  • CapMedici Cap de Medici (@CapMedici) reported

@giffgaff @giffgaff I’ve contacted support and I’m yet to get any response

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff I’ve submitted an agent request so we’ll see if this time you can resolve it. But at some point Jeanette the answer might be “sorry, we’re not good enough & we can’t fix it.” Pretending you can & acting like it’s my fault is not good customer service or keeping me with giffgaff

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff is such s**t. Currently self isolating with covid and we’re having a power cut. Exactly the sort of time a mobile phone would be really useful. Essential even. But I’m stuck with one spot where I get phone signal and a paltry 3Gs if I’m lucky. Cannot wait to switch.

  • fatiima_aah Fatima (@fatiima_aah) reported

Giffgaff has the worst service ever!😡

  • Covlad1981 John mccafferty (@Covlad1981) reported

@amyhart1707 Good luck with the signal on 3,especially using the internet on mobile data.Recommend giffgaff 👌

  • drvape999 Totally wicked (@drvape999) reported

@giffgaff Not accepting an issue is a weak respy imo , I've checked coverage checker and there seems to be an issue, never had it in my area b4

  • Edyir_ Chris Reid (@Edyir_) reported

@giffgaff just switched to your sim only and in Newcastle city centre and Ne28 the signal is too slow to use the internet on 4g, never mind 5g! Is there a cooling off period?! Horrendous experience so far

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff I’d say anyone who want reliable mobile service just pay for a proper provider. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@DrSamHayes1 There could be many factos causing this Sam, and without further checks within your account, or further troubleshooting being completed, we're unable to say why. A different SIM may be needed, and testing with a different phone can rule out phone issues. - giffgaff Jeanette

Anyone else experiencing no available network work @giffgaff and Google #Pixel6? Worked fine for the last couple weeks up until yesterday...
