    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    See if @giffgaff will be slow in refunding when threatened with legal action, which will involve damages, court costs, solicitors fees. Could easily be over £1k but if they would comply it would be alot cheaper

    So @giffgaff will now need to deal with a dispute and if they fail to accept the money being returned. Fraud will be involved

    @giffgaff Hi, are you sure it’s GSM supported? I topped up £10 credit and inserted it into the device but it’s not recognising it and can’t seem to retrieve a GPS signal. But annoyed as it feels like I’ve just wasted my money :/
