@ThreeUKSupport Customer service refused to do anything other than tell me to wait 3 working days (until Tuesday!). Giffgaff say there is nothing left for them to do, and 3 now have my number.

@TheEggman64 @VodafoneUK I'm with Giffgaff for SIM only and I've never had a problem, can change your plan up or down every month plus they recommend if you should lower your package if you aren't using much month by month

Holy ****. @giffgaff PAYG rates are ******* horrendous. £10 added today, and after scrolling Reddit for 30 secs and checking my credit via the app twice, it's down to £5. #ripoff Why do PAYG customers get such horrible deals? :/

@giffgaff said data doesn’t slow down on the £35 a month goodybag. That’s a lie and I won’t even bother to tell you how slow services run on an overpriced plan!

@ThreeUK you failed to port my number from giffgaff, after disconnecting it, and now cust svcs say it may take until Tuesday, and refuse to help further. Cannot login to banks, websites, taxis, etc. etc. Need your help in getting 3 to take this problem seriously and fixed today.

@LeonaONeill1 @SkyHelpTeam As a short term back up, order a GiffGaff sim and put it in a phone set up as a hotspot. For £20 you can buy a "goodybag" which will give you 80GB and you should have more than enough bandwidth even on 4G to satisfy your family needs. I did it when Virgin let me down last year.

Hey @giffgaff I’ve paid for a golden goody bag but the internet speed is so slow— is this normal? I’ve been with you guys for years and haven’t had this problem before :(

@Leah_EEE They may not use, but for mobile I moved to a 1 month rolling contract with smarty, giffgaff etc. No drama when it comes to price, just works, parents on it too, can even do it as a group and manage for them. Internet and Phone I have just concluded they are all awful :(
