readwithai (@readwithai) reported@O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

Caz 🇬🇧 (@cazjj) reported@giffgaff @bbuk You've let me down. Please give an email to complain. I CANNOT get into the app as the phone and sim are gone! None of your advisors are helping me!
-
Xynthymr (@Xynthymr) reportedI've been an @O2 customer for over 20 years, but these latest mid-contract price hikes are unsustainable. Only reason I even have a SIM is because of 2FA, otherwise I would go SIM-free Wi-Fi only. I'll probably be switching to @giffgaff or @LebaraMobileUK soon. Well done, #O2!

Carl Wills (@carlwills85) reported@giffgaff I'm in central london and getting no signal. Tried phone on and off etc and all the usual bits. Any idea what's happening?
