@giffgaff @O2 It was sealed when I bought it, the store is a 20 mile round trip, I’ve been a giffgaff customer for years and years, this is not my fault and yet here I am having to rectify the issue of your messed up packaging at my own cost. As it was sealed it definitely happened your end!

@giffgaff app help isn’t loading. App home page isn’t loading. All on home WiFi as absolutely no data signal outside my house. Is there a network issue? Instead of just asking everyone to DM why not be open and honest and put out a public tweet

@ThomasJAshwell Yikes. We'd recommend trying to get logged in, using a different browser and device Thomas. If this doesn't help, try using your membername instead of your mobile number and vice versa. Also ensure there are no VPN's enabled when trying to log in. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Tried that too. The solution ended up being logging in from my phone with wifi turned off. Must have been an issue with my router.
