  @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

  @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling
