@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

@giffgaff Hi, I'm trying to contact my dad and both of his phones are redirected to other numbers of people we've never met. Are you having an issue? This has never happened before. I'm very worried. Could you please help?

@EliseRCook @ThreeUK If the coverage is good where you live, hubs & I have been very happy with Giffgaff for many years. They piggyback the O2 network. We do contract free, own our phones, and can decide month on month what tariff we want that month. Only thing is no real customer service.

@agovavicky @giffgaff I don't know what's happening with Giffgaff, but I'm now trialling over sim networks so I can jump ship after 7 years running 2 phones with them. I really like them as a company but their data signal has turned atrocious in the last 3 months.

@davwheat_ Overall I'd say VF are 2nd only beaten by EE. Giffgaff doesn't have volte or anything yet whereas VF has 4g calling and WiFi calling via voxi. This is in anticipation for the 3g shut down which VF are going to be doing quite soon

@h00ps4life It's so random, which is why! It's fantastic throughout most of B&H, but specific areas have problems, and it's the same with my town. I have giffgaff, VOXI and ToTheMoon SIMs, and usually one will work. EE never fails for me. I want to make a Google My Map of "CTIL fails"...

@MXOFO I put both my son and daughter on giffgaff and they haven’t made any complaints so far. We’re just outside Manchester and my son has just moved down to Oxford if that helps.

@giffgaff What is going on? I’ve had no service since Fri, in Scarborough; North Yorks; Cumbria; SW Scotland and now home in Glasgow. It’s very unusual for Giffgaff.

@tee_taylor30 Hey Tee. We're sorry to hear that. We're not sure how this has happened, has your GiffGaff number been moved over to your new Three SIM? If so, this would then cancel off your GiffGaff account. When you requested your PAC, did you do this for your PAYG SIM? -Jenn

we do have it in us ✨

@MXOFO They use O2, which can vary depending on where you are. Looking at some data suggests they're not too bad Newcastle area. Advantage to Giffgaff is there's no contract so you could try for a month or two and see how you get on
