giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@emsywemsy10 We just tested this on our end, and it should take you directly to the page to request a PAC. Alternatively you can log into your account then go to My Account, then profile and settings, and scroll down to 'Get a PAC code' - giffgaff Hannah

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 If he is having issues with the most recent update he will need to reply to the agents through the case and let them know, Karina. This isn't something we can investigate further through social media unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
