@AnnSkelly3 I've been with Talktalk for years, never had a problem. Only thing with Virgin is you don't get your freeview channels on your TV. Woman I work for got changed over to them and now can't get the channels she watches

Wow! This thunderstorm is still doing it’s rounds. It’s even knocked our tv arial and satellite out. No signal on Freeview or Freesat. Thankfully I have a tv stick and an internet connection still.

@3V3N1NGST4R Ah ok I guess that makes sense, I never had Netflix so that's probably why I never saw it, I was just stuck with an abundance of old DVDs and VHS tapes and freeview channels as a kid lol Most of it had TF somehow

@DeliaNGoG That is really low signal strength. Is this via an aerial or digitally? If an aerial looks like it's out of whack direction-wise. Had a storm? If using Freeview you probably will lose a lot if not got decent signal strength and only picking up from nearest transmitter.

@dramachannel The trouble is the general bit rate and 540x544 resolution are so poor on Freeview that even the adverts and trailers frequently look like they are being played from a badly worn VHS tape, add archive material to that and it becomes a blocky detail free mess.
