@bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

@EE Hi. Managed to speak to someone on the phone using WiFi calling. Found out one of the local masts has gone down. Hopefully being repaired as we speak/type

@EE Do you have a major service outage in BN14? Our connection went down at exactly 5PM today. Please let us know when our connection would be back up and how we can track the status of this outage?

@Dannyjay85 @henryiddon @EE Hi guys we are in poulton and just rang EE and they have said its been down since Tuesday and engineers report is saying it won't be working till the 20th but have credited our bills . Hope this helps

@EE mobile service is still down in my area. I was told yesterday it would be sorted in the next 12 hours yesterday at 17:00. Still down 24 hours later.

@EE I got a new sim with you guys and swapped the number from a pervious sim(still from you guys) and was told that would stop the old contract. However im being billed for both. Is there anywhere on the website I can cancel the old one?

Terrible service from @EE - online order of in stock i-phone 12 pro on contract for next day delivery 2 days ago Not delivered and not tracking Now told it's not in stock.... this is so poor ...and @EE website still misleading customers

@EE Thanks read this but in our location (remote island off west coast) the provider they have doesn't have any 3/4G signal. Most folk have your company as a provider due to good data connection
