    @Surprice123519 Hi there. At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah

    @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff URGENT FRAUD โ€“ My giffgaff SIM appears to have been fraudulently transferred to another device today. My phone suddenly lost service and I can no longer log into my account. Please immediately suspend the SIM and lock the account to prevent misuse. ***417

    @giffgaff Urgent unresolved SIM swap/account takeover issue on my Giffgaff account. I have now lost access to my mobile service twice within 36 hours despite repeatedly reporting the compromise and linked banking/finance fraud. No response from you and requires urgent escalation

    .@giffgaff have generally been good (10 years+ a subscriber). For the past few days, I have been unable to send texts from my UK number. I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back to the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.

    10 p/m on a phone (probably just the sim only) is possible maybe only on giffgaff cause every other network even three (best network btw) is at least 12 pound monthly for the cheapest plan with no add ons
