After demanding that I hand over proof of my disability and after I sent them doctors letters & agreed to send my phone back @EE have finally agreed to release me from my contract. Humiliated but glad to be free. Thanks everyone for your help

Absolutely done in. I've spoken to 5 different people now at @EE none of which have been able to fix my issues with this smart watch plan. Total joke. Been on and off the phone since 11am and no further forward.

@EE what the heck are you playing at? You've left my 89 yr old Mum with no service in hospital I've been trying to sort it for an hour but all you've done is mess us about! She's now unable to communicate with family. Disgusting treatment. 😡😡😡

@EE Hi! Iv got a text saying iv used 100% of my data but that’s not possible? It’s 41gb and it only restarted on Wednesday… I never normally use 41gb in a whole month even! Let alone 2 days. Iv tried calling 3 times and been on hold over 4 hours total today… please help!!
