@O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

@giffgaff I don’t know my username. I’ve never needed to remember it as it’s on the app I can’t access. My banks have all managed to change my number but you’re telling me #giffgaff can’t?? I need escalation above agent level to resolve.

Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?

@giffgaff your mobile signal in the east riding and york is a joke! Consistently drops calls or provides simply no signal at all, this is becoming a regular occurrence. I cant rely on such terrible signal when i have 24/7 on call duties for a hospital.
