@ThreeUKSupport Sorry no. I am leaving. Your agent took 10 mins asking ridiculous questions. Then made stuff up to get rid. @EE will now get my business. What a crock of ****.

@WeAreOpenreach My point is just because my line speed is still within agreed line speeds that does not of itself mean there is no issue? Also no one seems to have a clue what Downstream Handback Threshold is, who sets it, how it relates to Ofcom code of Practice. @EE @MarcAllera

@EE you are quite possibly the biggest crooks around. I’ve had a case for a missing iPhone for a month and you’re doing nothing to help me. You’ve made me feel like a common thief. Shame on you #badservice

Dear @EE, yes I am going to leave EE, your service is too expensive, your deals are poor, there's no need to call me from 07973100601 to persuade me to stay.

@EE Checked service for my area all marked as excellent. "Swapped to EE" no service. Report an issue. Get told there's a known problem in your area. Then get an update the issue has been fixed. These issues are continuous neighbours have same messages from months ago. No fixes
