@giffgaff I need help ASAP. I am not receiving any txt messages at all. I am able to send them but I am not receiving them at all. My calls seem fine. The fact you can't speak to anyone on the phone is ridiculous.

  • jamesckemp James Kemp (@jamesckemp) reported

Topped up with £20 credit on @giffgaff to use in the US. Turned off all apps using mobile data, ordered an Uber and the credit was gone within 5 mins. Is that the norm or is there an issue?

  • LeaKent Leanne Kent (@LeaKent) reported

@giffgaff I can't use this link...I am not a customer so have no log in details. Amy way I can actually 'talk' to someone regarding this?

  • slowcarrots slowcarrots (@slowcarrots) reported

@giffgaff Data been down for a few days now. My goodybag is full. This has serious consequences for me and my work etc. I am unbelievably appalled. Why is this? And when will it be fixed?

Has anybody bought a @GiffGaff refurbished phone? Outweighing my options and they’re between the refurbished iPhone 13 Pro on GiffGaff refurbs or pre-ordering the iPhone 14. Help!

  • StevenNUFC 🅂🅃🄴 ⚫⚪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@StevenNUFC) reported

@giffgaff is the network down I haven't had any signal all day.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@mattjoshholder @giffgaff If your question was re the ability to pre order via giffgaff it's not a service they've ever offered, that's why you can sign up for notifications of when it's available to buy but not pre order it.

I'm not going to go into other benefits, or customer service quality, but the other thing to consider is what network these smaller companies use.. ID use the Three network, Tesco, Sky, Virgin and GiffGaff use the O2 network. EE use their own, and Vodafone/O2 share masts...

  • RoryMarland Rory Marland (@RoryMarland) reported

@giffgaff with the new iPhone only supporting eSim, do you plan to support this feature? If not I suspect you’re going to loose a sizeable amount of customers! #iPhone14
