Having an odd problem where my wife, who’s on @giffgaff, can’t access a FreeDNS domain name to access Home Assistant. It works if I use a browser-based proxy though, so seems to be phone network related. Anyone else on GiffGaff and use Home Assistant that’s had issues?

@giffgaff please can someone tell me how to talk to a giffgaff agent. My refurbished phone is so crap and none of your guidance helps me. Please don't send me to the community or the Web page that says I can talk to an agent yet gives no way of contacting an agent 😭

@giffgaff That’s a joke as well all readyspoke to one still saying not received I have given 3 lots of photo evidence will be filing complaints with yourselves and Royal Mail I have a signature and office delivery photo evidence never again will leave reviews on sites too 🤬

Is there a problem with @giffgaff this morning? I haven't been able to connect to the network at all. No data. No phone. Tried rebooting, airplane mode, mobile data off and on and reseating the SIM card. No change. This is not good.
