@giffgaff my husband has been having issues with his phone. The network says emergency calls only and today the sim is blocked. We tried doing a sim swap but the email address attached to his giffgaff account is inactive now so we can't recieve a code?

@Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed
