@Seanr712 @giffgaff I tried them, it was a couple of years back and whilst OK at the start I ended up with some issue that seemed to take forever to resolve - think it a similar issue to yrs, data bag thing. Gave up in the end and went PAYG with Vodafone, no issues whatsoever.

If the government booster text is an emergency alert, bit odd that so many mobile providers didn't send it. I'm on ee and got it. I'm also on GiffGaff, and I didn't.

@YvetteHenson @GCVexed it will probably have been a public information text sent from your network then - which I don't think is illegal. I am with Giffgaff (02) and got nothing and he is with SMARTY (Three) and got nothing
