    @LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?

    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

    @stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE I’ve been all through this with my parents they phone switches to the mobile network when the WiFi is down

    @EE see other people have issues renewing with EE. I’ve got broadband been trying to renew existing contract for nearly 3 months, over 10 calls and chats, one call over 2 hours, today’s chat 1hr. Still not sorted asked ME to call them. your complaint Ref: C10003899253. 4th

    @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

    @Amy_90_x @EE U should block all scam calls on ur phone and ur network wont let the calls through thats what I did
