    @giffgaff hi, im having trouble with network. I ca get online but streaming is very poor and cannot make or receive calls. I have switched on and off, call settings are all on/the right settings. Please help

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.

    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @GeoffBuysCars @EE Shocking Geoff. FWIW, I recently bought a GiffGaff SIM card/call plan (uses the O2 network) online with no questions asked - just an email address and card payment needed

    @PeterCrouchPod got me thinking! My loyalty to @VodafoneUK is being abused. Their charge increase is #phoneshithousery & for a 5 phone family with me being 20 years in maybe time for a change #onenetworkplayer 3 phones out of contract - where do i go? Is @giffgaff the solution?

    @O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

    Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….
