Day 15 since no access to my mobile phone number, texts and data when porting from @EE to @Plusnet mobile 😱 @Plusnet are sending no updates on when their problems will be fixed and when I call they have no clue to a fix or an alternative solution #UnhappyCustomer

100% about to snap both our @EE SIM cards and they can swivel for the rest of the contract. Over 3 months with LIMITED signal and no internet access unless on wifi and they still can’t resolve the problem or offer a resolution after 3 months of complaining🥴
