  @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah

  @giffgaff I purchased some travel data for Canada on Friday morning. 16)5/2026. It shows as valid in the app but when I choose mobile data I don't get any signal? Do I have to enable roaming? I don't want to lose the credit on my account.

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @emsywemsy10 We just tested this on our end, and it should take you directly to the page to request a PAC. Alternatively you can log into your account then go to My Account, then profile and settings, and scroll down to 'Get a PAC code' - giffgaff Hannah
