    @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?

    @bt @EE @openreach the worst companies on this planet to deal with, awaiting broadband since February with escalation after escalation, simply brilliantly rubbish. A customer for 40 years and they really do not care

    @EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.
