@EE The guide was very helpful, but I didn’t really sort my problem. Please can you tell me where I can buy a pair as you go unlimited SIM card? I’ve been to one of your shops and they don’t even know what I was talking about.

Anyone else got issues with early upgrades with @EE? App says eligible for an early upgrade with no fee for a new phone or a fresh sim only deal. Tried to take advantage of this only to be told it’s actually only handset? Customer service have been dismissive #ee #upgrade

@EE just tried to speak to someone on 150....but no, you have to go thro options and then get cut off! Try again... offered some new "visual service" !!?? Doesn't work! Then you manage to get a text and wait for someone to ring back. Ahhhh JUST answer the phone!

@bt_uk @EE Email server problems again? Access to emails is sporadic and denied on occasions. 2nd time in 24hrs. Communication should be much quicker for a comms business.

Absolutely ******* brutal attack on my productivity today from @EE in tandem with @bt_uk through their BT Openreach system, EE Wifi hotspots are unfit for purpose I have seen the login screen more then the ******* internet today, come round & I'll whisper a phrase in your ear...

  • NobackpainGrahm Graham Kavanagh (@NobackpainGrahm) reported

@EE is there any reason why I cannot get to speak to anyone at customer services? I should not have to tag you.

  • chalkychap Andy (@chalkychap) reported

@EE Maybe billing is the wrong word in relation to #EE PAYG accounts. Can a PAYG customer look at their usage history to see calls, texts and data usage? Just trying to understand how you might be able to keep track of usage on PAYG. TIA.
