@Beddy7865 Yes, it is a negative unfortunately but they are robust and “generally “ bug free. Go for a guaranteed refurb? We always use giffgaff refurbs for phones and never had a problems .

@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

@popey 4.1 Mbps ADSL and signal loss of 46 (should be <21) at the FTTP pole port when @WeAreOpenreach last abandoned finishing our 2014 rollout. 4G for work via roof antenna 13km to mast, on GiffGaff 100GiB/mo golden goodybag. 4K would trash that allowance.

So I finally left giffgaff after maybe the worst 4 months of service ever, for the same price instead of 10GB I’m now getting 30GB with unlimited social data on VOXI, like that makes so much more sense and the signal is so much stronger
