@giffgaff your service has either been completely down or at best sporadic today in MK160EN. Can't even open your fault reporting service. Your site is providing false information by saying there is no fault in service. It is down and your lack of options sucks!

@JohnHurst @giffgaff The response I got from their help was to check hardware, reset phone, remove and put sim back in etc. None of which has worked, these pings worked last week, not working now. So I've started a move to another provider. Only been with giffgaff 3 months.

@sumlin @O2 O2 are up there as one of the worst customer experiences of all time, switched to giffgaff 10 years ago for 30gig at that price and a friendly text letting me know if I’m using enough to justify that monthly package

@giffgaff seriously how is your 4g so bad!? My data is being used but yet absolutely NOTHING is loading! How have I used 2GB of data when I cannot use your data. I've reset everything on my phone twice, the problem isn't area specific. FIX IT FOR F**K SAKE 🤬

@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF
