    @giffgaff They’re asking me to give them all the info again. This has to be a joke? You’ve sent me two broken phones and promised a third, that might work - and now you’ve closed the case and I still don’t have it.

    @giffgaff Hi. I received a text from GiffGaff this morning telling me that my number will switch over. I haven't instigated this, and I'm not a GG customer. Is there a way you can look into this? I don't have a GG account. Thanks!

    @matryer Contract? Ew. 🤢 Not sure what it's like in the US, but in the UK I've never had a mobile contract that aligned the provider's priorities with actually providing a service. Looking at you @VodafoneUK, now using @giffgaff and free to move immediately if I ever need to.

    Having been with @O2 since my first phone, I’m done. Customer service used to be the reason I stuck with them even though they were far from cheap. Now expensive and terrible service (if you even get to speak to someone). Who are you with that’s better? Giffgaff seem ok?
