@eToro Etoro customer service has been extremely poor sending from one company to the other. I bought crypto coins yesterday via the 3rd party agent simplex which etoro is using and up till now my coins are not in my wallet to use. Very poor customer service.

@eToro you have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world, no doubt. Even to open a ticket you have to ask Google instead of just using one option available in the tradins site. AMAZING!! Your agents don't even read the messages and just point the customer in any direction.

@ManilaTraderPh @eToro I frankly don’t know how they compute the month on month, but my account is volatile. Coz it’s leveraged. Point is that 3000 is 9000 is 6000 and is 9000 and so on. I’m currently long so a 5% index drop last night would render it down; that said I haven’t sold so there.
