    @ems280204 @giffgaff Is it a 5 digit shortcode number? If it is there can be problems trying to text them from giffgaff even when you have credit but the most common solution is to put a + symbol at the beginning of the number.

    @Chris_Lansdell @MulbartonBirder Giffgaff works pretty well in most parts of Norfolk (it runs on the O2 network)

    @CHartleyPhotos You could go sim only with @giffgaff - v.cost effective You could try going to settings and then mobile networks, changing to 3g networks when in crowds/test other options. 4g networks can be 2 busy in crowded areas. Or complain to o2 - can help or receive compensation
