    @giffgaff I have a problem with my voice messages. When I call VM it tells me to enter a PIN to change my PIN, even though I didn't enter a PIN to begin with.

    @giffgaff I paid £20 for a goody bag (80GB) so I’d have lots of data for a trip up to Scotland and waited more than 24h for activation. Tried swapping phone etc. no where near any shops. Stuck! HELP!

    @Happy_kiddo It should work to transfer the number Nidhi, but we just need to advise that there may be complications as you won't be connected to the giffgaff network. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Just moved home from abroad, got a GiffGaff SIM paid £20 yesterday ready for a drive up to Scotland today. It’s still got no signal… :( Now I have to go on a road trip without any calls/texts/data. Any resolve? 🥺 #giffgaff #help
