    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    @giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.

    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    From you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.
