    @RobertWSaunders Now though, they do do 5G specific sims. If you are a giffgaff customer, just log into your online account and request one using the 5G link in the menu that appears at the top when you run your mouse over it.

    @giffgaff Is there a network problem as I haven't been able to make or receive calls or use my data for 2 days now and also have no signal bars.. What's going on and how long is it expected to be like this?

    @captain_az Hello Aaron, We're sorry to hear that you're leaving. Once your PAC has been successful your giffgaff SIM will become deactivated and unusable. Your number won't be recycled if it is being transferred to another network. - giffgaff Ann

    @giffgaff how do you activate your giffgaff sim without an email address? Can't create email because don't know the number can't register the sim because no email going round in circles such an awful network

    @giffgaff my phone has been showing No Sim Card - Emergency Calls Only for past 24hrs despite no phone hardware issue. Is there a network problem?

    @giffgaff Giff gaff would manage to KEEP far more of its users if it had a decent support department. It is counter-productive to NOT have a support department. It is NOT future-looking to maintain the situation of "no support department" and the inevitable loss of users that this causes.
