  @EE I have tried all SIM cards as tests the only 2 that seem to work most of the time are O2 based transmitters and Vodafone but coustomer service doesn't match phone SIM. I need a reliable SIM service being disabled with health issues to connect to my infusion pumps

  @EE Why doesn't your signal work in the outskirts of hull, the signal doesn't penitrate my bungalow and or shops, I wasted money once and whatever your reviews says I know where I live it's not true. Mobile phone SIM companys should be liable for at least a guaranteed 4g+

  @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasn’t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

  So @WeAreOpenreach have lost my neighbour's consent form twice and totally refuse to provide an explanation to @EE or me on what is going on. There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing

  @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom

  @EE ee are aiding criminals. They allowed someone to claim to live at my address! They have NEVER lived in my community let alone my HOME! EE are doing this on purpose & EE should be fined!

  @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged £4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.
