    @ask_burton I was on hold for >2 hrs this morning (cost me £40 in charges) before GiffGaff cut the call short. I have been urgently trying to get an ordered sorted but got no response, where are the customer service agents?!!

    @hellofergus Your SIM Card will be disconnected unless, at least once every six months, your account is used to, a) make at least one call, SMS or MMS to another number (not including calls to emergency services or Member Services); - giffgaff Ann 1/2

    @Food_Fascist @VodafoneUK I've been a Vodafone customer since analogue days and stayed mainly due to the #suresignal I have now found my current handset WILL operate on WiFi calling with GiffGaff (O2) so #vodafone days may be numbered if they can't get me connected. Check out the Vodafone forum!

    @giffgaff I'm having trouble making a call to South Africa. All I hear is music rather than a ring tone, but I get charged as though the call was made - almost sounds as though the music is coming from the SA end. Worked fine until a couple of days back - 2 numbers. Any ideas?
