    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

    @giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

    @O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋

    @FyrFrames @DoesItPlay1 This is the part I don't understand. I am on a pay as you go with Giffgaff and mine worked, he's on the same pay as you go deal as mine, his doesn't work 🤷
