My question is not aimed at Etoro Team but at other victims who can't withdraw their funds. I know there are lots of people who have experienced the same problem. Can you please help me?

@KhelilKamel16 @ItsKennyatta @eToro I have never face any problems with withdraw, make sure your account is verified and you use the same bank account that you use when you deposit, I will recommend you to use wire transfer as method to withdraw your money it may take up to 14 days. Don’t forget to update your docs

@eToroTeam Hi, When I try to open a ticket it also says error and that username or password are incorrect. This is obviously an error and the same username and password is used to log in and saved to the phone, the phone automatically inputs these.
