@EE No thanks. I’ve completely given up on you. I get promises from tech of call backs that never happen. You don’t have a complaints dept so your staff simply don’t care.

  • HesterCoxPrint Hester Cox (@HesterCoxPrint) reported

So @EE I missed my doctor’s appointment due to the lack of signal, I had to tell them & book another by driving to the surgery knowing the GP I was due to speak to was in the room adjoining. Apparently there may be an in person appt. in November if I ring next Thurs. Or not.🙄1/2

@EE It was you guys doing work again. Tbh I'm getting sick of the disruption to my service, this is the 5th time in 7 months. Last time I was without service for over 9days. Upgrading or not, its poor service leaving customers without any backup on @EE Another 14hrs of disruption.

  • shellspencer Michelle Spencer (@shellspencer) reported

@EE my watch contract ends at the end of the mth, do I need to wait till the contract ends to cancel or can I give notice now?

  • BangTheDrum101 Bang the Drum 101 (@BangTheDrum101) reported

@ee 6+hrs on chat yesterday to be told to turn my phone off and on again (It didn't work, shock). How you can think it's acceptable for me to send my phone in with no replacement for an unknown period of time is shameful... Can't wait to go back to @O2 , much better service.

  • philthyart Phil Galloway (@philthyart) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This may be a deal breaker when my sim contract is up soon. Three have been saying support for esim/watches is coming for over a year. Why only apple watch support? You're offering LTE pixel watch but no support?? We need a date or people will leave three for @EE or @VodafoneUK

@EE 25 mins and counting on hold waiting to speak to technical support. complete joke! always “high call volumes” for the last five years.

  • dazzmiller Darren Miller (@dazzmiller) reported

@EE Alas they did not, I’ve been down that route before, The same expensive deals meant, An upgrade I did not score. I don’t even want an iPhone 14, Although that would be nice. Just a 13 pro for me, Would absolutely suffice.

@GomReggie @SalemWazaki @EE ... would the customer in store pay their bills if the employees lost their jobs?
