Iain Davenport (@D0dgyDav0) reported@JasonGood @Lucy_cat_lady Giffgaff is a virtual provider run by o2 but cheaper because there isn’t anyone to contact if you have a problem. There’s a members forum for support. Tesco mobile is also on o2. Just different platforms to appeal to different types of customers.
