  @EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

  @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

  @Amy_90_x @EE Scam calls, just don't take any notice of them and just block them, problem is older people might answer them

  @EE @EE @Giftcloud got my physical card as the digital card doesn't work at all with a £5 fee. To make people aware and you aware this is chip and pin card only!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............

  @stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous

  @EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. 🤔😳
