Not ideal when you call @EE customer support to discuss an upgrade and the bloke on the phone doesn’t understand what MagSafe is on the #iphone12mini and tries to push an 11 on you. Could well be switching provider this year. Maybe @CPWTweets with ID Mobile?

@EE No idea your advisor told me not to check inside. It's coming back to you already. If I had bought it from eBay or CEX etc it wouldn't be an issue but this is meant to be new and an upgrade from somewhere who should define "Beyond Customer Service" not a car boot sale store!!

@EE Hi Michael. i can confirm that it doesn't work. So even though i have FTTP the 'best option' is really that i have no way of logging a fault online for my EE Broadband other than ring a number between 8AM & 8PM. I appreciate your help but this is a shonky way to do support.

@EE Please can you help me why am I getting so many calls of people that are not saved in my contacts telling me I have called them or I have a missed call off them this is unacceptable I have called your call centre and they were so rude and unhelpful

@EE how do I go about getting a refund/ discount on my monthly mobile bill? I’ve had no useable signal for weeks now and just get several messages a day from you telling me there is a problem in the area. There was queue down the street at my local EE shop today!!

@EE any network issues you’re aware of preventing incoming calls and answerphone messages not getting through? 24 hours now and supposedly received 2 important missed calls that have gone straight to answerphone but nothing come through 😱😱
