    Customer with @EE for 13 years. Then you dump a 9% increase on my bill at my door. Justification please? And not just the usual “it’s in our T&Cs” I want to know EXACTLY why the large increase.

    @EE Will try calling or visiting the local shop. Must be an issue with the site though that needs to be looked at, seen some others mention the same issue when we try to use the blue light discount and the T&Cs says it can only be done online.

    @EE Ongoing mast issues since September at TN14 7TS. Keep being told you’re waiting for railway and power network to facilitate a mast repair but the inefficiency beggars belief now. Flaky internet where I live so wifi calling isn’t always an issue either 🥺
