I have opened up several trades in the last 2 days immediately showing losses; one around -5%; two around -10%; & the final one over -13% This is unacceptable and no way to do business. No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Posisitons that are closing 30 minutes after the SL was triggered, market orders for ES contracts that never gets filled and I get a message "pending order" for half an hour. Get serious, you are listed in NSDQ
