@eToro @dmxying I have. On many occasions and have yet to see a single response. Talk about frustration. Account access denied for no known reason. Not like I violated any terms of service as they don't exist. I literally post the same content all other users do.

@eToroTeam etoro is a terrible platform to trade. I wanted to move Eth into my etoro wallet. I had around 0.12 eth- about £200. 1st it told me I need minimum 0.26 eth, so I bought more, another £200, could I then move it to my wallet?? No! Need to wait 180 days! What use is that?

@eToro Pathetic customer service, my account has bn pending approval for 3 months, and i get generic response work in progress. These days accounts open in 3 minutes but @eToroTeam just explaining me that computers are just invented.

How I lost money with @StandardBankZA refusing to help me. @eToro did a refund to my cheque card but my standard bank account and cheque card were closed early this year. I called standard bank and they confirmed the money was there and will be deposited into my FNB account...

@eToroTeam what the actual hell is happening. I use a password manager and every couple weeks my password is "Invalid". No my password is not invalid... It hasn't changed and it's 100% correct. Your system is broken. Wtf is going on in your backend.

@eToroTeam Need over a year to implement, especially as there's nothing specific in sight I appreciate taking customer safety serious, I really do, it's just that I don't see how implementing a basic feature, which is a standard on a lot of exchanges is such a difficult task
