@7771Jake If it was blacklisted by giffgaff, you would have a giffgaff account Jake. If the phone belongs to someone else, they will need to contact us. If it belongs to you, and you've never been a member, we wouldn't have barred this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@7771Jake Has your friend ever used a UK network SIM in the phone Jake? Did he report the phone to a network in the UK? We can only remove a blacklist, if it was giffgaff that applied the bar through the use of a giffgaff SIM. - giffgaff Jeanette

@7771Jake @giffgaff Then the seller needs to contact giffgaff because only the person that reported the phone lost/stolen can request the IMEI bar to be removed by the network that barred it for them. So if they reported it lost/stolen then only they can have the bar removed.

@NblookM If you're having issue using your giffgaff SIM card in multiple locations, have you contacted our online agents through your account, so they can have a look into this? - giffgaff Jade (2/2)

@giffgaff Hi Jade, I have tried on another device I have cleared cache, cookies and web history but the SAME issue is still persisting.

well done, fellow T&H residents. We did right!!

@NeilCotton @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never, ever, ever take a mobile contract. SIM-free phone plus PAYG or 1-month rolling contract (eg GiffGaff "goodybags") has been cheaper option for literally years now.

@giffgaff I’m in Greece and my data is coming out of my credit and not my goodybag allowance. Any help?

It honestly sucks that you can’t save voicemails in the UK. When I lived in America they saved like voice notes in the voicemail tab on your phone and even had transcripts. Here you have to call a number and my provider (@giffgaff) deletes them after 30 days. So frustrating.

@Evetsskoorb @GeorgeMonbiot Listen, I love Giffgaff but maybe this isn't the time to be plugging another service.
