    @SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"

    @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

    Dear @bt_uk We switched to @EE home broadband 2 months ago and it's been awful since. We're now paying for two bills. Customer service think we switched in September 2025 - incorrect. Today we have no broadband Goodness sake the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone
