@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@Porlocking I just want a damn refund, I can't even CALL them cos my signal drops out so often. All I want iss for them to give me the money they took DESPITE being aware the mast was broken AGAIN. Then I can use my Giffgaff SIM straight away. I rely on a good call service, and this ain't it

@KiyleF You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

@giffgaff Why is an update taking so long? Why not send an email saying you will collect the wrong apple phone you posted via DPD and replace my blocked faulty S10+ That you sold to me? Simple solution right? Why does it take so long? I have opened a case with the small claims court

@R_B89boxer Ah okay. If you're a giffgaff customer you'll need to continue to liaise with them directly as your service provider.

@giffgaff Thank you, it's not your issue, my issue is with @VOXI_UK taking £20 from my bank account when they KNEW they weren't going to be able to give me the service I'm paying for... when they refund me, I'll be putting the credit on the Giffgaff SIM. This is once too many times.

@VOXI_UK @giffgaff YET AGAIN, @VOXI_UK is exacerbating my health issues - ESPECIALLY as I was told less than a WEEK AGO to avoid stress as I'm in possible heart failure FFS. If my calls keep dropping, will a 999 call even connect for long enough?!? I'm SCARED, Voxi.

Are @giffgaff any good? My partner has had to return two iPhones one after the other - first one had been banned from some apps (previously a drug dealers phone?) and the second couldn’t be unlocked. Isn’t it best to go with a real mobile network??
