I have opened up several trades in the last 2 days immediately showing losses; one around -5%; two around -10%; & the final one over -13% This is unacceptable and no way to do business. Posisitons that are closing 30 minutes after the SL was triggered, market orders for ES contracts that never gets filled and I get a message "pending order" for half an hour. Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.
