@giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

Lots of heavy lifting was done by giffgaff's customer community: 80% of customer support, 40% of acquisition, 50% reduction in operating costs. I like the broad focus on supporting different areas, instead of getting locked into a single one. #swarmconf

@DuskyTheWusky We can understand how frustrating this is for you. As there is a mast issue where you are, this will affect all your services, including your data connection and speed. We wish there was more we could advise at present. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I’m after a network that lets me top up when I need to - no faff - no contracts - £10 bundles suit me - what’s your customer service like ?

@Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed

Been with @giffgaff a few years and I like them. However, I'm going to have to leave. I have a technical problem and I just can't contact them. The Ask A GiffGaff Agent link is dead. I have tried it on my tablet, mobile phone and two laptops. Come on @giffgaff this isn't good.

For Giffgaff, turning an obsolete product issue (SIM to micro SIM) into a community sourced solution (through scissors!), created tension as dominant voices took over all requests #swarmconf
