    @EE getting heartily sick of the feeble and inconsistent service that you are 'providing' in North Wales and Anglesey in particular. Definately a 3rd world level of service.

    @EE Yes. I was an EE customer for at least 10 years. This was my old pay monthly phone, I left EE about 2 months ago (you didn’t do anything wrong!… circumstances..). I was told it was unlocked. I feel utterly ripped off and my mum too

    @EE I’ve had WiFi only on my phone now for 3 days, who can I contact to see if there is a problem in our area. Considering that my phone isn’t working and I’m paying for something I can’t use

    @EE I left u 2 months ago & was told my iPhone was unlocked. It wasn’t I have since discovered. My 75 yo CEV mum now has my old phone, she finally agreed to have a smartphone for t&t & vaccine status. I rang customer service & was told to go to your website

    @EE is signal down in Goytre, South Wales? I have no service whatsoever and have done so for about an hour now. I normally get a text if works being done that affects service so I’m a bit confused?
