@EE I can’t get internet signal at my office & use my phone to hotspot for the internet as I’m not there very often. It worked absolutely fine previously. The mast is about 50 yards from the office door so can’t understand why it’s so bad now. Is there a problem? Postcode G31 3AD

@EE It would dial. Beeped and the call ended. Reset my phone. Reset the connection to the car. Reset the ignition. I work in a remote location so I need a reliable network. 😩

@EE 11th day in a row with slow or no broadband. What happens to the minimum speed guarantee, now that you have broken the agreement?

@CJWightman85 @EE It's kind of astonishing what they seemingly think they can justify these days. It's not like it's actually expensive for them to have you on their network. Years ago I switched from EE to Three for the unlimited data SIM only. If you're interested we both get a referral bonus?

@EE - I’ve just taken out a new sim only contract a week ago. Is there a cooling off period to allow me to cancel? I’ve heard you are going to hike the agreed price by 15% a month.

@EE Another moan I’m afraid, midnight sale countdown is utterly useless as the site has been unavailable for me to place my upgrade order for the last 30 minutes, looks like Il be missing out on the sale and having to take my contract elsewhere after being a loyal customer

@EE The audio quality of iPhone visual voicemails is really poor. As though it's on a really old fashioned compression setting. If possible, isn't it time to upgrade the setting to something more akin to a high quality voice call? @Apple
