@katelilyn @simonmayo Same issue here in Glesga. Resorted to app. Supposed to be able to get it on Freeview via TV. Kitchen TV rubbish sound quality, living room OK. At least app is more portable.

Wee #Sushi 🍣 is listening intently @simonmayo ! Struggling to get @greatesthitsuk here in Glasgow, other than on app. 2 TV's, both with Freeview, 1 has major sound issues trying to play it.

Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

@AmazonHelp I'm using a JVC smart TV that "Works With Alexa", and it's connected to my Wi-Fi. Netflix works, but YouTube, Amazon Prime, Freeview Play and the Alexa feature has connection problems.

@acraftycow Same with SP. I did the comparison sites to switch but it’s still the cheapest. No wonder Tonik went under, we were all underpaying! I’ve also got rid of any tv service & just have streaming + freeview to offset the money increase. Adulting is boring!

@scotthatley @a516digital @ukdtt Freeview is very poor under the relay service, if they decide to bring in an ip fallback option, that should be there first priority,
