@Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed

@giffgaff I topped my wife’s phone up with credit after a goodybag payment failure (I forgot to update the details). I bought another goodybag and now she can’t call or text. We have gone through all the options with the community people but no further ideas. Can you help?

@fangirlfading I absolutely do get reception in the Clyde tunnel ...not even a blip as I drive through it..an old iPhone 8 and a Giffgaff sim ! However I do not get radio reception which always crackles and cuts off as soon as I enter the tunnel.Never really understood why the difference.

@O2 @giffgaff can anyone help. Network down for giffgaff users in my area (CF63) appantly for upgrade work. How long will this take as have voicemail can't listen to which may be very important. Says may be down until 8pm 11/9 😱

@giffgaff The fact that I've had no service since 27th August and it still hasn't been fixed says alot. No point asking to dm because I've heard everything through the gg agents and it's basically a waiting game. Genuinely disappointed
