    @giffgaff almost 24 hours on my SIM still does not work. I have emailed customer services and still nothing! In this day and age, surely you at least have agents on hand for live chat?!

    @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

    @giffgaff Urgent unresolved SIM swap/account takeover issue on my Giffgaff account. I have now lost access to my mobile service twice within 36 hours despite repeatedly reporting the compromise and linked banking/finance fraud. No response from you and requires urgent escalation
