    @giffgaff your network is shocking. My Internet doesn't work, my phone hasn't worked properly since merging onto your network! Shocking!

    @giffgaff seems lately the data connection in the city centre is kinda flakey. Using a Pixel 6A and indoors in the Arndale/around NQ I can barely seem to get H/H+. Been like this a couple weeks now. Any issues?

    @giffgaff I need help ASAP. I am not receiving any txt messages at all. I am able to send them but I am not receiving them at all. My calls seem fine. The fact you can't speak to anyone on the phone is ridiculous.

    @giffgaff your customer service is a shambles! Received a faulty phone. Apple has got a record from previous owner that it had same fault! Can’t get in touch with anybody? I need this replacing asap as my daughter is off to Japan on Monday for 12 month and needs this phone!?

    Moved from Giffgaff to Vodafone. Never realised how terrible Giffgaff is. Actually thought that mobile data was supposed to be crap. Total revelation moving away

    @giffgaff I've had no signal all day, no 4G, no 3G or even E. Is the mobile network down? I can't make or recieve a call. I usually have very good signal where I am.

    @giffgaff I have been locked out of my sim /phone, I am using someone else’s at MO but I need a puk code to reactivate it’s. HELP !!!
