    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

    @EE can you advise why this morning my husband was given a 12 month SIM only deal and I am being told now that I can’t have a 12 month deal as you don’t do them. I have been a customer for over 15 years.

    @EE @paulmatt86 EEs standard response....visit coverage checker.....which does nothing.....standard of service has definitely got worse over the years...

    Ever since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.

    @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful
