    @tescomobile my whole family will be leaving tesco mobile tomorrow. The most useless provider! I don't care that you run on the O2 network, you're crap! My son was stuck at a festival for 4 hrs today, totally unable to contact a single one of us. Never had this with @GiffGaff !!

    @giffgaff Hi!i tried yesterday all day to login, i can't. reseted password. error message:"Oops. Sorry, something went wrong on our side. Try again in a few minutes". helps please.need to work in a few hours and can't activate any goodybag bc i can't login. Thanks in advance

    @giffgaff @PapaCobo Ive been with them for years and its been spot on using other networks i can say giffgaff are on another level the customer service is always on point. They sell phones aswell which ive purchased 10/10 Goodbags i used when i was in portugal worked fine

    @gav @giffgaff Am on O2 (same network) and currently away in Cheshire and finding exactly same. 3G, full bars but no (or virtually no) connectivity.

    @giffgaff my sim has been unavailable for almost 24h. I can’t make or receive calls or texts. No data usage too. It’s not a coverage issue as well as I’m all over London since yesterday
