    @O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

    @techtoby__ Get an eSim from a different network and switch around when the internets slow or down. I’ve got unlim EE physical sim and giffgaff eSim as a backup👌

    @Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

    @giffgaff mobile and data signal has been down all day from east London through to Central London. When will it be back on?

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @giffgaff why can’t I make a phone call from Edinburgh? Every time I try to call someone, the network drops out.
