    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

    @giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

    @FyrFrames @DoesItPlay1 This is the part I don't understand. I am on a pay as you go with Giffgaff and mine worked, he's on the same pay as you go deal as mine, his doesn't work 🤷

    @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    @giffgaff No I can’t because x has decided to ask me for encryption key I’ve never set up
