Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.

Beth Fairweather (@b_lfairweather) reported@EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

im kind of a big deal (@markie_69) reported@EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

Catriona (@babancat) reported@EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.
