@giffgaff Have ordered THIRD time today. Could get quicker from Amazon !! Very poor service that can’t get this earlier. Terrible that can’t phone a phone company. Disappointed. Work in NHS and need phone urgently , or will have to start cancelling home visits.

@giffgaff your data speeds are a load of shite fellas, why am I paying for a service that can’t even reach 3 bar connection speeds, consistently sat at 1-2 bars all day, every day. Wtf is going on?

I'm in Ireland, but my phone is still connected to a UK network (giffgaff), so does that mean that calls to UK numbers are still included in my free minutes like they normally are?

@O2 shocking customer service whilst trying to port my 2 kids numbers onto 02 from Giffgaff, took over 30 minutes to try to do 1 & that couldn't be completed as told it wouldn't happen now until Tuesday. Having to call back on Monday to start again! Don't you want new customers

if you use a third party service, check who owns / partners them 👍🏾 GiffGaff use 3’s network, Virgin use EE, Voxi use Vodafone etc

@tescomobile Chat here please giffgaff and Tesco mobile run on O2 network you need to sort this out. STOP THREATENING ME WITH EARLY TERMINATION FEE and use some customer service maybe you at Tesco mobile need training
