    @EE @SerendipityShah Don't forget there is a 14 days cooling off period & starts from the time the service is activated as you cannot judge the service until you have tested it

    Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.
