  @eToroService I work in tech, outages happen, but this isn't the first time and this has been a long outage. These outages also often happen during high volatility and when they happen you don't set any expectations for return of service.

  @agowa338 @ahmad04386828 @eToroService Just a usual outage shouldn’t take 12 hours to fix. Even if the whole data Center has been destroyed, they must have their service deployed in multi regions to prepare for such an incident. They must clear us on what the outage was

  @eToroService @eToro Good. If you were a banking institute you would be taking calls from the regulators today demanding to know what had happened. An 18 hour outage is extremely disappointing service and not satisfactory.

  @eToroService You should handle the whole situation in a professional way and come back with an official announcement by your CEO @yoniassia in order to avoid the panic selling on the way..otherwise the crash will be huge! Please, try to regain our trust before reactivating the platform!
