    @mattyfletcher18 @giffgaff Totally agree. @giffgaff are ******* pony. Can’t log in on app or desktop, even with SAVED password and login, asked to reset password and no email comes through, can’t get text verification as they’ve cut my phone and can’t ask agents as can’t log in. Absolutely awful service

    @giffgaff You’ve responded with absolute rubbish, as stated in my DM’s… It asks me to reset my password yet if you actually read my issue, I clearly state that I CANT LOG IN, CANT RECEIVE TEXTS AND ARENT RECEIVING YOUR PASSWORD RESET EMAILS!!!

    @giffgaff I’ve been trying to access my giffgaff account to turn off my recurring bill and it won’t let me back in! I’ve tried changing the password several times but it says I’ve got it wrong. Can you please help me out as I don’t want to be charged tomorrow. Thank you.
