@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

@giffgaff It’s official I HATE Giff Gaff. I can’t connect. Nothing wrong with devices. No agent comes back to me been asking for 4 weeks straight. No help on community. Been with you since the start. HELP ME. I spend £140 pcm. 4 sims. All moving if no one helps!

@giffgaff reset my signal multiple times given the signal the benefit of the doubt but with other people on the same o2 network saying the same thing. The signal in this area is shocking, can barely get a signal let alone 4g

@giffgaff you gotta stop sending me junk email. There’s no “unsubscribe” on your emails (legal violation). You invite recipients to “login to your account to manage emails” but I’m not a customer for a while now and can’t login. A pretty stupid way to design your system. Fix it?
