@CorkLike68 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Megan (2/2)

@OGDuckington Last time I finally left o2 …luckily I could afford to buy my phone outright, at the time. I’m with Giffgaff for 2 years now and haven’t looked back. I would never consider contract again.

@giffgaff Unfortunately I can't as twitter want to send a text to verify my account so I can send dms but as I have no signal I can't receive the text 🙄

@LittleRed_x It is definitely better than being tied down to a contract, I've switched to Giffgaff a few years ago and feel much freer. Granted; I'm paying anywhere between £10 to £20 a month and it's still technically pay as you go, but you're not paying more for when you need credit.

@giffgaff joke of a company with zero customer service…no phone number and they actively steer you to bullshit q&a that is never what your problem is…
