    @ConstableChaos @virginmedia We ended up ditching them because their Internet became so unreliable, and we were never getting the download speed, it was all our fault apparently!! Went with @EE through the bt network, and surprise surprise we are getting what we are paying for!

    @EE I just got off the phone with one of your reps. EE has chosen to add onto the government's CPI when it doesn't have to. There's nothing I can do to lower the bill. This just isn't acceptable service from any provider, and "they're doing it as well" isn't an excuse.

    @EE Is there first of all awareness and plans to fix the terrible mobile network speeds in Leeds? Ok around 07:30 and gets progressively worse as the day goes on.

    @EE from Friday 3rd March 0830 until 1730 6 March I was in the Netherlands. I did not have access to a mobile network for that period of time. Awful service and coverage. How do I complain please?

    @EE every time I make a call it says call failed and hangs up. Can’t call ee customer service because same happens.

    @EE just upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro Max. Whilst chatting to the extremely helpful, funny Sasha I told her I’d been with Orange -> EE since 1997. She told me she wasn’t born… Crushed 😭 Sasha was brilliant & the new digital service is a doddle. #EE #feelingold
