@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.

@hotgemMGMT I can't remember why but I had to get a contract phone. Was gutted to leave GiffGaff as they were the best service provider ever, and I've had a few.

@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.

@mmalex Wait until you run out of data a week before your next bill, and EE then hold you to the floor slamming you with outrageously expensive daily bolt-ons! You've been warned! I sacked EE and went with Giffgaff, which I agree is slow, but at least Giffgaff don't take the pi*s.

Please get a move-on and fix the mast @giffgaff and @TheO2 network and I'm trying to run a business here! We've had no phone signal for over a week now at HX63ED. While you're at it, improve what was there to a better all-round signal. Thank you

@giffgaff your app bug is still there. I pay for a Goodybag, the confirmation wording says new Goodybag starts on 23rd April. When I look on my account it says, correctly, the Goodybag starts on 23rd March. Reported this many times. Plse don't ask for more info. But plse fix it.

@giffgaff good morning. I'm very upset with you! you guys doubled the charge on my debit card last month and this month taking £40 from me in total, the website needs to have a direct contact email to resolve issues!
