@EE Hello Sarah. My comment was based on being a customer of Plusnet, who use your network. I spent years on and off telling EE the signal in Hoylake is unusable, but told system tells you all is OK. Just need someone to go to Hoylake and drive down north parade. No signal.

@EE Stay connected yea right.. currently abroad bought data plans for all 4 sims, lucky if we get e signal and a text this morning to say we’re now barred some chargeable services including using your phone abroad. With no live chat to ask for help cheers for the service

@EE hi if I get a payg sim and load it with £10 does the credit have an expiry date? And just checking I can get 5g and use internet and txt messages? Only ask as I don’t get signal at the football while others on EE seem to get signal and need it just in case..

Hi @EE. My contract expired about six weeks ago and I'm still waiting for receipt of my upgraded handset. Any idea when this might arrive as I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving?

@EE Signal back in Uk was also appalling in the middle of a phone call neither party moving and regularly drops out. Data connection really slow for supposedly the best network in the Uk

@EE I was in contact with them for a month. I had an EE company mobile for many years and I complained to EE, but no one listened. I then ditched Plusnet as it got worse. I'm now with giffgaff and have a full signal in the house. EE just don't seem bothered about this area.

@EE No, because you have taken so long to answer that your engineers have now rectified whatever the problem was in my postcode. This doesn't negate the fact that I was without the service I pay for for several days. How will my refund be applied to this month's bill? I am contract.

@EE HI EE. WOULD IT BE CLASSED AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO IGNORE A QUESTION FROM A PAYING CUSTOMER, OR IS IT A CASE OF IGNORE AND HOPE THEY'LL GO AWAY.
