    @giffgaff I have been to edinburgh Glasgow London Manchester and Leicester and never had 5g signal. U sent me a 5g sim. I have golden Goodybag. 5g enabled on my phone. Anything else I need to do to get 5g

    so disappointed in @giffgaff's delay in repairing my refurbished phone. The repair has been "on hold" for a week now because they incorrectly assessed it as being out of warranty. This is my 2nd refurbished phone from them which has had an issue. 10/10 would not recommend

    @giffgaff good morning! I have still many GBs but datas not working for me, nor can I connect to any wifi. It says on the phone the 4G is active but nothing is working.
