@BenFlynnAcct @eToroService they claim they hold they keys for you and then they make it impossible to transfer to the wallet .....the wallet is rubbish and regardless the negative reviews on trust pilot they have not bother to fix it they want to keep u lock in with them....totally rubbish !!!

@tinywargames @eToroService This doesn't fall under clause 29, this is negligence from their part, we have proof, it happened 6 times already in 2 month, they did nothing to improve quality of service and obviously the server crashed. So under clause 25 they are responsible for our loss
