    @catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

    @JayneCowan @matthewevansnpt Personal SIM is GiffGaff, work one is EE. I have less signal issues in almost every location on the supposedly crappy cheap network than I do on the premium network. Lost track of the number of times I have to call back on the other line.

    @giffgaff @mobile_o2 @currysplc stop cold calling me everyday trying to get me to upgrade. call centre staff are rude, hang up & don’t listen when I refuse to give all my details. My current contract isn’t up for renewal & when it is it certainly won’t be with you shower of ****!

    🆘🆘🆘@giffgaff hi, I really need your help. My grandad is in Spain on holiday, he’s broke his hip and has covid. We are trying to top up his giffgaff phone, we’ve bought the voucher but the 43430 number isn’t working over there, he doesn’t have credit. Please help 🆘🆘🆘

    @RhonaBT Hello, We have had a look at our coverage checker and the masts in your area are as they should be and it shows no issues with your coverage. Try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. - giffgaff Ann 1/2
