@EE usually good at #customerservice but got this one so wrong, I'm sad to leave after 15yrs! It's just too unfair to tell a customer in need they don't have #phoneinsurance (when they do) resulting in financial losses which you won't take ANY accountability for #customerreview

@EE hi there,since upgrading, the BT sport large screen £5 service was unexpectedly removed and I can't re add it via 150 sms. I have BT sport as smart benefit. Tried calling but was just sent a link which said I'm not eligible for this service. BT sport app still works fine

@EE hope you can help, was expecting my new phone 3 days ago being delivered by dpd but I've not received it yet. All I keep getting from dpd is there is an issue with your parcel and its being held at the depot in Gloucester.

What a con! I was trying to top up with @EE but landed on the #OnTopUp website by mistake, which didn't make it plain they were separate, charged a hefty fee and signed me up for a monthly subscription I never asked for! Why does @EE even take vouchers from this dodgy operator?

@virginmedia how do I get hold of anyone to discuss and cancel my broadband? You have delayed installation twice. I did find a number but gave up after 30 mins. The text I received says reply with ‘CHAT’ and that does not work. I should have listened to the @EE guy!!

My Google Pixel 6 charge point has become worn so it doesn't always accept a charge. Annoying since it is a very new phone to me and I need a reliable one. I'm not buying a GP7 at those prices! Dunno if @EE can help me. #googlepixel6 #google
