@giffgaff You took £10 yesterday and confirmed it to me via email. Then reset my balance to £0 and again today. So £20 and no service and your telling me it's going to take 24 hours? No no no no

@giffgaff When you chose a category it then takes you off on a tangent of yes/no questions totally unrelated to “ no service “ . You tell me what categories to go down to report a claim for no service please.

@giffgaff wasn't confusing when I first applied for the Giffgaff SIM deal. I chose a MB deal and goodie bag for £10 a month. I've had a look at the goodbag deal since raising this problem and know another £10 has left my account. So in two days £30 has left my account. I didn't confirm it

@giffgaff But I am going to let everyone know Nicole, your agent has just informed me “ giffgaff does not guarantee 100% service” so I have asked the agent how much service does giffgaff guarantee? 1% ? 40% ? I am entitled to a “ quality of service” no service is not a quality of service.
