Hey @eToro - I sent some XRP from your wallet to another. It says "verified", however when checking on the explorer it states "transaction not found". It's not in my wallet anymore. Are you guys aware of the problem? What can we do?

@DanRdal @eToroTeam working on moving my funds from etoro now, we are the customer and we have nothing to say on this, many other exchanges did the right thing and so we have to support the exchanges who works for the customers.

@eToroTeam Have received an email telling me how many songbird tokens I have but they have no intention of listing or distributing them to anyone …. They are keeping them in cold storage so we cannot participate in future airdrops or participate in the network. This is appalling

@eToroTeam You will hold those coins in upur cold storage? What? Customer have the right to do with those coins whatever we want. If we want to sell in 1 hour we coild do, if we want to maintain 1 year is our decision. Doing this and sending USD as 1 option like are you telling is fraud 1/2

@eToro @eToroTeam Why isn't the website asking for my 2FA? I have 2FA set up but I can login without it sending a code. I have tried this on multiple devices, including ones that I haven't used before, and with multiple browsers. I have tried disabling and then enabling 2FA too.

@eToroTeam That seems to be the issue indeed, thanks for pointing that out. It also seems that this option is bound to your public ip address and not bound to the device that you use within that network. However, that is no issue for me personally.

@eToroTeam This is completely unacceptable, you have to provide a fair service to your customers, otherwise people will flee from your platform and advise others not to join. Find a way to guarantee your customers interest is your main concern.

@eToroTeam @PacVotan I do question why you need to monitor the liquidity of SongBird, it’s not as if you don’t have them to issue to us. So why is there a liquidity issue? Other exchanges have issued them and they have no liquidity issues. I don’t understand.
