@PaulWhitewick @geofftech Resetting wouldn't fix it, but checking your network's website for the correct APN settings and inputting them might. I know this fixes a lot of weird issues on giffgaff.

  • TopherJames9 Topher James (@TopherJames9) reported

@giffgaff customer service is the worst experience ever. Several emails over a period of four hours with no desire to actually help you, finishing with if you raise this through your giffgaff account then we don’t ask these questions…when that is what I did in the first place!

  • Bananallama123 Daley Bananallama (@Bananallama123) reported

@south_eastone Giffgaff. They use 02's network.

@giffgaff seriously giffgaff!!! I contact you as a matter of urgency and express the issue and request for you to change my number because it’s not working from my account and get told do it yourself!! Wow!! Think it’s safe to say bye giffgaff! Absolutely appalling!!!

  • Dean14465 Dean Petts (@Dean14465) reported

Peeps this network must be the best £10 a month 9gb of data , unlimited text and calls for a month, then 3 months of free calls and texts with Giffgaff to Giffgaff. Good network to use peeps

  • AnushaLDN anusha (@AnushaLDN) reported

@giffgaff gave me the wrong phone, yay! Love having to use a broken phone and wait however many working days to get my refund.

  • Oftheforest2 Of the forest (@Oftheforest2) reported

@fathoms_deep @south_eastone I have never bought a goody bag and never had a problem but then I don't use my phone all that much. Husband's on giffgaff, has the goody bag thing, but again he doesn't use it much. For light users like us it's fine.

@Sammykins9486 Hi Samantha. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

  • IeExon Ian Exon (@IeExon) reported

@giffgaff not the best way to treat a new customer, charging me twice for my initial top up, I've had to log a complaint with my credit card company

  • swallygray Shaun (@swallygray) reported

@giffgaff After looking at this, I would have set it all up in my name as the account holder as I was paying, would this make it easier for me to cancel the account?
