My Freeview signal is dropping out at the same time as my fibre broadband decides 1.6Mbps is acceptable. I know what it is. It’s Ann Widdecombe’s black-ops squirrels out for revenge 🐿

@LornaGoodyear Paramount+ is a new streaming service so it's built into many TVs. But actually there are Freeview channels that need an internet connection so yes there are channels thatb can't be watched on normal TVs

Is the service down webpage states no problems with freeview today. Odd as my signal still has not returned. If this continues for one more week I will dispense with my TV licence and watch DVD's and videos and use my laptop.

Freeview have an outage map with latest UK areas with reception problems. However, those areas mentioned yesterday are dropped from the map. I still have no freeview signal. Still no explanation or apology. Day two.

@FreeviewAdvice so freeview is taking several channels off the service. What a load of rubbish. Your service is now becoming a very poor second to the likes of freesat. pixleation issues bad affected by weather and if you live near railways or airports useless.

Freeview were right about one thing. It was a webpage called: is the service down.

Phoned freeview helpline. They did not recognise the web page talking of issues since 4pm yesterday. They also suggested not due to the weather in the West Midlands. So I am back to square one. I expect it will sort it self out.i give up at this point.
