    @giffgaff I cancelled in the end. I’ve had zero service and now lost £14. Not very happy honestly. Like getting blood out of a stone. Shocked I don’t even get my money back.

    @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

    @giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

    @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

    @giffgaff hi, I recently bought a refurbished phone from you, have been using it for 4 days and my mobile data won’t work, Apple diagnostics detects a hardware issue, WiFi usage is fine, what do I do? Return it for a working replacement? Thanks

    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    Your service is absolutely appalling where I live. Sent proof of another SIM working in my phone yet I still have to buy another giffgaff SIM and try that??? @giffgaff
