    @EE morning! I placed a delivery for an iPad upgrade on Sunday but it’s not been dispatched yet. The online tracker suggests that it is 24hrs from order. It should be an upgrade but it’s showing as ‘additional line’ in the email receipt. Please can you help? Thanks

    Dear @EE and @apple, do you find it strange that after having no issue with my phone, the 4 days following my decision to move to sim only and not upgrade (a small action for the planet) my phone starts acting really weirdly and apps shut down at random and voicemail lost??

    @EE hey is there EE network problems at the moment as I’m not getting any signal in my area and this doesn’t usually happen?
