@EE (2) so we wouldn't be only checking your previous mobile contract. Unfortunately, if you failed a credit check you wouldn't be able to get a pay monthly contract with us at the moment. You can still look into getting a pay as you go SIM card to experience our network > bla bla

.@EE can I have an email address that I can right a letter of complaint to, I am constantly being overcharged for a broadband that isn't fit for purpose. If I am not on the phone to you about my internet being down I am on the phone querying why my bill is wrong. Not good enough.

@UltraPhoenix00 @WeAreOpenreach @EE Good luck with this, an EE (BT) engineer came out to us last Monday, said that Openreach had 72 hours to fix it, we have heard absolutely nothing and 8 days later we are still having issues. To add insult to injury we are constantly getting overcharged for the broadband.
