@akash_nu Not that we're aware of Akash. What issues are you facing? Try using your membername instead of your mobile number and vice versa. Also try a different browser and device to log in, to see if the issue remains. - giffgaff Jeanette

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.
