@giffgaff any chance of adding WiFi calling as a feature? No signal at home and it’s becoming more of an issue.

Lots of heavy lifting was done by giffgaff's customer community: 80% of customer support, 40% of acquisition, 50% reduction in operating costs. I like the broad focus on supporting different areas, instead of getting locked into a single one. #swarmconf

@VodafoneUK I'm an existing customer. I looked @ your additional sim-only plans. At those prices I think I'll be going to @giffgaff!

@giffgaff The fact that I've had no service since 27th August and it still hasn't been fixed says alot. No point asking to dm because I've heard everything through the gg agents and it's basically a waiting game. Genuinely disappointed

@EarlOfSidmouth Our network is very busy in your area at the moment, which is the reason why you're having issues whilst you're there. Our engineers are working on this. Your internet data should work as normal for you in other areas where the masts are working as normal. - giffgaff Emer.

@Ofcom surely there is a minimum guaranteed speed the networks need to provide, and O2 is failing miserably on this?! Across the UK as noted in their own community forums and the giffgaff forums proving there is an issue they are reluctant to address. #greed

@giffgaff I never pick up 5G on a sim that’s a month old and in a 5G enabled area with an iPhone 12, do I need to order a 5G sim?

@BSLLondon @giffgaff Nope. Nothing yet. TEN days without service, THREE days since activating SIM card (exactly as instructed). It's a real problem. When (if) it comes back, will text you. #GiffGaff #customerservice @Ofcom
