  Hey @EE just thought I'd let you know that the internet you tried to gaslight me about being repaired on the 16th after gaslighting me about how it was working normally since the 4th that you now claim might be fixed for real on the 27th went down four times today.

  Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

  @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

  @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

  @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

  @EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal

  @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting
