@EE Done an upgrade in store as I have done previously. I have had to take phone back to store as I get no signal at my work. Can’t phone or text or receive texts. Manager at store looked at phone and told me it works fine! Frustrated!

@ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

@EE hi, I missed deliveries of my new tablet, my own stupid fault not checking texts on the tablet itself, but parcel has been "on its way back" to you for a while... any way you can let me know how to re-order/arrange a new delivery? Or do I have to wait for it to be returned?

@EE It says I will have good indoor and outdoor coverage but the reality is I don’t have any signal. Messages ping through once I hear home! Beeps when trying to make a call.

@EE hi my router keeps switching itself off and comes back on again-does this regularly, get max of 20 mins internet. I contacted an advisor through text but didn’t get a call back, no issues with line

@EE just wanted to give you a shout out for the worst service I’ve experienced. I pay £13 a month for insurance since 2015 and I’ve been left without a phone for over a week, stayed in for 4 days awaiting delivery that has failed to turn up and still have no phone!! @MarcAllera

Oh no! @EE Our internet service has been totally cut out. Left with no idea as to when it might be resolved so clutching at straws on here to see if you might be able to help! I’m leaning out the window for one bar of 4G to send this. X
