@EE Setting up a new contract with you is what happened. Terrible mistake

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE Secondly, very nice of you to help the vulnerable (honestly) but why pass that cost onto the customer? What are profits for? Sick of MASSIVE companies guilting their customers when they ask about price increases after having company costs passed onto them. It's a nonsense.

@EE Hi, since Sunday our phone and 4G signal have both been much weaker than usual (south Birmingham area), is there anything happening with the network that might have caused this?

  • Matthew_JC Matthew (@Matthew_JC) reported

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.

@EE is ee down or something dont have Signal on my phone or my step dads phone and ive restarted my phone and everything that i can think off ?

  • Jlodwig1 Jonathon Lodwig (@Jlodwig1) reported

@EE So the member of your team lied to me on the phone then. Never had a direct debit taken out on the 8th and I’ve never paid it over the phone on the 8th. Just another made up date. Its just getting me excited for my next bill increase

@tescomobile @EE -its like mcdonalds saying our burgers contain 100% british beef, it almost sounds like theyre saying their burgers are 100% beef, no, the beef that is contained is british, albeit in a very small percentage of the burgers content. EE was terrible, i was contract-stuck. - - -

@Cashamusic @EE 3 signal is rubbish. 02 hands down for me. I'm with ee but my contract runs out shortly and can't wait to get away from them.

@EE what on earth do I have to do to get my phone working on your network it’s been a week now

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE OK, lots to unpack here. Firstly, you've missed my point - a 24 month contract where I pay higher than agreed for 23 months of it is not a good contract, yes? If your price increase is in March and I sign in Feb, just incorporate the price increase into the contract! More honest
