    Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….

    @valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
