    @EE Ee closed my complaint- even though this was on going & not dealt with at all. And todays delight… the contract for the original Watch I have had for 2.5 years has been cancelled…because they apparently done a credit check. All because I made a complaint #dontjoinEE

    @EE is anyone going to answer my query? What on earth happened to EE? Used to have amazing customer service. Now nobody answers the phone, nobody answers on social media - dreadful. I’ll be cancelling my contract entirely if I don’t get an answer tomorrow.

    @deadheaddraven @EE It's gone beyond a mistake now. We're into the realms of can't do a simple thing like not send you a bill months down the line. Makes me wonder how many people have kept paying....

    @My4Girls1984 @EE I’m not getting EE signal on my phone anywhere in my local area I got to keep turning my phone off and on all the time and taking my SIM card out all the time this past week my BT Wi-Fi is the same since EE and BT are “one powerful partnership” lmao rubbish network lost my faith

    @EE No bothers. It's been requested and in progress (maybe?) Just whatever systems sit behind the glossy website are awful. Give the boss of your developers a gentle dig in the ribs perhaps?

    @EE sort your service out in Birmingham. Barely get signal anywhere. Maybe invest in your coverage rather than getting Bacon doing Britney drag commercials

    @lth0ms0n @EE Vodafone can be super cheap through resellers and mobile network solid. 5y barely needed to call customer service (good, cos they suck). Do NOT get Vodafone broadband. I rage quit and went w/o broadband for 2 weeks mid-pandemic rather than stay with them. Worst I've ever used.
