@Davidboatymcboa Oh dear, Linda. If your Mum is on the giffgaff network, and she is receiving calls from numbers she does not recognise, we would recommend blocking these on her phone, so they can't get in touch again - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff no network for last couple of days and local information says it’s down to replacement of phone mast and due to be out for another 5 days. Where is the communication? I hope you will be giving a refund for the service you are not currently providing?

@AnxiousHolly In the UK only a few carriers support esim. Its never mentioned in any adverts and its on contract only. PAYG networks like giffgaff don't support esim. I get the simplicity and convenience of esim but swapping between phones, how easy is it compared to just swapping a sim card?

@giffgaff hi Giffgaff, my data is barely working on my phone and signal is really bad. I’ve rebooted phone and checked website for outages and that I have lots of data left. Any ideas? My landline and broadband are down so I need my mobile and data to work!

Hey @giffgaff - returned a phone to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and somewhere between being collected from my door and you, the package got emptied. So far, so bad - but it gets worse. RM say that they don't reimburse >£100. So your return service is unfit for purpose.
