This might sound mad but im actually looking forward to these next two weeks in work only coz i currently have no internet as its getting connected on the 26th and ive had to use my mobile hotspot to watch my tele and play the ps4 an my giffgaff signal has been **** aswell

@AtomOfTheSun Hi, The order shown on your screenshot is linked to an iPhone 11, this can't be changed through a phone update. This would suggest an iPhone 11 was purchased, and would be why your phone shows an iPhone 11. I you drop us a DM we can try to help further with this. giffgaff Natalie

@giffgaff Hi, having problems logging into my account this afternoon - have tried on two different devices, and the log in page is just hanging. Any clue how long this will be like that?
