No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.

And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?
