@Mark_Antony_3 The option in your network selections for LTE, is 4G Mark. It is sometimes labeled as LTE in certain phones. If you switch this on, 4G should show on your network, but the speeds will be reduced with the always on data now being live.. - giffgaff Jeanette

Thanks @giffgaff for ******* up my birthday plans because I'll need to be in a WIFI Spot as you are illegally refusing a refund, which means I can go to a better network but you just want to drag this out longer

@tescomobile @giffgaff Didn’t let me know the card expired, wouldn’t let me update payment details. This is for my mum’s emergency phone, so it’s crucial that it works in a pinch.
