@giffgaff Hey, just thought you should know, I received a SIM in the post today, for someone who doesn't live here, who has never lived here in the 10 years I've been here and I'm pretty sure has never lived here. What should I do with it?

  • sparkes66 Sue P (@sparkes66) reported

@giffgaff no network for last couple of days and local information says it’s down to replacement of phone mast and due to be out for another 5 days. Where is the communication? I hope you will be giving a refund for the service you are not currently providing?

@sparkes66 Hi Sue. We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your service while a mast is down in your area. Once things are back up and running please get back in touch, so we can look into adding some goodwill credit to your account for the inconvenience caused - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff I sent a help message on the app and when trying to view replies the “something went wrong” pop up appeared. I’ve tried viewing the message via the website and it doesn’t seem to be there. Any help would be appreciated

  • Aug24 Eh? I? (@Aug24) reported

Hey @giffgaff - returned a phone to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and somewhere between being collected from my door and you, the package got emptied. So far, so bad - but it gets worse. RM say that they don't reimburse >£100. So your return service is unfit for purpose.

Hi @SMARTYMobileUK, just letting you know it’s been fun but I’m leaving. Network has been unusable with speeds in major cities hitting 1mb on iPhone 13. London was worse in not even being able to complete speed test. @giffgaff think you can beat them?

  • A_November_Man ThatGuySi (@A_November_Man) reported

I'm looking to change phone provider. I have been a loyal customer to 02 for probably 15 years but it's no longer value for money and no perks. I'm considering Smarty or GiffGaff ? As need just a simple affordable tariff. Anybody have experience with them good or bad ?

@UnknwnUsrZero The link above won't require you to have an account, if you scroll down and press 'Make A Complaint', it will direct you to a page where there is an option saying 'Not A Member? No Problem' and you will be able to continue. - giffgaff Dana
