@giffgaff Been there done that a dozen times, same outcome, you say reset phone settings and that there’s not an issue in our area ( but there obviously is) everywhere else but our town it’s fine.

@CBarrett1994 That would be the coverage in your area as normal, and it does show the same for the data. However, as there is a mast issue, this would affect the coverage. Unfortunately due the mast issue, there would be an issue with all your services. We're sorry about that. - giffgaff Emer.

@paulale01206488 I'm getting 3 or 4 a day! I keep reporting to O2 as they own the network Giffgaff use. I'm getting fed up of it 😠
