@QasimU94 It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your new SIM card to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff how does your network work I have registered my sim but no network only says I need to register my sim which is done. This is for an ill elderly family member who urgently needs a phone

@giffgaff Appalling service from your agents after suspending my sisters account. Currently our whole family are on giffgaff and if this isn’t resolved within the next few days we will ALL be leaving. We pay you over £50 between us each month and now you have robbed us!!!

  • Bludog34 Alastair Smith (@Bludog34) reported

@giffgaff Unless the buttons fall off, which is not aparently covered in the warranty. They quote £60 to fix it. But that is just my experience. £3 button from ebay fixed it. Apart fron that phone was fine.

@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.

@giffgaff Your company needs to give support - it doesn't! What about dislexic people? written instructions are useless to a non-computer savvy person

@KCOMhome because giffgaff has problems with a local mast I had to make 6 local calls on my land line I can't believe you have charged me a pound a call. That's not helping my budget I remember when it was about 5p how times change and chairman's and shareholders get greedy
