@jonabluse Hi there. When your number transfers over to another network, you will lose any remaining giffgaff credit and any payback points you've accumulated. The account will then also become unusable. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff quick question, why would I buy a £10 goodybag that has 6gb of data, when I could buy a £10 golden goodybag that has 9gb data? I don't have a 5g phone so does this golden one support 4g use?

@giffgaff Well... Having had a bad nights sleep and not one but two nosebleeds (including one gusher) as I have weak blood vessels in my nose and all I have to do is sneeze to trigger one, I'd say it was pretty rubbish, tbh.

@giffgaff I tried this many times, it takes a long time to connect to any of the networks, and when I do, the connection stays for only a few minutes and I'm left with 'emergency calls' only again. So, unfotunately, this doesn't help. I also tried to turn off and on my phone many times..

@giffgaff Hi! I'm abroad since Dec and the last few weeks there is barely any signal at all, I can't call or use internet (out of 9GB I purched, I only used 342MB, because nothing is working)... It's almost always on "emergency calls" only, please help with the issue!

@giffgaff Hi! I activated my new sim card with you today. Then tried to buy a phone on your website but the loan got rejected. Is it because I'm a new customer with you? Thanks!
