    .@EE between 18:00 and 20:00 our WiFi becomes unusable for most things. Message apps all fail to send; downloads and uploads go slow. I tend to turn off WiFi on my phone because 5G isn’t affected. Is there anything we can do? We are on full fibre so should be better!!

    @EE I appreciate that, but if several ‘guides’ have failed to sort it over four phone calls, each offering different explanations and all claiming to own the case and never following it up, you can understand my confidence is low in your offer

    @IWoM85 @EE That's an awful lot of money I hope you get it sorted. If it has been taken by Direct Debit you may be covered by the DD guarantee, check with your bank if you haven't already.

    @EE don’t you love it when you call up for the 3rd time about your phone not working over a 3 month period and the problem still isn’t fixed. And they still want you to pay full price despite having faults acknowledged by EE! So sort the problem finally and we pay. 🤬#eecomplaint
