    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @EE Hi, please help! 1 month ago signed an 18 month contract with EE which broadband. Ultrafast broadband (FTTP) is due to be installed in our village in around 12 months time. Will you be able to provide this service or will I need to change provider?

    @EE I appreciate that I didn't text YES to confirm but, having had other trials, I've never had to effectively request cancellation twice and assumed the second message after texting STOP was just confirmation. I'll read every text fully from now on.

    @EE have the worst customer service ive experienced in my entire life. been trying to unlock my iphone since march 2020 and called probably 40+ times. inserting my new sim.. call again and the lady says it’s NEVER had a filed unlock request.. new job and dr appointments all lost

    @AdamBak29805537 @KingDreMMA @EE It's down to getting them booked in. There is only limited stock and will be till 2022 and Sony will have deals with companies like game, amazon and currys so they obviously will fire stock to them first. It will then be fired out to other retailers 1/2

    @EE wife has become a new customer yesterday, but number porting still hasn’t happened. Any ideas please?
