@KernalKornflake @GBNEWS I use Brave on my PC but I just switched to EE at home. The app was there yesterday now it’s gone. It’s also not being broadcast on their internet TV but all the other freeview ARQB channels are like Quest etc! And YouTube sucks with ads outside of Brave!

@ofcom @bbc @10DowningStreet If Freeview is switched off in favour of Freely (which is good in some contexts) on a day like today when there is a major outage you could be at home with no broadband, now no landline AND no TV. So no idea what is going on. Is that sensible? No.

@FreeviewAdvice Since Sunday I've not been able to get these channels - 1,2,9,12,25,27,34,39,51,56. In this day and age I find it totally unacceptable that its still possible to get a bad signal for 1 day, never mind 3 days +. I can't afford cable or satellite tv, freeview is all I've got

@CountMoriarty @anon_opin A massive problem is also the decision to put BBC Three online-only. It was a hotbed of innovatio, and they took it away from young adults with a freeview box.

@irisfurnham @Jenny_1884 There'd still be freeview....==loads of other channels. People only using "Freeview" have to pay the BBC to watch "free" channels even if they never watch BBC, the system is corrupt.

Live sport is just about keeping Foxtel afloat, although you do have to wonder what would happen if the FTA networks finally decided to work together and build a "Freeview Sports" service which could potentially offset costs for some of those ever-increasing sports rights deals!
