    @EE EE via 3rd party had better deals & the rep said "they're cheaper as we have more overheads than them". That is not an acceptable answer for a contract £10 a month cheaper...they then offered me a cheaper deal. Why not offer a loyal customer a good deal first of all?

    @EE how is it that you can send a text a few weeks back saying you working to improve the service, and yet half the area has barely had signal since?

    @EE internet is down in arbroath angus. Can you confirm? We have no internet for one 1hr and are home working. Router all green and restarted many times.
