  Why is @SamsungMobile continuing the roll out of ONE UI 7 when it's known to effectively brick phones by breaking esims? While we're at it why tf does @giffgaff require sms verification to replace broken esims THAT CANT RECIEVE SMS

  @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i'v been with them for year (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amoung of data though, imo, compared to say giffgaff)

  @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling

  @MaryKenny4 The only time you get contacted by say giffgaff as an example is when have not topped a number for so long and even then they don't phone, they'll text or email. To prevent Junk Calls, never give your main number to anyone other than F&F, Dr, Bank, Work/School, or get 2sim phone

  @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  @giffgaff Listen, you have no right to disconnect my service. I’m a legitimate user currently residing in China long‑term. Blocking my card will cause me serious trouble!

  @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!
