    Hey @giffgaff - my number was supposed to transfer to you on Tuesday & not only has it not transferred and seemingly disappeared but my temporary number doesn’t have any signal or mobile data either - when will this be resolved?! It’s not good enough!

    @giffgaff Check your DMs. Loads from me Megan. The disinterest from @giffgaff to fix it really has left me incredibly unhappy. I'm loosing work every day the phone isn't working

    @evnsio giffgaff has a data cap on roaming in EU (which in a few days will be 5GB) but no extra fees. They piggyback off 02 network I think - not sure how that ranks against others

    @giffgaff Last update was yesterday, hence I wrote here. Delay, okay, I understand, but I’ve been without a phone signal for over 48h. This is getting ridiculous. Can you tell me anything else than be patient or not really?
