    @barnstormed The issue could be with the phone or with the SIM, which is why we advise in SIM swapping and testing other SIM's. Should the issue persist then please get in touch with the manufacturer. - giffgaff Tasbiya

    @barnstormed @giffgaff As long as you have a giffgaff 5G sim installed and are in a 5G area then yes you should. The 8 series including the Nord had problems with O2 5G but the last I saw from Oneplus in their forum was that the 9 shouldn't have the same problem.

    Giffgaff has to be the shittest for customer service. There is no customer service number to call. All done via website. Very slow to get a response.

    @giffgaff im having issues signing in to the mobile app. my credentials are correct, yet when i try to sign in, it kicks me out and sends me back to the app and tells me to log in again, rinse repeat. can you help?
