@giffgaff It's been over 24 hours now and nobody has responded. This is an emergency and you need to escalate this query as soon as possible, who does she need to contact for that to happen?

Switching away from GiffGaff as I have v poor reception but the other providers’ websites are making me mad bc the way they market things is so incredibly predatory. Only £12 a month!* *ᶠᵒʳ ˢᶦˣ ᵐᵒⁿᵗʰˢ, ᵃⁿᵈ ᵗʰᵉⁿ £²⁴ ᵃ ᵐᵒⁿᵗʰ ᶠᵒʳ ᵗʰᵉ ⁿᵉˣᵗ ¹⁸ ᵐᵒⁿᵗʰˢ

Why would you send a phone that's reported as lost/stolen to a customer??? @giffgaff she bought it brand new! and then you have no telephone agents so my sister cannot contact a human being to resolve this? You've also made her wait over 24 for a response. This is ridiculous

@SMARTYMobileUK Hi 👋 I have a PAYG physical SIM with @giffgaff. Just been issued with a Pixel 7 work phone by my employer, which supports dual SIM - one physical SIM, one eSIM. But giffgaff don't support eSIM 😔 do you? If so, could I transfer my number to a SMARTY eSIM?
