@OrganisedPauper Start getting public on their arses. Find out which parties are on Twitter - complain re the bad service. They'll invite you to DM them re personal deets. I do this when anyone gives me the run around Inc Transport for Wales and Giffgaff - both of whom rightfully reimbursed me.

And my giffgaff data roaming doesn't work and my Vodafone to SIM has expired because I haven't used it for 30 months. Otherwise all is well with the world.

@ijjeeezy @giffgaff Even if customer services are helpful why are they trying to ***** people out of money on trade ins? there’s hundreds of reviews online where people accuse them of falsifying condition reports in order to give low quotes. Borderline illegal IMO

@O2 I have an iphone that I have had for years and I now find it is locked to O2. I was using a giffgaff sim so no problem until now. I want to unlock the iphone to any network as a backup. I do not have an O2 account. Can you help me unlock my iphone?
