    @Elisha_jadexo Within the settings for the Samsung text, please ensure that your mobile number is correctly shown, as sometimes this can be showing the original SIM number and not any transferred number and can cause these issues. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @santanderuk Following on from my tweet of yesterday regarding contacting yourselves re mortgage I did hang on the phone for ages and eventually it transferred me to giffgaff voicemail !!. Come on Santander I’m trying to negotiate a new deal here I’m not making a complaint (yet)

    @Zebsmattz @giffgaff That's one of the funny things, we know there's cheaper but have stuck with them. Happy with O2 signal where we live etc. But it does make you think a bit harder about it....

    @shandelores @giffgaff Hi Shannon, it should have by now as it is normally 24hrs after you hand three your Port Authorisation Code. Reboot ur phone. If you’ve handed the PAC to three, then giffgaff won’t hv anything to do with the porting anymore unless pac is wrong. Pls contact three who will help.
