@eToroService @eToro What a shame ! How come a broker like you is having daily issues with logins, can’t open a trade, can’t close a trade, deposits, withdrawals... you name it ? I follow the maintenance notifications and it’s literally every day. No explanation, no transparency from you either? Wtf.

I am a platinum+ member and my friends and family are mostly the same or at least platinum members. We really trusted @eToro but after 12hrs worth of down time, most of us have decided that when the platform returns we will be withdrawing every single cent. @eToroService

@CraigMc61164048 @eToroService @eToro I've removed a fair amount of money. I selected for the funds to be sent to my bank account. They have been sent to Paypal. Ffs! Opened a ticket to complain. Been waiting since Monday. The app is a complete joke. The CEO needs to be held accountable. I've moved to Fututbull.

@eToroService @eToro @eToro wow I expressed my disappointed yesterday but never in a million years did I expect you to be down for 15 hours plus... I've gone past the point of caring now and questioning how safe is it to use etoro. Can we have sort of timeframe when you will be up and running.

@ipradhansk @eToroService I doubt it’s an IT issue. This happened just as people started selling crypto. My best guess is etoro did not have enough of a currency to cover the closing of buy or opening of short positions. This practice is very common yet should be more regulated

@eToro This is not the usual service down event. Something is really fishy. It is going to be 12+ hours since it went #etorodown. I suspect they got hacked and are now cleaning up to reduce impact on themselves while we suffer. We normies really cant catch a break :(
