@giffgaff @UswitchUK Please could you advise. I need to prove (it's vital) that we did not receive a certain call on a certain day. Your rep said that there is no way you can help, as you do not keep a record of calls received by the phone, only a record of calls made from it. Is this correct?

@giffgaff hi is there a reason why I'm getting next to no service even when it says I've got full 4G? Doesn't seem to matter where I am! Certain tasks are almost impossible. Won't load videos. Or allow me to do a speed test. Websites take ages to load.

@giffgaff No thanks it’s all good. Network once again slowed down and for £35 a month you’ve got to question why the data slows down and how many sim swaps should one need to do? It’s now past the time where people are seeing that expensive networking has actually screwed over the customer

@notsoshouty Hi there. We have identified an issue with some payments made by saved Co-Operative bank cards. Members who are using this payment method may get a decline error. The workaround is to use a different card or none-saved card and enter details manually - giffgaff Nicole (1/2)

@shirleyjones999 Hi Shirley. Unfortunately this is not something we can provide. As we are a pay as you go network we do not have access to your incoming records, we are only able to see calls, texts and data that your giffgaff SIM card makes and uses - giffgaff Jade
