Opened box with refurb phone from GiffGaff. Taking the phone out, the charging cable and SIM extractor fell out from the other side. But only the SIM extractor made it to the floor. The cable vanished on the way down. Completely baffled. Tiny wormhole?

@drmatthewhardy We alighted on Giffgaff originally because my daughter was in Canada termtime, and wiith Giffgaff you have a permanent mobile number but can buy a month’s service ( a “Goodybag”) at a time without renewing, so she just paid £10 each month she was back home, for about 10gb.

@s_troughton Oh dear, Steve, that's odd. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you have the same issues, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff I have been trying to get through to one of your ‘agents’ for well over 36hrs now. This is getting ridiculous. You say this is for better customer service but so far haven’t heard a word from anyone and my issue is still unresolved. Where do we go from here?
