@mathertim @Ofcom @EE …might be worth trying another network when your contract is up but very often indoor coverage issues are cross network.

@timboxall @EE Probably a bit late now but Jess said our BT Wi-Fi kept going down yesterday closely followed by a power cut for a few seconds a while later. From bits I've seen online there were problems all over Worthing.

@anybassdrum @Ofcom @EE My point is the costs keep rising and and I'm not getting a great service. Why pay for a product when your not getting the coverage as EE keep saying.

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE That makes sense. You basically need to use provider with best coverage in your area. 30 miles away somebody no doubt will be on O2 or Virgin not getting signal whilst another family member on EE or Voda etc having no problems. 👍

@O2 what does my husband have to do to get his order finalised so he can receive his new phone? His My o2 account won’t activate so the order can’t complete but after numerous emails to you & a promised callback, he’s still waiting. Perhaps @EE or @Vodaphone4 would like to help?

Hello @EE, I’ve suddenly stopped getting 5G in BD23 - get it fine elsewhere. Service checker says everything is fine. Any known issues?

@o2 why are you so rubbish at mobile networks? Consistently getting unstable @o2 connectivity. Constantly swapping between Edge, H+, 4G and no network all within 60secs. 4G is slower than Edge! Deeply regret switching from @EE and now paying 17.3% more for poorer service.
