Why is @giffgaff the WORST network?? There’s never service anywhere!

  • DaveEllisDev Dave Ellis 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@DaveEllisDev) reported

I love that using @giffgaff means having full signal constantly but still not having a working connection. It’s like being gaslit by your phone every time you leave the house.

  • JerryStillman A Party Representing Nobody (@JerryStillman) reported

@ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT

@drvape999 We ask our members to send us DM's so that you're not publicly posting your full postcode to us. The only ongoing issue that we were aware of, was for Aberdeenshire, which has since been resolved. If there is an issue showing, this should be resolved soon. - giffgaff Jeanette

@MarahJaraisy @coldtusker Those are bad deals! (Giffgaff would do the trick but you get those by post…I suspect another infinite loop could be involved)

  • CheltenhamRed CheltenhamRed (@CheltenhamRed) reported

@VOXI_UK @giffgaff are the network to be with,10 years trouble free

  • misterjoemiles joe miles (@misterjoemiles) reported

Useless customer service from @giffgaff Wish I could actually talk to someone rather than having to write a question in the chat and wait a day for someone to respond incorrectly. And repeat endlessly. #unmerryChristmas #customerexperience?

  • mr_bridger ROSPITALITY (@mr_bridger) reported

@lnoormohamed @three Same here. At work full signal H+ won't even speed test. Sometimes get 4G, get 2 or 3 Mbps if I'm lucky. GiffGaff I'm getting 40+ down, 12up on 2 bars of 4G. Not tested 5g yet.

  • OlgaCastro80 Olga Castro (@OlgaCastro80) reported

@saetningsknude I upgraded my @ThreeUK contract today and was invited to believe all providers would have to start charging; hence my question! Great if you could check with @giffgaff! I could cancel my upgrade within 14 days & would be happy to do so despite my 5+ years with current provider

  • seamus_mr Mr. Seamus McMichael (@seamus_mr) reported

I seem to be getting no signal, my mobile network is GiffGaff
