@benno44775 @giffgaff That is a load of crap. Law states you are entitled to a quality of service, no service is not a quality of service, it is what it says, no service. 0% service is no service. If you buy a product and the vendor says “ we have got no product” is that a service? Period!

@BobPrydderch You can select any one of these Bob, your issue will still be directed to the correct team once you fill in the comment box at the end - giffgaff Nicole

@BobPrydderch We understand how frustrating this is Bob. Once the mast is back up and running, if you can get in contact with an agent through your account they may be able to help you further with this - giffgaff Nicole

If you want to go in a genuine time machine, use @giffgaff 4G. It's like Dial-up Internet from the late 90s. #crap #giffgaff

  • TJLincolnshire TJLincs (@TJLincolnshire) reported

@hblx My partner has Giffgaff on O2 and that was mostly awful

  • DavidTh55952799 David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported

@giffgaff wasn't confusing when I first applied for the Giffgaff SIM deal. I chose a MB deal and goodie bag for £10 a month. I've had a look at the goodbag deal since raising this problem and know another £10 has left my account. So in two days £30 has left my account. I didn't confirm it

@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but to mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times etc

  • DavidTh55952799 David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported

@giffgaff You took £10 yesterday and confirmed it to me via email. Then reset my balance to £0 and again today. So £20 and no service and your telling me it's going to take 24 hours? No no no no

  • DavidTh55952799 David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported

@giffgaff I've done that and they haven't been in touch. Lots of people on twitter get in touch. But no one from customer services
