    @giffgaff why do I barely have signal and no 4g? Can’t even go on the site/app because it asks for verification and then never sends me the code!

    Why @giffgaff do I top up my account with a voucher and every week it asks me to top up. We Have not used any of it. Please help asap.

    @giffgaff my mobile internet doesn’t work in most locations. It used to be great and now sucks. I’m tired of it as I need hood internet . I’d like compensation for the 15GB I’ve topped up and can’t use or I’m changing provider!!! 😡😡

    @jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

    @antoniogado @richpaige Same - my UK carrier (GiffGaff) doesn't support eSIMs.

    Why have I been locked out of my account @giffgaff ? I'm away from home where my member details and password are secured.. tryed to access my details from memory then you wouldn't let me reset my password you *****.. Last straw with you lot.. I shall cancel my direct debit now.

    @popey 4.1 Mbps ADSL and signal loss of 46 (should be <21) at the FTTP pole port when @WeAreOpenreach last abandoned finishing our 2014 rollout. 4G for work via roof antenna 13km to mast, on GiffGaff 100GiB/mo golden goodybag. 4K would trash that allowance.
