    @MoneySavingExp Counting down the days to ending my @ThreeUK contract (after 9 yrs). No loyalty to customers. Sim only with @giffgaff looks good.

    @geordiechris48 Hi Chris. Unfortunately, we do not support eSIM's at the moment. The best advice is to always keep an eye on the giffgaff community, because if we ever decided to support eSIM's, then it would be announced there first - giffgaff Nicole

    @Tommo127 That's not good to hear, Sean. If your service improves whenever you're outside of the building, then it may be a factor inside the building causing the problem. Your services can affected by local factors including buildings, trees and even weather conditions. - giffgaff Emer.
