@HubertHobux @giffgaff giffgaff don't accept payments by direct debit, you're paying them by Continuous Payment Authority from your credit/debit card or Paypal so if you're paying by card you need to log into your giffgaff account to cancel the payments.

@giffgaff very disappointed and now leaving your network due to the appallingly slow data speeds. Excuse after excuse and a complete failure to accept it is O2 throttling the speed of your network was the final straw. I’m sure you will lose a lot of customers over it.

@giffgaff it's a bit of a joke that you can't reach customer services (of a phone provider) by phone in a hurry. I need urgent help and can't get a quick response from your site

Every month I buy mobile phone packages from Giffgaff. Each time, I get an email that tells me: "Hurrah, my Goodybag purchase has been successful." Each time, I cringe. Why must everything be so childish? It's a mobile telecommunications service, not a bag of little sweeties.

@cherwilsonx Giffgaff run on the O2 network, so the issue is with them, not giffgaff.

@jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.
