@giffgaff Thanks for the reply Nicole, but I contacted the website directly and they refunded it immediately. That must be the only time I've had quicker service on their site than on twitter, that bodes well for us all.

  • prue_evans Polly Anna (@prue_evans) reported

@Mandoline_Blue I'm with giffgaff - very cheap on o2 network, which is patchy. And bad in Moseley. Very cheap, however, I have unlimited calls and texts, 80 gig data which replaces broadband al for 20 quid a month.

  • LeighHowarth88 Leigh 'tank' Howarth (@LeighHowarth88) reported

@giffgaff what is going on with your signal recently. Last few weeks signal is weak and even with 4g not fast enough to do basic functions. What's the deal? Or do I have to look elsewhere?

  • mand282 Amanda Connolly (@mand282) reported

@giffgaff I need to leave you due to conx issues. I've requested my pac and am running down my allowance. It was at 3.23 when you topped me up by £10. Please refund this as I've just lost my job and can't afford to waste this money.

  • OAK77uk OAK77uk (@OAK77uk) reported

@Mandoline_Blue @northlondonpoly If you're going O2 then look at Giffgaff Same parent company, same network so same coverage (which I've found no real problems with) But no need for a contract and cheaper

  • gez_666 gez howarth (@gez_666) reported

@tescomobile spent over 2hrs in store trying to get a phone contract, only to find your internal system is down, walked out with a @giffgaff sim instead
