    So if this is a genuine call from @EE it is terrible practice in terms of promoting good data security behaviour from customers. But I really am convinced it was a scam, though now I see how hard it can be to tell the difference sometimes. It's only in hindsight...7/

    @EE and the HU16 area. 4g to 5g down 3g then H and H+!! Seriously?? Please get this sorted I'm absolutely fed up of the bad continued terrible service.

    I've already sent and email regarding my mother's issues with her @EE mobile but have just checked my own account and somehow it is down £2.40 I don't understand where its gone as I have unlimited texts and haven't called anyone, any help?

    @EE I've resolved the problem. That wasn't the point. If you are trying to call customers and your outbound number of coming up as spam then you have a systemic issue that you should raise with your Director of customer success (or equiv).

    @EE I've an interesting question 🤔 why would one of your customer service advisors in your store say have you got a small business, when I said no they said are you sure because if you sell anything such as stuff on eBay is classed as having a business then you @MartinSLewis

    @EE I have no signal at all on Hayling Island, the signal has been really bad for a few days, but today I have no service at all.. I can see there is an outage, so you know when this issue will be resolved please?
