@EE How do I make a complaint? I called customer services on Saturday and was given completely inaccurate information by your agent which has led to my son’s number being transferred to a Vodafone mobile which I don’t possess as I had cancelled my order. I am really unhappy

@EE upgraded phone. My EE app contract updated but still showing old phone. Only solution offered was try Un-installing/Re-installing and re-connecting to app via mobile data, which didnt work. Known Issue for several years - plenty time EE to have a workable solution
