james gmail (@jamgmail83959) reported@giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

sarah (@sarah_church) reported@giffgaff hi, I recently bought a refurbished phone from you, have been using it for 4 days and my mobile data wonβt work, Apple diagnostics detects a hardware issue, WiFi usage is fine, what do I do? Return it for a working replacement? Thanks

Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported@crip72012 @hewantswealth I had O2 for a long time and it was fine for work and making calls Until I needed an actual good network with consistent uptime and no 300 ping when I'm playing online games. Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.

Mark πββ¬ πββ¬ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Champion π (@ardaleofficial) reportedThis is why my common giffgaff didnβt wanna rise, useless network
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@gemcq2 We understand. The bot is still learning, so sometimes can get things wrong. Based on your issue we would recommend stating that you need to return the phone, but that there is no option on your account and this should connect you correctly - giffgaff Hannah
