@EE Yeah. That was online. Did had a chat with EE support to cancel it. As it never was picked from store - as ordered by online, delivery to store. But somehow i was charged money. This is breach of contract.

@EE any idea how much longer S44 will be having broadband issues. I checked yesterday and it said approx 16 hours, just checked again and guess what, it says 16 hours! 3mbps when I'm paying for fibre is unacceptable

@EE Funniest thing is. When taking any upgrade - dont need a passport. Just your phone, your security questions. Phone costs 1000£+. PS5 costs 470£. Other thing is - u have a right to cancel any cobtract 28days. Not even mentioning when u even cant pick up - as by laziness of store

@EE Hello. I was having no sim available messages on my phone. I ordered a new sim and inserted it into my phone. It now doesn’t say anything about the sim or no sim available. However I don’t have any signal and it says no service!
