I invited a friend, and they followed all the steps exactly as described in the promotion, but for some reason, it never showed up as pending in the app. I don't understand what happened

Frankly I'm surprised it's taken this long for fees to start coming down on these ETFs. Still too much IMO but maybe I'm biased because my copiers on @eToro pay 0.0% - yes that's shameless self promotion :)
