@O2 signal is terrible it's like being with tmobile years ago and having to hang about near window to get a signal, costing me £25 a month, should if stayed with @giffgaff

@giffgaff ah now theres the issue. GIFFGAFF claim it was water damage ( on a water proof phone) I say it has never been in water, so I claim you sent a DUD phone. Will you replace it?

@JackpWild Hi there. As long as your phone is within warranty, and there is no physical/liquid damage to the phone, then your repair would be completed. If the engineers aren't able to repair the phone, then this would be replaced. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff Giffgaff internet connection is very poor in B11 3SB on the mobile phone. Can't even hold a Teams session without rejoining several times due to the poor network. Please look into this asap. Thanks
