    @Laughing_Gravy @O2 @giffgaff Ive been on giffgaff for many many years and recently noticed signal in many areas are poor,thinking of switching.

    @cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    @giffgaff I'm having major problems getting answers about my stolen handset. I've asked several specific questions, but the replies are generic and don't address the issues. How do I get this escalated to someone who can properly investigate and respond?

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.
