@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

@Luisa_Blando We're very sorry to hear that your dad is having some trouble with our app. We're working very hard to iron out any issues with the app and hope to have this all sorted when we release our new update. We recommend using the web browser to log in, in the meantime - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff I’m getting really fed up with rarely having 3/4G signal now. It was down for months last year, came back briefly and now gone again. TN38 area. Gonna change provider at this rate.

Sometimes I have to split my messaging between What's App owned by Facebook and a third party router purchased because Murdoch's Sky one sucks. And often my messages don't get received. Was cut off my GiffGaff-02-Telefonica SIM two days ago.

@giffgaff Problems in my area? It's been like this since I joined back in the day. 😭 Shame really as the prices are not really anything to shout anymore either. WiFi calling? What's that? Give us ya card details for a 5G goodiebag....nah. All round lacking and shocking call quality too.

@MoneySavingExp £10 a month for me on GiffGaff - no rises, often the deal gets better (more data etc) over time. Some others might offer better deals - but I'm happy with the service and really dislike some of the other 'cheaper' providers - Time to ditch the contract where you can.
