    @EE Zero response to this - luckily I'm not in contract on the two accounts I have with EE, or my broadband so next week I'll be cancelling this service and getting a new provider

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE Just talked to Dylan who has told us the contract cant be cancelled until its been installed ! Another agent Taylor told us this morning it had been cancelled? This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

    @EE For the past week or so the wi-fi connection has been constantly dropping and disconnecting. It is not my computer because I have fixed the settings. It is unacceptable that the expensive service you provide is rubbish.

    @EE hello EE, I just had your broadband installed, so I can pause my daughter's WiFi, it's not working. If it is not resolved soon, I'm off back to sky. Please help.

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
