    @giffgaff hi, my signal isn’t working and i’ve tried taking out the sim / switching off my phone etc. i’m in worcestershire!

    @RhonaBT Hello, We have had a look at our coverage checker and the masts in your area are as they should be and it shows no issues with your coverage. Try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

    im going to cry my data hasnt been working since friday and it resets at midnight tomorrow ive done everything and its still not working ive send giffgaff so many emails idk how a sim card can be this ******

    @giffgaff hi, im in E8 and giffgaff network doesn’t work. I’ve tried to restart my phone and also flight mode on-off but nothing seems working. Any idea what’s going on?

    @eszternikolettm A nearby phone mast in the W1G 9TF area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. The engineers are aware of the issue and are working to fix the problem. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

    @z52782 @giffgaff Relatively easily!? Here's the thing what if I don't have a driver's license? What if I cant find my passport and don't want to pull out half my house just so I have full access to the internet again? I just want to know why now have you done this? What was the problem before??

    I’m with @giffgaff, I’ve never interacted with @CarphoneUK in any way…yet I keep getting spam phone calls from them. Very poor practice guys. #CarphoneWarehouse
