And @giffgaff it's a refurbished phone I'm paying you for in monthly installments. Been a customer a long time but this takes the biscuit.

@SephBentos Unfortunately there wouldn't be a signal diagnostic we can do for that. Sometimes banks texts and calls don't come through, as they don't recognise us as a virtual network, so they would need to change this on their end so you're able to receive this from them. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff I am being driven INSANE by your online diagnostic service. The microphone on my newly purchased phone does not work properly and I would like to return it for a replacement but cannot manage to do this online.

@giffgaff Those are the steps I am following and at the end of the diagnostic it says "your issue has been resolved" and will not let me process the return

@giffgaff I have managed to do a return now by changing the issue with the phone. There is a piece of paper which I need to print but I do not have access to a printer. Is there a way to process the return without printing off that piece?

@StephanieFishw1 You would lose service on your old SIM once the number transfer has gone through. However, it can take up to 9pm on your transfer day for your number to be fully transferred across. - giffgaff Emer.

@WeekendWireless @giffgaff Yes but you can cancel the recur whenever you like. You are not obliged to carry on paying monthly. If you just need it for a month or two you can do that.
