    @StephHackett2 I'm seriously glad you are there to get help as being short of breath is no joke and quite scary. At least you got signal in there. My last visit to A&E was with ureteric colic and I never have signal there on Giffgaff which is on O2 network so had to pop out to use phone.

    @giffgaff It's been going on for months now - I get off the train at Victoria and I've got full signal but no actual functional data until I get on a train at Piccadilly. I'll see if manual roam helped.

    @VOXI_UK @VOXI_UK despite assurances that you had fixed the address problem, I still can't order a new phone on your black friday deal. Too late now to get it sorted in time. A real sad case of "computer says no" @giffgaff can you do a deal?

    @giffgaff I’m not in Glasgow now. I’m in Perthshire (PH4 1QW) and the person I am trying to phone is in Falkirk with a full signal on a different network.

    @Longsight If it's only occurring when in central Manchester, there may be an issue with the masts in and around that area, rather than it being busy. Try the manual roam to see if this makes any change when in that area, hopefully it does the trick. - giffgaff Jeanette
