Your website says "If you've submitted your PAC to your new phone company and still haven't been connected, it's time to get in touch with them", which I guess I'm doing now.

Darren Bunting (@musichqhull) reported@giffgaff well I've just restarted my phone again and the speed has now increased to 6mb (hurrah) . As I say the same phone & sim card 10 mins down the road & the speed is 20mb+. Its the same with my spare phone which is on Tesco Mobile...so must be coverage I guess.
