    @EE Are there issues with the EE network today? My broadband keeps dropping out saying connected but no internet, or download speeds as low as 1mbps one minute then up at 60mbps 5 minutes later.

    @EE @MarcAllera Currently 6 hours into a chat with EE… all I want is for my son to be able to collect a new SIM from EE store… he’s 330 miles away from me and under 18… please can you help? Been told by a manager this can’t be done… yet you sent him a new iPhone 14 🤯

    @EE I left London this morning and now in Netherlands my esim won’t connect to any network. Does this mean I can’t use it until I’m back in the U.K.?

    @EE have an SME plan - travelling in Australia. Texting world passport or passport to 150 doesn’t work. It says I have another data add on, but I don’t. Only option is £7.93 for 150MB. Please help me resolve asap, Thankyou!

    @EE Hi. Are new phones taken on contract locked or unlocked? A customer service agent told me on the phone yesterday that they are locked but I understand that this is now unlawful. What is the truth of the matter? Thank you.

    @EdD2be @EE I'll solve the issue with one word Unlocked. I was told (By @EE) they don't lock phones to the network anymore.

    @EE Originally online but a problem with different pricing caused the order to stall because the online price didn't match the price on your systems. I then had to telephone and they pushed the order through. (1/2)
