    @giffgaff So now they are saying they can’t help me mum “ we are web based we don’t call”. So please don’t use giff gaff if you have a problem it’s a total nightmare as they won’t talk to you eventhough they are a mobile phone provider network #giffgaffTheyJustWontHelpYou

    @giffgaff Hey there. We are requesting help with a phone my mother has on her account that hasn’t been working since the 10th February (still being charged). Sent a question but no agents have gotten back to us. My mother would prefer speaking over the phone. Is this possible?

    Paying £20 a month to @giffgaff for a sim. Sent it to our daughter in Italy to use it and you’re charging us for data because we haven’t used it here since Xmas. Still been paying you £20p/m though. For nothing, it would seem. Very upset, stranded daughter. HELP PLEASE.

    @giffgaff No idea why as you need to sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her. You just barrage us with red tape we can’t deal with. This is why elderly people are marginalised by you as you won’t make that call.

    @giffgaff 24 hours waiting on my number being changed with ZERO service on my phone!! I cannot run my business because of this. I've sent several messages to agents but zero reply. Getting beyond a joke now you guys are losing me money!!!!!!

    @giffgaff So this is a load of rubbish as when the chips are down they take your money but they won’t call you and help you sort out your elderly mum who is stuck in lockdown unable to use her mobile. Appalling service
