@giffgaff I have tried everything you had told me to. You told me “there doesn’t seem to be an issue” and to “turn the device off and on again”. That implies it is an issue with the device and not giffgaff. It is CLEARLY an issue withe giffgaff as I’m not the only one having trouble.

@giffgaff i have requested a 5G sim from you but its never been delivered. Do i have to have a normal 4G sim & account running first before you send me a 5G sim or are you able to send me a 5G sim then i can activate it & sign up to one of your goddy bags? I have ordered several
