  @EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.

  Did anybody else get the government emergency alert at 2am this morning and again at 7am. @EE This was in top of the original one at 7pm a night!

  @EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!

  @bionic_KT @EE Hi there, We can only accept permission from the land owner listed on the land registry, however it is down to the land owner to engage with us if they wish. I appreciate this is frustrating, I am very sorry for the delays with your order but unfortunately without (1/2)

  @EE For all these phone company’s that state they offer 99% coverage of the uk, I must be the unluckiest man alive coz no matter where I go I seem to be in the 1% that has no ******* signal

  @EE Pathetic customer service. Trying to cancel a contract. Cant do it in store. Over the phone you keep hanging up. Online - this service isnt working.

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

  @EE @birthdaycakexo I agree.....EEs only answer is check the coverage....the signal in Falkirk has been dreadful for years.....value for money is about 1 out of 10....time to move network shortly...
