@eToro etoro MUST be reported to the FCA have a class action lawsuit every user must be compensated for their loss due to this. The market is crashing & we cannot access our account not even on a offline mode! a daily occurrence during trading hours “technical issues” “halted trading”..

@eToroService @eToro Their TOS clearly states they are responsible for your losses (article 25) as this outage does not fall under the Exceptional Event clause (article 29) and is outrageous negligence from their part (as it happened more than 6 time in 2 months)
