@EE How come you are rewarding new customers with 20% off additional lines yet as a customer of over 10 years I’m not eligible for that discount with my additional lines? Do you really value new customers that much more then existing customers?

@EE Yep My data is awful just randomly going off and not working even though I have full bars. You guys need to do better bc what’s the point of 120gbs if I’m unable to use it

@EE You message me every month telling me about issues in my area, it’s not an issue with my device, so I don’t see what you can do. It’s just poor service my wife gets far superior signal on iD mobile, I’ve already moved my son to @O2 and I don’t think it’ll be too long til I change

Have never encountered a company more determined to fail its customers than @EE. Will happily spend the remainder of my days using them as the butt of jokes about incompetence.
