    @EE what has happened to your live chat service? I need to get in touch to upgrade a phone but do not want to use Relay as I’ve not had a great experience when previously using it.

    @EE's customer service on the phone when compared to @O2 is just so much better. Lovely people. Dealing with O2 is just shear incompetence and frustrations. Never leaving EE again.
