@giffgaff I just upgraded to a new 5G handset and SIM. My old phone and number is also #GiffGaff and I want that instead of the new number. Please help. Your customer support on the app isn't great!

@bradleygbooth I'd find a tariff you like with Giffgaff or another budget service, then ask for your PAC code to shift your number. They'll then phone you and offer you a much better deal. I'm on EE and they matched Giffgaff when I did this.

Does anyone else have trouble with @giffgaff agents not reading your question and just sending generic email responses with links you’ve already tried??

  • katyasoph95 Kat (@katyasoph95) reported

So upset with @giffgaff who did not put my full address on my package for my new phone. Now it’s been delivered to the wrong place, I tracked down the building but it’s been taken😭 now out of pocket with no phone!

@Suse_Susie @VodafoneGroup @GBNEWS Giffgaff SIM only deals for me. Never been let down yet, and the prices are reasonable.

@giffgaff It would be inconvenient if customers could do what we wanted but not as conveniently as it could be. This isn't inconvenient: it's broken. But there's no need to wish there were a way around it; it's your system: you could just fix it.
