@eToroService I suppose I don't quite understand, you're on Azure, you have DR setup, so when your servers went down they immediately switched region and were back online. There's no reason for this not to happen so we must assume either their IT is incompetent, or the company is malicious.

@eToroService @eToro That is unacceptable, always problems when the market gets busy and overload your platform and it shuts it down. But I think your platform has been hacked this time as I could see my portfolio for an instant an all my money was gone and all positions too, it was completely empty.
