@giffgaff Help! Activated 5G sim instead of choosing swap sim. Now unable to move # from 4G to 5G sim & got credit + goody bag on 4G and goody bag on 5G sim. Have 4G sim back in handset. Please see DM. Thanks 🙏🏻

@giffgaff I’ve been trying to access my giffgaff account to turn off my recurring bill and it won’t let me back in! I’ve tried changing the password several times but it says I’ve got it wrong. Can you please help me out as I don’t want to be charged tomorrow. Thank you.

@Nick_Wellings @OperaCreep @RuthElleson I operate through a MiFi I had for trains etc via which I function on a loaned tablet since the laptop has been in a coma. £20 per month virtually unlimited on giffgaff kindly paid by a friend. Mine was 3 and I freed it, but they aren't network tied now.
