@giffgaff I want to know if I can use mobile broadband without breaching the fair use policy. You want me to make an account in order to ask a question about becoming a customer though - err, no thanks. So, can I use 4 or 5 Gb per day?

  • elivila9 Sally Draper 💖🎊💄🙊 (@elivila9) reported

@giffgaff How can I get to talk to someone of your team? I activated my number 3 days ago and it said I needed to wait 24h for it to work. 3 days and still not working. I'd like a full refund plz

@giffgaff Thanks. Is that something I should try when I'm having difficulty getting a connection, or if I do it now (when I'm sat at home) could it prevent problems in the future?

  • John__Northants No one you'll want to know. (@John__Northants) reported

@Redlemon850 I bet she's feeling better for the drops tho. Paige sniffed two dogs today but that's all, also she's knackered mom's phone and had to port her number from Giffgaff to Vodafone due to network issues, as in cutting out GG uses O2 which is meant to be good, but it's impossible to..

@kelly_tengi Heya, hmm is that just indoors and is the good signal showing from Giffgaff 3G or 4G? If your signal's OK with us outdoors, I'd say it may be because we don't support the 800MHz frequency which can provide better signal indoors, where other providers may do 1/3

@elivila9 We don't offer live chat, however, once you click onto the link, you can pick a category closest to your issue and you'll be able to leave a query for our agents. They'll then get back to you shortly. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff Bristol Temple Meads and Paddington are fine. It's Reading and Bath Spa that are the worst, with Swindon and Didcot Parkway not very good. It's not your fault. It's @O2 (or whoever does the network in those stations).
