    @EE @CMAgovUK I spent a lot of time looking up old credit card statements to find the exact dates of top-ups btw 2019-21. I provided that to your team last night. However, no one has responded back. Is this how you help your valuable customers?

    @EE I have been an EE customer for 5 years and currently very disappointed with their broadband policies. An EE broadband contract re-start every-time a subscriber moves home. Even in case of proven extenuating circumstances. EE should really look into their terms and conditions

    @EE I think you're missing the point, EE have told me that it would be sent for repair to a Samsung technician. One has been today to provide and doorstop service and it has not provided a solution as the problem is re occuring again.

    @EE Obviously, I've rang you guys so many times over the last few months. I couldn't do mend and lend (which I understand) got a Samsung tech out today to look at it. Same problem occuring. (I have proof), get me out of this contract.
