Bad experience with @giffgaff. 2''Like New'' iPhone refurbs & both had faulty batteries - Told their agents I want a refund but they're sending me a replacement I don't want. Can't fone them, can't leave a msg with the return team, agents take 2-3 days to reply...

@manansaddique Oh dear. As your giffgaff SIM card is working fine in another phone, it sounds like the issue is with the phone itself. Have you tired a non giffgaff SIM card in your new phone? - giffgaff Jade

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@manansaddique It sounds like the phone itself is locked to a certain network, Mannan. We would recommend contacting the retailer directly, to query this further - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff I've just put my 5G sim into my new Pixel 6 Pro, and I'm not getting any service. Do you need to jiggle anything at your end?

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@DelphineMusic @giffgaff I use my iPad Air with a giffgaff sim and it works great. Mine actually installed the carrier profile automatically. Do you have the latest iOS first and foremost? If not update that first. Then go to Settings~General~Reset~Reset network settings then pressing See if that works.

@JayPalmer17 @giffgaff It's not just you. I see people on ID Mobile in the UK and me in the US on Ting with the same issue.
