.@EE changed me £349 for a phone call I made trying to sort out airport help for my disabled son. I hear others were let off similar payments for being ‘valued customers’. Obviously 12 years and 5 current phones/ SIMs with them don’t make me one of those.

I am on holiday in America using my @EE account on mobile which on international roaming but the reception with very slow with poor connection but 5G Samsung phone is awful over hear,this has killed holiday 👿

@EE Remind me never to get on an effing plane that you are responsible for landing. I've been tweeting a live commentary from Carnival today & nothing's been getting out because your system is congested. Now I've come away some are but in the wrong order Joke.

@EE I recognise that, however this appears to have not been soully my issue, as nationally entire forums are voicing their frustration with exactly the same problem at exactly the same times; I assumed this would be a "We'll get someone to look into it" query. Either way, no worries.

@EE So, after a 2 day delay in @EE replying, they ask for a DM. Then ask for a screenshot : done. Then ask for my name, if I’m the account holder, and the mobile no. (Even though the number was on the screenshot) Then it’s that I can report the issue on the app or have to go (1/2)
