    @giffgaff you sold me a phone that does not accept a SIM card. Permanently no service. Yes it was refurbished but you clearly didn’t run it through checks before you made money from it !

    @asaltyplace We understand that you need this sorted out ASAP Kay, but we are an online only mobile network and we do not have a customer service number. Our standard response time is up 24 hours, but we do aim to get back to you much sooner - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff Hi just a quick question though about this issue - normally texts I receive from @giffgaff say they are from GiffGaff, but this one didn’t - it had a random 5-digit number. Why would that be the case on this occasion? You can understand why I didn’t just follow the link provided?

    @giffgaff Incident Ref: 210702-000149 on 3 July confirming no charges despite the withdrawals. There are others this week, your staff pretending not understanding the problem: 210802-001916 Then a few more for not working logins - not interested! All I need STOP charging!

    @giffgaff hi, no network issues showing in the area but my mum can’t use either her phone or tablet both on giffgaff. She can’t top up or call you to discuss the issue…she’s just had surgery and needs phone access! Help please
