@EE I wouldn't bother with this company - my mobile network does not work in my home - they basically told me to put up with it - I can only get a signal near my kitchen window - complaint sent to The Ombudsman.

@masterpauljones @EE Same happened with me loyal customer for many years. They were not able or interested in offering a better deal so I left and went to a new provider their loss and I had a far better deal.

@VodafoneUK hi..I’m possibly a new customer, however, I’ve attempted to 1. Speak to someone 2. Upload pac to your website 3. Register - none of which seems a possibility..so I’m a little fearful of leaving @EE

@EE going by the comments it seems I’m not the only one in horror over your ridiculous charges. You’re going to loose a lot of business. Think it’s time to switch. Just over a year left of this contract. NEVER AGAIN. You won’t even have me as a pay as you go customer anymore
