    @paulmsmith1975 @giffgaff this may be a silly question but are you sure she's a giffgaff customer? giffgaff is a wholly PAYG provider which means that everything is paid for in advance and there are no bills or tariffs that can be adjusted,the only option is which pre paid plan you choose each month.

    @giffgaff No particular thing. GiffGaff charges huge amount of money if the package ended few days earlier. Very difficult to communicate with customer service ( last time I submitted a request and received a response next day). I prefer to ba able to call rather than just typing.

    Anyone else having problems with @giffgaff?? My data hasn’t been working for the last few days. Won’t load anything. Bee relying on WiFi which is shocking enough as it is 🙃
