    Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

    @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    @EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.

    @EE is the worst network on this earth and when my contract is up in September I’m leaving! £80 a month for a iPhone 15 pro max & the network IS ****!!!!

    @EE how long is it going to take to fix the signal issue for Ne15 9ep. I've not seen a single person at the tower at all. I'm not happy paying for a service i can't use.
