Literally rode past every mast you operate from, no engineers on site near any of them on any of the days you claim "engineers are working on the problem as we speak"

Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Fred (@fred6279) reported@cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.
