  @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  @Arsemicke @dbcxptures Can only speak for myself mate and it’s a drastic difference. In the midlands and I haven’t had any issues since switching from giffgaff.

  @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.
