@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

@EE No what it shows is that you do not provide good customer service or look after your customers, considering I am still a customer of EE for my mobile you don’t care at all about keeping me, a customer of 5+ years means absolutely nothing at all but that’s fine I will go elsewhere

I actually think now you are having a laugh @EE My broadband has another fault AGAIN, but I can't use your new text service because I don't have a landline number. I think I complain about my service every two weeks and loads inbetween
