    @EE I should be able to access my bills online. So glad I left you after being a loyal customer for 21 years!...#EE provides the worst customer service I have ever come across

    @EE Hi, have you got an email address for the office of Mark Carberry? The shambles that is your customer service has just been topped by a letter from him not including the ‘handy packaging’ referred to in it. Also still waiting for today’s promised call from your disputes team.

    @EE The conclusion was: the signal in my area is painfully weak but @EE won’t give any discount or let me end my contract early. They offered apologies but might as well have sent thoughts and prayers for the use it is. I’m still being stung £60 a month for the privilege. Merry Xmas!

    @EE I think I've mucked up ordering the 12 Pro, I can't cancel it and change it to the max 😭😭😭 the case arrived and its a small phone compared to the Huawei mate 20 pro that I have. I have to wait for this to arrive, send it back and reorder. My head hurts!!!
