@Nazaroth You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

@giffgaff … just had a sniffy reply from one of your agents. He needs to know all the phones I’ve had while on this number, make and model. I’ve used giffgaff for years and had loads of phones. I break them regularly. He then lists GDPR issues and I might get a response in 24 hours. Jeez.
