  @giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

  Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

  @giffgaff I am still paying off my refurbished IPhone 14 and the camera is no longer working, have tried lots of different things, apparently it’s a known issue and when I run the serial number through Apple website, they said it has previously been sorted for this

  @giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???
