Matthew Smith 🇵🇸🇿🇦 (@indigojo_uk) reported@EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

Matthew Smith 🇵🇸🇿🇦 (@indigojo_uk) reported.@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.
