    @eToro Withdrawal issues, they placed my withdrawal "under reveiw" so I asked them to cancel it so that my funds may be returned to my eToro account. It has been 2 business days and my money hasn't arrived anywhere, it's just lost in the air.

    @eToroService Not giving my money back. So finally I had to come out on the social media to vent out my frustration. How come a billion dollar company cannot accept their error and give their consumer their rightful money.

    @eToroService Yes I did reached out to your customer service team and I am afraid to say they are hopeless. This is an ongoing matter since 24th feb, which is about 2 months and they are neglecting all the evidence and proving me wrong. They did accepted they had system failure but still.

    @MichaelAnder87 @eToro Thank you so much for the recommendations. I keep saying this, poor customer service is not sustainable at a time when other trading platforms are going the extra mile for their customers. I will look to move once this issue is resolved.

    @eToroService Hi there. I managed to get past it by putting the app into split screen mode with something else, which allowed it to scroll down to the button, but when it was just eToro on its own I had the issue I described. Phone of Galaxy 9+ on Android 10.

    @eToroService All the relevant information is with your customer service team. I received another mail today requesting information sent weeks ago. Delay and frustrate continues 10 weeks after the initial ticket was raised.

    @eToro @eToroService 10 (ten) days to make a simple withdrawal, still counting and no firm commitment. Really? Thats the kind of service you provide? You should take a look to clause 14.10 of your own Terms and Conditions: “ONE WORKING DAY”. It’s called missappropriation
