  @catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

  To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i'v been with them for year (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amoung of data though, imo, compared to say giffgaff)

  @ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

  @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.
