    @giffgaff And as I said previously 12 months ago is the minimum try remembering what has been said before retyping the same crap. No worries I'll just cancel the sim and move on from this

    @giffgaff no service in aberdeen at all. What is going on. I dont want to have 4G banner on my phone when there is zero bandwidth coming.

    @giffgaff my phone has had no reception all day (on a 248mile round trip journey when I’ve needed it probably more than I have in two years!). Please can you let me know if there are any outages or who I can contact to get help to fix. Thanks

    @giffgaff ive got a 100GB data bundle and I cant do a **** with it because you guys have no signal strength. I have a video call coming up but thanks to you guys I am stuck in the middle of nowhere with no service strength.

    @Plusnet Yeah that's indoors, ground floor. This morning a call went straight to voicemail when I was in the bedroom, 1st floor, so no signal at all at times. If I disable the EE sim, I'm getting 4G+ full reception on Giffgaff. Reception is better on the street, but not great.

    @giffgaff Are you showing contempt for victims of modern slavery and the law? Your lawyers will confirm you are in breach of Section 54 the Modern Slavery Act 2015, because your Statement is at least a year out of date. Please act. Show you give a damn. #modernslavery

    @kelly_tengi Heya, hmm is that just indoors and is the good signal showing from Giffgaff 3G or 4G? If your signal's OK with us outdoors, I'd say it may be because we don't support the 800MHz frequency which can provide better signal indoors, where other providers may do 1/3
