Given that it's a persistent problem though, it isn't a troubleshooting issue. Does GiffGaff not have an agreement?

They put a notice on my credit history, Long battle to cancel. In have been using GiffGaff Pay as you go for several years and so happier and cheaper.

I had no choice either, I was forced to use klarna and it wouldn't let me pay the way I did for my old phone.
