    @beglen @EE Similar problem, eSIM to eSIM, activation failed 5+ times. Solution: Port to a physical SIM in store to use new phone. Next day, disabled WiFi (recommended by EE tech support), requested new eSIM from the app and it activated immediately. No sim tray = we're ******...

    @EE what on Earth have you done to the EE app? It doesn't work at all, upgraded to new version and it's worse. I now can't transfer/gift data which I rely on a lot.
