@BabyLyssaC @DonoraBeaveguti I believe GiffGaff ( network ) Is only available in the uk. #roaming charges would apply. They said he and his mom got the phone from an AT&T store.

If today, they said Facebook and Whatsapp will never come back, my life wouldn't be demonstrably affected for very long. But GiffGaff would have to rethink my endless free texts and minutes agreement, I'd wager!

@kxsmo @PeteBeno yeah I’d avoid giffgaff, they piggyback off a different provider (o2 I think) so you always get slower speeds, plus they have no customer service which can be a nightmare if you have a problem/want to switch

@Tim_Arnold1977 @giffgaff Once 5g was installed round here, which we don't get access to - only Bilborough. Speeds went to ground, I switched to the same network as Kate and I haven't looked back.

@george24740 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff Our engineers have found some damaged cables and are carrying out a repair. While we do this you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We're working as fast as we can. Updated 19:35 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

@MontaElmer This is awful that Vodafone has been bad for you in this situation but I have been on giffgaff now for about 8 years and never have to worry about paying bills on time as it’s all automated when they charge me #FuckContracts
