@giffgaff Please can you give an email address where I can contact you about a refurbished phone? The ask a question on your website is frustratingly not working after going through several steps. Thanks.

@giffgaff @giffgaff I have been trying to use my mobile data all day but for some reason I can’t. I purchased a £20 bundle I can make calls and texts but no data usage, any help?

  • PandaSquiish NinjaPanda (@PandaSquiish) reported

@AnxiousHolly In the UK only a few carriers support esim. Its never mentioned in any adverts and its on contract only. PAYG networks like giffgaff don't support esim. I get the simplicity and convenience of esim but swapping between phones, how easy is it compared to just swapping a sim card?

@giffgaff is the network down in the North West area ?
