    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.

    Due to me forgetting cause of a lot of **** in my life, along with @giffgaff taking too much of my money at once, I have no internet for now. So no streams and uploads will be difficult to do this month, but gonna still be creative in the background

    @giffgaff So no customer service and because I tried to simply get a SIM card delivered GiffGaff have offered a refund . Why don’t you just say piss off we don’t want you as a customer?

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

    I got a new data sim and my golly I think giffgaff was genuinely the problem

    @SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads
