@giffgaff what's going on with network in PA3 area? Unable to use phone at all until out of area. Not just myself but others in the area and has been going on since before Christmas. Considering leaving network and switching to @EE now.

@giffgaff Help! Activated my sim nearly 48 hours ago + still not live. Can find a number to speak to a human. TIA

@giffgaff hi so my partner ordered and paid for a new SIM/bundle but is now having issues signing in. It's trying to get her to buy another bundle but she paid £10 when she got the SIM?!?!?

  • lozzypopcorn Laura (@lozzypopcorn) reported

@giffgaff I’ve tried they’re not helping! I can’t get past the stupid diagnostic tool to complete a return. Whatever I click through either says my problem is solved (which it clearly isn’t), or that the phone needs to go for a chargeable repair (which I’m clearly not paying for)!!!!

  • steven_ncl Steven NCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tesco coverage is exactly the same as 02 If you'd prefer to pay more for customer services you never use then that's great but EE wanted £55/month off me for an iPhone13 including 3 GB data. Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs

@quarterlent If the issue you're having is only with this number, it may be a chargeable number and you would need airtime credit on your account to contact them. We would recommend looking up a freephone number for the company, and contact them that way - giffgaff Jade

Anyone in the UK having trouble with their data plans? My phone just burned through the remainder of my allowance. I didn't use it for 3 hours... And using another card for hotspot and it's just burning through it.... @TheO2 @giffgaff
