    @giffgaff All no good without a signal. Myself and others who have giffgaff and o2 have got no mobile signal in Melling Liverpool. We have tried different phones. Until a couple of days ago the signal was strong. I’m missing important calls.

    @Inthedin1 @Yorksims @giffgaff As far as I know, giffgaff have never supported WiFi calling.

    @Inthedin1 @giffgaff giffgaff don't support calls or texts via Wifi,you need a network connection for them to work.

    @adamskiodp @Yorksims @giffgaff They used to (I stayed here last year and had no issues making calls and texts) but told me they don't now. They can't tell me when the facility was removed. Oddly enough I was getting texts via WiFi until Wednesday when they stopped coming through.

    @giffgaff @sixtwotwo1 I contacted you 2 days ago and this is still not resolved. This is a massive problem considering some family issues at the moment. What can be done?

    @ottocrat @giffgaff @ThreeUK Not Three. They switched me off in the EU last September. Haven’t found a solution yet so would be interested if you do find one.

    @giffgaff Why won't my giffgaff phone work on WiFi? I can use the Internet and WhatsApp but I can't pick up messages or make/receive calls? No signal here so dependant on WiFi. Can't pay bills as a text is needed for verification and I can't receive them

    @giffgaff Hi....looks like your test wasn't too extensive after all as an 'excellent' condition phone has gone down to 40% from a full charge with under 2 hours screen time
