  @EE Still unable to access my account through the app and through the website. I have uninstalled the app and restarted my phone and it still doesn't work. I have even reset my password. This is unacceptable EE

  @EE your online complaint form is broken… says max 500 words but seems to want more than 500 to go green (which the box doesn’t allow you to enter…)

  @EE can I ask for the best way to escalate a complaint that was closed by a manager without my permission. This is against ofcom rules. Also you have advised my direct debit date has been changed then want to take money out earlier against direct debit guarantee
