    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    From you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah
