    @EE How do you register a new EE SIM card to get phone signal? I can't create an account because you need signal to receive a text message to open it.

    @EE Broadband down in CH6. Router lights showing connected but no internet signal. And to add insult, stuck on 1 bar 4G which is much lower than I usually get a home

    So disappointed with @EE . Their website went down for maintenance whilst I was in the process of buying a pixel 10 during a 20% off Promotion. Promotion is now over and they refuse to honour the deal.

    @EE shocking service. Trying to speak to someone about an update on a broadband fault. Phoned 150 which says there's a fault which has been passed to BT openreach and then get cut off. I want to speak to a human!

    @EE just got a call from 01274054449 claiming to be from you and saying my SIM card was expiring but they will send me a new one!! Needless to say when I refused to give info he got frustrated and rude!! Please block the number for your customers to keep them safe

    @EE And no I don't have another landline I can call you on, and no I can't call you by the internet because I need signal to receive a code to download WhatsApp.
