@wearyprovo Can you cancel online I hate the phone because they put you through to other ppl, I want to stop mine to, I never watch it any more, except sky news and you get that on freeview.

@FreeviewAdvice Hi, I have not had Freeview for a a week now - no terrestrial tv at all. I have tried every day to retune - please advise what is happening and who I can report this to. I called the help number - as soon as I reported the problem the call was cut - no details taken!

@Stevecathutch Mind if I ask where in the country you are, and what system you were watching on (e.g. Sky/Freeview/Virgin etc.)? Trying to work out what happened, we had the same issue (north Cumbria).
