@giffgaff I’m not. I’m just out of it because I tried to get help from you and couldn’t speak to a human.

  • HappyHomebird Happy Homebird #KBF (@HappyHomebird) reported

@giffgaff I get one bar if I stand at the front door, normally service throughout house and full bars!

@ooaga_ giffgaff and you can turn off the recurring charge or cancel anytime

  • Onebiskuit Paul Megson 🇮🇪🇫🇷🇨🇦🚲🐟 (@Onebiskuit) reported

@RantyHighwayman I think disinfo cuts both ways. Free roaming has never been a blank cheque. The 2 month limit has been there from the start as far as I know - my daughter got caught by it with Giffgaff but my son did not, with 3 Ireland, as some operators haven’t so far enforced this.

  • Gee1874Jai Jamie (@Gee1874Jai) reported

@giffgaff any issues in Edinburgh? No signal all day

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@shed7anorak Hi Sherina. Have you ported your number to another network? If so, your SIM and number will no longer be active on giffgaff - giffgaff Jade

  • MrLukowski Andrzej Łukowski (@MrLukowski) reported

@giffgaff hi one more thing - I have left the charger that came with the phone at my workplace and won't be going back soon. Is this a problem? I’m very happy to not have the charger replaced, or to send a different but slightly older charger with it… just don’t want return invalidated!

  • IanSMcNee Ian McNee (@IanSMcNee) reported

@EE Too late. Your tech support basically told me to "turn it off & back on again" so I've cancelled my EE accounts & moved to @GiffGaff. Your website uses some kind of anti-DDOS filtering that generates false positives & your tech support won't acknowledge this = website unusable.

  • t_2mb T (@t_2mb) reported

@giffgaff my phone has been showing no service all day

  • BusinessBad4 Bad4Business (@BusinessBad4) reported

@giffgaff After being fined for over charging customer between 2016 - 2019, when will you start to acknowledge that your customers are missing calls and you have no fix? They pay for a service, but only receive a partial service. Seems like your spots haven't changed!
