    @eToroTeam I’ve problems with this crap platform.i asked to transfer my assets to another broker,assets taken out of my acct,not transferred to my broker,eToro not giving clue on status of my assets Are eToro team transferring investors assets to their own account or what? This **** service

    @eToro We still can’t access eToro—every week it’s the same issue. Do you really think an apology message is enough to compensate for our losses? Just as I was about to place a trade, your site started giving errors again. How many times has this happened? We’re being humiliated with our own money.

    @eToroTeam @eToroFr What the stupid customer human service you have - I have been awaiting live agent almost an hour via Assistance via chat - and the bot is saying the same - "Feel free to ask if there’s anything I can assist with while you continue to wait! " This craziness must end! If I want to wait for this is email customer service not live chat! It is totally unacceptable!

    On October 11 2025 I rotated the majority of my $ETH at $3,8k in my @eToro public portfolio into $HYPE at $39.7 Since then: - ETH is down 47% - HYPE is up 70% long term portfolio doesn't mean that it's a tree that doesn't move. It moves surgically, patiently. There's no need to make 55 trades a day just for the sake of dipping your toes into the markets. That's what the market wants, it wants you to panic, fomo, trade and chase the latest thing. And tell me, how many billionaire traders you know? and how many billionaire investors do you know? New trades coming soon, patiently waiting for the right entry (but who knows...)

    Woo Hoo! Got promoted to @eToro Elite Tier over the weekend and capped a One Year Investment Return of 44% (vs 24% for SPX)!!! What's most exciting is this all happened within the past ONE year. Huge shoutout to Zech Zheng who suggested that I get onto eToro and told me about its copytrader program last year. Started my account on 19 Jun 2025, did the customary 1 month before I got accepted into the CopyTrader program, and to my utter surprise, got my 1st copier, a total stranger, the very next day! I was blown away that someone who did not know me personally was willing to trust me like that. Am super grateful that person is still copying me to this day (and hopefully pretty happy with his / her results so far). I am most grateful to those who started copying me in the early days, without the benefit of seeing my performance over a period of time before jumping in. I kept all those email notifications so that I will always remember you! Like all new PIs, stayed on Cadet Tier for 2 months, then was promoted to the Champion Tier after meeting those requirements. And finally, after meeting the requirements in May 2026, was promoted to Elite Tier this past weekend! The eToro team that looks after promising PIs also got in touch and we had a great discussion on how we can grow together. But my firm belief is that as long I stick to the process and deliver consistently good results, it is only a matter of time before more people "discover" this. So just wanna take a moment to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all my copiers and friends who have been soooooo supportive in the past year, especially when the market went into a period of chop from Oct 2025 to March 2026. Whilst part of the AUC increase was due to performance, I know many of you have been increasing your copy allocation to my trades. And some new copiers too! You guys ROCK! All the above sounds amazing and I am truly excited about the future for this account. But I want to take a moment to finally explain why my account is called "RedeemTheTime". Firstly, I am a Christian and whilst I don't want to get preachy about it, it is who I am and influences what I do. I don't think it was my "skill" alone that allowed me to get good investment results. There are many more high quality investors than me. I am a nobody, so I can only give all the glory to God. Over the years I have also tried to make an impact by teaching people how to invest, warn friends about financial decisions that are questionable etc. But it is not easy because I realise many people face one or more of these 3 issues: (1) No interest (2) No time (3) No skill. Teaching could only address Issue #3 and even that takes a lot of time and experience to build up. Meanwhile, many of my friends, who are in their late 40s or 50s, at the peak of their career and peak earnings power, are starting to run out of time before they retire. Unless they have built up a substantial nest egg, they will need to outperform by getting better investment results over a shorter period of time, ie redeem the time. That is not easy, unless you have the time, passion and skill to do it. If you are reading this, please remember I am NOT giving anyone financial advice. Investing carries a lot of risk. I am also NOT asking you to copy me, that is a decision for yourself to make. There is ZERO certainty I can keep outperforming the market. In fact, there is every possibility that I will UNDERPERFORM, at least from time to time. I am here to trade my own money and eToro has made it possible for people to piggyback for free via its copy trading function. If you are interested, I have included a link below. If you're new to me, you can read some of my pinned posts. This is NOT a long term buy and hold type account. This is a swing trading account where I attempt to avoid big losses with strict cut loss rules whilst capturing as much of the upside on momentum trades as possible. This strategy might be a good diversifier to your other investment strategies as it is not a typical buy and hold. Anyway, THANK YOU once again, especially to my copiers.     @eToro my experience with etoro has been disappointing I opened an account with etoro with an offer that was given to me by coin market cap for $20, I waited and nothing so I text support and they told me they were reviewing , 1 week later I text again and they told me I'm ineligible for any rewards. The pic was the offer... I truly am sad with their customer service I would not recommend them.

    If you try to complain to @eToro that someone signed up to their services unduly with your e-mail address instead of theirs, @eToro's website tells you to login before submitting a ticket. Should I have Grok explain to @eToro that that's equivalent to walking to the car wash?

    @eToro @walayat_na61034 @stockperks I’ve repeatedly asked them to contact me via a phone call due to medical reasons, they are well aware of these problems but still respond via email. I won’t repeat my issues on here but you can easily find out.

    @yoniassia @dee_bosa Their stock is down 58%, over the last 6 months, so market has realized this a while ago. That's what happens when SaaS firms don't reinvent fast with AI. No company is immune, that includes @etoro. If agentic and "next level" AI predictive modeling is absent, it'll blend.

    @eToro My girlfriend has an account on eToro, and her account manager is currently Rebecca Ruimy. However, we have not been able to receive any response from her for several days. This lack of communication is becoming very frustrating as no support or follow-up is being provided. If this issue cannot be handled by the assigned account manager, please assign her a different account manager as soon as possible. We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this situation is affecting her account experience. Thank you.
