My #GiffGaff Sim arrived yesterday. A friend told me how to put it in my old IPhone 6. I prodded & poked the keyhole, but nothing happened. Not changing my network soon obviously!

@giffgaff New phone keeping dropping out of network. As did old phone recently. I have to reset network every 20 minutes - what’s wrong with it?

  • EmPep09 Emilia Pepperrell (@EmPep09) reported

@giffgaff hi I need some help my sister is moving to EE and gave them her PAK they advised it would not transfer until she had put the new sim in her phone but you have stopped her network early. She has no signal and no way to contact anyone. Please help she is a keyworker!!!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@EmPep09 If the PAC code was used, then the number transfer would usually begin on the next working day, unless a different date was selected. We would recommend contacting the new network to find out more about the transfer date. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Hi. My dads unable to make any outgoing calls, he isn’t tech savvy and I don’t have his login details to check his account- All I have is the mobile number and member name, could you check for me?

  • randommuse214 Michelle Ann (@randommuse214) reported

@giffgaff is there a problem with your network? I'm in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and for 2 days get only occasional 3G, mostly says GSM, often no service at all.

  • jennajohnson94 Jenna Johnson 💛 (@jennajohnson94) reported

I honestly don’t think I’d be happy with any other phone company than @giffgaff ever again. They just have the BEST customer service. Can’t recommend enough.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@EmPep09 Hi Emilia. Her service would be stopped whenever the number has been transferred. The reason for this is that the account would no longer have an active number, so the SIM would be deactivated. She should now be able to use her services on the new network SIM. - giffgaff Emer.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had to set my Virtual number to go to my Three Mobile and GiffGaff; even today GiffGaff was passing more calls to me than my Three mobile, so the issues were still active until at least 18:00 today.

@giffgaff My mobile signal keeps cutting out and important phone calls keep on going straight to voicemail. Can you look into what's happening please?
