Well @giffgaff @O2, having evaluated your service all over the country for use as a backup to my main @EE sim on my dual sim phone. I find your service absolutely abysmal and not even suitable as a backup. Therefore I must dispense with your shocking network.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Virgin and 02 have 25% of UK network What about the other 75%? Vodafone, EE, Three, Tesco, Giffgaff, BT, Sky?

According to the @giffgaff website it has been fixed since the 4th, it is now the 10th. I am currently paying for a phone and service I can not use. #CustomerService
