  Are corporations dumb, or simply wind-up merchants? @EE You have 2-factor authentication on your website. What if you're trying to find out why your phone is not working?

  @EE I’ve complained several times and all I get told to do is to reset the device and then it works for 2/3 days then goes back to been absolute garbage!!

  @EE your customer service is a shambles I have been passed from pillar to post on a corporate/small Business account now for over an hour and a half….shambles 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 DONT USE THEM FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR CORPORATE DEALINGS

  Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!
