However, if there are any issues then all refurbished phones on giffgaff are covered under a 12-month warranty - giffgaff Jade

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@DrMarkCarrigan @giffgaff The 80GB fast speed limit only applies to the "Always on"data in the £25 goodybag, if you spend an extra tenner and go for the £35 one you'll have no restriction issues and it'll be impossible to breach the FUP in the time you need it for.

If it is an iPhone you need to change your number to the ported (old number) then switch off iMessages and FaceTime all in your settings. And switch them back on. This should fix it.
