    @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

    @giffgaff Are there mast problems at TA20 3SZ??? Constantly getting Emergency calls only or E or trying to connect to 5g which we haven't even got. No reliability at all and 2 of us are in giffgaff Daughter is trying to run a business and it's hopeless.

    @giffgaff site says i can only add credit. i want to buy a plan. brings this up but also wont let me press anything. paypal also not working. Don’t have any other devices.
