    @EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..

    What the hell is going on with @EE service today? My signal is constantly cutting out and reconnecting, talking like every 30 seconds.

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    @EE day 3 and still no signal. Yesterday I was promised it would be working by midnight. What the hell is going on?

    @EE Tried everything, even resetting network settings only place you get 5g is promenade and south rhyl, its definitely not covering the whole of rhyl

    @rorysutherland HS1/eurotunnel is a particular embarrassment. @EE were contracted to provide signal (perhaps just tunnels?) and yet there’s ~none

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.
