@Lordgreyofponty I know the feeling only too well. Have had a wind-up day today myself thru the GIFFGAFF Networks' abominal problem-solving that they laughingly call "Support". I am quite notorious for throwing mobile-phones at walls too! - 6 to date plus one tablet.

@giffgaff Not yet I’ve got locked out of my account for some reason i need to wait 30minutes even though all my login information were right but even though £10 going in 5 minutes this shouldn’t be right? I don’t use my data that quickly and I have a very low one monthly

@lozzabaybeiiX3 The standard completion time is by 9pm on the day of transfer. However, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
