So I finally left giffgaff after maybe the worst 4 months of service ever, for the same price instead of 10GB I’m now getting 30GB with unlimited social data on VOXI, like that makes so much more sense and the signal is so much stronger

@jaycek13 We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the app, Jaycek. If you're still able to log into your account via a web browser please can you make sure that your phone software is up-to-date and also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as this may help - giffgaff Jade
