@eToroService Understandable, but giving the users only a month notice specially when the market is down, you think its gonna effect eToro's brand name positively? Don't you think , 1st giving them 6 months notice followed by a no new order limitation could be a better choice?

How to trade with @etoro? Take screen shots of literally everything. Inconvenient I know. Giving them one last chance at fixing a problem from JAN (that they just tried to get out of after waiting all this time) else its story time here and everywhere.

@eToro @eToroService Sent a message to @eToroService, they said to create ticket. Ticket was closed in 4 seconds automatically without any result. No help whatsoever. No customer service at all.

@darkhorseguy @eToroService I'm actually trying to get them to improve - focus more on creating a positive user experience by stabilizing their platform + making rates/spreads more reasonable. They won't feel the need to change unless they really start feeling the consequences of customer dissatisfaction.

@ShadeofMisery @eToroService Before I made the right decision and moved most of my funds to TDAmeritrade, I had 2 etoro accounts: 1 platinum+ and 1 silver. I also got terrible "customer service" (if you can even call it that). They just don't care about helping their customers - only about making money.
