@giffgaff hi there, I recently got a sim from yourselves, and purchased a goody bag, I’ve not used any of it, and transferred my number over to another network. Its been less than 14 days, I believe I’m entitled to a refund

@lucky1uke_ We do understand your frustration with the issue you're facing, but please do note that our agents are only able to provide information that they have. If they are waiting to hear back from DPD, rest assured they will update you as soon as they have more details - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff FYI, a 'busy' network should not be causing "error - name cannot be resolved" constantly for 15+ minutes. This been happening sporadically for the last few days.

@giffgaff hi, I have a problem with my SIM card, my iPhone is not recognising it anymore. It keeps saying there’s no sim inside and I’ve done everything but no solution! Can you send me a new sim with my same number?

@giffgaff Thanks I've followed now. Please advise re: the refund as I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.

@giffgaff Do you have a special deal for scammers? Every single time I've received a scam text message and I attempt to phone them and give warning, I get directed to their GiffGaff voicemail. Please can you try making it a bit harder for scammers to misuse your phone service?

@giffgaff will you ever give me a refund after I was delivered an empty cardbox on December 7? Your non-existent customer service is a disgrace. Don't respond that this must be extremely frustrating for me, just get it sorted!
