@giffgaff Any ideas why I'm not getting any signal inside in HD3 4BD? I've tried restarting phone, manually connecting etc and it was fine when I was out for a walk earlier, just not in the house.....it's never been an issue before but as we have no WiFi today, I am a bit stuck!

@giffgaff Hello I'm getting emails from you about purchase confirmations which is alarming as I've never had an account with you. I can't contact anyone about this as I don't have a log in as i don't have an account with you. Please can someone contact me regarding this matter.

@quentynblog If you're in the UK, I recommend GiffGaff. It's low cost enough that they don't have a phone number for customer service, so bye bye SIM swapping. Sure, you'll remain vulnerable to SS7 attacks but I doubt anyone of us is that important (you wouldn't share your number if you were)

@MarkStanley1992 @giffgaff @Apple This is it really, yoy go down the refurbished route bc you have a conscience and then this is what happens and you end up paying more than if you’d purchased new! 🤷
