@giffgaff Would seem unlikely if my access is via WiFi and ALL other pages work. Why would a network issue only affect one webpage. The fact I’m communicating via Twitter says my devise is accessing the internet fine?

@giffgaff @Markngaz1 The internet connection on my phone is non-existent/horrendously slow in my area, I live in Bolton, BL1. It has been like this for days now. I want this sorted out ASAP and I want monetary compensation for this, because this definitely not what I paid for.

  • LukeKatana 𝕷𝖚𝖐𝖊𝕶𝖆𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖆 (@LukeKatana) reported

@giffgaff how do I cancel a goodybag so I can start a new one straight away I've nearly run out of data... ?

  • joannaaa Joanna Hemingway (@joannaaa) reported

Really disappointed with the patronising responses I’m getting from @giffgaff agents. “I’m sorry you didn’t see the info that was sent you” - when I was never sent the info! Going round in circles asking for info to be resent and them being told it has already been sent! 🙈🙈🙈

@littleworldbeka @EE My contract’s up on the 24th so I’m going SIM only with GiffGaff, unlimited texts/calls and 30GB of data for £15 a month. I’ve been a customer with EE for nearly 15 years and it’s sad they don’t offer anything for long term loyalty as I like their service otherwise!

@Yorksims @giffgaff I can't its sending a two factor verification code to my mobile. Which doesn't work here. I didn't turn on roaming as I have no plans to return.
