    @giffgaff @O2 day 2 with no service at all, with no time scale of the problem being solved either.

  • naja_return naja_return (@naja_return) reported

    @giffgaff why do giffgaff not allow me to login to website when I am abroad? Isn't that a bit lazy on securing your site? I have to VPN back to UK in order to login to my giffgaff account. very annoying.

  • WinnstonAve WinnstonAve (@WinnstonAve) reported

    Hello @giffgaff - any idea why my phone hasn’t had any signal all day? Been in London as normal but just not working.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

    @SigniusNetworks You may be picking up 5G, if that's what your phone is showing, but there may be an issue in the area, causing the slow speeds, which is why we've asked for your full postcode via DM. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff If You Think I Am Bad Then You’re Wrong, I’m The Worst.

    @slowcrushh just cover every ridge with wind turbines with mobile transmitters hanging off all of them. (btw don't blame giffgaff coz they still piggyback off the O2 network, dfon't they?)

  • WeeklyGripe 🇺🇦🇬🇧 The Weekly Gripe 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@WeeklyGripe) reported

    @gpaddon83 @giffgaff Did you get your issue resolved Graham? I'm deeply concerned about the support system. The last agent didn't appear to be aware of the history of the support ticket.

  • BethLeBeau Beth LeBeau (@BethLeBeau) reported

    @SlumberlandRecs @ducksltdband Now that you mention it I feel like I might have had trouble activating a Virgin Mobile SIM once. I know Three and GiffGaff worked for sure

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

    @MrSaffron @thinkbroadband 3.41Mbps Up & 0.15Mbps Down on @giffgaff 5G & it's often so bad I have to disable 5G & force 4G only.

  • JoeButler4766 Joe Butler (@JoeButler4766) reported

    @giffgaff - I’ve just received a SIM card using my address but someone else’s name. Can you please investigate. I’m not a customer (and do not wish to be) so I have no way of speaking with an agent.
