@eToroService my account was on "Pending verification" as of yesterday, and today it moved back to "Complete Profile" at a 90% of completion. I keep trying to complete my profile uploading my documents and even did an additional deposit but it wont move fwd. Help

@eToroService Every time I uploaded documents the profile completion is a stuck at 95%. So this seems like an error on your part that is preventing me to upload the documents needed for verification. So I do not have plenty of time because you are not letting me send you the information

@eToroService @pj_pharoah I’m also waiting for transfer of crypto. No movement at all. Several tickets, telephone call for Israel, everything would be fine. It still is not. Are there any rumors about a financial trouble? I could go on and on.... worst mistake they can make is ignoring me and us.

I will no longer be endorsing @eToro. As a glitch on their platform made me loose 100 #XLM. It happened by a trade closing after a request to move to my wallet. Instead what happened my trade closed and they refunded me. So I had to rebuy at another fee and a higher price.

@eToroService Yes. Then after a wait you asked my username as well (which should be associated to the ticket?), which I gave you. Then after another wait you basically said "We can't help you, we've passed it on". I'd already got zero response via email so it kind of defeats the point.
