    @giffgaff Stitched up by a company I have paid thousands to. Pride on word of mouth... Only the good stuff eh? Absolute p. Poor customer service. Loyalty means nothing with you guys. Remember this folks.

    @CastleEmpire UK. Connecting via both bt isp and Giffgaff/O2 4g has same problems. Guild members using virgin and sky having same problems.

    @giffgaff Wow, after a week the customer 'relations' just got back spewing the same stuff. I had a perfectly app working huawei in September, got. New one in good faith, they are saying it was well publicised. I can assure you I would not have bought this pile of crap if I had known.

    @giffgaff Hi, I’m a new customer with you. It seems like my pace code has completed as calling and WhatsApp is linked to my normal number. However normal texts just aren’t sending?
