-
Bridie Macmahon (@bbpmac) reported@BBCNews Well without freeview coverage most of us will never know.
-
chris🥛I’m pro-choice (@scrivo35) reported@EmmerdaleInside There is no excuse not to put football or any other sport on ITV 3 or 4 as everyone who watches TV will have digital TV ( Freeview) as the analog signal got turned off years ago and them channels are free to all ( as long as they pay the TV Tax)
-
Blake (@BlakeAntcliff) reported@SheLovesTweets @theipaper Freely TV's are the same as Freeview and Freesat, the problem is Internet only doesn't take into account people who live in blackspots and barely get anything much better than old school dial up. Nor does it account for anyone who doesn't want/have broadband.
-
LDH Marketing (@LDHMarketing) reported@BBCLookEast With landlines becoming broadband only, and Freely starting to replace Freeview we are becoming 100% dependent on broadband. That has dangerous implications for resilence if broadband goes down, or worse if you never had adequate broadband at all.
-
HarvesterStallone (@HarvesterStallo) reported@internetplague It was SUCH a big issue for me. Spent a lot of time fretting about it. Joined many ‘If this page gets 1 million likes, Sky Sports must keep SSN on Freeview’ pages.

Leya 🟥🟪⬜️🟩🟧 (@_Leyanelle_) reportedDoes anyone who sees this know how to watch ITV WC other than via the app when you don’t have access to freeview? The STV app is forced on us Scottish viewers by ITV & is utter CRAP quality for live footie & I don’t have access to freeview, I use a fire stick & no aerial. 😭😭😭

Matt Quinn - The Caledonian Television Company. (@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@BENEFITS_NEWS Well for a start the Freeview service is guaranteed until at least 2034 and likely to be phased out over a period of time; unlikely before about 2040. 'Freely' is currently being touted as the IPTV replacement - From about £70 for a set-top box; this price will drop dramatically.
-
Tom (@TomCushnie) reported@x20mjs @AvonandsomerRob The World Cup feed is full range HDR and because our infrastructure is so far behind technlogy they crush the colours into a limited range to fit into Freeview. Red and yellows look really bad with this. Although it looks like BBC are handling the picture better
-
Rivo (@CFCrivo) reported@manumally @wazzak23 Ah for me radio is actually faster that freeview lol. At the moment seems to be just a few seconds tho. Having said that I don’t think matterface is as bad as ppl make out to be fair

LDH Marketing (@LDHMarketing) reported@BENEFITS_NEWS It also eats up a lot of your broadband. No problem if you're on an unlimited package, but for people on cheaper, restricted usage packages, that will cost. Freely is good where reception is poor, but Freeview is still needed.
