    @giffgaff been with them for years, never wavered, bought 3 phones in past. Latest Hauwei I bought not supporting apps I use everyday. No warning of this so basically useless. Agent said they can do nothing, suggests I sell the phone privately. Spent thousands with you guys. 🙁🙁

    @giffgaff Hi sorry Jeanette. Phone is not found is stolen. I mean I have followed the process to transfer my number to a new sim but the new sim now just says "Out of service"

    @giffgaff what’s happening with your coverage today? I’ve got no 4G. It dropped out about 20 minutes ago and I’ve rebooted my phone several times. 3G is really poor but there appears to be no 4G at all.

    @giffgaff thanks for enabling my working from home via your mobile data. Any chance of a boost to cover @VodafoneUK’s rear end until they can get their act together? Their promise of ‘unbreakable broadband’ has been broken from day 1.

    @O2 hey my giffgaff card says it runs with the o2 network. Why can’t I use o2 priority with it then ?

    @Tedds04 @giffgaff Yes it's a shame but it's not available to any PAYG customers who use O2 (giffgaff's owners) as their network. So O2's own PAYG users don't have it and neither do Tesco Mobile or giffgaff.
