    @eToro 31 days (1 month) since @eToro blocked my account, ignoring their own T&Cs. 27 days to review a bank statement. No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

    @eToroTeam I’ve now managed to login to have found that my request via backtrader was closed at a price that wasn’t even the case when I requested the close, nor at market price when I logged in (it closed as I logged in). I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened

    @eToroTeam I got a generic reply saying due to price gaps or volatility then the ticket was closed. Neither of those are issues with Metaplanet and trading has been unavailable for at least a few days

    @eToro @eToroTeam @eToroUS Has to be the most ****** business of all time. 1. I had to personally ask them 20 times to add the YTD chart back onto the app. Why in the world would a brokerage not tell you your YTD performance. 2. It took 4 different agents last time to find someone competent enough and with half a brain for them to actually physically help me. 3. There’s now 3 different ways to check your YTD performance. The first is wrong by around 7 or 8% how? The second was around 12 hours delayed but was accurate, this is now frozen and has now not updated for nearly 2 days? The last is now just completely wrong and the chart doesn’t even make sense 💀 What an absolute **** show of a business. This is a warning to everyone not to use EToro, i will soon be moving my funds if this absolute joke of a business doesn’t improve. - if you’re starting your investment journey avoid EToro at all costs.

    @eToroTeam 13 days investigating and reviewing a bank statement...excessive like eToro requests. When asked for a timeframe, no answer. @eToro is in breach of clause 26.5 and 14.10, and people deserve to know how bad and slow is your customer service team.

    @eToro 27 days with my money held by @eToro, ignoring their own T&Cs as they did not communicate it to me. And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?

    @eToroTeam I've been waiting for days for a response from the platform's support team. I invited a friend, and they followed all the steps exactly as described in the promotion, but for some reason, it never showed up as pending in the app. I don't understand what happened

    @Wendy8544417517 @eToroTeam The solution is to not trade in high volatility periods. It is always mentioned in this platforms that most of the users are losing money from trading. Guess what those people are doing and how you differ.
