@virginmedia The speed test above is using @EE service. I was highlighting how I and others can solve the issue of getting your lines fixed by using an alternative that involves no cables. I currently can't test @virginmedia speed as I'm waiting on a repull from you.

@EE John - listen to the recording of the call I had with your customer services- once someone has listened to it then I am happy to have a separate discussion. I was told to leave EE and find another provider - that’s what I did . Awful customer relations

Never been an @EE customer but granny decided this was what to get for my son's phone watch. Cannot activate the sim, 40 min plus wait in shop to speak to someone and on hold 10 mins. Astounded they are popular

@EE Very very annoyed! I’m in a foreign country trying to unlock my phone which isn’t working even after the 24 hours. Call your customer service at my expense - because you charge £2/min - and get hung up on after 20 minutes.

@EE Of course I have. I'm moaning because it's been a problem since the 23rd Dec I've was told fixed by 27th. Then 29th. Still ongoing!

Hey @EE I took out a unlimited data SIM due to the issues I'm having with @virginmedia . However, I noticed that you're using IP V6 which doesn't nicely translate to a ipv4. Is there anyway to get a static ipv4 with your setup or will I need to push my traffic through a Vpn?
