    @MattCottam4 @giffgaff @EE That’s fair mate! I did a speed test earlier, 1 bar in my house (cause sky broadband went down, shock!!) I didn’t even get 2mbps!

    @giffgaff As much I want too return it I don't have another phone too use I don't see why I can't be sent a new one as a valued customer.

    @giffgaff Just looked on that link and don't see a section for my issue. My Sim card which was a replacement after loosing a phone some years ago doesn't show anything other than 3G. Thought it was the phone but now I have new phone the problem is still there.

    @osasidaho @Elkrosmediahub If it's for legitimate reason you can buy Giffgaff SIM or Three3 or Vodafone. And have someone help you set up the sim

    GiffGaff just charged me £6 to delete 2 voice mail messages (from .SG). I literally never want to receive a voice mail or a telephone call ever again. Phone calls can go the way of the fax as far as i care.

    @giffgaff My details have disappeared at the log on stage. I tried getting help with password etc. I asked for a text (twice) and an email (to two different addresses) the webpage says password reset sent. IT HASN'T BEEN! Can't contact via phone or email so here I am asking you!

    @giffgaff I need a response now, they’ve made a bad mistake and it needs to be fixed right now. The person working on my case doesn’t have means or know how to fix it.

    @Moorlandbirder I use giffgaff which runs on the O2 network. Found it better than T-Mobile but certainly gaps on the Mendip and other more remote areas
