    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff You never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers. Isn’t this consumer fraud?

    @CallumLyon Water meter fitted bills went from £69pm to £29. Car insurance £30 pm, phone on giffgaff £6pm and free calls and texts to others on same network. It isn't hard.

    @steabb73 So the phone and calls plan from Vodafone is crap? I figured that so maybe I should just move my business phone to giffgaff or some such plan and connectivity will cease to be a problem?

    @Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!
