I am holidaying in Wooler, Northumberland. My wife has GiffGaff and I have Plusnet. Both use O2's Network. She has a lower signal than me and gets service but I am 'denied' - taken from our relative Samsung mobile phone settings. WHY??? @Plusnet

@giffgaff I repurchased my usual goodybag on the 27th. Still no network. Sim says out of service and disconnected yet you've taken my money. I've been reaching out since that day and been asked the same question then no further reply or help. I'm left with no way to contact.

@jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

Question: currently on giffgaff, but whenever I'm outside the UK they'll only allow me 5GB of data before I get charged, anyone know of a decent mobile network to use that allows me unlimited data (or uses my data plan outside the UK)

@glhfb @virginmedia Same here. It's been like this since late afternoon yesterday. I work from home, so this did not help. O2 and Giffgaff seem to have the same issue.
