  • _Phoenix_D0wn_ Phoenix D0wn (@_Phoenix_D0wn_) reported

The service on @giffgaff has been completely unusable for the past two weeks. Customer service has told me via DM the network runs slow for me because the data usage is high in my area. This is tinpot stuff! Taking mine and my 11 business partners contracts elsewhere tonight.

@MBT19951 @giffgaff Exact same problem as you. Since 2 days, impossible to use my data when I’m out of the house.

  • A_Clay_Tonne Ash (@A_Clay_Tonne) reported

@EE Hi, looking to switch to you from @giffgaff. Do your PAYG SIM cards support Apple Watch with cellular data, visual voicemail, and eSIM? Or are these only on contract? Looking at the £10/month pack with 5GB data.

  • GaslingSarah Sarah Marsden (@GaslingSarah) reported

@giffgaff It would have been nice if this had been checked before the first reply that told me there was no problem…

  • TheJasonB Jason B (@TheJasonB) reported

@asda_mobile Your service and website is now terrible. My new monthly bundle has not automatically renewed, as for whatever reason money cannot be taken from a active debit card, cannot top up either, or even add a new card due to a 500 error. I am switching to giffgaff instead. Screw you!

  • AndrewShute2 Andy S (@AndrewShute2) reported

@katelallyx Circumstances resulted in me using a Samsung , absolutely hate it, so thankfully back on my iPhone. If you’re happy with your current phone go contract free, @giffgaff are amazing they operate on the @O2 network, I pay £15 a month.

  • chichiogwe Chichi (@chichiogwe) reported

@giffgaff Hello! My data/internet speed is so slow, but the signal strength is high. I'm not too sure what's going on, but this has been going on over the last few days and it's very frustrating. Do you know why this is happening? 🤔

  • actionspouser WILL (@actionspouser) reported

@giffgaff I topped up my friends phone and the screen demonstrated that the card payment didn't go through. So I tried again and £40 in total has been debited. I meant to top up just £20 please help
