I cannot believe how dreadful the coverage is with @EE. You would think by now you could have a telephone conversation without sounding like a Darlik. Never had this problem with @O2 cant wait to be able to go back to them.

@MartinSLewis What do I do about @EE ? They stopped providing me w/VAT registered recpts &now can’t get reimbursed by my company so out thousands of £££- many other EE customers complaining about same but they refuse saying ‘they aren’t legally obligated’ can’t afford to lose that money-help!

@EE following a 2-year contract your company made a unilateral decision to continue the contract. Not only that, but your company has also charged a full monthly rate (x6) for what is a sim-only service, clearly unreasonable - where can court papers be served on your company?

@EE Hi Jamie, the code is sent directly from EE (I have the text) so no issue with the code. I go to add it in during the checkout process for the upgrade, then it states its not eligible. I've tried multiple different deals and it doesn't work on any of them
