    @giffgaff I have been using a giff gaff sim for 2 weeks, now it is saying not registered to network when i try to call anyone. It is showing i have voicemail and i can't do anything about it. Ive restarted, I've reset settings. Can you assist?

    @RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK Get yourself over to @giffgaff - no hassle and great customer service. I was O2 & Vodafone before and had to leave for similar reasons!

    @giffgaff Not a great start for a new customer. Transferring number from Tesco today, and still no service on my phone. Thought this would have been easy as you both use the O2 network.

    @giffgaff Describe Giffgaff in 1 word >> SCUM ! THIEVING SCUM ! I have deleted/Cancelled payment Card, Cancelled PAYG SIM NUMBER. BUT they STILL keep STEALING £10 from my bank account every month. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVING SCUM EVERYONE. NEVER TAKE OUT A GIFFGAFF NUMBER !!!

    @giffgaff I bought my son a refurbished handset which has a speaker issue, your repair centre received and condemned the phone at 12.36, how they managed to diagnose the repair in the same minute is beyond me. I’ve now been quoted £369 to repair the handset. I only paid £219 tbc-

    @giffgaff how come your phone repair arm is so awful. You sent my phone back unfixed by mistake after having it a week. Had to send it back and you've had it another week now and no reply to messages. Over a month into the fix/replacement and nothing. Shoddy service

    What's going on with #Giffgaff? Presumably it's something to do with #o2 - sometimes it works ok for an hour or so, but recently it's been going down maybe hundreds of times in a day
