    @EE This is the worst service ever to receive, I bought a broadband since march and was promised I will have it in a week and it took months, only yo have it in June. Now is not working too and I have to keep calling you everyday, enginer came and left and still not working. Too bad

    @EE Still on hold, problem still not fixed. Do you know how many times I have heard Heather On The Hill by Nathan Evans? At least get some new on hold music, this is doing my head in

    @EE 14 days without access to the app is absolutely ridiculous by the way. I’m not calling again to be told it’s being looked into. Never get an update. Just get fobbed off. You telling me you’re not aware of app outages concerns me when people on the phone say otherwise.

    @EE TV box pro is rubbish. Sound sync issues . U app doesn't work. Itvx freezes after playing ads. Remote response slow.

    Continual consumption of new tech devices is bad enough for the planet as it is - and yes, I know I do it too - without sending customers extra crap they don't want as part of the process @EE
