    Chaos across the board. Companies given up with customer service. So poor. @EE taking the p!ss. I have tried to return faulty device for weeks & stuck in a loop of 30mins on hold, speak to agent who doesn't do what say, call back & start process again. 3 times in 2 wks. Painful

    @EE broadbands down again what is going on, spoke to someone that's says it's the whole area but my neighbors internet is working fine, really not happy
