@giffgaff registered a new sim but was not given any option to set a password for the account. Wtf? Managed to reset the mystery password, changed the username but cannot log in with phone number, original user name or the new user name. Useless.

@giffgaff Hi Jade, I've been speaking to Giffgaff for 5 days and nobody can activate a sim card for me because I can't remember every single handset I've had for 7 years. Also, nobody can reset my login / password. It's a farce!

Over 20mins of intl calls & @giffgaff charged me less than £2. I don't miss the DARK days when @O2 will charge me £5 4 calls not up to 5mins. Plus a very stressful customer service. @O2 legit charged £15 and gave me 15G😭. A week later giffgaf offered 100G for £20. DARK DAYS

what a nightmare i have accidentally let my battery of phone die and then proceeded to lock my sim when i tried to use it again. So i goto GIFFGAFF and try and get a PUK .. and the PUK is not working (maybe cause i am abroad) what a nightmare
