@giffgaff Yes endless messages dragging feet not to understand. It is NOT a rocket science: I cancelled your service by following your procedures. You already apologised last month, promised no withdrawals but till continuing to withdraw the cancelled subscription!!!

@giffgaff DO NOT use this strange company with no customer services that you can talk to. We purchased their SIM card for a brief period then cancel it by following their website. Despite email assurances 2 months on they are still charging us via DD. DISGRACE!

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@jerijerod14 Buy a second hand one. I got one from Giffgaff. Brilliant plus you can choose any network so much cheaper per month as well

@giffgaff Hi, I contacted someone from the team and I didn’t get my issue fixed. I still have not received my receipt from my £20 goodybag and it hasn’t been activated yet. What should I do

@JackpWild @stax97 @giffgaff Calm down! It’s not a bloody commercial 🙄 I was stating before you had a fit! That if you researched reviews etc on companies before you buy a phone. Then you wouldn’t get crap refurbish ones 🙄 grow up 👋
