@_clintz We're very sorry to hear this. Please can you provide your full UK postcode via DM, so we can check for issues in the area - giffgaff Jade

  • Headlessspectre Chris Jones (@Headlessspectre) reported

@giffgaff Bitterly disappointed. Ordered a refurbished “as new” black iphone11. Paid £469 upfront. You’ve sent me a red phone with pitted marks down both sides. Please DM me as a matter of urgency.

@giffgaff I know that's how you reply, as that's how you replied! I am suggesting that your email could have included the answer so that the customer got there faster. Instead you force your customer to find data services, name/password/login a portal to read it.

@giffgaff are there problems with the network? Been having connectivity issues for a couple of days

  • wheresnigel Nigel Hawthorn (@wheresnigel) reported

When a company who claims customer service sends you an email saying we have the answer but you have to log in to read it and then their servers time out you wonder if they’ve thought it through, looking at you @giffgaff

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@steviebadass2 There should be no issues with you logging in Stevie, as we're not aware of any problems. If you've been using the giffgaff app, try using Safari instead. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Nonsense, you are 100% incorrect and either lying or badly trained to say this. There is NO data protection problem with sending the customer the information they required, anyway there was no personal information in your reply. Please get your DPO to contact me.

@giffgaff my network has been down for about 8hrs now. Can someone check it out for me please? Ta
