@Shammz006 @SMARTYMobileUK That's not so bad... not the best for home broadband but respectable for mobile - I would have stuck with smarty/3 if I had that (or less). They also benefit from having wifi calling/VoLTE which others like voxi, giffgaff etc are missing.

@16harlz - Uses GiffGaff as a service provider, was Japanese Niran and actually fooled me at first that he was actually Japanese

  • _Izzers Izzy (@_Izzers) reported

@giffgaff I am being driven INSANE by your online diagnostic service. The microphone on my newly purchased phone does not work properly and I would like to return it for a replacement but cannot manage to do this online.

  • JerryGiraffe James Nairne (@JerryGiraffe) reported

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff It seems that GiffGaff don't take security sufficiently seriously as it is a slow cumbersome process you have in which minutes matter. Using Twitter as the quicker reform of raising fraud and security concerns is not very good, is it?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@_Izzers That's no problem, Izzy. Take care - giffgaff Jade

  • schoelle Bernd Schoeller (@schoelle) reported

@giffgaff I have an issue receiving text messages this morning. Any known issues on you network?

  • MrLukowski Andrzej Łukowski (@MrLukowski) reported

@giffgaff hello! I bought a refurbed iPhone from you that was supposed to be ‘like new’ but the battery life is terrible - would this fall under a technical fault or would I just be better off refunding and start again? Apologies if this account doesn’t deal with hardware

  • MrLukowski Andrzej Łukowski (@MrLukowski) reported

@giffgaff hi one more thing - I have left the charger that came with the phone at my workplace and won't be going back soon. Is this a problem? I’m very happy to not have the charger replaced, or to send a different but slightly older charger with it… just don’t want return invalidated!

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@JerryGiraffe @giffgaff Yes, in order to access any support aside the frequently asks questions and the knowledge base, you would have to create an account to access the community or contact the agents.
