    Never been an @EE customer but granny decided this was what to get for my son's phone watch. Cannot activate the sim, 40 min plus wait in shop to speak to someone and on hold 10 mins. Astounded they are popular

    @EE Yeah, so the link to Order a New SIM card doesn't work. Can I go into a branch and get one? Will I be able to keep my number?

    @virginmedia The speed test above is using @EE service. I was highlighting how I and others can solve the issue of getting your lines fixed by using an alternative that involves no cables. I currently can't test @virginmedia speed as I'm waiting on a repull from you.

    @EE I’m a business customer of a few years and I’m on holiday in Mexico and my phone is useless so far over here. No service , no calls , no texts ? Can you help as tried everything on your “web help tips” and getting nowhere.
