    @BellaRoscetti @ollieburtonmed Me too - I bought a second hand iphone from GiffGaff, a model only a few years old but for half the price, only thing was slightly degraded battery life but not a huge issue. Paying that off over 2 years + voxi came to £29 pm!

    Absolutely fuming with #giffgaff my elderly disabled father can’t communicate with my mother because his phone is broken, he has his hearing aids operated through an app. #giffgaff have not responded to any communication for 2 days!! 😡😡😡

    @giffgaff can you please explain why my daughter is unable to make or receive any calls (via WhatsApp or normal telephone non wifi calls) when data signal is lost despite having credit and an active goody bag??

    @MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

    @O2 I have an iphone that I have had for years and I now find it is locked to O2. I was using a giffgaff sim so no problem until now. I want to unlock the iphone to any network as a backup. I do not have an O2 account. Can you help me unlock my iphone?

    @comrade_chungus @giffgaff I purchased a phone from giffgaff and it was fine there customer service is always helpful im certain they will do everything possible.

    And my giffgaff data roaming doesn't work and my Vodafone to SIM has expired because I haven't used it for 30 months. Otherwise all is well with the world.
