    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @giffgaff I have done. The fact that your customer service takes so long in this day and age is actually an outrage. The last time I experienced customer service like this was in the early 2000s.
