@EE Quite ridiculous, I need am travelling abroad and want to acivate roaming on my EE account but it is blocked. greyed out. I see the solution is to call a +44 number, how am I expected to do that whilst abroad? Need to get this activated ASAP.

@EE phone signal has been non existent the last 3 days in my house & street. Getting an exclamation mark saying no signal, no internet connection and no network. What's going on? Network check says there is a known issue in North Shields but nothing been resolved yet

@EE can you fix your service in and around Street, Somerset. It says I have service and doesn’t load anything, or I have no service in places I’ve had it before. I can’t use my phone anywhere in the area it needs to be fixed

@O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.

@EE had a horrible experience with EE. I tried to save money by cancelling BT Sport which has two months remaining (£30) EE charged me £59.90 to do it. Make it make sense. They didn’t tell me during the call that I would be charged this fee. I found out via my extortionate bill t
