Hello @giffgaff how do I request a refund for my £12.64 unused credit? Number has been successfully ported to another provider this morning. Your chat not in the app was of no help. Can I speak to someone, please?

Hey @O2 I have a phone that's locked to your network but since I'm now on GiffGaff, I can't unlock it... What do I do?

@Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.

@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

@Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!
