    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK โ†’ instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

    @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

    @giffgaff Absolute scam company. DO NOT use giffgaff. They just mass-banned tens of thousands of overseas accounts (especially Chinese users) with zero warning. Long-term roaming? Suddenly โ€œagainst termsโ€. Account terminated. Remaining balance? Gone. Referral rewards? Stolen. Customer service just copy-pastes the same ****** clause and tells you to **** off. These greedy parasites milked people for years with cheap UK numbers, then when it suited them they flipped the table, locked everyone out and kept the money. No refunds. No negotiation. Just pure theft dressed up as โ€œpolicyโ€. giffgaff is not a mobile network. Itโ€™s a blackhole for your money. Once they decide youโ€™re no longer profitable or convenient, they will destroy your number and pocket every last cent you prepaid. Stay ******** away. There are better options that donโ€™t rob you the moment you stop being useful to them. Never trust this company. Never give them a single pound.
