@Inthedin1 @Yorksims @giffgaff Even if giffgaff had WiFi calling when they first stated, they definitely didn’t support it a year ago. Is it possible that you were using an app such as iMessage/FaceTime/WhatsApp of similar rather that actual Wifi calling/Volte?

  • JackCCLow Jack (@JackCCLow) reported from Moulin, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

  • robjh76 rob (@robjh76) reported

@giffgaff any current reason, why the internet is so slow/unresponsive?

  • AGtrtokyo M A (@AGtrtokyo) reported

@giffgaff can't activate my new sim. User name isn't recognised even when I reset. Can you help?

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@vanessa76240084 @giffgaff What is the exact issue with the SIM?

  • dovdacosta david dacosta ✡️ (@dovdacosta) reported

@1BenBaller @KieranCairns @giffgaff Then I’m off to EE until they cancel it. I have a French SIM for data use at my place so just need one for being out and about.

  • culplix Facundo M. B. (@culplix) reported

@giffgaff I want to cancel a Direct Debit associated with a number I DON’T use and they refuse to donit unless I give many information I DON’T HAVE! CANCEL MY DD ASAP!!

  • lincoln12345642 lincoln (@lincoln12345642) reported

@giffgaff Hi....looks like your test wasn't too extensive after all as an 'excellent' condition phone has gone down to 40% from a full charge with under 2 hours screen time

  • BoringCarDriver Phil (@BoringCarDriver) reported

@thealso @giffgaff Man, that sucks. My limit dropped from 20 to 12 last year, wouldn’t be surprised if it drops more. We collectively got through about 30GB roaming in a week recently.

  • jo_the_hat Jo Franks 💙 (@jo_the_hat) reported

@dexychik Yup - you'd think for something that important... Worth looking into giffgaff for their service too - £6 a month gets you free texts and calls (mostly - obvious exceptions apply) and 500mb (iirc) of data. And it's month to month, so you can cancel whenever without penalty.
