky prices and want £300 to terminate contract, new customers offered prices cheaper than #Sky.. its all a rip off
