    Here @giffgaff when you get a phone sent back for repair, why don’t you let your customer know what you’ve done to fix the issue or what the issue was before sending it back? Having got it back, I can confirm that whatever you’ve done, hasn’t fixed the issue what so ever

    @jasebyjason Giffgaff is a decent bet. Cheap but also uses O2's network, IIRC
