How arrogant of @EE to make customers wait days for supervisors to call back. To which @EE customer service supervisors refuse to return the calls they'd committed to? Does @EE not respect the current climate. There's a pandemic outside my phone needs the service I've paid for

.@OmbudServices it was David Lea who was responsible for this decision not to hold @EE to account and it is very clear you have a problem holding anyone to account, like most ombudsmans your role is to uphold the interests of the industry, not customers. #*****.
