    @TeaganTheDog Giffgaff is phone service provider, a MVNO using the O2 network. I don't think they have contracts like networks themselves do.

  • MrOrange1977 MrOrange (@MrOrange1977) reported

    @giffgaff Hi, I never understand that. It’s the same as going to a supermarket, buying a jar of jam and then at the end of the month having it taken away because you haven’t finished it. May have to rethink this. Thanks

  • DrChemistryEmz Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reported

    @Yorksims @Arednel @giffgaff Yes, sorry, I meant if they were available all the time the store is or only from the mobile phone mini shop. They’re available all the time on the tills, just grabbed one but can’t activate it until the morning. The sim is working though (shows signal) so looks good! Thanks:)

    @AlxMakes It seems that the SIM swap has gone through Alex, so keep track of the community link given, as it is likely this is why the new SIM is not working due to our service issue. We are working as hard as we can to resolve this quickly. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @danster62 @lorrainemking @BT GiffGaff is a virtual provider Who's network do they us and what kinda of top level functionality they provide Now the top level provider that has to deploy and manage a network cannot and will not give the same levels of service cutting their own throats

    @giffgaff can you help? My son is not receiving texts off some people, including me and I'm also with Giffgaff. We have tried doing a manual roam but that didn't work

  • ChrisJo24895371 Chris Jones (@ChrisJo24895371) reported

    @graceybabe1 @giffgaff I've got the same issue. I'll send a PM

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

    @ChericoRoo Hello there, giffgaff uses the O2 network. Our goodybag plans can be used in the EU and selected destinations. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period, with data use capped at 20GB per goodybag. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

  • Reflex1eye Brad 🐝 (@Reflex1eye) reported

    @giffgaff I really don't want to move company as I like how easy Giffgaff is to use but the past 3 months have been awful, only lets me load things I've searched for in URL bar before , sometimes nothing for a while. Spend most of the time using my mates hotspot. Any help?
