    @eToro @lale_akoner @maxwi_etoro I wonder why a platinum client had to deal with this  You have blocked my account with no notice You haven’t sort it out in 4 days You claim you did a mistake and i have to pay for it not having access to my account And i still don’t get it sorted It’s Really soo bad  I’m shocked

    I have money in @eToro since 2 years but I changed my phone number and I can't access them. Their team ignores support requests. All other tools were responsive when I changed my number except @eToro. Shouldn't this be illegal? Anyone can recommend some legal action here?

    @eToroTeam I've been logging in using my Gmail. I don't have a separate password. How am I going to login to offline mode? There is no option login with Google.

    @eToro Another day that @eToro is not returning my money. 14 days now where eToro say is "reviewing" the documents, 14 days where my money is not working for me, it is working for eToro. Is eToro going to compensate me? Is this a common practice at eToro?

    @eToro 31 days (1 month) since @eToro blocked my account, ignoring their own T&Cs. 27 days to review a bank statement. No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

    @eToroTeam well nothing gets changed if people dont speak up, im also sure that its not bad intentions, you people cant think of everything so only glad to help. One more thing. I spoke to support about crypto trade. You are extremely expensive compairet to others(5times), maybe less fees?

    @eToro We still can’t access eToro—every week it’s the same issue. Do you really think an apology message is enough to compensate for our losses? Just as I was about to place a trade, your site started giving errors again. How many times has this happened? We’re being humiliated with our own money.

    @eToro @eToroTeam @eToroUS Has to be the most ****** business of all time. 1. I had to personally ask them 20 times to add the YTD chart back onto the app. Why in the world would a brokerage not tell you your YTD performance. 2. It took 4 different agents last time to find someone competent enough and with half a brain for them to actually physically help me. 3. There’s now 3 different ways to check your YTD performance. The first is wrong by around 7 or 8% how? The second was around 12 hours delayed but was accurate, this is now frozen and has now not updated for nearly 2 days? The last is now just completely wrong and the chart doesn’t even make sense 💀 What an absolute **** show of a business. This is a warning to everyone not to use EToro, i will soon be moving my funds if this absolute joke of a business doesn’t improve. - if you’re starting your investment journey avoid EToro at all costs.

    @eToroTeam 26 days of @eToro blocking my money in a breach of contract and their own T&Cs, 22 days to review a single bank statement. This is the customer service people can expect from them... @yoniassia your guys are doing a great job...(irony)

    @eToroTeam 15 days now waiting for @eToro to "review" my documents to return MY money. 15 days where my money was generating interest for them and not for me. How often does this happen? How much money are you keeping from customers to make a full interest for you? It looks bad.
