    Hello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.

    @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider
