    @Mich1971C Mich your Speedtest is GiffGaff 3G not broadband or fibre broadband. Is this what your smart TV is connecting to? It's not a good speed. You may suffer lag & freeze. Do you not have land based broadband in the house. Check the TV menus network settings what you're connected to.

    @giffgaff we have been trying to deactivate out giffgaff card which seem to be impossible. Please can someone from customer service contact us to sort this out?!

    @aminart I moved to Giffgaff ages ago and bought reconditioned phones from there. No problems, flexible contracts and the phones (all iPhones) were reasonable cost.

    hi @giffgaff why do you slow down your data speeds to almost nothing once you pass 80GB? i need to hotspot my laptop for uni work but even loading a page on my phone takes ages ??
