Surprised and disappointed that @giffgaff aren’t participating in the government scheme to increase data allowances on mobile devices to support disadvantaged children 😡 #GoogleClassroom #MicrosoftTeams #Lockdown

Is there still no WiFi calling for @giffgaff users? Living in an area with no signal this would make life so much more stress free.

@giffgaff Still waiting for a response. This isn’t good. Don’t offer me £5 for introducing a friend and never give it me. Meh.

  • arafel2 Paul Walker (@arafel2) reported

@giffgaff Hi - I'm trying to activate a new SIM, but I keep getting "403 Forbidden" when I click 'are you sure' (and at other points). Is there a known problem with that at the moment or should I raise a case?

  • InnitIlluminati Illuminati Innit (@InnitIlluminati) reported

@giffgaff I’m a customer trying to remedy a duplicate card transaction. Just noticed that your response page has a typo on it. Presumably ‘and agent’ should read ‘an agent’ shouldn’t it?
