    @giffgaff hey when are you going to sort out your help website so I can pass on to someone that whenever I log into your website I get a useless "Internal Error Gremlins" page with no info about what the heck the problem is so I can navigate your very limited options on the site

  • gogrygbi JGriff (@gogrygbi) reported

    @CollardPaul @discocampbell @giffgaff I’m having the same problem since Saturday. Have tried all the stuff giffgaff recommended - manual roams etc but nothing worked. Others are having same problem! Agent has told me to try new SIM but something obviously wrong if lots of us have same problem!

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

    @megouellet92 @giffgaff I do Meg, let me know if you need any help with it. Works fine in general. Any specifics, let me know.

  • mikemcniven Mike McNiven 🏳️‍🌈 (@mikemcniven) reported

    Getting really annoyed with my false giffgaff signal now. Like it says I’ve full 4G and nothing will work, I’ve friends on O2 (who giffgaff uses) reporting the same thing and all they say is the networks busy. Really crap now tbh

  • NorthySteve Steve North (@NorthySteve) reported

    @giffgaff I don’t currently have any Network connection (I’m in london E1)

  • 08youngmi ninute (@08youngmi) reported

    @giffgaff good morning. I'm very upset with you! you guys doubled the charge on my debit card last month and this month taking £40 from me in total, the website needs to have a direct contact email to resolve issues!

  • tomfenn8 Tom Fenn (@tomfenn8) reported

    @mmalex Wait until you run out of data a week before your next bill, and EE then hold you to the floor slamming you with outrageously expensive daily bolt-ons! You've been warned! I sacked EE and went with Giffgaff, which I agree is slow, but at least Giffgaff don't take the pi*s.

  • percyliquor Lil’ Sneak (@percyliquor) reported

    @giffgaff hello! Is there an issue with the network as for about a month now my 4G stops working intermittently throughout the day? It’s getting really irritating now. Cheers!

  • X_eLle_S Elle Linton | Fitness Pro & Blogger (@X_eLle_S) reported

    @Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks, I've tried to switch that off and it says failed. I think I've tried 1919 but will try again just incase. Literally spent the whole of my evening trying to figure it out (and yup I got a samsung) when I've googled everywhere says its a network issue.
