    @z52782 @giffgaff Relatively easily!? Here's the thing what if I don't have a driver's license? What if I cant find my passport and don't want to pull out half my house just so I have full access to the internet again? I just want to know why now have you done this?     @Yorksims We do find on rare occasions that DPD deliver phones on Saturday/Sunday but that is down to DPD, and we can only advise to expect delivery between Monday - Friday. - giffgaff Tasbiya

    @giffgaff hi, im in E8 and giffgaff network doesn’t work. I’ve tried to restart my phone and also flight mode on-off but nothing seems working. Any idea what’s going on?

    @giffgaff I ordered a ‘like new’ refurbished iPhone 7 and it’s come with the screen scuffed quite dramatically. Nothing on the return category fits and the ‘ask an agent’ option is down. Any help please?
