@Izain1 Oh dear, Rey, that's strange. Please try restarting your phone and then requesting the code again if you're still having issues receiving this. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff just switched to your sim only and in Newcastle city centre and Ne28 the signal is too slow to use the internet on 4g, never mind 5g! Is there a cooling off period?! Horrendous experience so far

@CoastalCanary If you use up your data allowance, you should still be able to make calls and send texts as normal as long as you have an active goodybag. If that's not working, please send us a DM with your full postcode, and we can look into that for you. - giffgaff Emer.

Anyone else experiencing no available network work @giffgaff and Google #Pixel6? Worked fine for the last couple weeks up until yesterday...

@giffgaff Is that for Ne28 9hq? It’s says it may be slow but an issue in ne1 7pf. I cannot have this going on for much longer. Is there a cooling off period? I’ve just switched from EE to your network and this is a terrible start for me

@cruciomysoul @giffgaff It's a fault with the new software upgrade, if you have a look on here you will see that thousands of us have got the same issue regardless of network. The #Pixel6 is a complete waste of money, does everything but connect to a phone network since the "upgrade" I'm returning mine

@catheri00009311 Hi Catherine, unfortunately we can't track SIM cards as it would be with a delivery service, perhaps it is delayed. It would normally take up to 5 days to arrive, but you can also buy one in the likes of Tesco's etc. instead of waiting longer for it to arrive - giffgaff Nicole

Useless customer service from @giffgaff Wish I could actually talk to someone rather than having to write a question in the chat and wait a day for someone to respond incorrectly. And repeat endlessly. #unmerryChristmas #customerexperience?

@ewanewa It's 4G home broadband. I'm with giffgaff on my phone but in an O2 blackspot, EE are really expensive but I get really good signal with 3, but there's way too much downtime and the customer service is the worst I've experienced except maybe BT
