@councillorjoe If it's any help, I currently use 1 month renewal deals with GiffGaff(O2) and Smarty (3), both are cheap and excellent. Smarty actually credit the next months purchase for any unused Data and allow several SIMs to use the same deal! I'm not on Commission!

@jadesewell_ I'd never been so excited to check that new voicemail I have. @giffgaff why

@giffgaff hi! we've been getting really bad coverage in London SE10 for the past couple of weeks. Most of the times both mine and my gf's phone can't get signal or when it does it's so weak that people complain we are breaking when on a call. Is there any issue in the area? Tks

@giffgaff really have the most unhelpful twitter agents! Rude and love to fob you off. I would urge anyone thinking of joining or use them to think again. 😡😳

@tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

@giffgaff Hi - still no emails to re-set. If i raise a complaint via my account, would i get to talk to someone directly, rather than via twitter?

@Brookie63 Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann.2/2

@giffgaff how comes when I am on a call and someone else is calling me it doesn’t tell me and give me the option to put the other on hold? It doesn’t come up in missed calls either, I only know if they left a voicemail. This only happens w you, never happened when I was with 3

@giffgaff guys for the last month or so, I’ve been getting 1 Bar 3G. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I’m on the £20 quid a month plan, and I’ve not been burning through my data. I’ve messed around with network selection, but that’s not helping. Barely usable

@kelfriz Hi Kelley. It can take up to 3 working days for your phone to be marked as received. Phones are delivered in large totes that need to be individually broken down, so this process can take some time. If you haven't had an update by Monday, please get back in touch - giffgaff Jade
