    @giffgaff what is wrong with your mobile data? I've checked the coverage, troubleshot my phone etc. But yet your 4G is still ABYSMAL!!! Waiting over a minute for songs to load, waited almost 30 seconds just for Google to load. FIX IT or refund me my money because this isn't good

    @paulywauly_74 We do understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. Unfortunately we don't currently have any updates on when this will be resolved, but our network engineers are working on getting this sorted out as quickly as they can. - giffgaff Emer.

    @giffgaff been with them for years, never wavered, bought 3 phones in past. Latest Hauwei I bought not supporting apps I use everyday. No warning of this so basically useless. Agent said they can do nothing, suggests I sell the phone privately. Spent thousands with you guys. 🙁🙁
