    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???

    @giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

    @MoistKritikal51 @TheNorfolkLion I managed to get a 256gb pixel 10a from giffgaff for £400 + £10 rolling monthly contract which I will cancel. Sold out at the minute. Not sure when they will be getting them back in stock but may be worth keeping a check on their site if you live in the UK.
