    so my @EE phone won’t make or receive calls. Tried every solution listed on their website to no avail. Only option to get in touch is to call 150. And how can I do that when I can’t make calls????

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad

    Is there a problem with EE? can’t log in via the app or via safari just says We’re having trouble displaying your profile details It’s our fault, not yours. Please reload the page or try again later @EE

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

    Just joined the @EE network and im.struggling to turn off the adult content filter. This is very frustrating and not easy to figure out. Im thinking of cancelling and going back to @ThreeUK

    @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.
