@giffgaff Okay thanks I tried via text and it didnt work either. Could it have something to do with me switching provider and requesting a PAK code? They no longer recognise me as a customer

@JerryGiraffe @giffgaff Yes, in order to access any support aside the frequently asks questions and the knowledge base, you would have to create an account to access the community or contact the agents.

@EE Too late. Your tech support basically told me to "turn it off & back on again" so I've cancelled my EE accounts & moved to @GiffGaff. Your website uses some kind of anti-DDOS filtering that generates false positives & your tech support won't acknowledge this = website unusable.

@ConorPDunne Hi there. We don't have any plans to make any changes to our Roam Like At Home service. You would still be able to use your goodybag whenever you're roaming in the EU. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .

Hey @Giffgaff I keep on getting no service. Today I'm someone's next of kin whilst they have a medical procedure and need to be contactable. In my settings i have changed mobile networks and changed back again, restarted my phone and still get no service.
