Because of none-functional charts and shown price of a stock I couldn’t close my positions in time and lost over 2,5K and got no refund from Etoro. customer support sent me an Email after 2 weeks saying “none-functional charts don’t effect order execution”

I've been on the platform since 2020 and have now bee through at least 4 account managers! Each as unresponsive and slow ad the next one. I literally have never got an issued resolved by any of them. My most recent question was how do I get my Champion status back of which said criteria I meet am due at least 1 back payment of. Typically I was told I would get a response and didn't and now it seems my account manager has gone the way of the rest of them and has been sacked!

Steve (@stevehunt7070) reported@eToro But you can’t trade on a 1 minute ticker , so don’t expect to. Good for the long term though and it’s 1000% better than Coinbase . Or kraken, which have huge fees to buy in. About 5% on those 2 before you start. EToro has best fees but a ****** customer service in the Australia branch, which is the norm here in Australian banking.

It moves surgically, patiently. There's no need to make 55 trades a day just for the sake of dipping your toes into the markets. That's what the market wants, it wants you to panic, fomo, trade and chase the latest thing. And tell me, how many billionaire traders you know? and how many billionaire investors do you know? New trades coming soon, patiently waiting for the right entry (but who knows...)
