@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

Really disappointed with the patronising responses I’m getting from @giffgaff agents. “I’m sorry you didn’t see the info that was sent you” - when I was never sent the info! Going round in circles asking for info to be resent and them being told it has already been sent! 🙈🙈🙈

@giffgaff It's OK it's just my data is not working or when it dos its sooo slow I'll give giffgaff a few weeks to fix it and hopefully it will get better otherwise I'll have to join a different network it's important that my data always work kind regards

Ergh! When my Samsung messaging doesn't work and @SamsungUK and @giffgaff won't give me a solution Absolutely regretting changing phone provider and also staying with Samsung right now
