    @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.

    @AskKlarna @giffgaff Klarna approved, then an issue with giffgaff checks. Via the website chat with a klarna person the suggested option was to build up credit to solve this situation. Seems like a strange strategy…
