    @giffgaff Are there mast problems at TA20 3SZ??? Constantly getting Emergency calls only or E or trying to connect to 5g which we haven't even got. No reliability at all and 2 of us are in giffgaff Daughter is trying to run a business and it's hopeless.

    @giffgaff almost 24 hours on my SIM still does not work. I have emailed customer services and still nothing! In this day and age, surely you at least have agents on hand for live chat?!

    @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    @giffgaff So no customer service and because I tried to simply get a SIM card delivered GiffGaff have offered a refund . Why don’t you just say piss off we don’t want you as a customer?
