    @giffgaff can someone please get in touch with me. So fed up of having no network signal. Have tried all advice on your forums, trying to in touch with an agent but your site keeps crashing and kicking me out. Without WiFi I have no way to use my phone. Been over a month!

    @chrisfrank7777 If it's only that particular app that you're having trouble with, and all your other services are working as normal, it sounds like it could be an issue with the app itself. We would recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the app again. - giffgaff Emer.

    @giffgaff Also you sold a phone where someone else's details were still on it so texts coming through asking them to make urgent contact for being late with very and next payments!!! No sound when you call someone. Battery will says its 60% but cut out.

    @giffgaff Hi, could you please adjust your network settings to go better with Telegram apps audio calls? It’s already used by more than 500 million people and there’s a problem with audio calls on giffgaff - the calls drop all the time...

    @tescomobile @nathantoothy90 Sky Mobile us O2 as their network provider so can cross O2 off your list plus giffgaff and Tesco Mobile as they both use O2 as well.

    @ThreeUKSupport It would be great for someone to call me who can actually do something about it rather than reading off a script and computer screen. As at the moment my solution is to freeze the account and go to giffgaff. Which after 12 years with Three seems more logical.
