  @TheWobblyGamer @EE My EE has been solid tbh, touch wood. Contract up in November and I'm still switching as I'm sick of their price hikes. I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

  @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.

  @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

  @EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

  @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

  @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳
