Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

Bodz84 (@AFCBUDDY85) reported@skytv do you want to explain why EVERY other device from 5 mobile phones. 5 laptops. 2 ipads and a even partridge in a pear tree works on @EE broadband, but your sky Q box and multi room box keeps disconnecting? is that why i pay £75 p/m for repeat films and crap sports?

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
