@giffgaff @AlixAlixcool This is what service status page says....."Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case and making progress but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 11th March 2022." ........

@holroyd_ryan Go to Giffgaff mate. Uses the O2 network. No contract. 12 GB of data. Unlimited texts. Unlimited calls. £10 a month. I’ve never had any problems with them. All the family use them.

  • MrsM_here Mrs-M 😷 (@MrsM_here) reported

@kelownagurl 2/2 UK customer service is notoriously terrible. EE are reputedly best for coverage, although I’m with O2 and I haven’t had any issues. Also check out Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile - they use O2’s network but are often cheaper if you can find the right deal.

You think anyone will get an apology? Been tough as a non mask wearing not vaxxed and #giffgaff made it worse because I am never with people so why spy and why try using the agenda on me?

@sudamericanas That's odd. Try logging in with your mobile number instead. If the issue persists, try a different browser and device to get logged in. - giffgaff Jeanette

@paintandashes @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up
