  • MsNMcLoughlin Ms. McLoughlin (@MsNMcLoughlin) reported

@giffgaff I can’t find the original box to return it, is that a problem? I can send in an iPhone box instead?

  • ProveIt78 Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported

@giffgaff How ironic. A mobile network company that are unable to make calls! And you do deal with inactive accounts on Social Media as I pointed out. So deal with this. Go to the account of Muzamil Mughal, remove my address from his account and cancel the SIM you sent to my address.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@MsNMcLoughlin No, that's not a problem at all. You can return the phone in any suitable packaging that you have available, if you no longer have the original packaging. - giffgaff Emer.

  • semaj0791 Jay Dee (@semaj0791) reported

@giffgaff repeated loss of phone signal is really making me look to an alternative network. Paying for a service that far too often just is not available.

  • ProveIt78 Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported

@giffgaff I’ve received a SIM card through the post addressed to someone I’ve never heard of and who doesn’t live at my address. I need you to cancel the sim and remove my address from your records and the potential fraudsters account.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@ProveIt78 We are an exclusively online network, so we don't have a telephone number, and we're unable to call members. We totally understand that you would like this looked into as soon as possible, and our member relations team will get back to you as soon as they can. - giffgaff Emer.

  • ProveIt78 Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported

@giffgaff And you still haven’t answered my question. This can be dealt with if I DM the details. There are plenty of examples of this. I’ll add your name to my complaint because of the poor way you have handled my concerns.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@ProveIt78 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. - giffgaff Emer. (2/2)

@giffgaff No, it's logging in, not changing the password. First attempt to login, locked out. Not changing password.

@Food_Fascist @VodafoneUK I've been a Vodafone customer since analogue days and stayed mainly due to the #suresignal I have now found my current handset WILL operate on WiFi calling with GiffGaff (O2) so #vodafone days may be numbered if they can't get me connected. Check out the Vodafone forum!
