    @giffgaff I dont know who to contact. I am upset as the minute it went through all my online notifications went on so it started charging me straight away. And its almost xmas. Thank u for replying. Im not a young customer x also severely disabled so im a bit upset tbh

    @giffgaff I’d say anyone who want reliable mobile service just pay for a proper provider. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

    Beginning to think we’ll never see eSIM support from my beloved @giffgaff (or other MVNOs) unless @Ofcom put their boot up their arses.

    @giffgaff just switched to your sim only and in Newcastle city centre and Ne28 the signal is too slow to use the internet on 4g, never mind 5g! Is there a cooling off period?! Horrendous experience so far

    @giffgaff But you’ve never offered this before when I have contacted. I’ve been persevering for months. I’ll decide later. Maybe. We have power restored and miraculously it’s still not working but at least I have Wi-Fi again.
