@giffgaff @giffgaff I have been trying to use my mobile data all day but for some reason I can’t. I purchased a £20 bundle I can make calls and texts but no data usage, any help?

  • PandaSquiish NinjaPanda (@PandaSquiish) reported

@AnxiousHolly In the UK only a few carriers support esim. Its never mentioned in any adverts and its on contract only. PAYG networks like giffgaff don't support esim. I get the simplicity and convenience of esim but swapping between phones, how easy is it compared to just swapping a sim card?

@O2 Your service has been absolute garbage. Can't call, text, or access mobile data. Tried all afternoon to get customer service, no luck. Did everything in your FAQs, no help. Never had this trouble with Giffgaff on your network. New phone is a brick. Disgusting.

@giffgaff hi Giffgaff, my data is barely working on my phone and signal is really bad. I’ve rebooted phone and checked website for outages and that I have lots of data left. Any ideas? My landline and broadband are down so I need my mobile and data to work!

Dear @giffgaff Your signal sucks. Sorry, but I should be getting better than 2 bar 3G in Manchester city centre. Been with you for years, but can't put up with radio silence any longer. Good bye.

@giffgaff Home postcode isn't the issue.

  • Aug24 Eh? I? (@Aug24) reported

Hey @giffgaff - returned a phone to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and somewhere between being collected from my door and you, the package got emptied. So far, so bad - but it gets worse. RM say that they don't reimburse >£100. So your return service is unfit for purpose.

@giffgaff I sent a help message on the app and when trying to view replies the “something went wrong” pop up appeared. I’ve tried viewing the message via the website and it doesn’t seem to be there. Any help would be appreciated
