@giffgaff I got a text yesterday saying my goody bag has expired - it should auto-renew each month. I've logged an agent request but no reply yet and I'm completely without service presently. How can I get this resolved faster?

@giffgaff I have my goody bag set to auto renew but last night I got a text saying that I need to renew all my details for my card I’d correct and I thought it couldn’t have been a new year issue but it’s still not started but annoying when Iv been with you for 5 years

@chrisfrank7777 If it's only that particular app that you're having trouble with, and all your other services are working as normal, it sounds like it could be an issue with the app itself. We would recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the app again. - giffgaff Emer.

Hi @giffgaff my partner has just transferred her GG SIM card to a new iPhone, it’s now asking her to activate the sim and she can’t access her goodybag account, She’s been using the same sim for the past 2 years, any idea on how to fix this?

@giffgaff Hello! How do I cancel my goodybag? The speeds are unusable, it struggles with websites let alone what I need it for.

@ThreeUKSupport It would be great for someone to call me who can actually do something about it rather than reading off a script and computer screen. As at the moment my solution is to freeze the account and go to giffgaff. Which after 12 years with Three seems more logical.
