@giffgaff hi I ordered a phone from you under the name Lewis cairns and I never received the parcel so i rang up dpd and they said it had been returned to giffgaff far over 14 days ago and I have not received any form of refund please would you get back to me as I spent £89

@katiec1314 Giffgaff runs on the o2 network but is cheaper cos of no shops etc, all run by the users. been with them for over 11yrs and many others I know have joined in that time to.

New house no @giffgaff signal, it took 3 weeks to actually speak to someone at @VodafoneUK who im hoping have passed the connection request to @OpenreachHelp so hopefully life might improve and with intermittent TV signal. Im getting pretty sick of Paw Patrol dvds for the kids

@giffgaff I cannot make calls. Ive used your agent support. It asks me if its just making calls. I click on yes. It checks my status then nothing. No agent message and no resolution

Is @giffgaff any good? . Since 3 family members moved over I've never had so much trouble contacting them. Goes to voicemail too quick. Sometimes the messages don't even send.. I won't move to them because it just doesn't seem to work well.
