@EE Yes it's under the minimum I was quoted. And it's the connection speed from the router itself, do before even spreading it to the rest of the network. And most of my broadband demanding devices (XBOX SX, PS5, smart TV) are on Ethernet rather than WiFi.

So my elderly mother has recently moved house. She had 250mb BB through @EE at her old address and got good speeds. Since moving (stayed with EE) her speeds have dropped to 9mb. EE still charging her £62 a month for this. For 9mb. Been told she has no right to cancel? This right?

So it took 4.5 hours on webchat and about 7 mins on a phone call to @EE to resolve a simple question of what roaming add on I need (or not) for the US, Great service from Mishael and then Matt - but those webchat support team are truly dreadful

hey @EE , you know it's impossible to order broadband via your website right now ? after you put an existing EE mobile number in, it just waits forever. Tried it on 2 different browsers, something is broken on your end.
