    @ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT

    @giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

    @papagaeio @alicetams To be fair to poor Carl he says he's very happy to give it up, but Giffgaff says there's no way of getting it back once it's gone, for reasons unknown

    so im chuckling today because on Saturday morning a @giffgaff rep said there is no issue with my local mast... however O2 has had problems over the weekend with the local mast used by giffgaff...
