No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.

How often does this happen? How much money are you keeping from customers to make a full interest for you? It looks bad.
