    Work phone is an iPhone 5 on giffgaff. I've recorded an answer phone message but somehow it never goes to answer phone, just rings for ages. Any ideas????

    @giffgaff its showing no problems yet i had two different people claim they can't ear me when i call them but yet i can ear them it only happens when i call a landline number not a mobile phone number

    @giffgaff HELP! My niece has been cut off due to being out of the UK for over 60 days... she's in the Royal Navy! Is there anything we can do in this situation? Surely our troops are exempt from this rule??

    @ddphotograph @giffgaff If he never activates the giffgaff sim that comes with the phone he'll get any further charges from them it'll just be a one off payment but if you're not already a giffgaff member there's no way to avoid having to buy a goodybag with the phone unfortunately.
