@giffgaff Thanks for replying, but I think the problem is with @lebara, since they're the ones who aren't helping. Your website says "If you've submitted your PAC to your new phone company and still haven't been connected, it's time to get in touch with them", which I guess I'm doing now.

@Sinbad2000 Hi Steven. Your would normally receive an email to let you know whenever the SIM is on it's way. All our SIM's would be sent using the postal service, not a courier. - giffgaff Emer.

@MattEva64025022 Let’s have a look at the examples of the mobile providers EE and GiffGaff who both use dialogue but in different ways. EE primarily use it as a method of customer service, aiming to respond to customer queries as quick as possible and this can be done through tweets or DMs. (1/2)

Ok so which U.K carrier do you think has the best network coverage. If you want to choose an MVNO then choose the carrier it piggybacks on, for example GiffGaff/ Tesco - O2. Or Voxi/lebara - Vodafone

@giffgaff well I've just restarted my phone again and the speed has now increased to 6mb (hurrah) . As I say the same phone & sim card 10 mins down the road & the speed is 20mb+. Its the same with my spare phone which is on Tesco Mobile...so must be coverage I guess.

@giffgaff I've already done this, 10 minutes down the road I can get 20+ mb - its certainly this area of the City that has very poor coverage. In the past I could get up to 8mb here but over the last month its got slower & slower.
