@shammi97484481 @giffgaff Dial 43430 option 2 from your phone. Does it say you have a goodybag or allowance? If you are able to as well, see if you can borrow an unlocked or locked to o2 phone to try your sim in to see if it works in there. Check service status in ur area again as they report issues late

I expected more from @giffgaff than using "data protection" as the reason they cannot answer customer questions directly. Don't be like them folks, do not allow your customer service reps to quote "data protection" as some magic bullet to get out of difficult conversations.

@LyonsScreech @LetsTalkZorro There is an easy solution though. At least the crypto part. Always use an authenticator instead of SMS. As for stealing the rest of your identity with your SMS codes? Well that's a little harder, but you could try using a network with no humans to social engineer, like @giffgaff

@Enefes3 @yorkshirebloke_ Can't agree on the customer service. I had a 16 year account and the deal they offered me for an IPhone 13 stunk so I bought it direct from Apple and moved to GiffGaff

@steviebadass2 There should be no issues with you logging in Stevie, as we're not aware of any problems. If you've been using the giffgaff app, try using Safari instead. - giffgaff Jeanette
