@giffgaff I was delivered an empty cardboard box instead of a phone on 7th December. Customer service is rubbish and I am no closer to understanding when/if I will ever get my money back. Please reconsider buying from giffgaff, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

@YardleyShooting It’s crap and for quite a lot of money per month, I personally can’t wait to finish my contract and go back to GiffGaff. I was with them for a decade and never had many issues unlike I’ve had during the past year with EE.

@MrAndrewMore Ordered a new sim card from giffgaff for an emergency phone for a family member. 2 weeks ago. Giffgaff are usually brilliant. Postal workers strike. Posties are holding our lives to ransom.

@maravding @giffgaff hi marti the network coverage in the eu is not down to giffgaff, it is down to the providers in the country that maintain the masts. sorry to hear this and hope it resolves itself

@giffgaff you really need to sort this crap with the network reporting 5G to the phone handset but no 5G actually being available so anything using data just hangs. As soon as force phone to 4G only it works instantly.
