    @NblookM @giffgaff I was in Glasgow last month and had 5g no issues. You tried turning the phone off and on to reset the network service ?

    @westdorsetrick @GeorgeMonbiot I used to work for the Ombudsman who dealt with mobile phone company complaints The one thing that taught me was to NEVER have a contract !!! That’s why I’m on @giffgaff PAYG

    @giffgaff She's now got H+ signal and emails come through without us doing anything other than I rang her and that worked then messages came in.

    @giffgaff Hi, I’ve received the phone and the sim card but never received a confirmation email for the order and with my giffgaff user details so unable to cancel the goodybag so I don’t get charged next month. What to do in this situation?
