    @EE can you please get your service right. Is unstable. getting tech support is near impossible. Everything is routed to the useless bot. And even something as simple as getting someone to fix the cable that you installed that has become undone is impossible. Terrible service

    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    As I am having one of "those" days... a) Why does it take a GP 2 days to issue a prescription when the system was made digitial to "streamline" the service? b) @EE Have you any idea just how frustrating your diagnostic bots are when your issue does not fit a "box"?

    @dalli_72 @EE I get 5G but it’s poor. Get 5G then back to 4G then back again. That’s why i think that phone signal in UK is behind US,Canada Europe and Asia

    If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX

    @EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.

    @EE hey I’m not getting some calls and text the callers are saying they rang it’s only the **** show sla in banks products that seem to get through ******* sort in @MarcAllera else I’ll snip your line into USA

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @imjustryan___ @EE London's a pretty pretty big city, can you be a bit more specific? And is the issue poor data speeds? Or lack of coverage?
