@ThreeUKSupport It would be great for someone to call me who can actually do something about it rather than reading off a script and computer screen. As at the moment my solution is to freeze the account and go to giffgaff. Which after 12 years with Three seems more logical.

@giffgaff I have my goody bag set to auto renew but last night I got a text saying that I need to renew all my details for my card I’d correct and I thought it couldn’t have been a new year issue but it’s still not started but annoying when Iv been with you for 5 years

@giffgaff I’ve been trying to contact you since Boxing Day. Issues still not resolved! The refurbished phone I bought for my daughter loses charge after 10 mins and now won’t turn on at all! We received it in early November but not used until Xmas day. Please help.
