@EE Honestly !! I've been on the phone for an hour now being read terms and conditions for the value of the handset. I'm not getting a handset, just two SIMS. How hard do you want to make it for me to be a personal customer with EE when I've been with them for years! #ThisIsDumb

Right @ee if your website says some errors have occurred but doesn't say what they are how much real use is it? This is after it error checks and passes the form too. Why are things this difficult in a world full of tech to make our lives easier?

@VodafoneUK Just to be clear, it wasn't with Vodafone, it was with @EE, so I think I will move my business to Vodafone in the hope customer loyalty and care has more meaning than it appears to have with EE. Thanks for you quick response Iona, which I appreciate.
