@eToroTeam Been trying to withdraw funds for over a week. After 5 days withdrawal is paused but no further info. No support at all on the app and when I enter a ticket it says they will get back to me in 14 days. I’m hoping I’m overlooking something can you help?

I absolutely hate Etoro. There is no contact number. You have to contact them by opening a case and expecting an update within 14 days. This makes no sense to me, customer experience sucks. Withdrawals take a lifetime to be done and there is no one there to help you @eToro #etoro

@eToroTeam Okay, that's what confused me. I keep clicking on the gear icon and it only gives ability to alert. Problem is there are two gear icons on the page: one for the coin itself and one for the open position. I kept clicking wrong gear. TY.
