@giffgaff are there issues with mygiffgaff? Mother in law can’t start a goody bag early, just goes back to page without processing payment and doesn’t state any errors

@giffgaff Hi. Pls help. Want to change delivery address or arrange collection of my new phone but I can’t! Tried everything- losing the will…….

@giffgaff can you please help me? I really need my number back and my replacement sim went to the wrong address! I already sent a message to the agent

  • Wild1145 Ryan Wild @ MCM BHM (@Wild1145) reported

@Paul_Reviews @EE @giffgaff I have been looking at switching as ee removed the outstanding time on my contract after misleading me about another issue for nearly two years. Unfortunately where I live there aren't many alternatives with coverage which is less than ideal.

@DavidBr72286172 I'm with Giffgaff but there are options with most of the big guys. Giffgaff uses the O2 network, which is worth knowing if you get better reception with one network over another wherever you spend most of your time. I switched to giffgaff cos at my old office only O2 worked.

  • Paul_Reviews Paul Moore (@Paul_Reviews) reported

@Wild1145 @EE Having exactly the same with @giffgaff lately. Service is obviously degraded in many areas, to the point I'm considering switching.

  • BChandler991 B Chandler (@BChandler991) reported

Interesting @VodafoneUK and O2/Giffgaff went down at same time 🤔 Barley got a signal.

@giffgaff if I buy a mobile phone from your website, do I have to use that Network or do the refurbished phones come unlocked??

  • duncanda51 puppy love (@duncanda51) reported

@citizen_tammy You can then check network coverage on the website of preferred Carrier. Join Topcashback & you might be able to get cash back on a new contract. MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) like giffgaff use O2, iD Mobile use 3. So beware of who you choose and which carrier they use.

@giffgaff No. How do I go about this? I'm a new customer.
