Having had incredibly bad signal in my flat, I switched from VirginMobile to giffgaff.* I still have bad signal. I can't use WiFi calling because my phone doesn't offer it (though I can use Facebook/WhatsApp calls). I just want to use my phone. In 2023. Why is that so hard?

@Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 That's not a bad plan. I have 2 SIMs because I live in an area with poor coverage. Giffgaff is amazing value if you buy a phone. And I get really cheap mobile coverage with my broadband from EE.

@giffgaff My mobile internet has been down for a few days now. I reset the phone and turned on airplane mode to reset the signal, but it doesn't work. I have to use 30 GB and the internet outside the home does not work. My signal changes from one bar to two. What's going on?
