My @ee contract came to an end so changed over to @giffgaff whilst I decided what to do. I know what to do - go back to @EE ! GG is useless! In Newcastle City centre now, supposed to have 4G. Signal terrible. It’s been crap for the 2 weeks I’ve been using it

@giffgaff That's bad. Well behind the competition. O2 offer it and you use their network. Oh well will look elsewhere.

  • C_J_Lombardi Camilla Lombardi (@C_J_Lombardi) reported

@deputygrocott Lebara has been excellent for my 11 yr old. It’s the Vodafone network and really easy to swap between data allowances as we discover how much he needs/ teach him to use within his allowance. Sim only and got refurbed iPhone from giffgaff.

  • berniemc0161 Simon (@berniemc0161) reported

@giffgaff is the top up service faulty topped up account twice in two days and shows no credit. But, the history shows the two credits have been made to the account. Any ideas?

Is anyone else having problems with O2/Giffgaff in North London recently?

  • draPATtesting DRA PAT Testing (@draPATtesting) reported

@giffgaff Why? To say I’ve got no signal? I was on a job with my colleagues last week - one on ee, one on Virgin, one on Tesco mobile. And me. Who had no signal?

  • miniblob_dnr miniblob (@miniblob_dnr) reported

@thealso @lankylegohead @ThreeUK Giffgaff, Sky & Tesco, are all on the O2 network! Roaming data capped at 25gb I think though!

  • jp_hero James Pearce (@jp_hero) reported

@giffgaff No. Can I do this through the app? Or the community? Dozens of thread already exist with zero outcome apart from "just wait a bit it might fix itself"
