@eToro @eToroService replied to my inquiry after long time from the incident asking for my positions IDs and some other information related to my positions, I provided the required information immediately but no actions have been done. In opposite, they sent me the same request.

I tried to call my account manager but unfortunately he didn’t respond to my calls. In addition, I tried to contact @eToroService but they responded late to me asking me to raise a TT. Please note that I did not receive any email or notification for this kind of maintenance.. TBC
