    @ThreeUK you failed to port my number from giffgaff, after disconnecting it, and now cust svcs say it may take until Tuesday, and refuse to help further. Cannot login to banks, websites, taxis, etc. etc. Need your help in getting 3 to take this problem seriously and fixed today.

    @dxstant If you’re not bothered about getting a new phone then look at Giffgaff and and check the goody bags, I did that and it’s class because now I can choose if/when to upgrade and it’s like £15 a month for the same service I had before instead of £50

    @giffgaff Hi tried a different device, let me log in but said I had to use 2 step verification code from email entered it and getting the oops we have had a problem message again.

    @giffgaff Its not confusing, its not clear. The marketing says buy what you need each month. It doesn't state "we will take money each month, unless as a new customer u know to go into your account and remove the recurring goodybag that u don't know we will enable". Back 2 Tesco mobile

    @giffgaff can you please tell me why I lost all signal in the ky14 postcode area yesterday (6th April) at roughly 1330.. And its only just come back on (7th April) at 00.24..
