    @giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

    @giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, got my sim today and have been trying to activate for the past hour. It's not letting me login using my email and I can't remember my member name. Texting 43430 doesn't help. Any suggestions please.

    @giffgaff No I would recommend you just let your web-store team know - your page abondmemt rates will be high enough for them to clock the issue, it’s happening on mobile and desktop.

    Looks like a complaint is needed about @giffgaff tomorrow to @Ofcom unfortunately Giff Gaff have breached contract and are now refusing a refund, I have tried and tried to stop all this action being taken, but as they continue to ignore, I have been left no alternative

    @giffgaff Why can’t I make calls, when I have credit, everything is in order. I’ve been asked for two step verification to get into my account and it won’t send the email verification number to access it? Please help.
