No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Frankly I'm surprised it's taken this long for fees to start coming down on these ETFs. And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?

Posisitons that are closing 30 minutes after the SL was triggered, market orders for ES contracts that never gets filled and I get a message "pending order" for half an hour.
