Rachelle Georgina🇨🇮🇷🇴🇩🇪🏴 (@chellebadita) reported@darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.
-
Andy Brodie (@andy_brodie) reportedIf that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?
-
Daniel Bailey (@DanielLBailey) reportedOnce your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?
-
Tracey (@T_lo1972) reported@EE you have taken extra money out of my account this month and I can’t sign in to anything to check why!
-
Al (@AlSoprano) reported@EE @Greglaar Having same issues in Milton Keynes. Mobile service keeps dipping and data not working at all
-
Ade-Olusegun (@OlusegunAdekun4) reported@EE Has anyone else had @EE send contract terms after sign‑up, ignore service issues, and then hit your credit file? Because this whole experience feels like a masterclass in how not to treat customers.
-
Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.
