    hey @giffgaff I'm in east London (Tower Hamlets/Hackney) and was expecting a very important phone call but it looks like there is some outage? I asked two people to phone me and it says "it has not been possible to connect". I can't phone anybody either.

    @giffgaff use @VMO2News’s mobile network so the infrastructure component is managed by them, however GG are the service provider. It quickly became clear that something wasn’t right - I couldn’t receive calls, text messages or use iPhone functionality like messenger…

    @giffgaff Giff gaff has been charging me even though I don't have a giff gaff sim. And I can't find any way to contact you to discuss this, because it needs a Giffgaff contact number or name to login, and I don't have one.
