    ugh! how did we all collectively as a society accepted companies in general becoming shittier and shittier while increasing prices? Trying to contact @giffgaff... no phone number, no agents .. Have to wait 24 hrs for a pos reply or "ask the community". WTF AM I PAYING FOR THEN?

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @MoistKritikal51 @TheNorfolkLion I managed to get a 256gb pixel 10a from giffgaff for £400 + £10 rolling monthly contract which I will cancel. Sold out at the minute. Not sure when they will be getting them back in stock but may be worth keeping a check on their site if you live in the UK.

    @giffgaff Tbh I didn’t chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.
