@giffgaff Left my vulnerable mum without reliable service for 3 months, I literally can’t call her, takes 6 hours to hear back from her via what’s app. I complain and I hear clause 2.1…no offer of help, just here’s a website and clause…do you even train your CS team?

  • LeslieBrown953 Leslie Brown 🐝💛🖤💛🖤💛🐝 (@LeslieBrown953) reported from Hebburn, England

@giffgaff Is there an problem with the network with sending and receiving texts messages. Both my wife and I are getting undelivered, each time when we sending texts over the last week. Little annoying to say the least.

@Annas_Kitchen Oh that’s rubbish. Weirdly despite running on O2’s network GiffGaff gives me better coverage than when I was actually on O2 which is bonkers

  • paulkentonaber Paul Kenton (@paulkentonaber) reported

@giffgaff the network in the CW5 area has been terrible in recent days. Checked the O2 service status page and it says the network can get busy so (effectively) work offline. How long is this situation likely to last, because working offline doesn't cut it

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I just bought a 4g router from you and speed tests are showing 20Mb download speed but Giffgaff are providing 40Mb at the same location. Do you just have a slow network?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Kazzanto @giffgaff I'm guessing that during that trip your phone connected to a Turkish network and as Turkey's not in the EU your goodybag doesn't work there and data costs 20p per MB so that 3 quid was for just 15MBs of data,

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Shubbs12 Hiya Shubbs. All our phones, new and refurbs are unlocked, so you'll be able to use any network SIM in the phone. - giffgaff Jeanette
