    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.

    @EE Ee customer service is very poor we have trouble with our Internet for months tried to contact ee today record message or test rubbish service still taking our money

    @EE sort it ******** out! The reason you are not most peoples first network is the ****** restrictions! I can search for lottery numbers but you refuse to open to national lottery website! What sort of bs is that!

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE A 30 yr customer is having their account access and line suspended for £ 22 connections unresolved complaints open closed within 24hrs Resolution required.

    @EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!
