  @EE Didnt do anything. Im awaiting broadband from yourselves activated on thursday. The 4G back up is useless as there is no signal No signal on my s26 outside It is unacceptable in a major city not to have any signal at all

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

  @EE Thankyou but every time I try 150 it gets disconnected or states I’m not a customer which I am.
