    @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

    @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff The app was where I had the problem, I've managed to log in through my laptop and got topped up thankfully.

    @giffgaff I'm having major problems getting answers about my stolen handset. I've asked several specific questions, but the replies are generic and don't address the issues. How do I get this escalated to someone who can properly investigate and respond?

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.
