    12 years as a loyal @giffgaff customer, tomorrow will be day 3 of no phone service. No response from agents, no rush to fix this issue. Will there be compencation?

    @mylittle1andme Ebay giffgaff sims for as little as 20p. Use once every 180 days to keep it active. Dependant on your phone network lock. Some phones have dual sim slots too.

    @O2 I have swapped my giffgaff sim to o2 I have my pac no but the giffgaff sim has cancelled but no service on my o2 sim. How long will this take as I can’t be without a phone I am a carer?

    @jules20thC @giffgaff Hi Jules, there are issues with activations at the minute if your SIM is still trying to be activated.
