@CarlGottlieb Not had any SMS from the network (GiffGaff), neither has my wife. We've both had boosters almost 2 weeks ago

  • AFDIT Anthony Fox-Davies (@AFDIT) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff Yeah. I need a human interaction whether that is email, chat support - I don’t mind. It’s just not getting solved by an IFELSE bit of crapware

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@doc_matt_jacko @giffgaff You don't need a giffgaff account, click the "Make a complaint" button then on the next page click the "continue" button (for non members) and you'll be taken through the process without needing an account.

@Seanr712 @giffgaff Get down to Lewisham and switch to Vodafone, life too short to be dealing with gift gaff.

  • MattStibbs Matt Stibbs (@MattStibbs) reported

@rooreynolds I think Three are a primary network operator, so their Giffgaff equivalent virtual operator would be SMARTY…

  • graemefowler That bloke in orange. (@graemefowler) reported

@neil_neilzone @William_Leech @TheRealRevK I've been receiving test messages for the last 6 months or so (on giffgaff, so from O2). Rude awakening if the phone isn't muted as it's a bloody great loud siren!

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@AFDIT @giffgaff There is no email or live chat support, only the agent system, one other option though would be to follow @giffgaff here at Twitter and send them a DM.

  • steven_ncl Steven NCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@YvetteHenson @GCVexed it will probably have been a public information text sent from your network then - which I don't think is illegal. I am with Giffgaff (02) and got nothing and he is with SMARTY (Three) and got nothing

  • rbhartshorne Rachel Hartshorne (@rbhartshorne) reported

@giffgaff Such a shame as I have poor signal at home and I can't receive phone calls
