Snake Konginchrist (@SnakeKongin) reportedgiffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

Anna Hanchard (@AnnaHanchard) reported@giffgaff Are there mast problems at TA20 3SZ??? Constantly getting Emergency calls only or E or trying to connect to 5g which we haven't even got. No reliability at all and 2 of us are in giffgaff Daughter is trying to run a business and it's hopeless.

Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

opaline (@CokenOlivesV3) reported@7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

Fergus Kiely (@fergus_kiely) reported@giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
