    @EE if your network is best in UK as you claim, why does my wife’s phone display a G or H with your SIM card, but a 4G with Giffgaff ? We live just a few miles from Oxford city centre so we are not in the middle of nowhere.

    @EE Down the fold of my phone only had it 3 months 15 phone calls still not sorted it’s a fault with the phone because they are advertised as you can open and close 300000 times

    @EE Why do I never have good signal? Always have 1 or 2 bars, charging all this money and the service is poor

    Hey @EE, why don't you use the @OPGGovUK excellent online service for verifying a Power of Attorney online? Having your agent tell me "But this can be done only by account holder" or by visiting a shop with her is really missing the point!

    @EE It's almost as if you're choking or degrading my service at the same time that you're increasing my cost by over 9% which seems entirely unreasonable

    @EE I'm having major problems with my EE network in Cologne Germany. I cannot even call EE now to try to resolve. I called EE this morning and now my network is completely unavailable.
