    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    @giffgaff I have done. The fact that your customer service takes so long in this day and age is actually an outrage. The last time I experienced customer service like this was in the early 2000s.

    @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

    @steabb73 So the phone and calls plan from Vodafone is crap? I figured that so maybe I should just move my business phone to giffgaff or some such plan and connectivity will cease to be a problem?
