  Because Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of

  @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.
