I absolutely hate Etoro. There is no contact number. You have to contact them by opening a case and expecting an update within 14 days. This makes no sense to me, customer experience sucks. Withdrawals take a lifetime to be done and there is no one there to help you @eToro #etoro

@ferrandoandre88 @chris61ds @eToro I think that, having the competitors in mind, eToro is outstanding when it comes to buying and selling stocks, however when it comes to crypto assets there’s a huge spread. The customer support still has room for improvement but then again It’s a relatively young company

$AMC $GME @eToro customers: Be aware that you don’t hold shares - you hold IOUs. eToro’s spread is bad (eToro is not free) and you can’t exercise rights (e.g. voting) cause you have no actual shares. Also - eToro has suspended service on numerous occasions (technical problems).

@eToro @eToroTeam Any chance you can address a withdrawal issue. Case 02261328. I’m not receiving emails pertaining to the transaction and support is one of those we’ll try to get back to you in 14 days. Is this normal? For the record all other EToro emails are coming through fine. Thanks
