  • WorthyOnTheWeb Claire Worthington - Ranty McRantface She/Her (@WorthyOnTheWeb) reported

I have been a giffgaff customer for years and it has never been my main line and I periodically ring one of my other phones, wasting the credit I have PAID FOR just to keep my own number

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@WilliamNB We can appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you. We ask for you to complete a SIM swap to ensure there are no SIM issues. Did you manage to SIM swap? - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

@giffgaff No. Last time there was an error with the mast you lot tried blaming the handsets & insisted I do a SIM swap. A big part of the reason why I *will* leave your service is because of how awfully you handled the last outage & how you tried to blame me! You're a nasty company!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@CraftyNigel We're very sorry this is still ongoing. We will look into adding some goodwill credit to cover the time you've been without your services. If the issue is occurring in more than one area, please update your case to advise of this, as there may be another issue. -giffgaff Jeanette

  • ZsaZsa19770165 ZsaZsa (@ZsaZsa19770165) reported

@giffgaff why can I not connect to the internet with my plan? It’s frustrating & you have no call centre. Can’t talk to anyone to sort it out. Just a minefield of Q&As. I need help otherwise I’ll go somewhere else. Simple really.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

The people at @giffgaff will treat you like an idiot, and make you do "tests" that anyone with an IQ of more than 12 will be able to see has *nothing* to do with the issue you're experiencing. They will lie to you, too. I understand technical faults happen, and I have patience

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported

Been with @giffgaff nearly a month and still no signal and they still haven’t fixed the mast , would have stayed with @ThreeUK hope they are going to compensate for this dreadful service

  • RehabilitatedB3 Back in rehab (@RehabilitatedB3) reported

@Jessrocks71 @LSW12612672511 @Marian17761604 My mum is having so many problems with her landline, keeps breaking down, charged her 65 quid for an engineer to fix it. That was talktalk, most oldies can't get on internet to pay bills etc. I got her a mobile on GiffGaff & 6 squid comes out of my account every month.

  • WorthyOnTheWeb Claire Worthington - Ranty McRantface She/Her (@WorthyOnTheWeb) reported

Banks are terrible but compared to mobile phone companies they are practically saintly! If I pay GiffGaff £10 I don’t expect them to steal back £9.50 just because I didn’t get chance to use it. It’s a stealth way of causing havoc and getting free money

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@StunnerCurves We're sorry that you're having issues with your signal. Can you please send us a DM with the full postcode you're in, to rule out any network issues in your area. - giffgaff Jeanette
