@EE I've googled this issue and people said that EE "reset" their account which fixed this issue. Is there any chance you could look at this please? It's meant to be quick and I need to get this working tonight so if you can't help please tell me so I can go elsewhere. Thanks

Anyone trying to arrange a phone upgrade with @EE - good luck! Absolutely terrible service it’s taken me 4 phone calls and 2 hours and the phone that should have been delivered today is now not coming until 4th December. Absolute crap!

@SlySmileCharlie @EE They are the most expensive network Tink. Avoid at all costs. Any of the other main networks will save you hundreds of pounds over the contract length.
