    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    @EE @_nicks_tweets Hey @EE where can we go to receive more information now that we have no phone connection abroad whatsoever? It makes it impossible to login to your app or website!?! And we can't call?
