    @lastnotlost @giffgaff Giff Gaff runs on @O2, so the underlying issue is O2's crap service. I'll need to jump to either EE or Vodafone. I don't like either, but am forced to do this

    @iPoof @O2 I’m on giffgaff on the o2 network. I’m sim only, I’ve got auto renew but you don’t have to do that.

    @giffgaff Maybe some caching issue, site looks OK on Chrome on Android, but on Firefox on Android I can see the update message.

    @66hayles @giffgaff It will pretty much be a case of going with the least-crap service, and that absolutely rules out Giff Gaff

    @O2 Tried the above. I think it's just poor network coverage. Looked at Giffgaff tonight. They piggy back your network offering 5g when you don't?

    @giffgaff cannot access my account again. This happens time and again. Ended up being locked out as I thought it was incorrect details I was inputting. But no, looks like another outage. Hopeless.

    @giffgaff hello, are you having some technical issues with payments at the moment? I've had two auto top ups in two days of £10, but there's no way I've used that amount of data in 24h based on both my phone usage and payments on your app dashboard.
