@giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.

@GiffGaff The performance under the Unlimited goodybag is terrible compared to other Gb-restricted plans. It's a con.

@O2 I took a pay monthly e-sim this week and ported my number from giffgaff. I don't have any signal since then and I can see correct mobile number in the my o2 section. I have sent my number in DM. Could someone take a look, please?

@giffgaff you suddenly stopped accepting my credit card for automatic monthly renewals and won’t let me use any other card. I am flying tonight and urgently need mobile service restarted

@giffgaff i’ve tried going through your website but it won’t let me cancel my goodybag or talk to an agent

@jm_stout @giffgaff I presume there's no Vodafone signal up there either?

  • MarPerRodr Marcos Perez (@MarPerRodr) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.
