@EE It’s getting me down Matty it really is. I just want to be able to talk to people on the phone without being cut off. Signal is crap and 4G is so slow it’s quicker for me to turn on my PC, wait for it to load up then use the internet rather than just using the phone.

@ColinTheMathmo @EE I think it came down to economics for us. We had two mobile phones and a land line, so we dropped the land line. I can't picture having a land line now.

Now 105 minutes since my first DM to @EE about the landline fault, 75 minutes since my first tweet. No replies as yet ... time to phone them, I guess. This looks like another day lost to chasing a fault on the @EE "service".

@EE any chance someone could call me regarding signal issues? Getting worse. Only been ongoing for 3 years and I keep getting fobbed off with excuses.

Hey @EE I'm on the phone to one of your excellent sales people - they are genuinely trying to help, but neither you nor @DPDgroup_news know where my phone is. I paid early upgrade and apparently won't get that back either. Where is the phone I have paid and am still paying for?

@DavidKGrills @EE We're moving ... slowly ... to internet video calls, but my mother is still not comfortable with that, but she's perfectly happy chatting on the phone. So ... it's complicated, but there are reasons, and I'm *deeply* frustrated with the incredibly poor service from @EE.
