    @giffgaff have been having terrible reception for a few months now just looked up my postcode and it says oh sorry problem with phone mast. I legit am trying to get through to nhs 111 and can't. Can I get more info about this coverage issue?

    So frustrating topping up @giffgaff phone. Forced 2FA is SMS, not proper authenticator codes. 2FA challenge, GG sent a text, to a phone I can't see. They can't send me the code because... out of credit. If it was proper 2FA I could use my phone to authenticate to top up. Fail! 🙄

    @leezo180 If the phone is unlocked, our SIMs will work in it Lee. If you find it is still linked to Three, you can contact them to have it unlatched from their network. - giffgaff Jeanette
