@giffgaff 24 hours for a reply when realistically a quick phonecall could sort it. I mean a telecoms company that has no customer service number???? Sounds iffy from the get go

  • stephaniedk96 Stephanie Kelley (@stephaniedk96) reported

@scriblerian I always did this in reverse—PAYG in the UK (bc giffgaff was cheap, like £8/mo) & paused my US Verizon plan for months at a time, so I could keep the number/have service when here. Maybe there are cheaper US PAYG plans now though?

  • markkitchen5 mark kitchen (@markkitchen5) reported

@giffgaff In fact **** it, delete my account ive had enough

  • CraddockHazel Hazel 🌻 (@CraddockHazel) reported

@giffgaff are your brand new phones unlocked to any network?

  • markkitchen5 mark kitchen (@markkitchen5) reported

@giffgaff Just pay a bit extra guys and get a service that works and proper customer services

  • michaelocyoung Michael Young (@michaelocyoung) reported

Hello @giffgaff A friend who is on a rival network (but one which also uses O2 infrastructure) has had EU roaming charges implemented. Can you confirm that you are going to continue not charging for EU+Norway roaming - at least until July?

@markkitchen5 We are online only, and do not have a customer service line to call you on, Mark. As we've now chased this up for you, rest assured a member of our team will be back in touch as soon as possible to help sort this out - giffgaff Jade

@boyci3 @giffgaff Funny, I’m in London & I had the opposite. I was with Smarty for a short while, had terrible signal 50% of the time practically everywhere. Since switching back to Giffgaff I’ve had no such problems. 👍

@AnxietyYT Personally jumped ship to Giffgaff (O2). I’ve been with them before and they’ve never done me wrong. Plus their web portals actually seem to, like, work.

@FelicityCloake @O2 Try GiffGaff - I think they even use the O2 network and are very reliable
