    @EE Awful customer service today. New contract agreed which has now been cancelled by you because of a mistake made by you. I have to call you and renegotiate the contract tomorrow.

    @GreenVapinGiant @EE How stupid can you be? Not everyone has the money to buy the phone outright so the pay more to get it with a sim. Basic economics.

    What a shock...I call @EE to cancel a contract and I'm kept on the line waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone (and I've now had to give up as I have to go out). You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

    @EE I was contacted, problem fixed and here we are again - Groundhog Day - same problem. Now having to go through the whole confluted process again

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    You are having issues and please don't say you aren't, because my internet connection is very low @EE @Ofcom, so low I can hardly load anything #EE
