jo (@scjott57) reported@giffgaff my daughter accidentally clicked on the contract package when selecting an earlier monthly plan as she had run out if data. How do I check if its gone through and if so how do I cancel?

ifastcc (@ifastcc) reported**** giffgaff. They shut down my account and kept my £30 balance. How is this not robbery? @giffgaff @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom

Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

Point of Entry 🏴 (@point0fentry) reported@Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.

billy horan (@billyhoranuk) reported@giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

Char 💜 (@char86) reported@giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

G McQueen (@gemcq2) reported@giffgaff "Our team of giffgaff agents are email-only who can handle account-related questions, such as payment problems, cancelling your account, or unblocking your phone."
