    @giffgaff What's the point?so you can tell me what I already know. O2 mast down, beyond our control blah blah blah. Have you ever tried organising a funeral and NO ONE can reach you? Making an already stressful situation 10000 times worse.

    @giffgaff No 4g either. I couldn't even show my elderly housebound aunt who doesn't have internet any pics of urns so she could chose one for her late husband. The amount of stress your service, or there lack of, has piled on this week...
