    @KatyNoakes1 @mouthwaite @EE I sympathise of course but there is legalities and process. You can't just cancel this stuff on someone's say so. All you needed to do is produce a death certificate

    @EE Any idea when the signal will be working in Retford? It’s been down 3 days now unable to make calls, receive calls and send and receive texts! Not good when working from home and need my phone!

    @mouthwaite @EE I have been with EE for years and Orange before that. Their service is second to none and I definitely don't work for them. I upgraded my phone in less than 10 mins last week and it was here the next day. They pick up the phone straight away and have great customer service.

    @EE trying to cancel my watch plan which finishes today. Can't get through on the phone and just had a notification a message has been sent to me flowing my previous enquiry through the ee app but can't access it. Any help.much appreciated.

    @EE My signal keeps tapping out and it's causing me huge issues with being able to work- I rely on my mobile as part of my job. Please advise when issues in NW10 will be resolved.
