  @giffgaff are there issues with services today as I’m really struggling to send texts, emails and go online , I even had to get my partner to pay one of my bill payment this morning as I couldn’t get on my banking ?? Not usually have any issues (apart from very rarely get 5G)

  I'm lucky that @giffgaff admitted to the mistake and credited me a whopping £0.72 for the inconvenience. Now this is how you treat customers in the 21st century. Learn kids!

  @Pearcey_A @asda_mobile @Smitho_4 No refund either. Its fraud. I will follow-up with my bank and get them to deal with this as a fraudulent transaction. I will be moving to another provider. Giffgaff would never do this.
