    Opened box with refurb phone from GiffGaff. Taking the phone out, the charging cable and SIM extractor fell out from the other side. But only the SIM extractor made it to the floor. The cable vanished on the way down. Completely baffled. Tiny wormhole?

    @O2 What extra data ? Im with Giffgaff now I left you because other companies became much cheaper. Im happy to donate to any data that will help anyone if that can be possible though ? :)

    @giffgaff This has been going on for sometime but total signal loss about four days now. I do these other options but is something actually being done about this, if so how long until this gets somewhat resolved? How much longer do we just sit around and wait?
