@EE Hi EE, my mobile data suddenly stopped a few hours ago. Can you help?

  • amyt3402 Amy x (@amyt3402) reported

Anyone noticing @EE has suddenly got the worst customer service lately? I’m sorry but been a customer since 2013, 4 contracts costing around £250 a month yet they’re now deciding to refuse NHS discount and giving different answers.

  • cliffordgriffi8 clifford griffiths (@cliffordgriffi8) reported

@EE I’d be happy with a signal of more than 1 bar

  • Kittie2475 vicky smith (@Kittie2475) reported

How is it possible that I have to stand in my garden in the cold and dark to try and get enough signal to talk to paramedics @EE ??? And even then the signal dropped out 3 times. 🤬🤬🤬

  • j4ykc Jason casey (@j4ykc) reported

@EE Not a chance stick with o2 all day, at least a phone call can be taken with 4g most areas and 5g some areas, ee you may have 5g but your phone call reception throughout the region and beyond is poor

  • becklaa8 Rebecca 🦋 (@becklaa8) reported

Bloody signal with EE again!! Absolutely nothing! @EE instead of bringing out new things etc you sort out basic signal first! We are in 2022!

  • leonbocrypto1 leonbocrypt◎1 (@leonbocrypto1) reported

@EE Hi David, it was an issue in the N5 area in London that lasted ~24h. I switched router off and on many times until I learned this. The internet is now fine thanks. That said we’re going to be switching broadband providers because we’ve had too many issues over the past 2 years

  • Meganrae_97 Megan Shaw (@Meganrae_97) reported

@EE Despite being fully charged they last about 20 minutes, have to charge the case multiple times a day & all round battery life is terrible

  • vikkih110 vicki (@vikkih110) reported

@EE i do not understand why u need my personal info to look into what is a wide spread issue in the area. plus the fact u had my details both wednesday AND thursday last week when u insisted there was no issue!! 🙄

  • Lash_Tastic Jo Suleyman (@Lash_Tastic) reported

I have a riddle. If @EE charge £15 for a sim only contract and you are out of contract and are told you'll get a price reduction to reflect this, what would you expect the reduction to be? The answer is £60. You'll never work out why because it makes no sense. #scammers
