    @EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!

    @EE we have 6 days of intermittent services. Access to account challenging. EE have given another customer reimbursement of a monthly charge for a days interrupted service Another customers restrictions? Why?

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

    @EE Crap download speeds tonight. This is central London not some remote country location. There is no excuse for such a patchy service.

    @EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.

    @EE you have treated a 30 year customer appallingly - I have never have experienced worse customer service, technical support, mis-selling, and lies than from EE. I have spent hours and weeks trying to resolve an upgrade issue & it is getting worse daily. @EE MD or CEO help!

    @EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
