    @giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

    @BladeoftheS Really people need to shop around and use mobile networks like giffgaff who use the 02 network 100GB unlimited calls and texts for £20 Which is half the price as 02 for the same deal

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle
