@giffgaff Yeah, but we can't login because the account is locked and when it isn't it asks for two-step verification and we don't have the phone as she lives at the other end of the country.

@liz_duffin That's not right. If you've never been a member, and haven't allowed a family member or friend to use your card, we'd recommend getting in touch with your bank advising of the unauthorised payments and they can get these returned to you. - giffgaff Jeanette

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.

@O2 Hi, I transferred my number from Giffgaff to you. Since the transfer my iMessage isn’t working. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning iMessage on and off but nothing seems to work. When I was with giffgaff I never had any problems with my iMessage.

@katfpoole Okay, thanks for clarifying that for us Kat. Normally it can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume as normal after a number transfer. Are you having any issues with your calls or texts? - giffgaff Nicole
