    @wife_squirt You must help you father remember his email address then soi he can reset his password and log in as you have said yourself that he does not have the info he's required to provide for UK GDPR laws. So you must help him access his account via his email. - giffgaff Gavin

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

    Because Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of
