Hi @EE - 360 told me this morning they couldn't help me and should go into my local store. I just went in and told them my issue and they told me, (actual words), that they 'didn't believe me' and that 'I should have noticed sooner.' Need to rectify ASAP, where do I go from here?

@EE Thanks for the reply Dom. Is that regulated or a voluntary scheme? How much do you expect to gather and spend on these services for services for vulnerable people? Should investment in the service not come from profit?

@EE Interesting. Well 2/3 of my charge relates to the phone itself so that needn't increase at all - he initial charge was calculated for full repayment. The rest is networks/service and that bit has therefore gone up 45%. Do you have a link to your 45% increase in investment?

@DPDgroup_news @EE I will politely decline. Your drivers round here are ace. Something happened this time, and I blame EE, who should NOT be sending iPhones in their pretty outer boxes with no protection bubblewrap, or cardboard. Your poor guy was so stressed by the returns process, I felt for him
