    It's always a shame when a once good company's customer service goes down the pan, so it's sad to see it happen to @giffgaff. Who have also fallen into the "if the delivery company we chose to use have failed it's up to you to complain to them, bye" shittery

    And I am not trying to dump on giffgaff here, really like their service. But I am an IT worker, I have 20+ accounts like that who all try to be super clever and frustrate the hell out of me.

    I joined Giff Gaff in 2012. Never once had a problem, never once paid more than £12 a month. Credit where it's due. @giffgaff are faultless. Can't say that about many service providers. Here's to the next 10 years.

    @Chutzpah84 @giffgaff How much is Giffgaff these days? There are a few options for no contract sims that we've tried eg smarty, lebara. You can try them for a month and cancel if no good. Lebara has 15gb for 7 quid and half price for 3 months!

    @giffgaff I’ve spoken to my insurance too they told me they never requested to block Imei and that must be a mistake by giffgaff /o2 .Spoken to them and they’ll send another email but for no reason my phones being blocked never had this problem with any network like that

    Hi @giffgaff ! Are you aware of poor signal in the last week or so in Bournemouth area (BH8/BH9)? Tried forums and to contact an agent, but nothing yet. Can help please? Multiple SIMs in multiple devices struggling to get signal and running down battery because of it. Thanks.
