    @EE @EE_Complaints disgusting treatment by EE, I'm a customer of over 30 yrs just upgraded my sons account, whilst sorting that out I was promised a great deal for my account but surprise they have now refuted that. Mmmmm just a ploy to get my sons business. I'm going elsewhere

    My elderly aunt visited the @EE Staines store for a top-up and was coerced into signing up for a 2 year contract she doesn’t need. When she went back the day after to cancel it because she can’t afford it she was laughed at by the staff members. How do I get this rectified?
