    @Gregwam1 We're very sorry about this Gregwam. We were aware of this issue occurring earlier today and had it resolved. We'd recommend logging out and clearing your cookies/cache to see if this helps resolve the problem to begin your new goodybag. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff I’ve been happy with ID Mobile which uses the Three network.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

    @lastnotlost @giffgaff Giff Gaff runs on @O2, so the underlying issue is O2's crap service. I'll need to jump to either EE or Vodafone. I don't like either, but am forced to do this

  • W59Sharon Shaz59 #backto60 #waspi (@W59Sharon) reported

    So yet again, just as I need to use my spare phone in an emergency, I find @giffgaff has stolen my credit and I can't use my phone. GIFF GAFF is the pits. Getting rid of that sim card without delay. #giffgaff

  • JonMathias8 Jon Mathias (@JonMathias8) reported

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff Ah, I haven't tried O2. When I stay in somewhere like Moretonhampstead, everyone always says that EE is the only network that works there. TBF, it's not that important to me when on holiday.

  • JonMathias8 Jon Mathias (@JonMathias8) reported

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff Isn't EE the ONLY network that works on Dartmoor? I have a dual SIM phone and the other SIM card is EE, for trips to Devon. I only buy a short-term bundle because EE apparently stands for "Extremely Expensive". 🙄

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

  • Graham21 GT (@Graham21) reported

    @declanw @giffgaff Wow. That's impressive. They are on the O2 network (O2 owns them). The killer app for 5G is Fixed Wireless Access for homes.

  • declanw Declan Walsh 🍉🌻 (@declanw) reported

    @Graham21 @giffgaff Yeah o2-virgin network. Or telephonica-liberty global.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

    I live in a rural location and my phone is my emergency backup, should my broadband connection die. @giffgaff has proven to be unreliable too many times now. Where I live I have to choose between EE, Vodafone and O2 (which Giff Gaff runs on)
