@eToro My account has been blocked unrighteously and you guys haven't given me my money back for about half a year. Terrible customer service and now when you finally said you'd send me the money you only sent me about 106 Dollars of about 1100 Dollars I had on my account. 👎

@eToroService Thank you for responding. I already did. Case: 02201457 . Case closed as resolved with absolutely zero contact. So my next complaint is Etoro Support. Anyway, cashing out and closing account. There are many better choices.

@eToro I have had the opposite experience with Etoro. I have a $4k wire being held by Etoro. They refuse to release it. Customer service recommends a live chat. Live chats are only available to customers with funded accounts. My account isnt funded bc of the wire being held.

@KaustubhManiTr5 @eToroService Yeah gladly, I've already talked with all of my employees and made them switch from Etoro to other platforms, to avoid such issues in the future. We have company wide policy against Etoro at this point.

@eToro Don't get me wrong...EXCELLENT service (for the most part) for manual traders, and I have suggested the site to a few people who want to get to grips with the stock market. VERY user friendly (again for the most part...had a few issues here and there) and definitely a good site.
