@giffgaff are ridiculousl. Their phone mast is not working so their suggestion is - travel at least 2 miles away from your home to receive a call. Yep, that’s really reasonable. Especially to someone with chronic illnesses that affects their ability to even walk most days. 👍🏽

  • MrsClaire Claire Anderson (@MrsClaire) reported

@giffgaff morning. I live in Shipley, W Yorkshire, and for the last few days I haven’t been able to make a call without getting cut off. Same for my family and neighbours. Is there a problem with a phone mast or something amiss in our area?

  • virgomoontingz 𝖕𝖎𝖘𝖈𝖊𝖘 𝖕𝖊𝖆𝖗𝖑 🧜🏽‍♀️ (@virgomoontingz) reported

@giffgaff Yes I have been in touch with your agents who told me my local mast is not working and suggested I travel over 2 miles to receive universal credit calls…I’ve now missed multiple phone appointments because of this and will have my money cut if this isn’t sorted.
