I'm super disappointed with @giffgaff starting from the start of the year my sim not working on holiday (but they sorted it out - luckily I had a different sim) now last few days unusable 4G, keeps crashing.

@DaveHKR I was with them ages, like 10 years….great prices but over three years the service got so poor…could never get a signal in central London… I’m on giffgaff now. Much much better.

The big problem with 2FA by SMS is that when the local cellphone mast has fallen and you have no way to receive an SMS, you're locked out... @giffgaff Been like this for about a week...need a goodybag refund!
