    @Secondcitylee It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

    Hey @giffgaff, needing help topping up one of your sims that controls a heating system in a vehicle. Normal means don’t work. Can you help?

    @AntiSilence666 @giffgaff That's not a bad shout. For all I use the phone for, and especially over this pandemic I feel we've all been ripped off because we're using WiFi not cell data.

    @rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!
