That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

ShazzBakes (@ShazzBakes) reported@TrickyMcKicky I've 197 lines of data (still awaiting network from 20). GiffGaff, Tesco, iD, Virgin: some named that + "O2" or "EE" but most didn't. So I can't sort properly unless the actual provider is listed. There are 4 Three customers who DID get the alert. So it wasn't a complete ****-up.

Original Rizz (@ZacEyre) reported@beckymil1 @ScottGShore I was sat watching the footie with 8 of my mates, literally all on apple but one on O2, I’m on Vodafone a couple on EE, a couple of Three and on giffgaff, some went off, some didn’t, all down to notification and privacy settings

Harry Thompson (@hazzachops) reported@VOXI_UK My number was due to transfer over from giffgaff today. But it hasn’t as it’s still showing my Voxi number. Can I get some support please?
-
Matt (@MattskiMK) reported@PeterCrouchPod got me thinking! My loyalty to @VodafoneUK is being abused. Their charge increase is #phoneshithousery & for a 5 phone family with me being 20 years in maybe time for a change #onenetworkplayer 3 phones out of contract - where do i go? Is @giffgaff the solution?
-
kakarot (@kakarotx92) reported@giffgaff what sort of network cuts your internet just because one is in a call..... ******* piss take.
-
Steviedibbs (@restorersteve2) reported@O2 your app isn’t working properly. I’ve made 3 attempts to upgrade this evening. “Oops something went wrong” has been your response each time. Please fix it, giffgaff is becoming very tempting.
-
Pete Lawson (@stitch_83) reported@giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

readwithai (@readwithai) reported@O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.
