Does anyone have major issues with signal on @giffgaff? My doctors can’t seem to call me ever but the area is not somewhere that seems to have an issue

  • borristhepanda Borris the Panda (@borristhepanda) reported

@Ethanmayer1 @VOXI_UK I can't imagine they will support it - none of the other virtual networks do, presumably because if the (real) networks (Vodafone, O2, etc) offered all of these features on their budget brands (Voxi, giffgaff), there'd be no point in customers paying for their main brand.

@giffgaff Hi techo human, how do I purchase a goody bag for an existing sim? All the options online seem to be for a new sim? Helpy help. X

  • BraveheartHD Mark Doyle (@BraveheartHD) reported

@giffgaff Mine was @JustEatUK telling me my delivery was delayed haha. Treat on you guys?

  • TheMedievalDrK Kathleen E. Kennedy (@TheMedievalDrK) reported

@EmmaKEdDev well it's not clear whether giffgaff does click and collect, and if so, whether they'd allow a 3rd party to collect for me. THEN I would have to order from the UK and still be w/o for several days. But their prices are good and it's an option if BT hotspots fail, so thanks

  • MdIndescribable i, Coomber O+ (@MdIndescribable) reported

Hi @giffgaff, any reason the signal in North Devon keeps cutting out all the time???

  • rogers82simon Simon Rogers (@rogers82simon) reported

@giffgaff Blasphemous!! That’s like me saying your network is overrated

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@WeekendWireless @giffgaff If you choose to just add PAYG credit to a giffgaff sim (minimum £10) rather than a monthly plan that credit will never expire as long as you use the sim to make a call, text or use some data at least once every 6 months so ideal for a backup

  • DameEds Eds (@DameEds) reported

@Bearded_Jamie No never - I had a standard SIM only but got it doesnt allow for a smart watch so I moved it. It was just a rolling month to month with GiffGaff but then I moved it to EE
