Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!

In a world of poor customer service, one company that constantly overdelivers is @giffgaff Tremendous value for money and their stuff “just works”. One ad-hoc month of goodybag data at £20 for 80GB has meant non-stop Netflix and TV during > 1 week hospital stay. Fantastic value.

Hi @giffgaff my calls aren’t working, so when people call me it just says beep and hangs up, and same thing happens when I call ppl. My phone is topped up, I restarted it and tried diff area. Still no luck. HELP
