@giffgaff hi I have had massive issues for the last fortnight in KT9 and been unable to connect without wifi. What's the deal?

@giffgaff myself and my partner recently joined you guys. The service is shocking. Slow speeds regularly and unable to use apps at times. Is this a regular thing?

@giffgaff You’ve done this already. You even sent a new sim. It’s your service. It’s not reliable enough.

@axemonkey Did you have any mail forwarding configured with Giffgaff? DNS caching wouldn't normally be an issue after that long.

@mancubeza Ohh that makes sense now 🥲 Yeah Giffgaff is great, I’ve never had any issues with it and have been using it for years! I found the cheapest thing to do with phones is buy cash, or on a 3 part 0 interest payment plan, and then just do protect my bubble & a sim only package

@AnnamacB They piggyback Threes network. I've only had bad things with 3 but totally a personal experience obviously. Voxi/Giffgaff have been my staples lately. 30 day rolling contract and buying your own phone

@giffgaff is so rubbish 🤬😡😤Approach with caution. Or it’s @envirofoneuk. No one seems to know. And neither offer proper customer support. I basically can’t send text messages any more. Showing 2 bars of signal. Just constant message sending failure. 🤬😡

@daviddunninguk @O2 Strange. I'm with Giffgaff (which as you know is on the O2 network) and I've got lightning-fast 5G in the city centre. Got to admit that I have frequent niggly problems with phone calls. Maybe it's the sheer volume their network is failing to cope with...

@giffgaff No the most was car insurance and I've sorted that giff gaff was 10, 10, and 6 on different dates in May - maybe that is when I bought goodybags but have never used them because although supposedly activated the phone stayed dead.
