    @giffgaff just switched to your sim only and in Newcastle city centre and Ne28 the signal is too slow to use the internet on 4g, never mind 5g! Is there a cooling off period?! Horrendous experience so far

    @ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT

    @O2 as Giffgaff are saying my lack of network is down to the construction of my new house is there any way to boost my signal?

    @Edyir_ Yes that was for NE17PF, the data appears to be slow in NE289HQ. You could try switching the mobile data connection from 4G to 3G in the meantime to see if that helps your connection, 1/2 - giffgaff Nicole

    @papagaeio @alicetams To be fair to poor Carl he says he's very happy to give it up, but Giffgaff says there's no way of getting it back once it's gone, for reasons unknown

    so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...

    @MarahJaraisy @coldtusker Those are bad deals! (Giffgaff would do the trick but you get those by post…I suspect another infinite loop could be involved)
