    @instablog9ja I have unlimited data with giffgaff uk network and I pay £15 every month through direct debit and i connected my smart tv 📺 my laptop 💻 my other gadgets using this unlimited data 📈 with hotspots connect etc this guy is talkin nonsense wtf he’s a criminal smh

    @DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

    @giffgaff network 4-5g issues not working at all or at very very slow speeds in derry. Any reason or when it will be fixed

    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
