    @catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

    @mr_spoon @giffgaff The exclamation mark means that although there's good signal in your area your phone isn't connected to the network. Going into my phone's settings (Samsung) and resetting my network settings has cured this for me in the past 1/2

    @scottjorton @O2 Well they can’t give my number back until it’s ported as it is gone from giffgaff. Then I can cancel and Port out. But dead until then

    @O2 @giffgaff what is going on with the signal in the North Manchester area. Absolutely terrible these last 3 weeks. No service at all at times. Sort it please

    Several hours after the problem started, and just about as giffgaff announced that there was an issue, it seems to be resolved.
