  @eToro made complaint about the failure of system. Failure to activate a stop loss for 25 minutes. Error messages preventing me closing position during this time. Resposnse was a patonising, dismissal of issue which clearly not investigated & still taken my money incorrectly

  @Herukos_ @eToro smart setup. 12h portfolio sig + 15min TTL is the right approach when webhooks aren't available yet. if you hit any edge cases with stale data or want to pressure test the concurrency model, reach out. this is exactly the kind of technical work we want to support.

  Hi @eToro am I the only one having issues with login/write code screens? 1st try: code was wrong. 2nd try: pressing on phone call option fails. Been like this since this morning. Any health page so i can monitor when the issue is solved?

  @hiro921164 @yoniassia @eToro Exactly. Guardrails are the unsolved problem. Most devs treat margin checks as plumbing. But one bad agent decision and your account is toast. What specific checks did you build into MarginOps? Position sizing limits? Correlation caps? Would love to see how you approached it.

  @eToro Has by far the worst customer service I think Ive ever dealt with. Complete all your security checks and 48h later they lock you out of your account requesting the same security checks. Try and speak to someone and you get an AI. Finally get a person and they offer 0 help.

  @AlpineF1Team @eToro Just same 💩 last year, 2 races Pierre saying something is wrong and 💩 car for Franco. I am not seeing Pierre going to best three after you find a solution, I am just seeing a car going down because it is unstable. Maybe the best thing it could happen in FP2 is that 💩🪽 🔥

  @yoniassia @eToro Most trading bots never leave the notebook. Not because the models are bad, but because getting from backtest to live execution means dealing with OAuth, margin APIs, compliance webhooks, and order management. What killed your last trading project?

  @ugomatarazzo @6days1week @eToro okay. it’s fair to call them a broker, my bad. there are just brokers with longer proven reputation at top level and a boatload of assets & at the time we started buying shares in 2021 on no timeline would i have bought & held the largest $$ worth of my portfolio in eToro.

  @eToro WARNING: eToro is an Israeli company and I’d not trust any financial or personal data to an Israeli company. eToro has also been involved in multiple violations leading to fines and or settlements as regulators have cracked down on them. Both in the US and Europe.

  @eToro Absolutely terrible app.. will not allow you to create your own trading bot. Nor will it allow you to trade with a balance less than £200. You have to follow incompetent traders for a fee. My bot will outperform all of your traders! I'll prove it if you let me

  @eToroTeam @eToroFr What the stupid customer human service you have - I have been awaiting live agent almost an hour via Assistance via chat - and the bot is saying the same - "Feel free to ask if there’s anything I can assist with while you continue to wait! " This craziness must end! If I want to wait for this is email customer service not live chat! It is totally unacceptable!
