    @giffgaff coverage has been terrible for the past 3 days for myself, husband and kids. I can't log in to my account as can't receive texts or calls. Have tried turning phone on and off since Monday. Just says no service. using iPhone 13. Please help! am in s18.

    @giffgaff app help isn’t loading. App home page isn’t loading. All on home WiFi as absolutely no data signal outside my house. Is there a network issue? Instead of just asking everyone to DM why not be open and honest and put out a public tweet

    @virginmedia No broadband connection in BT14 North Belfast. Giffgaff is down as well.

    @VodafoneUK Thankyou for getting back to me, still no service. I don't have another provider as such, it's just a spare unlocked phone I once briefly used a PAYG Giffgaff in..do I still have to get a PAC code?

    @giffgaff I have had a reply saying switch to 3G network but as I am in my 80s I use a simple 2g handset. For calls only

    @giffgaff @O2 Hi - it appears myself and a few friends in the Cheltenham area (GL51) are struggling with 4G. I can't see any reports of network issues, do you know of any?

    @giffgaff is there still delivery problems with dpd ? i was thinking of buying another phone but just need to check the delivery issues have been fixed
