@kelownagurl 2/2 UK customer service is notoriously terrible. EE are reputedly best for coverage, although I’m with O2 and I haven’t had any issues. Also check out Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile - they use O2’s network but are often cheaper if you can find the right deal.

@GreatAunty1 @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up
