    Hi @EE @bt_uk @Ofcom How is this even possible? At home, dsl broadband (extended WiFi, unbreakable and all that)! Mobile, data, WiFi calling (switches between 4g and 5g). My phone basically switches between them all and is infuriating as there is not one that just works. Help!

    Hi @EE, why is your signal/service so pish in Aberdeen? Can barely get any mobile Internet connection in many parts of the city? Your service has dropped waaaayyyy off, yet you continue to boast about the best network coverage in the country? Doesn't add up. This isn't new btw

    And now I can’t make outgoing calls what next? @ee were awful with me keeping me on the phone when gravely ill not once but then rang me back and blocked me I need accebility help I do t remember the contracts for broadband and phone and I can’t access the bolt ins never could 2y

    @ee - please confirm whether @hub_customer001 is actually an EE customer support resource or is in fact a scammer impersonating an EE customer service department and contacting disgruntled EE customers who post on X.

    @EE I've tried 150. 40 mins and then disconnected. No-one can help, and no-one senior will speak to me. What do I do? This has been going on for 6 months?

    @ee is there a problem with your wifi in Northampton? Keeps dropping out and cant even load the app or the hub manager as it has errors
