@ddphotograph @giffgaff If he never activates the giffgaff sim that comes with the phone he won't get any further charges from them it'll just be a one off payment but if you're not already a giffgaff member there's no way to avoid having to buy a goodybag with the phone unfortunately.

@Mich1971C Mich your Speedtest is GiffGaff 3G not broadband or fibre broadband. Is this what your smart TV is connecting to? It's not a good speed. You may suffer lag & freeze. Do you not have land based broadband in the house. Check the TV menus network settings what you're connected to.

Is there a bug with your website, cos my @giffgaff #Goodybag reacured by itself. I got a text notifying me few days before. I checked account as I never use this option but no recurrence was set. Now it has kicked in without my authorisation. 🤔

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK "Giffgaff runs on the 02 network, therefore Giffgaff will work fine on 02 and unlocked phones. You just need to make sure that your sim is fully activated and that you have the correct Giffgaff settings saved onto your 02 or unlocked phone."
