Andy Roberts (@artfulalchemy_) reported@AvonandsomerRob I think there’s a fine line these days between PAYG and rolling contract. For instance is a Giffgaff sim registered in your name and set to auto top up from your bank every month truly PAYG or is it really a rolling contract ? The interesting figures would relate to the amount of PAYG sims that are not registered to a legitimate name and topped up via voucher paid for by cash. While I am sure the above does not automatically mean questionable usage if you could combine that data with number of sims that appear on the network and drop of after a few weeks, maybe a month or so never to be seen again you may have some indication of criminal usage.
