@VOXI_UK @giffgaff It seems that Vodafone and Voxi quietly stopped supporting the Virgin London Underground network. Thanks Vodafone

@AshJamIng @giffgaff I use one of their SIM deals in my iPad for Spotify etc whilst at work. Can’t fault the price, service and value.

@giffgaff And you still haven’t answered my question. This can be dealt with if I DM the details. There are plenty of examples of this. I’ll add your name to my complaint because of the poor way you have handled my concerns.

@giffgaff repeated loss of phone signal is really making me look to an alternative network. Paying for a service that far too often just is not available.

@nicklesby79 Oh I thought you meant home wifi not also 4G. I have Shell for home and @GiffGaff for mobile. GiffGaff are part of O2 so use their network. Brilliant reception and very cheap!

@lukemcewen @leonJPatterson Just signed up to the 10£ sim rolling contract. was a pound more than BT (same network), but i read that you get a bit more for money with EE. might go dual sim for a while with giffgaff. £15 all in.

@giffgaff Er, no, you misunderstand me. First attempt to change password, locked out of account. Problem your end, not mine.

@ProveIt78 We are an exclusively online network, so we don't have a telephone number, and we're unable to call members. We totally understand that you would like this looked into as soon as possible, and our member relations team will get back to you as soon as they can. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Hi, I received a text today from 43431 saying that I have used all of my data & will be charged 10p/MB & if I want to renew my good bag (a week early) to follow the link! Never happened before & Ive been with you for 1 year. Scam or genuine from GiffGaff? Thanks.

@Lisa7Pettifer Another vote for Giffgaff. Auto-renew (so no admin) and seconds to change plan via the app. Very cheap. 4 users in my house for 5+ years and never a problem.
