    @giffgaff Aweful, awful, awful! Big mistake to buy a returned phone from this company. I have been a customer for over 6 yrs and happy with my monthly service but big mistake to buy a phone from you. Have returned it but now, over 6 days later, it still hasnt been received.

    @giffgaff I haven’t had any service for 72 hours now. Your website said there was a mast not working yesterday but all is fixed now apparently and I’m still not getting any service at all. Please help as I’m paying for something I’m not getting. And it’s very annoying! 😡

    @giffgaff Its as though I was sold a prank phone for £130. It is of no use to anyone. Yes, I will have my refund now please plus compensation for the stress this issue has caused.
