    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @instablog9ja I have unlimited data with giffgaff uk network and I pay £15 every month through direct debit and i connected my smart tv 📺 my laptop 💻 my other gadgets using this unlimited data 📈 with hotspots connect etc this guy is talkin nonsense wtf he’s a criminal smh

    @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling

    @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse
