@giffgaff @CharleyASmith_ Resetting the password is successful however the issue remains. Same error. Also I had to request a reset link via a text message as requesting it via email did not work. Please fix your issues ASAP!!! This is ridiculous!

@giffgaff @axb_youtube It's not the browser, I'm getting exactly the same issue and I can't log in despite using multiple browsers and devices. This is an account issue, your server isn't releasing the login.

@TheSimonC90 @ThreeUK Same here, I’m off. The reception in Brighton and London is awful for Three and I was only with them for Go Roam. I’ll prob go back to giffgaff
