    The @EE app really is exceptionally poor. Used to work well but now is almost never able to get account info or relevant stuff. Hopeless.

    @EE there is no connection on your 4g and i cant even connect to 5g, the phone connects to 3g meanwhile its on a call so im writing this meanwhile on a call with 150 EE automated service, funny

    @EE Sarah, No idea how to send a DM, my question was is there a problem generally. CS told me yes after 20 minute wait, but then again I was told the same a week ago but it could be my computer. It is not as I have 2 separate ee accounts and multiple devices. Please sort this out.

    @EE Hi we are having horrendous issues with the EE network on our GU24 postcode barely one dot of service showing on our phones! on your website all is apparently peachy despite a surge in our postcode reporting problems!!

    @EE it’s become clear that you no longer service PAYG data only customers. I assume that this is deliberate as BT provide fibre systems with EE mobile LTE backup device in order that competitors users are forced to switch so they can continue to have their own backup systems!!

    been waiting a week for @EE to fix their 80-pound charge after allowing scammers into my account. So far social media, email, telephone, and app support are busy "and will get back to me in due time". @EE Maybe just say you are understaffed and can't provide a proper service atm?
