    @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
