@eToroService your customer service is crap. You keep closing my ticket that I raised since Dec 21 about an unsuccessful deposit. If you're not able to process it due to being overwhelmed, just refund it please!! Don't dismiss my ticket by saying it's solved when nothing is!

@eToroService This is ridiculous. Response yesterday that it is passed to the accounts department but I’m still not verified. It’s supposed to take 3 days. Im waiting to trade now 12 days but eToro support have not verified all my legit documentation. Really not satisfied with #etoro support

@eToro your customer service is crap. I've been asking about an unsuccessful deposit since Dec 21st and you keep on closing my ticket saying its solved. If the deposit didn't go through cause you're overwhelmed, please just return it!

@MatiGreenspan @eToro They're definitely struggling ATM. Last week Etoro randomly closed one of my positions instead of transferring to wallet (again) This has happened twice before & they usually just undo it as soon as asked. But support overwhelmed right now, it will take 7-10 days apparently!
