@CaptainMustard7 Hi there. We're afraid there are still issues with the masts in your area, which is causing your problems with your signal/coverage. We do appreciate this is frustrating and can assure you the engineers are doing what they can to resolve this quickly. - giffgaff Jeanette

Had an email this morning, and a text, from @giffgaff saying it looks like I had trouble sending a text or making a call? I didn't. I haven't called or texted anyone. Someone trying to scam my phone perhaps?

@giffgaff We already have but five working days to reply won't be much use for a delivery issue that's been ongoing for 2 days.

@mr_spoon @giffgaff The exclamation mark means that although there's good signal in your area your phone isn't connected to the network. Going into my phone's settings (Samsung) and resetting my network settings has cured this for me in the past 1/2

Honestly, @O2 I’ve been with @giffgaff for eight years and had no issues ever. I move to O2 after being persuaded and have had nothing but issues for the first week and it’s the usual story of long telephone waits and not getting help. Terrible service. #regret

Getting a LOT (Several a day) calls from Indian people claiming to be from Virgin Media. I'm blocking their numbers as fast as I can and they seem to have billions. I'm junking this number on Monday. Anyone recommend a network that isn't GiffGaff?
