@barnettenergy @Netflixhelps @drbenpotter @virginmedia I have the same issue! The Netflix app on my phone doesnt work when connected to wifi (I use Virgin Media) but it works when I use my mobile data (using GiffGaff)
@giffgaff I though mobile networks had "guaranteed delivery" on SMS messages, and that the network would send messages on when the phone finally registered back on the network. This doesn't seem to happen between phones on giffgaff.
@giffgaff Hi, recently I've noticed a number of failures for text messages to reach the recipient - also on giffgaff, but in a location where their phone sometimes has poor or no reception.
@giffgaff sort your shit laggy mobile data out 😡
@ElectricVandal No signal at home, no signal at Jenny's where I practice music, none at Nottingham Hackspace, none at any point between those. For 2 weeks. Meanwhile I got a giffgaff SIM that works immediately in both of my phones. Oh and coincidentally I had to do phone surgery during it all
Beyond a joke... Sat here with full 4G signal and yet again, @giffgaff network is dead to the world! #PissTake #GiffGaff
@ecarsontc We can then help further via your case as soon as possible - giffgaff Jade (2/2)
@giffgaff Hello. Thanks. I can’t get past the diagnostic page. None of the results describe my issue. I have spent considerable time with Apple but they now say best to return to you under warranty. Warranty has now ended but the issue arose before that, as recognised in an email from you
