    Just had the displeasure of experiencing mis-selling and appalling customer service from @EE 0/10, definately wouldn't recommend. Been with them since 2005, looks like switch time.

    @EE so why is it so hard to speak to a manager about this? tried calling up and was told it would take 2 hours (which i was fine with!) and then was ultimately never given the opportunity?
