@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@giffgaff I've been a customer since 2013 and so far I've been very happy with the emails I've been getting. I'm usually happy to receive messages about offers. But "Black Friday" is not a thing in this country, so why offer deals for it? Do it any other time of the year!

@z52782 @giffgaff Thank you. I also know that. But I think it’s a bit cheeky of them to tell me I’ve run out of my data when since September I have signal but literally no internet. Even at time I needed it the most and I spend most of my time at work so I use the wifi. How did I run out of data?

@giffgaff Tried to add my recurring goodybag which aborted last night, I’ve been trying to re-instate it via PayPal, but it’s definitely not working. I’ve had to connect my debit card to your system, which I’m not happy about, as I would prefer PayPal as my payment method. #giffgaff

@virginmedia @virginhelp I got my husband a contract with you in September and myself a sim card (both moved from giffgaff) and I'm really regretting it. Neither of us can get data out of the house for a good distance. The only places I go are in this blackout zone!!! Help
